Abstract

In general, the interacting elements in the nature tourism system in NaniWartaboneBogani National Park (TNBNW) are population; some tourist visitors; community income; income tax; land use/forest cover and development policy direction. Simulation results show the population is predicted to increase until reaching 380,357 people in 2030. In the optimistic scenario, the population in 2013 is predicted as many as 158,195 people and will increase to 308,149 in 2030. In the optimistic scenario of the number of tourists in 2013 predicted as many as 25,806 people and will increase to 145,215 people by 2030. Community income in 2008 of Rp 12,000,000 is expected to increase to Rp 78,806,894 in 2030. Optimistic scenario of community revenues in 2013 is estimated at Rp 69,656,421 will increase to Rp 484,520 .719 in 2030. In an optimistic scenario subsidy in 2013 is estimated at Rp 22,107,690 and will increase to Rp 175,305,853 in 2030. The optimistic scenario of primary forest cover in 2013 is estimated to cover 136,040 ha and will decrease slightly to 134,910 ha in 2030.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan, khususnya ukuran dewan direktur, kepemilikan saham oleh direktur, dan jender, berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini, kami menggunakan sampel 16 bank (45 observasi) yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia antara tahun 2011 dan 2014. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi fixed effects dan random effects. Dikontrol oleh variabel ukuran perusahaan, hutang, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan saham direktur berpengaruh signifikan kepada ROA dan Tobin’s Q. Sedangkan jumlah dewan direktur dan keberadaan wanita dalam dewan direktur tidak berpengaruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan: Apakah ada hubungan secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama antara ketahanan fisik mental spiritual (X1) dan kemampuan mengelola stress (X2) serta tingkat kepercayaan diri (X3)dengan motivasi kerja (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui secara parsial maupun secara variabel terikat(Y) dengan variabel bebas (X). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama ada hubungan secara positif dan significan antara ketahanan fisik mental spiritual (X1) dan kemampuan mengelola stress (X2) serta tingkat kepercayaan diri (X3) dengan motivasi kerja (Y). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka terapi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja melalui upaya peningkatan bebas dalam mengatasi rintangan, kepercayaan memainkan peranan yang amat penting. Di samping itu usaha peningkatan kemampuan bekerja yaitu dengan pendidikan dan latihan. Faktor kejujuran tampaknya perlu ditanamkan. Kepercayaan diri akan menimbulkan keberanian untuk mencoba menjelajah masuk ke daerah baruThis research problems: Do there are korelation by parsial and by together among/between physical resilience bounce spiritual (X1) ability and to manage stress (X2) and also mount trust of x'self (X3) of with work Motivation (Y). This Research aim to to be able to know by parsial and by variabel dependence (Y) with independence variable (X). Pursuant to the result, hence therapy to improve motivation work to free improvement effort in overcoming barricade, trust play role the vitallyness. Despitefully the effort improvement of ability work that is by education and practice. Sincerity factor is seems needed to inculcate. Trust of x'self will generate bravery to try to explore to step into new area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of implementing ISO 14001, Financial Performance is proxied by ROA and ROE on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosures in non-financial companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The study used secondary data from the annual financial report and sustainability report on the Basic Industry and Chemical Industry sub-sector manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2016. The sample technique used purposive sampling method, while for the study 20 samples of manufacturing companies and research methods used analysis multiple regression. The results showed that the impact of implementing ISO 14001 had a positive effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility, financial performance variables through return on assets had a negative and significant effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility and financial performance through return on equity had a positive effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: komitmen dosen terhadap organisasi, disintesiskan sebagai kesetiaan terhadap kampus dan keterlibatan di dalam aktivitasnya. Sedangkan kompetensi dosen disintesiskan sebagai kemampuan yang dimiliki dalam proses mengarahkan dan menggerakkan orang lain. Kepribadian-dasar tidak lepas dari budaya-mikro. Selain budaya-mikro, faktor tingkat kepercayaan seorang dosen terhadap pengaruh dari dalam maupun luar, atau disebut sumber-kendali, berperan penting terhadap hubungan antara ketiga variabel independen tersebut dengan kinerja seorang dosen. Sumber-kendali yang kuat, akan membuat komitmen terhadap organisasi seorang dosen, mampu menentukan dan memilih aktivitasnya yang terbaik bagi kemajuan organisasi. Sumber-kendali yakni modal sosial mampu memberikan semangat seseorang, pantang menyerah, tidak mudah tergoyahkan ke hal negatif untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan.The results showed: faculty commitment to the organization, are synthesized as loyalty to and involvement in campus activities. Whereas the competence of lecturers are synthesized as capabilities in the process of influencing and mobilizing others. Basic personality can not be separated from the micro-culture. In addition to micro-culture, a lecturer confidence level factor to influence from within or outside, or so-called source-control, play an important role in the relationship between the three independent variables with the performance of a teacher. Source-control is strong, will make a commitment to the organization of a lecturer, able to determine and select the best activities for the advancement of the organization. Source-control social capital that is capable of providing one's spirit, unyielding, not easily swayed into negative thing to achieve desired goals

