Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Destination Imagery on the Interest of Returning Tourists in Selo Park Jatikalen Nganjuk. The study sample was taken as many as 100 respondents from visitors to Selo Park Jatikalen Nganjuk. The analytical tools used in this study are instrument analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of the Marketing Mix had a significantly positive effect on the interest of returning tourists to Selo Park. The results showed that the influence of Citra Destination had a significant positive effect on the interest of returning tourists to Selo Park. Both of these variables also affect together the Interest of Revisiting Selo Park attractions.Based on the results of this study, the manager of Selo Park tourism object can increase the Interest of Tourist Return Visit by increasing the Marketing Mix and Destination Image variable, because the increasing of these two variables is increasing the Interest of Selo Park Tourist Returning Visit.

Abstract

The technology applied by companies in transactions must pay attention to aspects of behavior. Researchers use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the main model of research. The researcher's goal is to determine the effect of several Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variables on the intention to use financial technology as a means of payment. The data used by researchers are data from 118 students of the Faculty of Economics, Tidar University. Researchers use primary data by distributing questionnaires to students to determine the effect of each variable studied. The validity test used by researchers is the Corrected Item-Total Correlation value, while for the reliability test the Cronbach Alfa Test is used. Researchers use multiple linear regression methods in analyzing data and variables. Researchers found that the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived benefits on the intention to use financial technology in simultaneous transactions and had a significant effect. Likewise, partially, for each variable influences the intention to use financial technology in transactions and reliability.

Abstract

Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nation (FAO) 2017 data shows that Indonesia is the fourth largest coffee producing country. In this research, there is a focus on how coffee development and marketing strategies in East Java when viewed from the aspect of farmers cultural transformation and agricultural governance. The research methodology used in this research is observation, in-depth interview discussions with resource persons who are active and representative to be key informants. They were the speakers besides being industry players, farmers and exporters who were members of national and international coffee associations. From the results of the interview with the interviewees, we produce a finding and we do an analysis. The results are as follows: 1) In developing coffee business and marketing it is necessary to do an alternative and strategy that encourages the development of a national coffee business, especially in East Java, by doing; a) Revitalization of plantations; b) Support issues; c) Value added coffee (value added), d) Increased productivity and quality and quality of human resources. 2) The other efforts undertaken in this study are the importance of a transformation value for coffee farming, the transformation which originally adhered to traditionalist culture, namely stagnating to only produce coffee fruit harvest, it needs to be transformed into a modern farmer that is industrial-based agriculture.

Abstract

The Corporate Social Responsibility program has a useful activity to convince new customers to become part of BRI Bank. The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that can influence the recruitment of customers with a total of 96 respondents in the unknown population. The variables used amounted to 10 able to influence a number of 9 variables with a regression model that is Y = 0.275 - 0.093 +0.031 + 0.044 + 0.073 + 0.115 + 0.050 + 0.366 + 0.072 + 0.035. In this model, the independent variable can rise by 1 point assuming the regression model is fixed. One of the assumptions that has a high value is the Greening Activities for areas in need will be able to boost the good prestige of recruiting BRI customers with a value of 1 pound increase of 0.366. Whereas the other variables exclude due to an error in data collection namely the variable submission of capital funds for business needs with mild financing conditions because this variable has often been carried out by a number of banks, but the field activities carried out were not in accordance with public expectations in the City Kediri Program Corporate Social Responsibility memiliki kegiatan yang berguna untuk meyakinkan nasabah barunya untuk menjadi bagian dari Bank BRI. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui variabel- variabel yang mampu memberi pengaruh pada perekrutan nasabah dengan jumlah 96 responden pada populasi yang tidak diketahui. Variabel – variabel yang diguanakan berjumlah 10 mampu memberi pengaruh sejumlah 9 variabel dengan model regresi yaitu Y = 0,275 – 0,093 +0,031+ 0,044 + 0,073 + 0,115 + 0,050 + 0,366 + 0,072 + 0,035. Dalam model tersebut, variabel independen mampu naik 1 poin dengan asumsi model regresi tetap. Salah satu asumsi yang memiliki nilai tinggi adalah Pada Kegiatan penghijauan untuk wilayah yang membutuhkan akan mampu mendongkrak pamor bagus pada perekrutan nasabah BRI dengan nilai kenaikan 1 pon sebesar 0,366. Sedangkan pada variabel lainnya terjadi exclude dikarenakan terjadi kesalahan dalam pengambilan data yaitu pada variabel Pengajuan modal dana untuk keperluan usaha dengan syarat pembiayaan ringan dikarenakan variabel ini sudah sering dilakukan pelaksanaannya oleh sejumlah bank- bank, tetapi kegiatan lapangan yang dilakukan tidak sesuai apa harapan publik di Kota Kediri

