Abstract

Based on the problems that have been formulated in this_studyotheoaimoisoto determineothe differencesoin the effect of Hurdle hopping and Depth Jump training on leg muscle power on Adolescent Female Female Student of Tapak Suci College Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2018 and which exercises have better influence between Hurdle hopping trainingand Depth Jump on increasing leg muscle strength in the Young Women College of Tapak Suci, Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2018. The research method used was experimental. Basedoonothe resultsoofotheoresearch, theofollowingoconclusionso can be obtained: There are differences in influence between Depth Jump training and the Hurdle Hopping exercise on the increase in Leg Muscle Power in Adolescent Female Female Fighters in the Tapak Suci College of Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2014, withotocount =5.3508> totable =02.093. Depth Jump training has a better effect than the Hurdle Hopping exercise in mening said the Power of Leg Muscle in Young Women Pesilat in the Tapak Suci College of Putera Muhammadiyah Simo Boyolali in 2014, with an increase in Depth Jump training = 6.239%> Hurdle Hopping training = 4.278%. In this study, it turned out that Depth Jump training and Hurdle Hopping training both increased power Leg muscles with a significant increase. Fromothisostudy it0can beoseenothatoinogroups that use Depth Jumps training or inogroups that use Hurdle Hopping exercises both have been shown to increase leg muscle power. Fromothis studyoit canobe seen thatoin groups using Depth Jumps and group exercises. those using Hurdle Hopping training were both proven to increase leg muscle power. In this study, it turned out that Depth Jump training and Hurdle Hopping exercises were both able to increaseleg muscle power with a significant increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Model-model Pembelajaran Penjas dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Guru Memilih dan Mengembangkan Strategi Pembelajaran Penjasorkes pada Guru Penjasorkes di Sekolah Menengah Pertama PGRI Tegalwaru Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan jenis etnografi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 3 orang informan dari guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan Sekolah Menengah Pertama di wilayah Karawang Selatan. Dari hasil analisa data penelitian yaitu yaitu implementasi  model-model pembelajaran penjas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru memilih dan mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran pada guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama PGRI Kecamatan Tegalwaru Karawang belum diimplementasikan kedalam proses pembelajaran sehingga peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memilih dan mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran belum optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of difference exercise box jump, burpee, and tuck jump to power against the limb muscles and speed. Fifty-two students were selected according to criteria will be done pretest to determine the Division of the group by means of ordinal pairing. The process of retrieval of data is done with the test power limb muscles using Jump DF and speed tests using a 30-meter sprint at the time of pretest and posttest. Given the form of exercise for 6 weeks for each group and treatment 3 times in one week. The research results obtained is the percentage increase in limb muscles power of 11% and the speed of 2% on box jump exercises greater than a third group to another. It can be concluded that there are significant effects caused by box jump, burpee and tuck jump exercises to increased power and speed of limb muscles as seen from the test sample paired t-test and there is a difference significant influence between exercises and box jump, burpee and tuck jump to increased power and speed of limb muscles as seen from MANOVA test.

Abstract

Related to weight training with pyramid system, in this research the researcher will focus on ascending and descending pyramid system, comparison of multiple set training with pyramid model will be done with fast and slow rhythm, rhythm comparison and pyramid drill model which will be used to know the mprovementand comparison of increased strength, speed, explosive power and hypertrophy of the leg muscles. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research, using the design of "The Randomized Group Pretest-postest Design". Treatment was done for 8 weeks (two months) with exercise frequency 3 times per week. Thesample was divided into 2 groups, group 1 was given a descending pyramid training using fast rhythm, group 2 was given a descending pyramid training using a slow rhythm. It is a significant influence of the descending pyramid load system with fast and slow rhythm to strength, speed and hypertrophy of the legmuscles, but not significant in explosive power for the slow rhythm descending pyramid load.

Abstract

The purpose of this review is to conduct a review of representative studies of the athlete's personality from the perspective of personality structure, personality dynamics, personality development, personality measurement. The method we did was a literature review of several books and scientific journals on sports psychology. The conclusions from this literature review that psychodynamic perspectives contribute to the development of certain personality traits although the maturity aspect of children and adolescents is also involved in the experience of the athlete itself, in contrast to athletes who already have a personality that can maintain a personality pattern seen in terms of psychodynamic distant more regularly from time to time. Suggestions: There are relevant aspects that we need to improve in future studies, which further determine the formation of the research sample. As noted in this study, the words "personality" and "sport" have been defined as criteria for search and study that include samples of athletes selected.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a common communication between swimming trainers and students then poured into a method or procedure that can be used to overcome water phobia in early childhood, namely CST (communicative Swimming Training) method. CST method has 11 steps or steps that can be followed to overcome water phobia in early childhood. This method is given in a communicative manner in the form of seduction, using good words, firm and accompanied by basic swimming techniques to be used in children who experience water phobias. The effectiveness of this method is evidenced by the decrease in the percentage percentage of the amount of data in the subject I decreased by 39% and on the subject II there was a decrease of 42% taken from the difference between the data before and after the trial. This proves that this method can reduce water phobia experienced by early childhood and this method is more effective at an early age because emotional in early childhood can still be regulated than the age of pre-adolescence or about 9 years and above. The need for repetition of treatment that researchers provide to accelerate the healing of water phobias experienced by the child and do not forget to always pay attention to the health conditions of children who experience water phobia.

