Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Education and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications (Telkom) Regional VII Gorontalo. The sample in this study were 67 people. Then the data analysis uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.406. This value means that 40.6% of Work Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Gorontalo Regional VII is influenced by the Education and Training program conducted by the company. The influence of other variables on employee performance is 59.4%. Keywords: Education and Training, employee work performance.

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the performance of management of PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk. The method used in the form of quantitative descriptive that is by collecting, presenting, and analyzing data from the company using the analysis of liquidity and solvency ratios to the financial statements of PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk. period 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Based on research that has been done, it can be concluded that PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk in the year 2013 - 2017 has a very good performance. Seen from the increase in the average number of Current Ratio for 5 years by 43%, Quick Ratio by 43% and Cash Ratio by 40%. The optimum performance of the company according to the calculation of liquidity ratio occurred in 2016 which increased 100% from each ratio.Based on the calculation of Solvency for 5 years decreased DTAR by 2%, DTER by 4% and TIE experienced an average increase of 158 times. Where the ratio of this ratio proves that the company is very solvable.Sedangkan Rentability ratio shows that the company is able to generate profits, although with a small percentage of less than 50%. Researchers also conduct an assessment of financial management performance of PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk. during the year 2013 - 2017 when compared with similar companies. And obtained the result that PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk has superior performance than PT. Mayora Indah Tbk and PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. with the rate ratio always above the industry average.

Abstract

Abstrak            Material merupakan bahan baku yang mendukung proses pembangunan infrastruktur yang  menyebabkan munculnya bisnis dalam bidang material bangunan, maka banyak pesaing muncul sehingga diperlukan bauran promosi dalam mempertahankan maupun meningkatkan jumlah penjualan. Bauran promosi mempunyai enam elemen yaitu Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Direct marketing, Public Relation and Publisity, Word of Mouth. Pada saat ini toko bangunan Tunggal Tata berkembang pesat dengan jumlah volume penjualan yang meningkat, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana implementasi bauran promosi yang dilakukan oleh toko bangunan Tunggal Tata.            Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, dan observasi, serta dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan teknik interaktive Model.            Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa toko bangunan Tunggal Tata menerapkan bauran promosi melalui lima elemen yaitu Advertising melalui media logo, Personal Salling melalui media pelayanan, Sales Promotion melalui media pemberian hadiah, Direct Marketing melalui media katalog, dan Word of Mouth. Berdasarkan temuan dilapangan, selain lima elemen dari bauran promosi tersebut, toko bangunan Tunggal Tata menggunakan media tambahan yakni memberikan keringananpada pelanggan dalam proses pembayaran bahan bangunan dalam bentuk pemberian hutang. Oleh karena itu toko bangunan Tunggal tata berhasil dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan dalam empat tahun terakhir.Kata Kunci­: Implementasi, Bauran promosi, Volume penjualan

Abstract

This research aims to (1) know and analyse The effect of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) know and analyse the effect of leadership style on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) know and analyse the effect of work motivation on staff performance PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (4) know and analyse the effect of organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu. Population in this research is 45 staff, and all of them become sample. Data in this research is analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that (1) leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously perform positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) leadership style performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) work motivation performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; and (4) organizational culture performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme dan iklim kerja secara sumultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh dominan diantara profesionalisme dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Malang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Malang yang berjumlah 108 karyawan. Berdasarkan asumsi bahwa populasi berdistribusi normal, maka cara menentukan ukuran sampel dengan rumus slovin, yaitu 53 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan profesionalismedan iklim kerjasecara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkinerja karyawan dalam penelitian ini dapat terbukti atau dapat diterima. Kemudian, variabel profesionalisme secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, variabel iklim kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien beta yang distandarisasi variabel iklim kerja lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai koefisien beta yang distandarisasi variabel profesionalisme. Hasil tersebut bermakna iklim kerja merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

A company should maintain an adequate or optimal level of inventory so that production operations can run smoothly and efficiently. What needs to be considered in this case is that the required raw materials are always available, so as to guarantee the smooth production process. However, the amount of inventory should not be too much because this will harm the company. Too much inventory will increase maintenance costs and storage costs in the warehouse. In addition, the amount of inventory that is too much can also increase the likelihood of losses due to damage and loss of quality that can reduce company profits. And vice versa, the amount of inventory that is too small will hamper the production process so that the company will suffer a lot of losses including: the machine does not work as it should, many workers are unemployed, and can even result in the cessation of the production process. This study aims to determine how the calculation of raw materials, what is the total cost of raw material inventory if the company establishes an EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) policy, what is the limit or point of ordering raw materials needed by the company during the grace period at PT.Bentoel International Investama in Malang.The population used is the supply of tobacco raw materials at PT. Bentoel International Investama, where this research was conducted by interview and documentation. The variable in this study is the supply of raw materials. The analysis used is the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method.The results of the study, if using the EOQ method in 2017 the cost savings of Rp 40,290,256,931, while in 2018 the cost savings of Rp. 44,388,428,549. Thus there is a difference between inventory policies carried out according to the company with EOQ calculations. It can be concluded that the supply of raw materials every year has increased raw materials, the frequency of purchasing raw materials when using raw materials when using the EOQ method is 2 times in one period, the limit for ordering raw materials needed by companies when using the 2017 EOQ method is 218,176.7 kg, while in 2018 it will be 210,853 kg. The total cost of raw material inventory calculated according to EOQ is less than that spent by the company, so there is a cost savings of raw material inventory

