Abstract

Purpose - Developing letter of payment (SPM) Information System in the Program and Financial Subdivision of Bandung Public Works Department by automating the SPM numbering process in one database for easy, fast and accurate data access. Findings - Some of the problems that occur are the duplication or double SPM numbering data, relatively longer data retrieval, and file accumulation that affecting data security risks. Methodology - The steps taken by the survey is the observation of the object to be analyzed. System Analysis by collecting data based on observation, interview, and literature study, and then, program design. After that, the evaluation stage was done to see if the program design is running as expected or not. Testing and Realization - Design and realization through the overall testing of the application program can assist employee performance. The concept of desktop-based application programs using mysql database and using Embarcadero RAD Studio XE2. The design of the system is using local network and wifi because the application system is able to run across all types of existing operating system where there is a server application to run on the client side, making it easier access and maintained as a whole.

Abstract

The technology is growing at the moment strongly supporting the needs of an agency. It’s for realizing the effectiveness and efficiency as well as in improving services to the public. Especially systems that can assist in providing information and decisions in selecting of the best employee / role model to spur the employee performance. Department of Investment and Integrated Services One Stop Kebumen is one in which government agencies in determining the best employee / exemplary still running manual. There are several obstacles that occur in the process of employee assessment and the possibility of inaccurate assessment performed by employees. Of the reasons the author tries to provide alternatives troubleshooting’s is to build the human resources system using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) with the aim of selecting the best employee / department exemplary in investment and one door integrated services Kebumen district. With the Human Resources Information System Using Method of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) can help decisions in selecting the best employee / exemplary at the Department of Investment and Integrated Services One Stop Kebumen.

Abstract

Café businesses are generally owned by small entrepreneurs are emerging in Indonesia, and especially big cities like Bandung. 99ers Café require software Point of Sales (POS) to manage their business, especially in serving the demand and supply of foods and beverages so that there are no errors. Besides, it is expected that financial management becomes better and avoid mistakes recording and presentation of daily and monthly reports are required. Software development using prototype methods with object oriented approach intended to facilitate in solving problems for software development. Object-oriented programming language used is C # .Net and uses MySql database. Development activities include: planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing. In the development of the software, the problem is found at the time the software was tested directly by the user. By using object-oriented methods, that problems can be solved in a relatively short time.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi cukup pesat yang disertai peningkatan tindak kriminalitas mendorong manusia untuk membuat sistem keamanan yang handal. Pintu otomatis dengan kunci elektronis sebagai salah satu contoh sistem keamanan telah banyak digunakan oleh berbagai individu serta instansi baik swasta maupun pemerintah. Namun dari beberapa macam tipe pengaman pintu otomatis yang ada masih mengandung banyak kekurangan sebagai sistem keamanan handal. Penelitian ini akan merancang sistem pengaman pintu menggunakan pengenalan wajah berbasis Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (JST) sebagai salah satu upaya menciptakan sistem keamanan yang handal. Objek penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pengaman pintu yang hanya dapat diakses/dibuka oleh pihak tertentu saja. Bagian-bagian yang perlu dirancang dalam pembuatan pengaman pintu ini adalah rangkaian penggerak/pengendali motor, dan program untuk mengolah citra sehingga menghasilkan keputusan apakah pintu dapat dibuka atau tidak. Perangkat lunak (software) yang digunakan untuk membuat program adalah Matlab 7.04. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe sistem yang telah dirancang mempunyai kemampuan untuk membedakan antara orang yang asli dengan para pemalsu. Kemampuan dari sistem pengaman pintu ini secara umum sangat dipengaruhi oleh laju pembelajaran (α) dan batas ambang (threshold) yang digunakan. Akurasi dalam proses klasifikasi ini ditunjukkan dengan besarnya nilai FRR (kesalahan untuk menolak pengguna yang sebenarnya) dan FAR (kesalahan untuk menerima para “pemalsu”). Besarnya nilai FRR rata-rata adalah 4,67 % dan FAR rata-rata adalah 0,51 %. Sistem belum sempurna jika ingin diimplementasikan pada masyarakat, karena nilai FRR rata-rata=40 % dan FAR rata-rata = 24,8 % yang diperoleh pada pengujian secara online masih relatif besar.

Abstract

Medical record patient information system is a system that aims to manage the data of patients who register for treatment until the patient is discharged from the hospital or health center in a given period. The information system is important because it is designed to prevent errors in the execution of the procedure of registration and data management so that it can be done as well as possible. This information systems in health clinic is an information system that has patient data, drug data, transaction data and medical records of the patient. As for the performance of the system in patient care in health clinic in generally not optimal because it is still in the processing of patient data and medical records are still using books or manuals. Therefore care patients at health clinic become ineffective and inefficient, because bookkeeping making slow reporting. Patient care information system designed aiming to establish a computerized information system , making it easier for the health clinic process patient data, drugs, transaction and patient medical records to be reported. The expected outcome of this research is to produce medical record patient information system web-based using YII Framework with MVC method at Health Clinic Margasari which can solve problem. Fundamental problem of this research is how to install information system for medical record patient information system at Health Clinic Margasari that make information representation accurately and efficiently. Abstract