Abstract

Psikologi olahraga diamalkan untuk membantu atlet agar dapat memperlihatkan prestasi puncak, dan bagi atlet berbakat agar bakatnya bisa dikembangkan sebaik-baiknya tanpa hambatan dari faktor-faktor yang ada dalam kepribadiannya. Penampilan atlet dalam kompetisi sehingga mencapai prestasi yang optimalmerupakan perpaduan berbagai faktor, diantaranya faktor fisik, keterampilan motorik, teknik dan latihan.Disamping itu faktor psikologis seperti kepribadian, motivasi, percaya diri (The Confidence), merupakan faktor-faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pelatih maupun guru pendidikan jasmani. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif.Korelasional adalah suatu penelitian yang menghubungkan satu atau lebih variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat tanpa ada upaya untuk mempengaruhi variabel tersebut. (Arikunto, 2013: 121). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 10 atlet yang tergabung dalam tim bolabasket kota Surabaya yang disiapkanmengikuti kejuaraan Porprov ke IV di kota Madiun. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan angket tes kecemasan dan angket tes performa atlet. Pengambilan data tingkat kecemasan menggunakan angket tes kecemasan, sedangkan data performa atlet menggunakan tes performa atlet. Nilai tes kecemasan hasil pengolahan dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22, maka rata-rata hasil tes kecemasan sebesar 48,3 danhasil tes performa atlet pengolahan rata-rata sebesar 164.5. Uji normalitas berdistribusi normal. sebesar 0.200 lebih besar dari 0.05. uji korelasinya sebesar -0.563 atau 32%, dengan kategori cukup. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara kecemasan dengan penampilan (performa) atlet bolabasket pada tim putra kota Surabaya. Sedangkan besarnya hubungan kecemasan dengan penampilan (performa) atlet bolabasket pada tim putra kota Surabaya sebesar 32%.

Abstract

The purpose of Elderly Gymnastics movement is to provide movement activity in the elderly through gymnastics activities reserved specifically for the elderly. To improve the quality of life through the activity of motion is the activity of motion using a chair with low pressure (Chair Exercise). This elderly gymnastics movement as one effort to prevent dangerous diseases that often occur in elderly is Diabetes Mellitus disease. A special target is the improvement of the quality of life through a health standpoint in the elderly, so that the elderly can perform daily activities independently. Health test is done in knowing the benefits of elderly gymnastic movement by performing a simple health check on the elderly, which tests blood glucose levels by using a tool Glucometer.

Abstract

Clean and healthy life behavior is all health behavior that is done on the awareness so that family or family members can help themselves in the health sector and play an active role in health activities in the community. Physical fitness is the ability of a person to perform daily hard activity easily without feeling tired, and still have residual or reserve energy to enjoy leisure or another purposes that can be used at any time. The purpose of this research is to understanding about relationship between clean and healthy living behavior with a level physical fitness of X class students in State Senior High School 2 Lamongan.This research is descriptive research with quantitative method. The population in this research is the students of class X in State Senior High School 2 Lamongan. Sampling is non probability with total sample of 205 students from 445 students. Data analysis used in this study using statistical analysis. The results of this study can be known data of healthy and healthy living behavior of normal distribution as well as data of physical fitness which also distributed normally. The relationship between clean and healthy life behavior with physical fitness level of grade X students at State Senior High School 2 Lamongan has significant relationship and has enough correlation criteria. The result of hypothesis in this research is there is relationship of clean and healthy life behavior with level of physical fitness of class X student at State Senior High School 2 Lamongan.

Abstract

Pencak silat merupakan salah satu mata kuliah teori dan praktek. Mengingat media dan aktivitas pembelajaran yang menunjang untuk terlaksananya aktivitas perkuliahan yang mengarah pada ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran belum memadai dan tidak terlalu banyak. Diperlukan kreativitas seorang dosen untuk mengembangkan sumber belajar pencak silat berupa teori dan praktek dalam bentuk buku ajar yang mengarah pada peningkatan kompetensi bidang pencak silat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan buku ajar teori dan praktek pencak silat untuk mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan dan rekreasi yang layak menurut persepsi dosen dan mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Research & Development (R&D) dari Borg & Gall. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif dan deskriptif berupa persentase.Hasil pengembangan ini, secara umum termasuk pada kategori baik dengan analisis persentase ahli pembelajaran (83,6 %), ahli kepelatihan (78,4 %), ahli media (84,7 %), dosen pencak silat (88,3 %), uji coba kelompok kecil (79,3 %), uji coba produk i (75,2 %), uji coba produk ii (76,8%), sehingga produk ini dapat digunakan  sebagai sumber belajar dalam proses pembelajaran pencak silat untuk mahasiswa IKIP Budi Utomo Malang.
