Abstract

Leadership is a process of influencing others towards achieving organizational goals. The most important aspect of the leadership process is the result of a complex series of interactions between the leader, the people being led, and the situation. This complex interaction can be directed to generalizations about leadership as something that is problematic as a factor influencing the leadership process. This must be supported by the appearance of the head of the madrasa. The appearance of the madrasa principal is determined by factors of authority, character and skills, behavior and flexibility of the madrasa principal. The results of the study concluded that Al-Ma'arif Boja School instilled the habit of speaking politely to the principal, teachers, staff and peers. The school also makes it a habit to smile and greet when meeting the principal, teachers, staff and friends. Schools also make it a habit to say hello when entering class, make it a habit to ask permission from the teacher when going to the bathroom to train students to respect elders and the same age both in madrasas and outside madrasas. In terms of social values, the madrasa head teaches teachers, staff, and students the meaning of caring for one another. The principal of the madrasa always pays attention to teachers and staff, because caring for one another will create a harmonious family atmosphere.

Abstract

Nowadays, entrepreneurship training is needed to foster students' entrepreneurial interest, such as from educational institutions. However, before someone is given training and instilled with an entrepreneurial mindset, it is first necessary to know the various factors that form entrepreneurial intentions. This research will provide empirical evidence that entrepreneurial intentions can be influenced through the Theory of Planned Behavior which boils down to goals and implementation. This study explains the constructs and propositions used as the basis for building a conceptual model using library research methods. This study arrives at a statement that the Theory of Planned Behavior is valid regarding context, flexibility, simplicity, and superior in its ability to predict a person's behavioral intention, goals, and implementation in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Many factors cause unemployment among students who have completed their education in Indonesia, one of which is the lack of entrepreneurial readiness to start a business. The purpose of this research is to describe the entrepreneurial readiness of students of the Padang State University family welfare education study program based on indicators of mental entrepreneurial readiness, entrepreneurial knowledge readiness, and entrepreneurial skill readiness. 142 students who became the research population and 59 students who became the research. The data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive analysis using the method of categorizing the assessment based on the average score and percentage. The results showed that students' entrepreneurship readiness indicators were in the medium category, entrepreneurship knowledge readiness indicators were in the less category, and entrepreneurship skill readiness indicators were in the medium category. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the readiness of entrepreneurship owned is not enough to foster student entrepreneurship readiness.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media, entrepreneurship education and innovation on student interest in doing business in Cikarang. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative descriptive data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Smart PLS (partial least squares). The basic population of this study were students in Cikarang, as many as 108 student respondents, which used a sampling technique in this study. So based on the results of the PLS test that has been done, it can be concluded that all the variable components of social media, entrepreneurship education and innovation have a significant positive influence on student interest in doing business in Cikarang. To deal with current changes, students must improve their abilities in learning online marketing so that they can do business so that they develop quickly and are known everywhere.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between the level of education and training variables based on employee performance. As a reference from the F-test value, the probable value is obtained on the variable F count (19,736) > F table (3,082), then the results of education (x1) and training (x2) can concretely affect employee performance (Y). from value Sig. ( 0.00517 ) < ( 0.05 ), then education ( x1 ) and the results of the value of training ( x2 ) also concretely affect employee performance (Y). In the stages and determination of variables from education and training it is useful to increase understanding in the world of work, but also, increase skills are obtained which facilitate the evaluation process and performance productivity for workers. So the hypothesis states that education and training have good added value and are used as benchmarks for employee performance. Evaluation of the research results explains that education variables and training variables have high potential in improving performance for workers, because they can make it easier for employees.

