Abstract

Robot line maze is a robot designed to move with the aid of autonomous sensor to follow a line with a certain pattern. Stripe pattern used is black that is placed on a white surface that is detected by the color sensor. This robot but to follow the flow of the line, also can find the shortest route to reach the target of the starting position to the finish. This maze robot line uses 2 priority is the priority right and left. Left to priority, when the robot will give priority to meet the robot intersection turn left rather than straight or turn right, if it is not found then the robot option left turn will take a straight path. Likewise for the right of priority, when the robot will give priority to meet the robot intersection turn right rather than straight or turn left, when it is not found then the robot turn right choice will take a straight path. Thus, the time required to reach the destination in a maze path more quickly and effectively. At the end of the project is to design and realization of the design of the robot line maze using ATMega8535 AVR microcontroller, sensors photodiode as sensor lines, as LCDdisplays, DC motors as well as the robot driver using Bascom AVR programming language

Abstract

Glucose and corresponding required insulin dosage measurement based on Photoplethysmograph (PPG), is a non-invasive method. The PPG equipment is able to calculate the insulin dosage based on BMI (Body Mass Index) information. The resulted PPG Signal will be transferred into microcontroller to be examined and converted into glucose index and insulin dosage displayed on the LCD screen. Taken 15 respondent to be examined with 20 up to 50 range of ages. The resulted measurements are compared with the one resulted by conventional measurement method. Based on the analysis, the proposed method is able to examine the glucose and insulin dosage up to 80% of accuracy in average.

Abstract

Scholarship awards consideration involve various parameters. It is set up to make sure the appropriate scholarship assignment. To provide automatic system which is able to assign the scholarship based on given requirements, fuzzy based application is proposed. The Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System is applied to do logic inference to support decision making on scholarship award. To develop the intended application, there are four stages on the research methodology that have been done. They are fuzzification process, rules development, inference rules implementation, and defuzzification process. Meanwhile, Observation, Interview and documentation with The Tanri Abeng University related officers had been done to collect the required data. The proposed application is able to assist the scholarship awards decision maker by providing more efficient and objective measurement.

Abstract

Tourism objects is one of the highest commodity in Indonesia. By the various potential landmarks and cultures, Indonesia has huge opportunity to raise the GDP from this sector. One of the crucial issue on maintaining tourism object is on the credible and accessible information supply. People may not be coming since do not have any idea about a certain tourism object. It is the case on Taman Buah Mekarsari. Intended to attract thevisitor by supplying the information about taman buah Mekarsari, a Multimedia-based informations system, Kios Informasi Taman Buah Mekarsari, is developed. Abstract

Now days, on dynamic political environment, PILKADA is one of the hottest issue besides the presidential election. The proposed application intends to assist the stakeholders to react with the dynamic political environment by providing PILKADA prediction. The application is developed based on Artifcial Neural Network framework. Valid data from Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) dan Lembaga Skala Survei Indonesia (SSI) is used as the training and testing data. Lavernberg Marquadt is used as the learning algorithm to tune the ANN model parameters. Based on the simulations, the proposed ANN model based application shows satisfying prediction performance which is indicate by high coefficient correlation (R=0.999). In addition, Lavernberg Marquadt is able to achieve fast convergence which is indicated by low epoch value (epoch=4).

Abstract

Intend to elevate and to maintain the education quality, Tanri Abeng University puts the lecturer performance as one of the important indicator. University has obligation to make sure that the academic process run well. Thus, every stake holder on its circle need to be evaluated and developed periodically. Lecturer’s evaluation is one of them. Currently the evaluation has been done on paper based and manually post processed. This research proposed a fuzzy inference based system to replace the paper based evaluation and manual post processing. The proposed system enable the students to do computerized lecturer’s evaluation. Besides, the fuzzy system inference process will help the management to get more consistence conclusion of the evaluation compared to the manual post processing that potentially lead to the subjectivity.

Abstract

Pengelolaan perpustakaan pada masa kini semakin menuntut akan kualitas dan profesionalisme agar hasilnya dapat dimanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin oleh penggunanya. Dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini memang diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang menangani administrasi perpustakaan. Sistem informasi tersebut berkaitan dengan pengelolaan data buku, pengelolaan data anggota, pengelolaan data sirkulasi peminjaman buku. Selama ini perpustakaan SMA Negeri 4 Halmahera Utara masih menggunakan penyimpanan secara manual dengan semua proses transaksi peminjaman buku ditulis dalam arsip. Transaksi yang dilakukan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan data yang dimasukkan terlalu banyak menggunakan ­paper-based form dan membuat petugas perpustakaan sulit mengelola. Sehingga menyebabkan tingkat keakuratan pencarian dan penyimpanan menjadi kurang diperhatikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem aplikasi e-library yang dapat memudahkan petugas perpustakaan dalam mengelola data perpustakaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawncara dalam mengumpulkan data. Pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan RAD (Rapid Application Development) dengan mengambangkan konsep OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi e-library.

Abstract

The attendance system is a resource that must exist and is needed both by government agencies and private agencies for the onset of an initial operational activity in it. The existence of attendance tools at this time is vital considering the function is able to support activities and implementation of work activities in it so that the tool must exist in an agency. Especially for SpeedCom IT Consulting, data collection and attendance reporting system used so far using data processing applications with web-based internet facilities. This is considered less effective by agencies, because employees can make input attendance wherever and whenever. From the problem it raises the idea of ​​adding an encrypted Quick Respone code (QR Code), in which it can perform management and attendance data collection. Supported with the availability of local internet network within the agency, this application will be used as a medium of attendance and recapitulation of employee attendance every month. With the QR Code is expected no more games or cheating by employees in the process of attendance and is expected also this application will facilitate the administrator in managing the presence of employees in the office so that the results of reporting data can be known easily, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

To improve the quality of employees in an office there should be a system that monitors the entry of employees during working hours, the main door of a corporate office is made for incoming and outgoing access. Therefore, it takes a device that can solve the problem, then it takes a system that can know when and who comes in and the leader can be able to find out to be the material of study. Finally, the idea came up to make a door controller that is based on Smart Card or RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) that bundling the Mini Wemos D1 microcontroller as the brain of the main Door control in this research. RFID automatically unlocks the door, then Webserver serves as an alternative if RFID Tags are left behind or lost. As a tool implementation tool, RFID is used for identification based on the identity of employees to be able to access and recognize it, so that only registered employees in the database can use this door control system.
