Abstract

In this study, researchers used quantitative approach method because the data used in general in the form of numbers calculated through statistical tests. while the specification is descriptive correlational analytics. Namely this research describes the systematic, factual, and meticulous also trying to give an idea of what has to do with later research, analyze to find solutions to problems encountered. In the results of observations conducted on two schools in the District of Banjar, namely Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Assalam Martapura and SD Muhammadiyah Martapura, where the two schools are private status, in both schools are often encountered that factors that affect this learning include teaching methods, curriculum relation of educator with student, student relation with student, discipline, lesson, falisility and time, learning standard, building condition, learning method and home duty. Learning to teach is a core behavior in the educational process in which students and educators interact. The interaction of teaching and learning is supported by several other factors in education, among others: educational objectives, educators, students, nature and educational facilities, teaching methods, subject matter and environment.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Successful Learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi interpersonal, iklim komunikasi dan motivasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin, selain itu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim komunikasi dengan motivasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan instrumen penelitian dengan koesioner yang dianalisis dengan Chi Square Goodness Of Fit, Korelasi Pearson dan Korelasi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin termasuk kategori kurang baik. Sedangkan iklim komunikasi dan motivasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin termasuk kategori cukup baik. Selain itu terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim komunikasi dengan motivasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Iklim Komunikasi, Motivasi KerjaThis study aims to determine interpersonal communication, communication climate and work motivation of employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Banjarmasin, in addition to knowing the relationship between interpersonal communication and communication climate with employee motivation at the Banjarmasin City Population and Civil Registration Service. The method used is a quantitative research approach and research instruments with questionnaires which are analyzed by Chi Square GoodnessofFit,PearsonCorrelationandMultipleCorrelation.           The results showed that employee interpersonal communication in the Population and Civil Registration Service of the City of Banjarmasin was in the poor category. While the communication climate and work motivation of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Service of the City of Banjarmasin are quite good. In addition, there is a relationship between interpersonal communication and the communication climate with employee motivation at the Banjarmasin City Population and Civil Registration Service. Abstract

Therapeutic communication applied at the Islamic Hospital of Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya consists of four phases / stages, namely the pre-interaction phase, the action phase, the evaluation phase, and the documentation phase. In conducting therapeutic communication with patients, midwives use certain techniques such as recognizing and calling out the patient's name, giving greetings or greetings, shaking hands or touching, explaining medical actions to be taken, trying to find out the patient's condition through communication by giving patients the opportunity to explain his condition, pause for a moment, and ask related questions. The relationship between the midwife and the patient is important in therapeutic communication. Through a well-established relationship between the midwife and the patient, the midwife and the patient work together to achieve their goals. The goals of therapeutic communication include: helping patients to clarify and reduce the burden of feelings and thoughts, and can take effective action for patients. The therapeutic communication phases mainly consist of the pre-interaction phase, the action phase, the evaluation phase, and the documentation phase. Before meeting and conducting therapeutic communication to patients, a midwife needs to prepare herself before meeting with patients with different backgrounds and characters, while preparing themselves, midwives also study medical records of programs that have and will be implemented.Keywords: Therapeutic Communication, Midwives and Patients

Abstract

Tujuan tulisan ini memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya penanaman karakter agar memahami bahwa karakter adalah identitas yang harus selalu dijaga dan dikembangkan sesuai dengan akar budaya dan tata nilai serta norma yang bertujuan menjaga generasi penerus bangsa. Kolaborasi berbagai pihak dalam menanamkan nilai moral dan karakter melalui peran keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat sangat penting sehingga proses belajar akan dapat membawa pada perubahan kearah yang lebih baik dalam mengembangkan potensi generasi muda kedepan.  The purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding of the importance of character planting in order to understand that character is an identity that must be maintained and developed in accordance with cultural roots and values and norms aimed at safeguarding the next generation. Collaboration of various parties in instilling moral and character values through the role of family, school and society is very important so that the learning process will be able to bring changes to a better direction in developing the potential of the young generation in the future.

Abstract

The development of information technology has created a new media communications for the world of marketing communication with the emergence of Internet and website. Some companies take advantage of these developments add to the lines of communication, especially in the advertising area was made offline into online. Telkom Speedy is placing the ads at detik.com. whether these changes will affect the interests of consumers to buy a products. Based on the results of the research, between online advertising and has a medium interest in buying relationships that are positive and linear, online advertising has on the buying interest and have several other factors that affect the both variable television ads, brochures and direct marketing, the two variables of effect between the one with the other. Keywords: online advertising, internet, website, buying interest Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini telah menciptakan suatu media komunikasi baru bagi dunia komunikasi pemasaran yaitu dengan adanya kemunculan internet dan website. Beberapa perusahaan memanfaatkan perkembangan tersebut dengan menambah jalur komunikasi terutama dalam bidang iklan yang tadinya dilakukan secara offline menjadi online. Salah satunya adalah Telkom speedy yang menempatkan iklannya didetik.com. perubahan tersebut apakah akan mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap produk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa, antara iklan online dan minat beli memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang dan linear positif, iklan online memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli dan terdapat beberapa faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kedua variabel tersebut yaitu iklan televisi, brosur dan pemasaran langsung, kedua variabel saling berpengaruh antara satu dengan yang lainnya.Kata Kunci: iklan online, internet, website, minat beli