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, sikap kerja, motivasi kerja pada karyawan kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ithaca Resources Company Jakarta. Itu menggunakan metode studi kausal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 90 personel dari Ithaca Resources Perusahaan yang dipilih secara acak. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap sikap kerja (2) ada pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap sikap kerja (3) ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional pada karyawan kinerja; (4) ada pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja pada karyawan kinerja; (5) ada pengaruh langsung dari sikap kerja terhadap karyawan kinerja; Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa karyawan kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja dan sikap kerja. Dan kecerdasan emosional adalah yang paling dominan yang berpengaruh karyawan kinerja. Pada kata lain, efek kecerdasan emosional tinggi lebih langsung pada karyawan kinerja Oleh karena itu, kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja dan sikap kerja yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam menentukan karyawan kinerja di resouces ithaca perusahaan Jakarta.The obyective of this research is to study the effect of emotional intelligence, job attitudes, work motivation on performance employee. The research was conducted at the Ithaca Resources Company Jakarta. It was using causal study method. The samples of this research were 90 personel of the Ithaca Resources Company that selected randomly. The research findings are: (1) there is a direct effect of emotional intelligence on job attitudes (2) there is a direct effect of work motivation on job attitudes (3) there is a direct effect of emotional intelligence on performance employee; (4) there is a direct effect of work motivation on performance employee; (5) there is a direct effect of job attitudes on performance employee; Based on these findings, it could be concluded that performance employee is affected by emotional intelligence, work motivation and job attitudes. And the emotional intelligence is the most dominant that effect the performance employee. On the other word, the higher emotional intelligence effects more directly on the performance employee Therefore, the emotional intelligence, work motivation and job attitudes should be taken into consideration in determining performance employee at ithaca resouces company of jakarta

Abstract

Culture is a complex symbol and fact created by humans passed down from generation to generation as a determinant and regulator of human behavior in existing societies. Researcher was interested in researching the Rimpu Cultural Phenomenon influencing Consumer Behavior in the Mbojo tribe community in West Nusa Tenggara. The study was conducted in Mbojo Tribe which included three regional governments, namely Bima City, Bima and Dompu Districts, with the object of research being the Mbojo tribe who bought Bima's unique sarong to be used as Rimpu. Data collection techniques used in this study, namely (a) Qutionary, (b) Observation, (c) Literature study. Research Variable Measurements using likes scale by spreading questionnaire to 100 people,  Analysis of data using multiple linear .The results show that Cultural variable, Sub Culture variable and Social Class Variables has an influence on consumer behavior of the Mbojo Tribe in West Nusa Tenggara Province.

Abstract

Competition in tour & travel in gaining subscribers is increasing in line with the increment of consumer demand for traveling. Brands can be a competitive tool of a company. Research conducted is aimed at analyzing Brand Love, Brand Trust toward the Word of Mouth through Brand Loyalty. A total of 200 respondents in the sample who use the services of tour and travel is selected by using Purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis applies the Structural Equation Model / SEM. This study finds (1) the positive and direct influence of Brand Love, Brand Trust toward Brand Loyalty, Word of Mouth. (2) Brand Loyalty plays a role in mediating the relationship between Brand Love, Brand Trust with Word of Mouth. (3) The strongest factor affecting the Word of Mouth is the Brand Trust. For further research is recommended to include Brand Commitment as antecedent of Brand Loyalty, and to apply this research to other services categories.
