Abstract

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency, motorcycle accidents are the most common accidents and many contribute to the death rate in traffic accidents. Some cases of deaths in motorcycle accidents are caused by riders not wearing helmets. Monitoring via CCTV video has been done but it takes a long time so we need another solution to be more effective. Some techniques have been carried out including detection of the use of helmets on motorcyclists by using digital image processing. Some previous studies on these cases experienced obstacles such as overlapping images in the identification process. This study aims to develop a detection method that focuses on the segmentation stage to produce a better segmentation image. The method used in this study is Automatic RoI and Active Contour at the segmentation stage which is then classified using the Multilayer Perceptron classifier. The results obtained give an accuracy value of 72.97%, a sensitivity of 76.19% and a specificity of 68.75%.

Abstract

In order to enhance the user experience of virtual reality (VR) devices, VR multi-user environments and wireless connections must support as the latest generation of VRdevices. Wireless network-based wireless communication devices (WLANs) are popular consumer devices with high throughput and low cost using incompatible bands. However, the use of WLANs can cause packet delivery delays, due to their distributed nature when accessing channels. In this paper, we carefully discuss wireless VR via WLAN, and we request an efficient wireless multiuser VR communication architecture, as well as providing communication for VR. Because the architecture proposed in this paper uses many WLAN standards, based on the characteristics of each VR traffic chain, it is agreed that it supports the efficient sending of massive uplink data generated by several VR devices, and provides adequate frame rates and video control frames. rate for high-quality VR services. Abstract

One of the automatic way of theme grouping that can be used is K-Means Clustering. In this research, the song theme is taken from the text of song lyrics. The aim of this study is developing a system that can automatically group the song lyric theme and know the accuracy level of the grouping. The process stage is started with the data processing or text processing called as text mining. In text mining, there are some processes. First, the text operation. The text operation consists of tokenizing, stopword, steeming, and word weighting then can be processed using K-Means clustering. In clustering process, it consists of initial centroid initialization uses Variance Initialization, next counts the centroid distance on the data using Euclidean distance until get the proper grouping accurately. The accuracy counting uses confusion matrix. The next step to see the suitability system that has been made, new data is added which then is processed by a system. After that, it can decide the new data is classified into one specific theme. From the research that has been conducted as case study in Masdha Radio Yogyakarta, total data available 400 and divided into four clusters. The clusters consist of love cluster, friendship cluster, religion cluster, and fighting cluster. The result of research song lyric grouping based on the theme works well with 93.25% accuracy for the unique word frequency numbers 121 maximum and unique word 0 minimum.Keywords – K-Means clustering, Text Operation, Variance Initialization, Confusion Matrix.

Abstract

Augmented reality is the technology that superimposes a computer-generated digital content on a user's view of the real world in a real time so users can experience the real virtual objects. The use of augmented reality has spread into various industries, for an example in the fashion industry. One of fashion industry type is hairstyle industry. Eka Salon is a beauty salon that provides beauty treatments for women's hair care. This salon has a problem that customer are not satisfacted with the results of their new haircut because that doesnt match with their expectations. This can be seen from the results of observations at Eka Salon is resulted that 8 out of 15 interviewed customers were not satisfied with their new haircuts because it did not match the appearance in the catalog. In this research, an augmented reality hairstyles will be made that can visualize how the shape of the selected hairstyle by the customer without having to cut their hair first. The Viola-Jones method was chosen as the method used in this study because it has a high accuracy of 90% in face detection. The result of this research is that the Viola-Jones method can detect facial surfaces and generate a 3D hairstyle model distance to 100cm properly. The test of the acceptance level of this application is carried out by Eka Salon customers with an average percentage of 84.3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to make a web application that can control electronic devices in the building, find out how to make motion sensor circuits with Arduino Mega, electronic devices can be on or off, and find out which one is more efficient in using web applications and sensors. motion on the building. The results of this study indicate that the creation of a web scheduling application that can control the needs of building electronic equipment: webserver (hosting), internet connection, Ethernet shield, Arduino mega, relay module, and the use of motion sensors with Arduino Mega. which can adjust the sensitivity and time delay of signaling when there is the movement of a human object. The use of Ethernet shield and motion sensor each has advantages and disadvantages. It would be better if the two components were combined

