Abstract

The active learning strategy is using for increase student’s liveliness. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the action research model of Kemmis and MC Taggart, which is in the form of a spiral from one cycle to another. Each cycle includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate that social studies learning in the material of Interaction between ASEAN countries by implementing active learning strategies with the active knowledge sharing method in Class 8 of Al-Waroqot Islamic Junior High School has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of student tests that have reached. The average score of students' test classically reached 88 from the previous 72.83 with 83.3% learning completeness. After the remedy was held, the average score of the students' test classically was 88 with 100% learning completeness. Keywords: active learning strategies, IPS learning outcomes.

Abstract

Information and communication technology in the 5.0 era is massive and make changes to people's lives. There are many positive impacts from the internet, but there are also negative impacts causing problematic behavior in society such as online gambling. This study uses a phenomenological type of qualitative approach. The sample used in this purposive sampling study was the active students of Probolinggo Regency. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data in this study using source triangulation techniques. Analyzing the data obtained carried out several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that online gambling has a negative and positive impact on the lives of Probolinggo students who are already familiar with online gambling. The negative impacts felt by Probolinggo students in their lives such as decreased learning achievement, resulting in addiction, and lack of socializing with family. not only has a negative impact, but also has a positive impact on the lives of its users (students) such as getting big profits. This research is recommended to the public, especially educators and students, to be more aware of the phenomenon of addiction disorder which is quite worrying. Abstract

The quality of learning is largely determined by teachers. They are required to be skilled in bringing and guiding their students so that they can learn optimally. The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out how much influence the use of digital comics vs. e-books has on the learning outcomes of class XI social studies students at SMA Negeri 2 and SMA Negeri 4 Probolinggo. (2) To find out how much influence of the use of digital comics vs e-books and high and low student motivation is on the learning outcomes of class XI social studies students at SMA Negeri 2 and SMA Negeri 4 Probolinggo. (3) To find out whether or not there is interaction in the use of digital comic media vs e-books and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes of class XI social studies students at SMA Negeri 2 and SMA Negeri 4 Probolinggo. The data collection technique is learning outcomes using tests and for motivation using questionnaires, and data analysis using 2-pathway variance analysis (Anava). The conclusions of this study are: 1) There is an influence on the use of digital comics vs e-books on learning outcomes 2) There is an influence on the use of digital comics vs e-books and high and low student motivation on learning outcomes. 3) There is an interaction in the use of digital comic media vs e-books and learning motivation towards learning outcomes. In learning activities in the 21st century era, teachers are advised to provide and use digital media such as digital comics, so that students are interested in learning. Thus, students can be active and understand the material taught by the teacher and can improve their learning achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of cyber teaching during the covid-19 pandemic, the threat of alienation experienced by students, and the solution. The method used is a qualitative method with the type of phenomenological research. The subjects of this study were students of Tadris Social Sciences Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Parepare. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews. The results show that cyber teaching offers efficiency and open access to information. However, it cannot be separated from negative affects, such as students think pragmatically, the occurrence of moral degradation, delinquency, and deviant acts. In addition, during the covid-19 pandemic, students spend a lot of time in front of the virtual world screen. This can alienate them. Disproportionate and assignments can lead students into a state of alienation. Students can become isolated figures both from themselves and their environment. They become figures who are not independent and not autonomous in learning. Therefore, humanist education is needed by making students active in the learning process. Abstract