Abstract

Kajian konseptual ini mengksplorasi tentang pandangan Ki Hajar Dewantara terhadap pendidikan konflik di Negara plural yaitu Indonesia. Kecerdasan Ki Hajar Dewantara telah dituangkan pada teori yaitu ing ngarso sung tulodho, ing madyo mangun karso, tut wuri handayani, yang menunjukkan tentang karakteristik masyarakat Indonesia dan pendidikan yang ideal. Nilai ke-Indonesiaan dari konsep pendidikan konflik yang dijelaskan dari intepretasi Ki Hajar Dewantara merupakan korelasi antara persoalan  budaya dengan liberalisasi budaya barat yang semakin deras dan tidak terkendali. Penggunaan nilai budaya menjadi sarana kontrol terhadap globalisasi yang radikal. Penguatan nilai budaya Indonesia menjadi sintesa pendidikan konflik di era sekarang.Kata kunci: konflik, Ki Hajar Dewantoro, BudayaThis conceptual study explores Ki Hajar Dewantara's views on conflict education in a plural country, Indonesia. Ki Hajar Dewantara's intelligence has been outlined in the theory of ing ngarso sung tulodho, ing madyo mangun karso, tut wuri handayani, which shows the characteristics of Indonesian society and ideal education. The Indonesian value of the concept of conflict education explained by the interpretation of Ki Hajar Dewantara is the correlation between cultural issues and the liberalization of western culture which is increasingly swift and uncontrolled. The use of cultural values is a means of control against radical globalization. Abstract

