Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan strategi keunggulan bersaing lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan Magistra Utama Jember. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan kualitatif diskriptif. Hasil penelitian: 1) magistra utama melakukan strategi pemasaran untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing seperti optimalisasi kegiatan pemasaran agar meminimalkan biaya, memberdayakan dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan sosial; 2) strategi inovasi program pendidikan mengedepankan penyaluran kerja bagi lulusannya memberikan bantuan mencarikan pekerjaan bagi para lulusan, inovasi fasilitas dan saran pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran dan inovasi tehnologi informasi. Magistra Utama menyediakan pelatihan kerja dirancang dengan program magang kerja dan pembekalan menghadapi dunia kerja; 3) keunggulan low cost yang diterapkan yaitu menawarkan biaya pendidikan yang relatif terjangkau, beberapa upaya pengurangan biaya juga dilakukan melalui peningkatan penggunaan proses dan waktu belajar peserta didik, penyederhanaan kerja dan prosedur-prosedur pekerjaan, otomatisasi dan penggunaan tehnologi informasi komunikasi yang lebih murah, perubahan-perubahan aturan kerja dan flesibilitas penugasan kerja; dan 4) keunggulan diferensiasi dikembangkan melalui pengembangan program dan sistem pengajaran, pendidikan dan pelatihan agar dapat mengikuti perkembangan dunia kerja; serta pengembangan kurikulum, menciptakan inovasi dan kreativitas baik metode pengajaran di dalam dan di luar kelas, memberikan latihan ketrampilan sesuai bidangnya, dan membina dan membimbing peserta didik. Magistra Utama juga menjalin kerja sama dengan dunia kerja sehingga banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan lulusan Magistra Utama. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran UMKM Konveksi Hijab dipondok pesantren Addimyati desa pondok lalang Kec. Jenggawah Kab. Jember. 2) Untuk Mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Umkm konveksi Hijab di pondok pesantren Addimyati desa pondok lalang Kec. Jenggawah Kab. Jember. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, jenis penelitiannya menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) strategi pemasaran Umkm Konveksi Hijab ini menggunakan bauran pemasaran (marketing Mix) diantaranya: strategi produk, UMKM Konveksi Hijab ini sangat menjaga kualitas produk yang dijahit serta produk yang dihasilkan ini termasuk barang tahan lama (durable goods). Strategi harga, dalam menetapkan harga Umkm Konveksi hijab ini menghitung HPP kemudian ditambah beberapa persen berdasarkan lama waktu pengerjaan beserta cepat atau lambatnya perputaran barang. Strategi promosi yakni offline dan online dengan cara kontal langsung dengan konsumen (personal selling) dan online melalui media sosial seperti fb, instagram, shoppe, Wa, lazadah. Strategi Distribusi, dalam mendistribusikan produk Umkm Konveksi hijab menggunakan distrubusi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Secara langsung dengan mendatangi toko sedangkan tidak langsung melalui resseller.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way people live in terms of health and the economy. The economic sector, especially MSMEs, is the sector that has most felt the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, due to the limited use of digital technology, this of course affects the level of the Indonesian economy. The area in Indonesia that ranks third highest based on the number of MSMEs in East Java is Jember Regency. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the use of ICT by SMEs, the economic level of SMEs and the relationship between the use of ICT and economic improvement of SMEs in Jember. This research method is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Collecting data through sending survey links to MSME associations in Jember. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 2019 application with simple linear regression analysis. The general conclusion is that SMEs in Jember Regency use 1-10 ICT, including cellphones, laptops, computers, sound systems and printers. The most widely used supporting applications are Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Warung Buku. SMEs in Jember Regency have an average income of 29 million - 30 million per month. The income level of MSMEs in Jember Regency is included in very high income. The use of ICT by MSMEs has a significant effect on economic improvement in Jember Regency, as shown by the tcount value of 9.420 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the variables in the research that have been formulated in the formulation of the problem, namely whether there is an influence of motivation (X1) workload (X2) and work environment (X3) on performance (Y) through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) at Darus Sa'adah Islamic Education Foundation Jember. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach with a sample of 50 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the effect of motivation on (OCB) with a direct influence path coefficient of 0.290, then workload affects on (OCB) with a direct influence path coefficient, namely 0.441 work environment variables affect (OCB) with a direct influence path coefficient of 0.408. Then the workload with a direct influence path coefficient of 0.396, while the motivational variable affects performance with a direct influence path coefficient of 0.317, the work environment variable affects performance with a direct influence path coefficient of 0.262, and the variable (OCB) affects performance with a path coefficient direct effect is 0.344.