Abstract Public sector organizations must apply to the concept of value for money in the use of resources and the implementation of program activities in the organization. The goals desired by the community include accountability, namely being economical in the procurement and allocation of resources, efficiency in utilizing resources with maximized results and minimized use, and being effective in achieving goals and objectives in public sector organizations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of the budget realization at the Mataram City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in 2016-2020. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and the research design uses a case study. The results of this study indicate that from an economic point of view, the implementation of the budget at the Mataram City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office for 2016-2020 has been carried out economically. In terms of efficiency, the implementation of the budget for 2016-2019 has been carried out efficiently, but for 2020 it is carried out quite efficiently due to the lowest budget ceiling received and the policy of budget refocusing. Meanwhile, in terms of effectiveness, the implementation of the 2016-2020 budget in achieving organizational goals and objectives has been carried out quite effectively based on indicators of program success, target success, program satisfaction and suitability of inputs and outputs. Keywords: Budget Execution, Economy, Efficiency, Effectiveness Abstrak Organisasi sektor publik harus menerapkan konsep dari value for money dalam pengunaan sumber daya dan pelaksanaan program kegiatan di organisasi. Tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh masyarakat mencakup pertanggungjawaban, yaitu ekonomis dalam pengadaan dan alokasi sumber daya, dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya dengan hasil yang dimaksimalkan dan penggunaan yang diminimalkan, serta efektif dalam mencapai suatu sasaran dan tujuan pada organisasi sektor publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ekonomi, efisiensi dan efektivitas pelaksanaan realisasi anggaran belanja pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Mataram tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan desain penelitiannya menggunakan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari segi ekonomi, pelaksanaan anggaran belanja pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Mataram tahun 2016-2020 sudah dilaksanakan secara ekonomis. Dari segi efisiensi, pelaksanaan anggaran belanja untuk tahun 2016-2019 sudah dilaksanakan secara efisien, tetapi untuk tahun 2020 dilaksanakan secara cukup efisien dikarenakan pagu anggaran yang diterima paling rendah dan adanya kebijakan refocusing anggaran. Sedangkan dari segi efektivitas, pelaksanaan anggaran belanja tahun 2016-2020 dalam pencapaian sasaran dan tujuan organisasi telah dilaksanakan secara cukup efektif berdasarkan indikator keberhasilan program, keberhasilan sasaran, kepuasan terhadap program dan kesesuaian input dan output. Abstract

Pembelajaran IPS di abad 21 harus dilaksanakan dengan baik dan dapat mewujudkan keterampilan siswa sebagai bekal dalam bermasyarakat baik sekarang maupun di masa serta mampu menjawab tantangan global. Penelitian mengandung tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran IPS dalam manifestasi keterampilan abad 21 di MTs. Nurul Huda Bantur Malang, (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS dalam manifestasi keterampilan abad 21 di MTs. Nurul Huda Bantur, (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran IPS dalam manifestasi keterampilan abad 21 di MTs. Nurul Huda Bantur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1.) perencanaan pembelajaran IPS dalam manifestasi keterampilan abad 21 telah ada seperti prota, promes, RPP, dan silabus sudah sesuai. 2.) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS dalam manifestasi keterampilan abad 21 di MTs. Nurul Huda telah berproses dalam mewujudkan siswa aktif dengan pembelajaran menggunakan metode diskusi yang berusaha mendorong dalam keterampilan komunikasi (communication), namun untuk metode ceramah masih belum mewujudkan keterampilan tersebut. 3.) Evaluasi pembelajaran di MTs. Nurul Huda Bantur Malang guru mengevaluasi siswa menggunakan beberapa tes yaitu tes diagnostik, tes formatif, dan tes sumatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermula dari urgensi penerapan pendidikan mitigasi di persekolahan, terlebih wilayah yang memiliki tingkat kerentanan terhadap bencana. Pada dasarnya di Indonesia kurikulum mitigasi bencana diterapkan dengan diintegrasikan dalam mata pelajaran, termasuk IPS. Berdasarkan letak geografisnya SMPN 3 Cibadak Kabupaten Sukabumi, merupakan wilayah yang dilintasi Sesar Cimandiri, sehingga rentan akan bencana gempa bumi. Selain itu wilayah tersebut rentan bencana pada peringkat ketiga secara nasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara kepada subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiaagaan bencana siswa dengan menggunakan komik bertema mitigasi bencana yang dirancang peneliti. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan penggunaan komik dan langkah perbaikan pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana siswa. Peningkatan kesiapsiagaan disimpulkan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan juga tes yang dilakukan. Hal yang mempengaruhinya yaitu cerita yang mengaitkan dengan aspek yang dekat dengan siswa dan menarik bagi siswa. Sehingga siswa memiliki minat mempelajari komik dan pemahaman siswa meningkat. Selain itu dipengaruhi dengan konsep yang ada didalam komik, seperti “if history” atau membawa siswa masuk kedalam materi sejarah yang diintegrasikan disajikan dalam mata pelajaran yang juga berkontribusi dalam memahami isi komik. Disamping itu diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang tepat serta tidak hanya aktifitas membaca komik tetapi diarahkan terhadap aktifitas lain seperti diskusi, tanya jawab, games, simulasi atau bermain peran dengan komik sebagai skenario.

