Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education and training on the improvement of work productivity of employees of PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia, East Jakarta. The independent variables used in this study are education and training. While the dependent variable used is the increase in employee productivity. The object used in the research is PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia, with employees of the customer service division as the research sample. A total of 30 respondents. The research method with quantitative, data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation, the analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the regression coefficient analysis linear function Y = 13.633 + 0.682. The results showed that education and training had a significant positive effect on the increase in work productivity of female employees, amounting to 71%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study explains the differences in credit loans between moneylenders and Plecit banks and explains the elements of usury that occur in Selorejo Village, Boyolali. This study used a qualitative approach by interviewing in-depth 12 people consisting of borrowers and lenders. This study analyzes the content of interviews and literature reviews. This study indicates differences in the two types of loans ranging from status, capital, guarantees, loan terms, time, interest, and penalties when due. This research also shows that the two types of loans made by moneylenders and Plecit banks contain Qordh and Jahiliyah riba. This study suggests the public prioritize loans from Islamic microfinance institutions to avoid usury. Keywords: Differences in the concept of loans, loan sharks, Bank Plecit, Riba ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang perbedaan konsep pinjaman kredit antara rentenir dan bank Plecit serta penjelasan unsur riba di dalamnya yang terjadi di Desa Selorejo, Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mewancarai secara mendalam 12 orang yang terdiri dari pihak peminjam dan pemberi pinjaman. Penelitian ini menganalisi konten dari hasil wawancara dan kajian literatur Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam kedua jenis pinjaman tersebut mulai dari status, permodalan, jaminan, syarat pinjaman, waktu, bunga dan hukuman bila jatuh tempo. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kedua jenis pinjaman yang diakukan rentenir dan bank Plecit sama-sama mengandung jenis riba Qordh dan riba Jahiliyah. Penelitian ini menyarankan masyarakat untuk memprioritaskan pinjaman yang dari lembaga keuangan mikro syariah sehingga terhindar dari riba. Abstract

This study aims to formulate an innovative financing model and sustainable business assistance through the mudharabah linked waqf scheme. The method used is descriptive qualitative in the form of reviewing scientific journals, books, official news, reports and related regulations which are analyzed by content analysis. Mudharabah linked waqf is an innovation and integration of financing to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) where the composition of the source of funds comes from commercial funds and cash waqf funds managed by Koperasi Syirkah Berkah Bersama (KSBB) through a collaboration with Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) chapter Surabaya. Funds will be channeled to low-risk MSME projects recommended by KPMI Surabaya with a duration of fewer than six months. The surplus of cash waqf will be distributed to social, education, economy, and da’wah activities in the form of sustainable business development and fiqh muamalah assistance by KPMI Surabaya, and the rest distributed as an incentive to reduce Murabaha margins for startups. Risk mitigation is carried out through collateral requirements, guarantor, incentive-compatible contract applications to determine cash flows and related parties in the project, as well as post-project financial audits. This model has implications for strengthening the roles of KSBB and KPMI Surabaya in encouraging literacy, inclusion, and innovation in deepening sustainable Islamic financial products, in order to strengthen the economy of ummah in the real sector

Abstract

Sharia cooperative has become an alternative to restoring the economic conditions in Lombok, particularly for providing the capital to the small entrepreneurs. The massive development of the Sharia economic sector has led NTB provincial government to intensify the development of sharia economic system through sharia cooperatives. Despite the massive support from the local government, Sharia Cooperative still has several problems, both internally and externally. This article aims to identify the dominant factors that obstruct the development of Sharia cooperative in Lombok, by using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method approach. The results shows that the main problem is the unqualified human resources as indicated by the level of suitability or agreement between the respondents based on the Kendall coefficient, Kendall coefficient (W) on the priority aspects of the problem for respondents consisting of regulators, root and academics, relatively on high number , around W = 0.725. This data shows that the regulators, the practitioners, and the academics on the same position regarding the main problem that impede developing Islamic cooperatives in Lombok.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist visits on the welfare of the community around the tourism object (study on the community around the religious tourism object in Tuan Guru Besilam Babussalam Village). The source of this research data was obtained through a questionnaire given to the respondents. Processing and analysis of data in this study using SPSS 22.0 and Microsoft Office Excel. The results showed that tourist visits had a significant effect on the welfare of the community around the tourist attraction by 66%.

