Abstract

Piyungan Muhammadiyah High School is the only private high school in Piyungan District. To get students into PPDB, this school has to compete with two high schools, namely Piyungan 1 Public High School and Banguntapan State High School, as well as four vocational high schools, namely Budhi Dharma Piyungan Vocational School, Maarif Vocational School 1 Piyungan, Maarif 2 Piyungan Vocational School and Piyungan Muhammadiyah Vocational School. Compared to its competitors, SMA Muhammadiyah Piyungan still needs to have a positioning differentiator because the SBM development plan relied on a positioning that cannot be realized for PPDB 2022. For this reason, we formed a school radio extracurricular through workshops on writing scripts for air magazines and grants for mini radio station infrastructure. The implementation method we use is Observation, Pre-test & Post-test, Workshop and Radio station installation. Our findings are an increase in students' understanding of UGC, an increase in experience in writing air magazine scripts, an increase in awareness of the potential for schools to become UGC and an increase in students' abilities in making air magazines. School radio can be applied as positioning for SMA Muhammadiyah Piyungan.

The number of respondents was as much as 69 filling station operators from 7 filling stations in Gresik. The results of examination of Hb levels showed that 11.6% of respondents had Hb levels below the minimum limit. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using the Fisher test, the results showed that there was no relationship between Hb levels of filling station operators and gender, age, length of work (years), duration of work (hours/week), and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Nonetheless, these four variables have a prevalence risk (PR) of anemia, namely gender (PR=2.347), age (PR=1.17), length of work (PR= 0.867) and duration of work (PR=1.240), so that operators filling stations have a risk of anemia. Administrative forms of prevention can be carried out with medical check-ups routine. Health education is also needed as a preventive measure to maintain employee health.

Abstract

One effort to produce quality students is to increase teacher motivation and communication skills. School leaders need to pay attention to teacher motivation in dealing with difficult situations in order to improve the quality of education. In this assumption, motivation and communication are considered to be able to improve teacher performance and achieve educational goals. In addition to the teacher's communication role, the principal's leadership style also has an important influence. If motivation and communication are not optimal, this can have a negative impact on teacher performance. This phenomenon has the potential to result in a decrease in teacher performance. The purpose of this community service (PKM) view is that the success of schools in improving teacher performance can be influenced by the training and counseling provided to teachers, with the aim of improving the quality of teacher resources. One effort that can be done is to provide motivation and teach how to communicate well between teachers and students in overcoming obstacles in the teaching process and dealing with teaching-learning situations. The principal's concern through respect for teacher performance also plays a role in this, with the leadership style shown by the principal.Motivational counseling, attended by teachers and school principals, yielded results (1) Community Service Activities (PKM) can provide enthusiasm for changing maximum performance in school governance; (2) Community Service Activities (PKM) can improve and change communication between teachers and parents of students to become more humane and create mutual trust and respect; (3) Community Service Activities (PKM) can provide changes and evaluations of the Principal's leadership style and touch on improving teacher performance, building trust in teachers for the potential of teacher resources.Hope for teachers and school principals in PKM activities to provide changes and improve teacher performance and integrated communication between teachers, school principals and student guardians, so as to have an increased performance impact to assist in governance at the GKB Gresik Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Foundation

Abstract

Knowledge and skills about computer and information technology should be taught to students from an early age. These skills are needed when continuing education to the next level. Junior high school students really need these skills to equip them to face technological developments and advances towards more sophisticated developments. To be able to achieve this goal, adequate infrastructure is needed so that the learning process of computer and information technology can run smoothly and effectively. Until now, learning about computer and information technology at SMP Muhammadiyah Tanjung has not been implemented due to the unavailability of computer equipment that can be used by students. Through this PPM Muhammadiyah scheme community service program, a computer room and laboratory will be gradually developed at SMP Muhammadiyah Tanjung according to the available budget so that it can be used as a learning room and practice of computer and information technology for students. The method used is in collaboration with Mechanical Engineering Study Program and SMP Muhammadiyah Tanjung, Kec. Muntilan, Kab. Magelang for the design and supply of sufficient tools.
