Abstract

Every exposed worker needs to improve hearing. Several factors cause hearing complaints when exposure factors, duration of exposure, and the use of APT (Ear Protection Equipment). The purpose of this study was to study any factors related to hearing workers at PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari. Quantitative research design with Cross Sectional design, this study was conducted in July 2019 at PT. Hervenia Kampar Lestari. The population in this study were production workers who studied 120 people. The sample technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 92 respondents. Data obtained were analyzed by Chi Square test, the significance level was 95%. Based on the results of research that shows there is a significant relationship between agreement with hearing this is evidenced by the value of p (0,000)

Abstract

Biscuits are one snack or snack that is consumed by people in Indonesia. Thepurpose of this research is the utilization of flour in making durian bij biscuits.This research is experimental design using Draft. This research is experimentaldesign using a complete Randomized Design (RAL) non factorial that iscomposed only of one factor, namely biscuit selected formulations with thesymbol BF all of which are repeated as many as 3 times (i = 1, 2, 3). Testanalysis of the difference of using test ANOVA and Duncan test information.Panelists are somewhat trained 25 people i.e. students Undergraduate Universitynutrition status of Hero Tuanku Tambusai. There is no difference in the additionof durian seed flour flavor, color, and aroma biscuits. There is a difference theaddition of durian seed flour against texture. Based on further testing of Duncan,the texture of the cookies is no different. Test results hedonik, formula biscuitsmost-favored by panelists is formula F2. durian seed flour addition seanyak 20%.

Abstract

One job that has a high risk is firefighters. In carrying out their duties, firefighters must use personal protective equipment in accordance with the needs at the scene to avoid the risk of accidents or health problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of personal protective equipment in firefighters in Kampar District. This research was conducted on September 13-16, 2018. This research used a quantitative analytic survey method with cross sectional method. The sample of this study were 45 people, with a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately with the Chi-Square test and Fisher's Exact Test. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between knowledge with the use of PPE obtained p value (0.002)

Abstract

Poor management and health care services BPJS health membership provided by the hospital to the patient has been realized to cause many losses for both the hospital and for the patient. This indication is significant, from the LB 1 report, if the disgruntled patient basically represents 25 other disenchanted patients .If every day there are 100 patients who complain, there are 2,500 patients who are disappointed with the service BPJS.The purpose of this study to determine the factors that affect patient satisfaction BPJS to nursing service. The design of this study was an analytic survey. Population in this research is all patient of BPJS at Inpatient Room of Mawar RSUD Bangkinang with amount of 60 people. Sampling technique is total sampling that is as much as 60 patient of BPJS inpatient room of Mawar RSUD Bangkinang. The measuring tool used is a questionnaire sheet. Analysis used Univariat and Bivariat. The result of research is therapeutic communication factor of nurse with patient satisfaction of BPJS with nursing service, with p value = 0,007 <0,05 POR = 0,729. There is relationship of nurse competence factor with patient satisfaction BPJS, with p value = 0,001 <0,05 POR = 0,010. There was correlation factor of carring nurse with patient satisfaction BPJS with p value = 0,03<0,05 POR = 0,627. It is expected to RSUD Bangkinang to further improve nursing service to patients by paying attention to how to communicate a good therapeutic, improve the competence of nurses and expected nurses always carring against patients.

Abstract

Community service can be said to be good if the community can easily get services and procedures that are not long, cheap, fast and almost no complaints are given to them. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with patient satisfaction with outpatient health services in Bandar Petalangan Health Center in 2014. This type of research is quantitative with a Cross Sectional approach, with a population of 240 people and a sample of 150 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Processing data using the chi square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between outpatient registration services and the satisfaction of patients who went to the Puskesmas with a value of p = 0.001 and there was a relationship between physician services and outpatient satisfaction at the Puskesmas p = 0.001, there was a relationship between pharmacy services and outpatient satisfaction in Puskesmas. , p value = 0.001 and there is an environmental relationship between Puskesmas and outpatient satisfaction at the Pelalawan Bandar Petalangan Public Health Center in 2014. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between factors that affect patient satisfaction with outpatient health services at Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan Year 2017 Health Center. Puskesmas management must pay more attention to the performance of officers in the Bandar Petalangan health center in order to improve quality services for the community, so that the community is satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a breast disorder that is most feared by women, because this disease cannot be cured when found at an advanced stage. The WHO report in 2005 reached 1,150,000 women and 700,000 thousand lived in developing countries, including Indonesia. Obesity factors cause a 30% risk of cancer. In Riau, based on data from the medical record processing section of RSUD Bangkinang, the incidence of breast cancer was the fourth highest occurrence in the general surgery section. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of obesity to the incidence of breast cancer in RSUD Bangkinang. The type of research used was analytic with a case control approach using secondary medical record data at RSUD Bangkinang. The population were all patients who had breast cancer RSUD Bangkinang Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique so that 79 respondents were obtained as cases and 79 respondents as controls. Data analysis in this study was univariate and bivariate using the chi square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between obesity and breast cancer (p = 0.011). The hospital is able to provide communication, information and education (IEC) media about breast cancer so that breast cancer can be detected early