Abstract

The development of community-based tourism has become a tourism concept in order to optimize benefits for local communities. The reason is that the community will manage and organize tourism development programs. So that researchers conduct research to find out and assess the readiness of local communities, government, and other parties in the Port Area of ​​Probolinggo City in sustainable community-based tourism development activities. This research was carried out by applying qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques in the tourism environment and the community, government, and various private parties. In addition, it is supported by literature studies related to port tourism in Probolinggo City. The analytical framework used to identify the tourism development of the Probolinggo City Port is the stages prepared by APEC. The results of the research explained that the local community at the Port of Probolinggo City was ready and had relevant capabilities in developing tourism with a community orientation that was supported by the conditions of social capital and tourism potential of the Probolinggo City Port. Reference to 9 steps in community-based tourism management, such as identifying the interests of local communities and the form of community capacity in preparing tourism activities; identification of skills and forms of community ability to prepare tourism activities with community orientation; the role of regional heads in leading and organizational elements in port tourism areas; preparation and development of existing communities or organizations; Analysis of implemented partnership expansion; analysis of viewpoints or integrated understanding that has been aligned with the tourism program; analysis of product design and concept; analysis of market demand and promotional activities; analysis of the series of application and supervision of tourist areas. The nine references have been applied in the Probolinggo City Port complex tourism, but some are not yet optimal. Because many programs have just been launched and new facilities are being built and provided.

Abstract

Transportation is an important element in the life of the nation and state to facilitate community activities. Recently, a phenomenon has emerged where online motorcycle taxi transportation competes with the conventional motorcycle taxis that have existed for a long time. In this study, we will discuss the motivation of conventional motorcycle taxi workers in the era of online motorcycle taxi transportation at the base at the gurem bridge, Pamekasan city. The method in this study uses qualitative and the approach used is phenomenology. The theory that will be used in this research is social solidarity which is very suitable for this research because after the researcher got data from the sources in Bangkalan ojek, the gurem bridge, the researcher got data that these ojek workers were motivated because of their lack of understanding of technology (Gaptek), both are income that is considered more than online motorcycle taxis, the third is the solidarity between motorcycle taxi workers who are very close and the last is a comfortable, safe and calm work environment like family.

Abstract

One of the traditions from the field of agriculture that is often carried out by the people of West Sumbawa is "Sedekah Lang". "Sedekah" which means sharing/thanksgiving and "Lang" means a stretch of rice fields, this tradition is usually carried out before and after harvest. The hope is the reward of almsgiving that has been done as a form of gratitude to Allah Almighty. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation, educational and social value of the Tradition of Alms Lang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method that analyzes the findings data and the data obtained in the field. The data collection methods used are observation, interview, and docmeation. Then the data found were analyzed using descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the tradition of Sadekah Lang has been going on for a long time, since the time of the Sumbawa Kingdom and is still held until now and is a tradition that is held every year, the purpose is to get or ask for safety for the residents of Seminar Salit Village born and mentally and also as a form of expression of gratitude to the ruler of the universe who has given blessings in the form of good results from the harvest of community rice fields in that year. The educational and social values contained are religious values, tolerance, discipline, hard work, democracy, national spirit, love of the homeland, friendly and communicative, peace-loving, environmental care, responsibility, ingrained and dominant.