Abstract

Currently, the growth of internet users has been accompanied by the development of applications that support interaction among users, which is called social media. One of the popular social media in society today is twitter. Data on Twitter can be presented in a graph structure visualization in nodes that represent actors and edges that represent relationships between actors. In an effort to find the most influential actors and actors who interact the most in spreading the Natuna topic on social media twitter, an analysis will be carried out using the Social Network Analysis method using the Degree Centrality approach. The data used in this study were taken from December 20, 2019 at 00.00 WIB to January 7, 2020 at 10.00 WIB consisting of 71,477 nodes and 147066 edges. The results of this study can be concluded that the @susipudjiastuti account is the most influential actor and plays an important role in social networking because the @susipudjiastuti account is the most linked account with 29755 links. Meanwhile, the @ shaktia704 account was the most active account during the data collection period, which reached 259 links.

Abstract

E-Tourism is a digital platform that connects all tourism stakeholders, and integrates all tourism activities and makes it easy for all travelers to explore tourism charms by accessing applications without being tied to places and times. In Indonesia especially in Bali the development of E-Tourism can be very good. Many sites are available on the internet to be a medium of information and tourist accommodations booking media. In addition, many government and private sites also play a role in the process of providing tourist information, but these sites can be said to be static and simple. These providers only provide text information without prioritizing responsiveness and interactivity to the users.Responsiveness and interactivity are two issues in today's tourism sites. The existing tourism sites in Indonesia are still lacking in responding to the needs or questions of the users and also the interactive functions on the site are felt to be less than satisfactory. Users are only provided an information in the form of photographs and writings about a tourist attraction. Users never know where places can be visited with approximate time, location recommendations, routes and schedules that adjust to user needs. Refers to the problems,we develop an application that able to give recommendation and guidance of tour in Bali area.The system is made on the main needs that have been defined that the system is able to provide travel recommendations. After testing with black box model, the result of the system has been able to meet the needs of the user and provide travel recommendations in accordance with the needs of the user where the travel time-limited, category of place, place of the beginning of the journey and the final place has been fulfilled. The system has given the suitable recommendations based on the criteria that the user wants.

Abstract

The public transportation model which is currently widely used by people who live in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (JABODETABEK) is the Commuter-Line Electric Train (KRL). According to online media sources(http://Kompas.com 2 December 2015), currently, the JABODETABEK Commuter-Line KRL can carry 900,000 passengers every day. Anti Lock Braking System (ABS) is a braking system that maintains the position of the wheels and the road to prevent tire/wheel slip. Anti Lock Braking System was first used or applied to aircraft. Vehicles that are not equipped with the Anti-lock Braking System must be updated. The driver makes optimal braking to prevent slip between the wheels and the road or rail so that the vehicle stops perfectly. In this paper, we will use fuzzy inference logic to support an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS). Fuzzy inference is a logical method because when determining variables in the fuzzy method, the variable must have an International Standard (SI).

Abstract

The garbage crusher is one of the tools that is considered to have a high level of effectiveness in overcoming the problem of garbage in the river around DKI Jakarta. However, the dredging tool that is currently available is still moving manually in operation, which results in scheduling human resources that are less than optimal in every operation. This requires a garbage dredger whose operation can work automatically so that the scheduling of human resources in the operation of the garbage crusher is optimal. In this research, automatic garbage scrapers will be simulated using a Fuzzy Inference System. Simulation in the form of knowledge making on decisions that will later be on automatic garbage scrapers using a fuzzy inference system.

Abstract

Baitul Malwa Tamwil (BMT) Daarut Tauhid is a bank based on Islamic law in handling financial transactions such as savings, loans and financing. BMT Daarut Tauhid Ciputat in serving information for customers has not been maximized, that is limited to only using SMS broadcast services, the use of brochures, monthly tabloids and flyers. This causes some of the information needed by customers to be conveyed quickly and accurately. Function of website to present information about activities and things needed by customers of BMT Daarut Tauhid Ciputat. The results of this study can be applied by BMT Daarut Tauhid Ciputat in improving the quality of service to customers.