Abstract

Data on work accident cases in Indonesia is also high, according to the Republic of Indonesia Employment BPJS in 2017, that from 2015 to 2017 the highest accident rate in 2017 was 36.78. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation and years of service with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in PT. Bangkinang Industry and Trade 2018. The design of this study uses quantitative analytic with cross sectional. The population of this research is all employees who work in the rubber grinding section at PT. Industry and Trade in 2018, a total of 46 people in total. The sample used in this study was a total sampling of 46 people who worked in the rubber grinding section. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between motivation and personal protective equipment (PPE) designated with p value (0.004) ≤ α (0.05). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between tenure and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) designated with p value (0.012)   (0.05). It is expected that PT. Bangkinang Industry and Trade, can be taken into consideration in developing policies and strategies related to the issue of the use of personal protective equipment in order to carry out counseling about the importance of using personal protective equipment.

Abstract

According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), there are 1.1 million deaths annually caused by occupational diseases or occupational accidents. 300,000 occurred from 250 million accidents and the rest are deaths from occupational diseases. Based on WHO (2012) Lower back pain occurs about 60-80%. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of driving duration with low back pain occurrence on Public Transport Driver (SUPERBEN). Low back pain is pain felt by lower back area, can be local pain or radicular pain or both. The design of this research is quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The samples in this research are all 50 public transport driver of Bangkinang, using sampling technique with total sampling, using univariate and bivariate analysis. The result of the research was obtained by statistic test, it was obtained p = 0,003 (p <0,05), so statistically there is relationship between driving duration with low back pain in public transport driver (SUPERBEN). It is hoped for transport workers to always detect early complaints of lower back pain as well as adequate rest and multiply back sports activities or stretching muscles for prevention of low back pain complaints

Abstract

Sleep as one part of the physiological needs are basic needs that are needed by all humans. Someone came in and hospitalized, sleep patterns can be easily changed and impaired as a result of illness and hospital routine unknown. The purpose of this study aims to determine the effectiveness of bed semi-Fowler's position with the quality of sleep in patients with asthma in the hospital inpatient pulmonary disease Bangkinang. This study is an analytical type with Quasi Experiment design. The sampling technique using sampling purfosive as many as 20 people. Analysis of the data used are univariate (central tendency) and bivariate (t test dependent). The results showed that the mean difference in the quality of sleep in the two groups: (18.80 + 1.795: 2.798 + 15.40). Visible differences in mean values between the two groups was 3.40 with a standard deviation of 1.003, the differences were statistically significant (p <0.05). This means sleeping position semifowler effectively to improve the quality of sleep in patients with asthma in the lung space Bangkinang. Expected at the hospital to be able to apply the sleeping position is an appropriate solution in asthmatic patients with rest and sleep disorders.

Abstract

The process of wound healing involves the integration of physiological processes. The healing properties of all wounds are the same, with variations depending on the location, severity and extent of the injury. The ability of tissue cells to regenerate or return to normal structures through cell growth also affects wound healing. There are several factors that influence the wound healing process, namely; addition of age, nutritional status and infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with post-op cesarean section wound healing in Bangkinang Hospital in 2018. The study design was cross sectional. The population in this study were all postoperative cesarean section patients in Bangkinang Hospital at the time of the study, with a sample of 31 people. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The measuring instruments used are observation sheets and checklist sheets. Data collection uses primary data and data processing using computerization which includes editing, coding, data entry and cleaning. Analysis of the data used is univariate and bivariate with the fisher's exact test. The results showed that a significant relationship between age, nutritional status, post-cesarean section postoperative wound healing in Selasih District Hospital Pelalawan District was shown in each variable by p value <0.05. It is expected that health workers can provide information about factors related to post-op cesarean section wound healing. In addition, it is also expected to the Bangkinang Regional Hospital to provide training to officers in handling post-op cesarean section injuries.