Abstract

The profit acquisition of go-public pharmaceutical subsector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange has been fluctuating since 2014 through 2017.  Even, there have been two companies indicating a negative trend, namely Indofarma, Inc. and Merck Sharp Dohme Pharma, Inc.  This circumtance has certainly affected on the earning per share in the companies.  The study aimed to find out and analyze the significance of the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Current Ratio on the Dividend Payout Ratio at Go-Public Pharmaceutical Subsector Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, partially and simultaneously.  This study used a qualitative method through ratio analysis.  The techniques of analysis applied were by using the classical assumption test and multiple regressions.  The sample covered 8 go-public pharmaceutical subsector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014 through 2017.  The results indicated that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and only Return On Asset (ROA) partially had a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan nilai ekonomis pemanfaatan Hotel Grand Sadurengas dengan melihat aspek pasar dan aspek keuangan. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT posisi strategis Hotel Grand Sadurengas adalah grow and develop (tumbuh dan berkembang). Alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan kedepan pada masa mendatang yang terdiri atas strategi pengembangan pasar, penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Rata-rata market share untuk masing-masing hotel di Kabupaten Paser sebesar 4,17% (100:24). Namun kalau dilihat dari keadaan hotel, maka Hotel Grand Sadurengas kondisinya lebih baik yang termasuk hotel kelas bintang tiga. Sementara hotel-hotel pesaingnya adalah kelas melati. Hal ini merupakan suatu keunggulan tersendiri dibanding dengan hotel pesaingnya. Dari keadaan tersebut tidaklah berlebihan kalau market share hotel Grand Sadurengas jelas lebih tinggi dari pesaingnya, yaitu sebesar 15%. Penentuan 15% tersebut didasarkan pada rata-rata tingkat hunian kamar hotel di Kabupaten Paser, yaitu berkisar 21%. Jadi kalau dibandingkan nilai market share terhadap jumlah kamar tersedia di Hotel Grand Sadurengas, maka hasilnya berkisar 21%. Namun tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk masa yang akan datang market share nya berubah sesuai dengan perkembangan potensi pasar hotel di Kabupaten Paser serta strategi memenangkan persaingan yang dilakukan oleh Hotel Grand Sadurengas.Dari hasil analisis kelayakan (Payback Period, NPV dan IRR) maka dapat dikatakan bahwa investasi pada Hotel Grand Sadurengas layak untuk diteruskan, namun dengan tingkat keuntungan yang rendah dan pengembalian modal yang cukup lama yaitu 30 tahun. Selanjutnya, dari hasil analisis BEP bahwa tingkat penjualan kamar Hotel Grand Sadurengas agar tidak mengalami kerugian yaitu minimal sebesar 1.376 unit kamar setiap tahunnya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent commissioners and audit committees on earnings management. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study are secondary data, i.e. data obtained through existing sources and do not need to be collected by the researcher themselves. The data is in the form of an annual report issued by companies listed in the 2015-2017 period which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. The results showed that the independent board of commissioners and the audit committee had no simultaneous effect on earnings management. This is consistent with the results of the simultaneous regression coefficient test (Test F) which shows the calculated F value is smaller than the F table, and with a determinant value of 3.1%. Partially the independent board of comissioners and audit committee has no effect on earnings management. Based on the results of the partial regression coefficient test (t test) on the variable independent commissioners and the audit committee showed a significance value greater than 0.05, so it was concluded that the two variables in this study had no effect on earnings management.Keywords: Audit Committee, Independent Board of Commissioners, Profit Management, Finance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment influence simultaneously and partially and to know which variables that influence dominant between motivation variables and work environment on employee performance of packing beverage products at PT. Lion Mas Pandaan.In this study the primary data obtained through survey results of questionnaires distributed to the study respondents amounted to 32 respondents. In this study used data analysis that is with the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test to find out how big influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable.The results of this study proves that based on simultaneous calculation results there is a mutual influence of independent variables that are positive and significant to employee performance variables. While the test results in multiple linear regression and partially showed that each of the independent variables are motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the employee's performance at PT.