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruhstatus sosial ekonomi terhadap sikap wirausaha siswa pada SMK Negeri di kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian tersebut adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara serta penyebaran kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan sikap wirausaha siswa pada SMK Negeri di kota Makassar.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif ternyata mampu membentuk gelombang ekonomi baru dengan nilai yang sangat fantastis. Kuncinya ada pada membangun barang dan jasa yang berbasis pada inovasi dan kreatifitas. Ragam keunikan budaya, seni, kuliner, dan kerajinan bisa menjadi sumber inspirasi, salah satunya contohnya pada makanan tradisional Opak Ladu, suguhan wajib favorit masyarakat Lamongan pada hari raya idul fitri bagi. Namun makanan tradisonal warisan turun-temurun ini hampir punah keberadaanya karena jumlah produsen yang semakin sedikit sedikit dan kurang minat melestarikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan makanan tradisonal Opak Ladu di masyarakat, perkembangan produsen Opak Ladu, dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan Opak Ladu berbasis pada ekonomi kreatif agar mampu mampu menjadi solusi permasalahan ketimpangan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptrif dengan pendekatan kualitatif agar mampu mengungkap secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta dan karakteristik objek penelitian di masyarakat Prijekngablak, Kecamatan Karanggeneng, Kabupaten Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Lamongan masih memegang tradisi turun menurun dengan menyajikan Opak Ladu sebagai sajian khas pada hari raya Idul Fitri sehingga penjualan meningkat 95%, namun pada hari biasa permintaan sangat kecil karena konsumen para generasi tua saja sedangkan generasi muda lebih memilik makanan cepat saji. Kecilnya permintaan ini berakibat pada penurunan jumlah Produsen Opak Ladu yang tersisa hanya 6 orang yang seluruhnya sudah berusia tua. Generasi muda enggan menjadi produsen Opak Ladu dan lebh memilih merantau untuk mencari pekerjaan. Masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah telah melakukan upaya pelatihan kewirausahaan kepada produsen Opak Ladu dan ibu-ibu rumahtangga, serta pemerintah desa telah mengikutsertakan produk Opak Ladu ini pada berbagai pameran produk, namun hasilnya belum mampu meningkatkan permintaan Opak Ladu. Saran Kedepan perlu dilakukan optimasi langkah nyata ekonomi kreatif berupa memperbarui strategi pemasaran Inovatif (penciptaan kebutuhan pasar, kebijaksanaan harga, & nilai tambah produk), membuat identitas produk secara gotong-royong, Pendekatan Komunikasi produk melalui display produk & Digital Marketing, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan para stake holder bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors inhibiting interest in entrepreneurship, especially in martabak entrepreneurs in Lebaksiu District, Tegal Regency. As the object of this research is in Lebaksiu Subdistrict which is divided into17 villages, researchers used sample three villages namely Lebaksiu Lor, Lebaksiu Kidul and Kajen. Descriptive qualitative methods is a method applied in this research. The data collection techniques used are with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the inhibiting factors in martabak entrepreneurship concisted of factors originating from internal and external factors. Detected internal factors arise from within the entrepreneur martabak such as personal characteristics, experience, ability to control a business and capital factors. The second inhibiting factor is an external factor, which this factor comes from outside the private entrepreneur martabak which includes the environment, recruitment of employees who are proficient in martabak making and promotion to the mass media.

Abstract

Companies that can survive in business competition, must use strategies that are oriented to innovative and efficient values by looking at the company resources and capabilities holistically. When the giant coffee industry companies use the red ocean strategy in the expansion of market competition, the small and medium coffee industry companies (MSMEs) such as The Coffee Santri Industry in this study take the alternative blue ocean strategy into a strategic choice. A choice of strategies that do focus differentiation. Formulating the use of the blue ocean strategy by forming a new concept, namely outlet treatment, coffee shop and manufacturing scrubs, aroma therapy and prayer coffee are essential for survival and expansion outside the Red Ocean arena.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of Talent Management and Employee Engagement on the Employee Capabilities of PT. Bintang Wahana Tata. The research was done by spreading the quesioner, while the research method using Simple Random Sampling. The t test shows that the magnitude of t for Talent Management (X1) is 4.088 and the value of t arithmetic for Employee Engagement (X2) is 4.207. all of which show larger than t table is 1,985. so the hypothesis that states Talent Management and Employee Engagement have a positive effect partially on Employee Capabilities at Company PT. Bintang Wahana Tata. F test, F calculated> F table or 36.946 > 2.70 or signification level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that states Talent Management and Employee Engagement together affect the Employee Capabilities at Company PT Bintang Wahana Tata and coefficient of determination indicate that Talent Management and Employee Engagement contributed 43.8% to Employee Capabilities at PT. Bintang Wahana Tata.
