Abstract

Selama ini Sekolah Menengah kejuruan (SMK) rata-rata sudah menggunakan buku panduan dan modul dan pembelajaran, namun masih sedikit dari guru yang membuat modul Elektronik Tune up sepeda motor.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : pengembangan modul elektronik tune up sepeda motor PGM-FI, menganalisis kelayakan modul elektronik tune up sepeda motor PGM-FI, menganalisis efektifitas modul elektronik tune up sepeda motor PGM-FI. Model pengembangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian ini menggunakan melibatkan 2 kelas siswa jurusan sepeda motor. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest sebesar 10,66 untuk kelas eksperimen, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 5,67. Hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung  untuk pretest sebesar 0,24 yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan, sedangkan untuk posttest sebesar 2,40 yang berarti adanya perbedaan yang signifikan hasil antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil perhitungan n-gain peningkatan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,39 yang termasuk dalam kategori peningkatan sedang. Hasil penilaian ahli media sebesar 89,50% dan ahli materi 84%, keduanya termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Analisis tanggapan siswa memperoleh hasil persentase sebesar 81,05% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Saran untuk penelitian ini adalah modul elektronik dapat dikembangkan lagi pada kompetensi yang lain dengan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Modul elektronik diharapkan dapat digunakan guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendinginan suatu sistim adalah dengan mencoba mengganti fluida kerjanya, yaitu dengan menggunakan nanofluida. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan nanofluida yang dibuat dari campuran air dengan partikel nano Al2O3 dengan konsentrasi sebesar 1%, 2%, 3% dan 4% dalam persen volume. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memodelkan suatu sistem dengan menggunakan software Computational Fluids Dynamic (CFD) yang terdiri dari pemanas berbentuk pipa C sebagai sumber panas di dalam tangki pendingin IRWST dengan nanofluida sebagai fluida pendingin yang dialirkan ke permukaan pemanas. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh distributsi temperatur untuk fluida pendingin nanofluida Al2O3 memiliki temperatur yang lebih rendah dibandingkan tanpa nanofluida. Selain itu juga diperoleh, pada kosentrasi 4% nanofluida Al2O3 memiliki nilai koefisien perpindahan panas 1.12 kali dibandingkan dengan koefisien perpindahan panas menggunakan air, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nanofluida lebih efektif dipergunakan sebagai fluida pendingin dibandingkan air.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi karyawan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan bengkel manufaktur di Kota Serang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampling yang digunakan berjumlah 27 orang dari 6 Bengkel Manufaktur yang ada di Kota Serang. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran angket kuisioner. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi uji koefisien determinasi dan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil pengujian koefisien korelasi menunjukkan nilai hasil pearson correlation sebesar 0.870 dimana nilai tersebut berarti terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi karyawan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan bengkel manufaktur di Kota Serang. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi Rsquare adalah kompetensi karyawan mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan hingga 75,7% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini angka ini menujukan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi karyawan lebih dominan dibandingkan faktor lain. Hasil pengujian persamaan regresi menunjukkan bahwa ketika kompetensi karyawan ditingkatkan maka kepuasan pelanggan dapat meningkat sebesar 57,6%. Sehingga arah hubungan antara kompetensi karyawan bengkel manufaktur di kota serang terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah positif searah. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan pengusaha bengkel manufaktur di Kota Serang untuk meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi pegawainya.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini : (1) Mengembangkan media pembelajaran Festo Fluidsim pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Dasar Otomotif; dan (2) Mengetahui kelayakan media Pembelajaran Teknologi Dasar Otomotif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), responden terdiri dari ahli media, ahli materi dan siswa kelas X Jurusan Otomotif. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini media pembelajaran interaktif video tutorial menggunakan aplikasi Festo Fluidsim mendapatkan hasil sangat baik berdasarkan uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi mendapatkan total nilai 103 dan nilai Rata-rata 3,43, oleh ahli media mendapatkan total nilai 66 dan nilai rata-rata 3,3. Uji kelayakan pada siswa kelompok kecil mendapatkan total nilai 189 nilai rata-rata 3,2 dan kelompok besar mendapatkan total nilai 1165 dan nilai rata-rata 3,24 berdasarkan data tersebut maka media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Festo Fluidsim sangat baik dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Metaverse aims to turn imagination into reality through the convergence of different technologies and should be seen as a means of lifelong learning that is not limited in space and time. The aim of this research is to identify the type of world in the metaverse to provide a pleasant user experience. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this study, the data collection method used is the study of documentation and literature. Literature study is carried out by searching for various written sources, both in the form of books, archives, magazines, articles, and journals, as well as documents that can assist writers in exploring the types of games in the virtual metaverse world that support online learning. The results of this study can be used by educators to create an innovative learning environment, so that it can provide equal learning opportunities for all students.