Perkembangan remaja merupakan tahapan perkembangan dewasa. Karakteristik remaja awal dengan mencari identitas diri dan pengakuan diri pada usia 11/13 tahun sampai dengan usia 18/20 tahun yang dijalani setelah tahapan perkembangan masa anak-anak. Pada tahapan usia 11/13 tahun sampai deang 14/15 tahun disebut remaja awal. Sedangkan tahapan usia 14/16 tahun sampai dengan 18/20 tahun disebut remaja akhir. Tahapan perkembangan remaja awal pada pendidikan formal berada di tingkat pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Pertama atau Madrasyah Ttsanawiyah. Remaja awal merupakan tahapan menentukan perkembangan pada tahap dalam kelompok. Meroko pada remaja awal dilakukan dimulai dengan ingin mencoba atau mengikuti gaya dan lagak  teman meroko. Dengan metode survey terhadap 1660 responden sebagai partisipan remaja awal dari usia 11 tahun sampai dengan 17 tahun, duduk di kelas VII, kelas VIII, kelas IX pada tahun 2017 untuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri dan Swasta sebanyak 30 sekolah, pada Madrasyah Ttsanawiyah Negeri dan Swasta sebanyak 16 sekolah,menunjukkan bahwa remaja awal meroko sebesar 43.98 % melakukan perilaku meroko.8,70 % sekolah katagori sangat tinggiKata kunci: Perilaku meroko, Remaja awal, Pendidikan formalAdolescent development is a stage of adult development. Characteristics of early adolescents by seeking self-identity and self-recognition at the age of 11/13 years to the age of 18/20 years after the stages of childhood development. At the age of 11/13 years until 14/15 years old are called early adolescents. While the stages of age 14/16 years up to 18/20 years are called late teens. The stages of early adolescent development in formal education are at the level of junior high school education or Madrasyah Ttsanawiyah. Early adolescence is a stage of determining development at the stage in the group. Going on to the early teenagers starts with wanting to try or follow the style and attitude of friends playing. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas III SD Islam Fatahillah Desa Sumber Kerang Kabupaten Probolinggo yang terdiri dari 10 orang peserta didik dengan rincian 6 siswa dan 4 siswi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS menggunakan media diorama. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar kognitif siswa setelah menggunakan media diorama meningkat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data hasil pratindakan sebanyak 9 orang peserta didik (90%) mendapatkan nilai belum tuntas dan 1 orang peserta didik (10%) telah memperoleh nilai tuntas. Pada siklus pertama mengalami peningkatan yang mana 4 orang peserta didik (40%) siswa memperoleh nilai belum tuntas dan 6 orang peserta didik (60%) telah memperoleh nilai tuntas. Pada siklus 2 data hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang siginifikan yaitu 1 orang peserta didik (10%) belum memperoleh nilai tuntas dan 9 orang peserta didik (90%) telah memperoleh nilai tuntas. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media diorama dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas III di SD Islam Fatahillah Desa Sumber Kerang Kabupaten Probolinggo.Kata kunci : media diorama, IPS, hasil belajarThis research was carried out in the Third grade of SD Islam Fatahillah Sumber Kerang Village Probolinggo Regency consisting of 10 students with details of 6 male students and 4 female students. This type of research was Classroom Action Research which was carried out in 2 cycles while the stages in doing this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection stages. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of social science by using the Diorama Media. The data obtained in the study is the results of students 'cognitive learning after applied diorama media increased which can be seen from the students' pre-action results that there are 9 students (90%) who have received incomplete grades and 1 students (10%) get complete grades. In the first cycle , there was an increase, there were 4 students (40%) got incomplete grades and 6 students (60%) got complete grades. In the second cycle also experienced an increase in learning outcomes, namely there were 1 student (10%) who still did not get complete grades and 9 students (90%) others got complete grades. Thus it can be concluded that aplication of diorama media on social science learning can improve the learning outcomes of third grade students of SD Islam Fatahillah Sumber Kerang Village Probolinggo Regency.Keywords: diorama media. social science. learning outcomes.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pergeseran makna konflik bagi masyarakat di era sekarang, yang telah mengalami perkembangan dari era klasik, modern dan postmodern. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan kajian fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini mengugkap bahwa telah terjadi pergeseran pandangan tentang makna konflik bagi masyarakat dari klasik, modern dan masyarakat millennial. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pergeseran makna konflik menciptakan perbedaan paradigma dalam pemikiran oleh masyarakat, dan menciptakan perbedaan pandangan dalam upaya menyelesaikan setiap konflik.Kata kunci : persepsi konflik, paradigmatik konflik, dan masyarakat millennialthe study aims to analyze shifting of conflict means for the people in this era, it had been develop from the classic, modern and post-modern. Study use qualitative approach by fenomenology. The result is reveal that shifting of conflict means from multidimension of people, from classic, modern,and millennial society had been occurred. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode Treasure Clue terhadap hasil belajar dalam Pembelajaran tematik pada siswa kelas V SDIT Al- Firdaus Banjarmasin.Jenis penlitin yang digunakan pada penelitian ini eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimental Research), dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian dalam penelitian ialah seluruh siswa kelas V SDIT Al-Firdaus Banjarmasin berjumlah 43 orang. Dengan sampel 22 orang kelas VA yang menjadi kelompok kontrol dan 21 orang kelas VB yang menjadi kelompok eksperimen menggunakan metode Treasure Clue. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Instrumen untuk mengukur hasil belajar menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Validasi instrumen tes validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus  Product Moment dengan bantuan program  Statistical Product and Service Solution  (SPSS) versi 21 dan mengetahui reliabilitas data menggunakan rumus cronbach’s alpha dengan bantuan program  Statistical Product and Service Solution  (SPSS) versi 21. Teknik analisi data menggunakan t-test. Setelah diketahui nilai normalitas dan homogenitas data. Pada kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai pre-test sebesar 54,32 dan nilai post-test sebesar 90,68. Kelompok kontrol diperoleh nilai pre-test sebesar 43,81 dan nilai post-test sebesar 81,67. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 <0,05. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran tematik kelas V SDIT Al-Firdaus Banjarmasin antara pembelajaran yang menerapkan metode pembelajaran Treasure Clue dengan pembelajaran yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvesional.  Kata Kunci : Metode Treasure Clue, hasil belajar, pembelajaran Tematik.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Treasure Clue method for learning outcomes in Thematic Learning in fifth grade students of SDIT Al-Firdaus Banjarmasin. This type of research used in this study was quasi-experimental (Quasi Experimental Research), with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research population in this study were all fifth grade students of SDIT Al-Firdaus Banjarmasin totaling 43 people. With a sample of 22 VA class people who became the control group and 21 VB class people who became the experimental group using the Treasure Clue method. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and tests. Instrument to measure learning outcomes using pre-test and post-test. The instrument validity test was validated using the Product Moment formula with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21 program and found out the reliability of the data using the Cronbach's alpha formula with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21 program. Data analysis techniques used t- test. After knowing the normality and homogeneity value of the data. In the experimental group, the pre-test value was 54.32 and the post-test value was 90.68. The control group obtained a pre-test value of 43.81 and a post-test value of 81.67. Hypothesis test results showed a significant value of 0.003 <0.05. From these results it can be concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes in the thematic learning of class V SDIT Al-Firdaus Banjarmasin between learning that applies the Treasure Clue learning method and learning that applies conventional learning                                                                                                                    Keywords: Treasure Clue Method, learning outcomes, Thematic learning
