<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of women in the administrative process at the Office of Education and Culture in Merauke Regency. Researchers use a qualitative approach. while the data analysis technique, the authors used three stages: Condensation of data, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions from the results of this study the authors found that women's participation in the administration process went well, but there were still flaws and found other factors namely education, insight intellectual, and responsibility, Based on the results of the study showed that the factors of Coverage, Equality and partnership, Transparency, Equality and authority, Equality of responsibility and empowerment. Women's Participation in the Administration Process in the Office of Education and Culture in Merauke Regency which can be seen from these indicators has been going well the above has been going well, but in the process there are still some shortcomings, and obstacles in doing work that is still and obstacles in doing employment, namely that there are still many women who do not yet have adequate quality in carrying out and carrying out work, but these problems can be minimized to carry out the process of women's participation in administration at the Merauke Regency Education and Culture Office.]]>

<![CDATA[Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik dalam penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance belum terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance Di Kantor Distrik Merauke Kabupaten Merauke. Data analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan teknik analisa data, penulis menggunakan tiga tahap : Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance di Kantor Distrik Merauke Kabupaten Merauke sudah optimal yang di lihat dari beberapa aspek yaitu akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi, supremasi hukum. Dari segi akuntabilitas menunjukkan bahwa para pegawai Kantor Distrik Merauke sangat mempertanggungjawabkan semua hasil kerjanya. Dari aspek transparansi menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Distrik Merauke dalam hal memberikan informasi sangat terbuka karena masyarakat yang sedang mengurus surat-surat administrasi atau KTP yang belum mengetahui syarat-syarat pengurusan pegawai Kantor Distrik Merauke langsung memberitahukan informasi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Dari aspek partisipasi masyarakat sangat antusias dalam ikut berpartisipasi dalam penerapan good governance. Penegakan hukum yang berlaku di Kantor Distrik Merauke yakni berupa teguran-teguran yang langsung diberikan oleh Kepala Distrik. Jika pegawai yang menyalahi aturan tersebut tidak bisa di tangani langsung di serahkan kepada Sekertaris Daerah untuk ditindak lanjuti.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan pasar produk halal dan Syariah yang banyak menembus telah mengalami badai besar di pasar yang mempengaruhi pergeseran pemasaran produk. Tujuan kajian ini untuk melihat apakah yang dimaksud oleh Greg Fealy sebagai komodifikasi agama benar-benar menjadi fenomena konsumsi yang mendukung penyebaran dan memudahkan hidup sebagai seorang muslim dalam pergeseran produk halal dan syariah terhadap ekonomi pasar global. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup konsumerisasi mencerminkan dan mengintersepsi sistem kapitalism yang dipandang sebagai sesuatu yang dulunya berbeda satu sama lain tetapi sekarang memiliki cadangan dan mengembangkan sistem satu sama lain untuk akumulasi modal pasar. Pembeli muslim mengidentifikasi produk untuk mencari iman dan pengakuan itu, sementara produk menggunakan simbol islam dan mengatakan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengawasan proses melestarikan Sumber Daya Alam menemui beberapa persoalan yang terjadi di Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam (BKSDA). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Fungsi Pengawasan Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam (BKSDA) dalam Melestarikan Sumber Daya Alam Di Kabupaten Merauke. Data analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan teknik analisa data, penulis menggunakan tiga tahap : Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Fungsi Pengawasan Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam (BKSDA) Dalam Melestarikan Sumber Daya Alam Di Kabupaten Merauke sudah optimal yang dilihat dari segi waktu pengawasan yang dilakukan yaitu: 1) Pengawasan Preventif yang menunjukkan bahwa para pegawai Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Kabupaten Merauke sangat mempertanggungjawabkan semua hasil kerjanya; 2) Pengawasan Berkala yang menunjukkan bahwa Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Kabupaten Merauke dalam hal memberikan pengawasan secara berkala sudah berjalan dengan baik; 3) Pengawasan Mendadak sudah dilakukan BKSDA guna memperbaiki penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang ada; 4) Pengawasan Melekat sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tupoksi yang ada di BKSDA, dan 5) Pengawasan Saat Proses Dilakukan sudah sangat sering dilakukan oleh atasan kepada bawahanya guna melihat apa saja yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditutupi. Penegakan hukum yang berlaku di Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Kabupaten Merauke yakni berupa teguran-teguran yang langsung diberikan oleh Kepala BKSDA dan diberlakukanya aturan-aturan yang sudah ditetapkan dalam tupoksi BKSDA.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementasi Program Keluarga Berencana Dalam Menekan Laju Pertumbuhan Penduduk. Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program Keluarga Berencana dalam menekan laju tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk dalam megatasi jarak angka kelahiran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, Lokasi penelitian di Kampung Urumb Distrik Semangga Kabupaten Merauke, Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara dengan informan dengan teknik analisis data yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi program keluarga berencana dalam menekan tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk belum maksimal diterapkan. Hal ini terlihat sejak diberlakukan program tersebut masih banyak masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu yang realif muda yakni ada 18-19 yang melahirkan anak karena menikah usia muda yang seharusnya usia kelahiran bagi seorang ibu yakni 20 sampai 30 tahun dan juga jarak kelahiran anak yang terjadi rata-rata 2 tahun lebih pada hal secara ideal dengan adanya program ini menghendaki jarak kelahiran anak paling minimal 3 tahun. Disisi lain jumlah anak dari masing-masing ibu melebihi apa yang diharapkan dalam program ini yakni 2 orang anak saja, namun yang terjadi jumlah anak yakni 4 sampai 5 orang anak. Hal ini disebabkan minimnya sosialisasi dari instansi terkait untuk menekan laju pertumbuhan penduduk sehingga mengakibatkan pengetahuan masyarakat akan keluarga berancana sangat kurang.]]>