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets on the expenditure of zakat funds in Islamic banks in Indonesia. To find out the results of the research, the researchers used a quantitative approach with this type of research using quantitative descriptive methods. Quantitative descriptive research is a research that provides an overview of the effect of return on assets on the expenditure of zakat funds in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The results of his research indicate that Return on Assets has a significant effect on the expenditure of zakat funds. The ROA variable has a significant effect on the expenditure of zakat funds in Islamic banks. This result is in accordance with the probability value which shows (0.05 > 0.0000). This means that the greater the ROA value obtained, the greater the expenditure of zakat funds on Islamic banks, because the potential for a greater ROA will have an impact on increasing zakat funds.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the factors that encourage customer satisfaction in murabahah financing at BMT Tanjung Paiton Probolinggo. To facilitate the research process, this research process uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. The research stages consist of the orientation stage or pre-field stage, the field activity stage and the data analysis stage. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis uses data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The data validity technique uses the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and comfirmability test. The results showed that BMT Tanjung Paiton Probolinggo was very concerned about customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction in financing at BMT Tanjung Paiton Probolinggo has several factors. Among these factors, namely: 1) the procedures and services do not complicate the customers of BMT Tanjung Paiton Probolinggo; 2) if there is a problem between BMT Tanjung Paiton and its customers, then both use the family system; 3) the language of instruction uses the Madurese language, so it is comfortable to communicate; 4) ujroh BMT Tanjung Paiton Probolinggo is only 1.5% affordable; 5) BMT Tanjung Paiton Probolinggo does not impose a fine if the installment payment is late; and 5) the contract used in the financing process at BMT Tanjung Paiton Probolinggo uses a rohn contract.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the customer's main considerations in choosing an educational institution in terms of the marketing mix elements at Amantollah Junior High School Gambiran Banyuwangi. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show: 1) the products/programs provided by SMP Amantollah Gambiran to customers are institutions based on Islamic boarding schools, tahfidz programs, studying general science and religion and shaping the character of students with good morals; 2) physical evidence or facilities and infrastructure for junior high schools are complete and in demand by educator customers so that they get satisfaction; and 3) a price of IDR 500,000 determined by the foundation can be of interest to educators' customers because it is affordable and attractive to all members of the community.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population, including a country where the growth of Islamic financial institutions is quite rapid. Internationally, Indonesia is seen as a strength and has great potential for global Islamic finance, according to the Islamic Finance Development Report 2014 Indonesia is in the Top 10 Islamic Finance Assets ($ Million) ranks 9th with assets of 35,626. The mechanism of sharia principles in Islamic bank products is important to be studied comprehensively by him in this paper focused on: What is the meaning of Islamic bank? (2). What is the difference between Islamic banks and conventional banks? (3). How important is sharia principles in Islamic bank products? (4). What is the meaning of Profit Loss Sharing and its application in banking? (5). What is the meaning of Revenue Sharing and its application in banking? (6). How is the difference between Profit Loss Sharing and Revenue Sharing?. The theory of profit loss sharing was developed in two models, namely the mudharabah and musharaka models. The Mudharabah model refers to a form of business cooperation between two parties. The first party (shahibul maal) provides all the capital, while the other party becomes the fund manager (mudharib). Musyarakah model is a cooperation agreement between two or more parties to run a particular business. Each party contributes funds with an agreement that profits and risks are shared in accordance with the agreement. What is meant by revenue for a bank is the sum of the bank's interest income received from the distribution of funds or services on loans or deposits provided by the bank. Revenue in Islamic banking is the result received by the bank from the distribution of funds (investment) into productive assets, namely the placement of bank funds on other parties. This is the difference or number in excess of earning assets with bank receipts.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe how the Islamic marketing strategy in increasing sales of doormats at UD. Aditya Master Doormat, Cikancung District, Bandung Regency. Recognize the characteristics of the surrounding market as well as the market structure that is profitable for this home-based business in order to remain competitive and survive and be able to compete in the current market in a clean manner. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method by interviewing the owner of UD. Aditya Master Doormat. Field research procedures that produce written or oral data from the people around who are observed. From the research results, it can be seen from the perspective of Islamic marketing strategy, UD. Abstract

This paper presents insights about halal as a global industry support system and how the halal industry can play its role in the world's mega project events; Sustainable Development Goals in the era of society 5.0 which demands synergy between humans and technology in various activities, this topic is raised as an effort to connect the halal industry with the Sustainable Development Goals and halal from global problems related to the failure to transform development into human and universal welfare. This paper uses a literature review as a summary of the relevant theories. With halal as an industrial paradigm, humans do not only carry out economic activities with the motive of meeting needs and taking profits without being based on ethics.