Abstract

Until now, the maturity level of teachers and students in vocational education in applying 21st century skills in learning is still a prolonged polemic. This study aims to: (1) analyze the maturity level of teachers and students in applying 21st century skills; (2) analyze the difference in the maturity level of 21st century skills between teachers and students in implementing vocational learning. The research uses an exploratory descriptive method with a quantitative approach adopting the Hoy and Adam design. This study involved 598 samples which were divided into teacher and student subjects. Collecting data using a closed questionnaire technique with a 4-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively to describe the percentage of maturity level and independent sample t-test to determine the difference in maturity between teachers and students. The results showed: (1) all 21st century skills consisting of problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and digital literacy were at a low level of maturity; (2) the difference in the level of maturity experienced by teachers and students is quite significant in all competencies. Currently, 21st century skills in managing and following learning in vocational education must be strengthened again. Various training and mentoring for teachers and students should also be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the plastic waste chopping machine. The type of research used is experimental research. The object of research is a plastic waste chopping machine by modifying the shape to be simpler. Plastic waste shredder can work well. This machine can chop plastic with a thickness of 0.3 mm in 14.4 kg/hour and plastic waste with a thickness of 0.5 mm in a time of 18 kg/hour.

Abstract

Optimization of CNC wet milling cutting parameters for stainless steel AISI 304 was successfully attempted by using Taguchi method (S/N ratio and ANOVA). L9 orthogonal array is utilized for designing the experiments with 3 levels of spindle speeds and feed rates with an increment depth of cut. The effect of cutting parameters on surface roughness was examined. According to S/N ratio’s response table, the result obtained for spindle speed fervently indicates that spindle speed is the most pivotal factor for impacting the surface roughness than feed rate for stainless steel AISI 304. ANOVA results depicted that the contribution percentage of spindle speed for surface roughness is higher than feed. Optimum values of cutting parameters were endowed at a spindle speed of 3184 rpm and a feed rate of 1528,4 mm/min. The experimental values at optimum cutting condition were compared with predicted values and it reveals a significant congruity with the experimental results with a low error percentage. Therefore, this experiment aims to develop the productivity and quality of CNC milling operations for stainless steel AISI 304. In addition, number of studies for cutting parameter optimization stainless steel AISI 304 was not barely done yet. Hereafter, more investigations still needed to optimize the cutting parameters of this stainless steel AISI 304 for various machining operations specifically on CNC milling process.

Abstract

The mold generally consists of two parts, namely the cavity and the core. CAD and CAM are solutions that can meet the needs of cavity and core fabrication. The CAM process is displayed to get a program in the form of a code file which will later be entered into the CNC machine. This study aims to be able to design and plan the process of making cores on plastic plate molds and being able to program core plate molds with software. This research was conducted to determine the process of making core plate molds. To determine the spindle speed and feed speed for each tool, see the cutting speed reference. From all stages of core plate manufacture with MasterCAM software, several machining processes are produced, namely drill, tap, boring, surface roughing, surface semi-finishing, and surface finishing. The total time required to complete all processes is 42 hours 48 minutes 11 seconds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation and parental support on the learning outcomes of automotive electrical subjects in class XI automotive light vehicles at the Walisongo 2 Gempol Vocational High School. This study uses a descriptive correlational research design. The data from this study were obtained from a questionnaire given to students for the variables of learning motivation and parental support, while the data on student learning outcomes in automotive electrical subjects was obtained by documentation. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative correlation. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between student learning motivation (X1) and student learning outcomes in the automotive electrical training subject of SMK Walisongo 2 Gempol (Y) students, where the better the student's motivation, the better. Student learning outcomes. There is a positive relationship between parental support (X2) and student learning outcomes in the automotive electrical training subject of Walisongo Walisongo 2 Gempol Vocational High School (Y), where the better the parental support, the better student learning outcomes. There is a positive relationship between learning motivation (X1), parental support (X2) with student learning outcomes in automotive electrical training (Y), these variables together relate to student learning outcomes at Walisongo Walisongo 2 Gempol Vocational High School.