<![CDATA[Work stress is a problem that currently becomes a conversation and its position is very important because it relates to work productivity. The progress of the organization relies heavily on the ups and downs of its employees ' work productivity. Therefore, the influence of the two becomes an interesting thing to be examined. This research aims to find out how much work stress affects the working productivity of the employees Central agency of Merauke District. This type of research is quantitative with sampling technique i.e. total sampling. Data processing using SPSS application version 23. The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between working stress on the work productivity of the central Statistic agency of Merauke district. From the correlation analysis done, the strength of the influence between the two variables is in the medium category (0.407) with the donation of impact variable work stress to the working productivity variable by 16.6%. The remainder (83.4%), employee work productivity of the District Central Statistics of Merauke regency was influenced by other variables not examined in the study. Work stress experienced by employees of Central Agency Statistics Merauke District is in the low category with the productivity of high-generated work. This is due to the employees of the Central Statistics Agency Merauke District can conduct self-control of the stress experienced, has a high motivation and work and loyalty and has familiarize themselves with the demands of the work So.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the provision of motivation in persuasive communication in order to improve the performance of the employees of Bunda Pengharapan Hospital in Merauke Regency, In this study researcher interviewed 10 people as research informants. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative method while this study used three stages, namely data presentation, data reduction and conclusion. From the results of this study, the researchers found that there was a work motivation that the leader did to the employees of BundaPengharapan Hospital so that the results of the employee's performance were good enough to carry out work duties every day. However, in the motivational indicator, it isnecessary to maintain more support or appreciation for employee work performance so as to further encourage employees to further improve or maintain their work performance in the Hospital.]]>

<![CDATA[The government Program that has been proclaimed is by sending participants of Pesparawi and festival of Papua creations that are always carried out every year in Papua province. However, with the program's two major activities, it has not been able to preserve the culture of these tribes which increasingly disappear with the inclusion of modern culture. The purpose of writing is to know the role of the Culture and Tourism office in the preservation efforts of the traditional dance of the tribes in Mappi County region. Methods of using qualitative. The results showed the role of the Culture and Tourism service has never involved the community, group of workshops, LMA and cultural observers in the participation to advise the development of traditional dances (art and Culture Mappi). The role of the Culture and Tourism department in preserving indigenous dances, many programs are being conducted, but only a few are carried out. Programs that have not been implemented are due to lack of cost/budget and execution time. For the preservation process, restoration and revitalization of the role of culture and tourism with LMA, Mayarakat, group of workshops and other elements that are concerned about indigenous dances of these indigenous tribes have not been or are intertwined.]]>

<![CDATA[In an organization the oversight function is very much needed, with good supervision can prevent the occurrence of irregularities and ensure that the implementation of the organization's activities goes according to a predetermined plan. Supervision will provide greater benefits for an organization in dealing with deviations that have occurred, because if deviations can be prevented, then large losses can be avoided so that organizational goals will be achieved in an effective and efficient manner. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, which will describe how the supervisor function of the district head in the implementation of the Bangsaku program in Merauke Regency. The results of this study are that the Supervision Function of the District Head in the implementation of the My Community Program in the Village, has been running optimally this will have an impact on the implementation of development and the results of development that are less well felt by the community, any assistance of My Bangs funds can reach their hands, and they too involved in the implementation so that there is no suspicion or fraud faced by the villagers. The control function carried out by the district head, often descends directly into the field and participates in checking what is done by the community related to the use of my nation's funds and any funds received by community, from income, expenditure to the reporting process of the use of funds used by the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The welfare level of the population in Wasur Park village is still very low and most still hang its life by taking the result of the forest. This study aims to analyze the role of Wasur Park National Park in increasing local people's income. The method by which researchers use a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques consist of library studies and field studies through observation, interviews. The process of data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion of the empowerment of the National Park Wasur Park Hall is counseling to the local community in the framework of the Empowerment Program of local Kampung Wasur Park. In the empowerment, Wasur Park National Park is coordinating with local governments to see the development of local community data. The real evidence of Wasur Park National Park through empowerment is the establishment of a rural forestry Counseling Center (SPKP). The establishment of a rural forestry Counseling Center (SPKP) in Wasur Village, implemented after the implementation of education and training of village studies in participatory. Furthermore, Wasur Park National Park Hall conducts construction. The construction is a construction of small industry of eucalyptus oil refining, the manufacture of salted fish, medicinal plants, and the cultivation of commercial crops. Then the community in providing coaching through socialization by providing science about preserving the forest and protection and safeguarding the potential of Wasur National Park area. Then Wasur Park National Park Hall conducts supervision. Supervision conducted by the National Park Hall Wasur Park is monitoring against the hunting of many protected animals located in Wasur Park National Park area. In the Garden Hall program, Wasur Park is monitoring and evaluation of habitat and population. The Wasur Park National Park Hall conducts a regular patrol, preventing wild hunters from Wasur Park National Park. Then patrol is also done to prevent forest fires.]]>