Abstract

This look at's objective become to investigate and determine how entrepreneurship training and self-efficacy affected student subjects' entrepreneurship purpose in Jakarta. The area of this research became carried out at tertiary institutions concerning eight campuses in Jakarta. This studies became conducted for nine months, beginning in February and ending in October 2022. in this look at, we used a form of quantitative technique to assist give an explanation for how entrepreneurship schooling and self-efficacy have an effect on entrepreneurial dispositions. Abstract

As the rice harvest approaches, most of the farmers in Suboh Village, Suboh District, and Situbondo Regency are still very dependent on the slashing system by middlemen. However, there is something that makes researchers interested, namely when middlemen carry out calculations to determine price bids to farmers with special tricks. Researchers believe that these activities are full of mathematical concepts that the middlemen themselves may or may not be aware of. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between mathematics and culture, especially in the activities of middlemen in the farmer's rice harvest slash system. This research is classified as qualitative research with an ethnographic research design. The research subjects in this study were 3 middlemen who were selected by purposive sampling area and used to buy agricultural commodities from rice farmers using the slashing system in the fields. The data in this study are data taken or collected directly by researchers from research subjects/informants, including observation data and (semi-structured) interview data. Data analysis techniques go through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. The results showed that there were some fundamental mathematical activities carried out by middlemen, namely measuring, designing, locating, playing, counting, and explaining. While the mathematical concepts seen in this activity include the concepts of length and width, the area of ​​a rectangle, arithmetic sequences and series, profit and loss, and logic.

Abstract

This study's objective is to examine and gather empirical information on the relationships between college students' entrepreneurial goals and their motivation, self-efficacy, and risk tolerance. Management students in semesters 6 and 8 participated in this study as respondents. In this case study, 85 management students were selected as a sample. Based on the purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis approaches are used to test the hypothesis in this case study. The findings indicated that entrepreneurial desire, self-efficacy, and risk tolerance all had an impact on entrepreneurial intention whereas risk tolerance had no impact. This research demonstrates that entrepreneurial intention is simultaneously influenced by entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and risk tolerance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest dan postest. Tahap penelitian meliputi penyusunan skenario pembelajaran untuk mengetahui kondisi awal anak sebelum diberikan perlakuan, terlebih dahulu diadakan assesmen berupa tes perbuatan dilakukan secara acak dan diobservasi, pelaksanaan pembelajaran kecakapan hidup dengan bantuan media yang sudah dipersiapkan melalui berbagai permainan yang telah dirancang oleh peneliti dan guru. Subjek penelitiannya siswa kelompok B dengan teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 26 anak. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua instrument pengumpul data utama yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Data sebelum diujikan ke responden perlu dilakukan uji coba intrumen fungsinya untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas instrument. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis data statistik dengan melakukan uji beda. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kreativitas antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dan observasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan pembahasan ini adalah untuk menemukan keunggulan dan kelemahan manajemen mutu pembelajaran yaitu: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran, (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixmethod sequential explanatory. Penelitian dilakukan secara secara berurutan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Subjek penelitian meliputi; Kepala Sekolah, 4 orang Wakil Kepala Sekolah dan 49 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan angket kemudian dianalisis menggunakan persentase Manajemen Mutu Pembelajatran (MMP). Teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan data collection (triangulasi data), reduksi data, data display (penyajian data), dan conclusion (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian, deskripsi keunggulan dan kelemahan manajemen mutu pembelajaran. Keunggulan komponen perencanaan; pada sub komponen persiapan penyusunan perangkat pendukung pembelajaran, penyusunan silabus, persiapan bahan ajar dengan mengadakan workshop KTSP. Lemah pada sub komponen; penyusunan RPP, sumber belajar, menyiapkan alat evaluasi, menyiapkan format penilaian. Keunggulan komponen pelaksanaan; pada sub komponen pembelajaran aktif dan efektif, ada literasi dalam proses, pembelajaran nyaman, aman, dan bersih. Lemah pada sub komponen; belum menggunakan strategi/metode pembelajaran, belum mengaitkan materi ajar dengan kontek siswa, belum optimal memanfaatkan sarana/prasarana. Keunggulan komponen evaluasi; telah maksimal melakukan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. Lemah pada sub komponen pemahaman tentang pentingnya penilaian (sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan), kurangnya pelaksanaan remedial dan pengayaan karena kurangnya waktu, kurangnya pemahaman tentang tujuan melaksanakan evaluasi hasil belajar. Direkomendasikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya tentang strategi peningkatan manajemen mutu pembelajaran.