Today, printing technology not only talking about paper, plastic, and the other flat media. Printing technology can make a three dimensional object like the picture at the soft file. Mostly, the printing technology is used to create or print a prototype object and object that is not mass-produced. The application of 3D printing technology can be found in industry, health, architecture, fashion, and even food. This research raises one of the techniques of 3D Printing technology. That is Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) which applies Material Extrusion process to build a three dimensional product. The material is filament made of thermoplastic material, metal wire, and other. The filament is inserted into the extruder part (extrusion head nozzle in 3D Printing machine) and melted by heating. Models are produced by extrusion of material streams that form layers and re-harden immediately. Extrusion process in making the model of the material will certainly cause a movement and vibration caused by the printing process is running. This article presents the results of vibration measurements on a 3D printer machine and the result of measuring the surface roughness level on the specimens of the printing process using a 3D printer C01. The Type is cartesian. In addition, this study aims to study and analyze the amount of vibration generated during the printing process takes place. It is associated with the impact that occurs on the quality of printing. With the monitoring during the printing process, it is expected to predict the level of quality of the printing results more early. However, the results of the measurements in this study was not seen any significant influence. The visible vibration is just on the X axis. Surface Roughness measurements for the first specimen, the specimens with 50% printing speed have an average surface roughness level of = 8,6485 μm. Specimens with 100% printing speed have an average surface roughness level of = 8.2893 μm. Specimens with 200% printing speed have an average surface roughness level of = 7.864 μm.

Abstract

The science learning system has grown rapidly in the technology era. The aim of this researche is updating method of learning science in physics subject, so the learning system is interested of students. Film is one of media form that can be enjoyed and easy to understood by students. This research tries to explorate a film, so it can be used to learn about physical material deeply, in polytechnics. The film is the United States science documentary television series in 2014. Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey consists of 13 episodes that routinely shown on the National Geographic television channel. The focus of this research is many part of the 10th episode of Cosmos. The title is “The Electric Boy". This is a qualitative research with long term observation method, so it is obtained the measure of success, based on interview and student value on electricity subject.

Abstract

This research is intended to develop an information system model for online tutoring process, in order to streamline the process of guidance that has been done conventionally, ie lecturers and students meet directly then discuss chapter by chapter every thesis discussion material. the weakness of the conventional way is the limited time and space so that it can inhibit the process of completion of the thesis by students. To facilitate the development of this system we used the notation of UML as an international standard notation in the analysis and design system, and also used Scrum as a software methodology approach in the process of system engineering, which where the scrum has a system of completion of work made in small tasks in supervise and evaluate in the near term so that the progress of the work can be well supervised. By using Nginx Server as the web server, MySQL Server as the database server, PHP Programming Language as the main language for developing it’s application, is expected to bring out the integrations of business process and information flow.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian dengan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Kerawaan Pangan adalah 1) Mengetahui lokasi (kecamatan dan desa) yang mempunyai risiko rawan pangan; 2); Memantau keadaan pangan secara berkesinambungan;3). Merumuskan usulan tindakan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi FAST (Framework for the Applications of System Thinking). Pada awal-awal pelaksanaannya perencanaan pangan dilandasi oleh informasi yang sangat terbatas. Pemerintah pun menganggap Sistem informasi Kerawanan Pangan penting dan sudah waktunya untuk dikembangkan untuk menunjang usaha pembangunan yang semakin meningkat Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk tujuan tersebut di atas dimulai dengan menyusun suatu rencana usulan proyek pengembangan SIKP dengan dukungan SMS gateway. Hasil penelitian Kabupaten mempunyai kewajiban penanganan urusan ketahanan pangan yang terkait dengan SIKP seperti: 1) Tersedianya informasi situasi pangan dan gizi bulanan dan tahunan; 2) Tersedianya informasi hasil investigasi daerah/desa yang diindikasikan rawan pangan; 3) Tersusunnya rekomendasi kebijakan dan pelaksanaan intervensi bagi penanganan kerawanan pangan dan gizi; 4) Tersedianya laporan dan rekomendasi kebijakan dan perencanaan program yang berkaitan dengan pangan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine medical action approval form completeness (informed consent) information system design using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 usage in Rumah Sakit Al Islam Bandung. The research used qualitative method with descriptive approach. While data collection techniques used by direct observations, interviews and completed with a literate review that had a relationship to the subject matter. The development method used was Waterfall. From making this information system the writer used programming language Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and storage of data using Microsoft Access 2007. From the results conducted there were some problems found, such as:lack in socialization of standard operating procedure for informed consent making, many informed consent forms are still not filled in completely, this is unfortunate given the importance of legal aspects contained in informed concent and, proses of analyzing for completeness informed consent form are still uses Microsoft Excel, so that analysis time becomes longer. The suggestions were given by: (1). Socializing the standard operating procedure of making an informed consent to the relevant officers;(2).Developinga new information system for the data processing analysis the completeness of informed consentfilling for producing reports more accurate and time efficiency in the analysis process.
