Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the management strategy of the Sataretanan BUMDes and to analyze the effectiveness of the Sataretanan BUMDes in increasing Village Original Income. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results of the management strategy research carried out by BUMDes Sataretanan held regular meetings of BUMDes internal members to evaluate the entire development of the BUMDes Management Program, formed business groups from each hamlet that were members of the SDS business group (Soddara Dhelem Sataretanan), held entrepreneurship training and product production assistance. establish cooperation with DPMD, Department of agriculture and plantations, Disperindag and Disnakertrans. The effectiveness of the Sataretanan BUMDes management has not been effective because it has not met all indicators of effectiveness. Abstract

This research was motivated by The sharia economy is now entering the world of education, in addition to banks and other non-bank financial institutions that are busy adding the "sharia" label to their institutions. TThe purpose of this research is to find out and analyze The factors that influence the behavior of STAI Lecturer Auliaurrasyidin through cultural, social, personal, psychological and knowledge factors as moderating variables in choosing Islamic bank products in Tembilahan. This research was conducted at STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan with the number of respondents as many as 32 permanent lecturers. The method used in this quantitative research is the survey method. This research is a mixed research, which combines quantitative and qualitative research. The results of the study based on the correlation coefficient analysis test showed that the level of influence of the variables of consumer behavior factors, namely cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors simultaneously on the decision of STAI Lecturer Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan in choosing Islamic bank products was worth 0.776 and the level of the relationship was in the category " strong" or "high" while the knowledge moderation variable is worth 0.411 and the level of the relationship is in the "medium" or "fair" category

Abstract

Great Britain is a country where the majority of the population is non-Muslim, but the development of Islamic banking and finance is very good. This is evidenced by the operation of six full Islamic banks and sixteen banks that serve Islamic windows. Sukuk transactions for investors also increased as evidenced by increased demand on the London Stock Exchange with a total of £51 billion. Likewise with takaful products, the UK reinsurance market that deals in Islamic finance. As one of the largest insurance markets in the world, and a leading global center for wholesale insurance and reinsurance, the UK has the potential to support the growth of the takaful business in the years to come.

Abstract

The production of soybean tempeh is a business run by the owner of soy tempeh in Tembilahan city using fermented soybean as raw material and has good nutritional value for human health. This study aims to determine the production of soybean tempeh in the city of Tembilahan and to determine the production of soybean tempeh from an Islamic economic perspective. This type of research is qualitative research. The subject of this research is the owner of the soybean tempe production site in the city of Tembilahan, totaling 4 tempe owners. While the object of research is the production of soybean tempe in the city of Tembilahan in the perspective of Islamic economics. The data was collected by interview, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this research is the soybean tempeh production has not fully carried out the production process according to the perspective of Islamic economics, this can be seen from the discrepancy in the application of work in fields that are permitted by Allah, namely in one of the production sites, namely the application of the system. wages to workers and reduction of scales that have been regulated in Surah Al-Hadid verse 25 and Al-Isra verse 35

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect, significance value and percentage of musaqah on the welfare level of coconut farmers, especially coconut farmers.This type of research is quantitative research, namely analyzing in the form of data in the form of numbers. Sampling with random sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that the t-count value is 4.229 so that the t-table is 1.972 < t-count is 4.229 with a significance of 0.000 <0.005. Thus, it can be concluded that musaqah influences the level of welfare of coconut farmers and has a significant effect. The percentage of musaqah influence on the welfare level of coconut farmers is 25.3%, while the remaining 74.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

People often have buying and selling carried out to obtain convenience, without knowing whether buying and selling is in accordance with or contrary to Islamic teachings. As happened in the practice of buying and selling istishna. This study aims to determine the application of the Istisna contract in the sale and purchase of canoes in Simpang Gaung Village, Guang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research is field research using qualitative methods. The system of buying and selling canoes in Simpang Gaung Village is partly in accordance with the istisna contract. Meanwhile, seen in the application of the contract, the istisna contract has not been implemented properly, especially in the agreement on the contract and the supply of goods. So, it can be concluded that the sale and purchase of canoes at the Echo intersection are still not in accordance with the istisna contract

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of interest of Islamic economics students at STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan in using Islamic banking products, even though as students who are engaged in Islamic economics, of course, they already know and understand Islamic banking, they should be able to contribute in helping the development of Islamic banking. This study aims to determine the significant effect of motivation on student interest in saving in Islamic banks. In this study, the research subjects were students of the Islamic Economics Study Program STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan class of 2017-2019, while the object of the research was the influence of motivation on student interest in saving in Islamic banks. This type of research is quantitative research because the data obtained are a collection of numbers. The population in this study amounted to 180 students. To determine the sample used probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method and using the formula Isaac and Michael, obtained a total sample of 123 students. Data analysis used a simple regression method with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23.0 for windows program. It can be concluded that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the interest of Islamic economics students at STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan.

Abstract

Muzaki's perception of zakat is important in influencing interest in paying zakat, because a broad perception of zakat will affect the interest of muzaki to pay zakat. The purpose of this study is to examine how much influence the perception of muzaki (variable X) has on interest in paying zakat (variable Y). In this study, the subject of this research is BAZNAS Tembilahan muzakki while the object of the research is the effect of muzakki's perception on interest in paying zakat. This type of research is quantitative research because the data obtained are a collection of numbers. By using a simple linear regression method. This research was conducted for 3 months. The results of the regression showed that the value of tcount > ttable was 9.666 > 2.068 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the perception of muzakki on the interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS, Tembilahan District

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of price and promotion on consumer satisfaction in an Islamic perspective. In this study, the research subjects were consumers of PT. Tsalatsa Putri Abadi Travel while the object of research is the effect of price and promotion on consumer satisfaction at PT. Tsalatsa Putri Abadi Travel. This type of research is quantitative research. By using multiple regression analysis method. The results of the regression show that the t-count value of the X1 variable is 3.543 and the t-count of the X2 variable is 20,419 > from t table 1,970 and the calculated F value is 284,731 > from F table 3,04 with a significant value of 0.000 at a significant level of 0.05 . Thus, it can be concluded that prices and promotions have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction by 72.7% in the car travel business of PT. Tsalatsa Putri Abadi Travel Tembilahan. Where are the prices and promotions from PT. Tsalatsa Putri Abadi Travel Tembilahan is categorized as "good".

Abstract

The realization of the sale and purchase of rice carried out by the community by selling the rice before harvesting or still in the yellowing process and not yet suitable for harvesting. This study aims to find out how the realization of buying and selling is carried out and to find out how buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics is on the sale and purchase of rice in Benteng Barat Village. This type of research is qualitative research. The research subjects were farmers and rice farmers with 14 farmers and 4 rice farmers in Benteng Barat Village. While the object of research is the sale and purchase of rice in the perspective of Islamic economics. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study is the realization of buying and selling carried out is the same as other buying and selling, except that buying and selling is carried out before harvesting by cans or per kilo and rice will be delivered after harvest and buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics is still not in accordance with the principles of the Islamic economy. the principle of buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics, because there are still many principles that are violated, such as, the principle of God, the principles of benefit/benefit, the principles of ethics/morals and the principle of authenticity.