Abstract

This article discusses waqf: fiqh review, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia. This study was written using qualitative method with library study as its approach. Data source is in the form of library publications (Library Research). Data types are written narrations or documents contained in publication sources. Data collection techniques are carried out by tracking the sources of such publications. Data analysis techniques use description analysis. The results of this study show that waqf is reviewed in terms of fiqh, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia has a mutually reinforcing relationship. From these findings, it can be concluded that waqf as an Islamic fiscal instrument has a strong foundation in terms of fiqh and ushul fiqh and its implementation, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia was ranked first in the global Islamic financial market at the 2019 Sharia Economic and Financial Research Forum (FREKS), where the market share in the Islamic banking sector had reached 6.01% and the OJK is targeting in 2023 the Islamic banking market share of 15%, wrong one indicator of improvement is by increasing the number of accounts and the amount of Third Party Funds (TPF). The purpose of this study is to determine what strategies are used by the Marketing Funding of the BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Cikarang Branch to increase the number of customers or accounts and the amount of TPF. Then what is the role of the strategy used by Marketing Funding in increasing the number of customers and the number of deposits. The pick-up strategy implemented by BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Cikarang branch is an excellent service provided to each customer, this strategy is considered to provide convenience to customers in savings and deposit products because the transaction can be done at home and the Marketing Funding team will visit the customer's house. If the strategy is to pick-up properly, the target number of customers will be achieved and theoretically the amount of deposits will increase as well. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, so that the researcher will explain or describe the results of the study in verbal or descriptive form so that it is easy to understand. The research method used in data collection includes interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the strategy used by marketing funding was the pick-up strategy, where deposits, withdrawals and account opening could be done at the customer's house with prior confirmation with the Marketing Funding team so that the interaction was built between the two. The role of this strategy was significant in increasing the number of customers in 2017 reaching 11.11% and in the following year the number of customers increased by 10.79%. However, the role of the pick-ball strategy is not significant in increasing TPF, in other words the increase in the number of customers does not mean that TPF will increase as well, seen in 2015 of 10.79%, and the next 2 years decreased consecutively, namely -21.77% and -9.53%, in 2018 the amount of TPF increased again by 14.65%. Other alternative strategies that can be implemented by BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Cikarang Branch are maximizing social media as a means of advertising, recruiting SDI Marketing Funding team, socializing to guardians of affiliated school students, giving souvenirs to customers who can refer BPRS HIK, sponsoring the community agenda or institutions, as well as Improving the schedule for collecting funds and improving the information system.

Abstract

The Sharia MSME digitization activities are one of the alternatives for recovering Indonesian economy in Covid-19 pandemic. MSME is the community economic activities which are able to provide some opportunities to overcome the community economy. Currently, the MSME activities in Indonesia, which are predominantly by Muslim community, are faced with technological developments in increasing the productivity of their businesses. This requires a lot of strategies and innovations to rise these activities. Library research approach is used by researchers to examine in depth through searches on sources, exactly books, journals, news or other works that are considered. So this research is including to descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that digitizing sharia MSME was one of the efforts to increase the Indonesian economy in Covid-19 pandemic. The digitization of Islamic MSMEs has opportunities and challenges. The opportunity of this activities will be easier to appay it, both in production, distribution and consumption. The challenge is faced with the lack of human resources in accessing technology.

Abstract

Muslims are required to always consume halal food in accordance with Islamic orders. Halal awareness, halal certification, food ingredients composition, halal marketing and religiosity can influence consumer behavior, especially on product purchase intention. Not all food products have been labeled halal, especially the imported products. This study aims to look at the effect of halal awareness, halal certification, food ingredients composition, halal marketing and religiosity on the purchase intention of imported food products in Muslim consumers in the city of Semarang by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the analysis show that halal awareness, halal certification, food ingredients composition, halal marketing and religiosity have a positive and significant effect on imported food products purchase intention.
