<![CDATA[Fiqh Prioritas merupakan bagian dari studi fiqh Islam yang selayaknya diterapkan dalam kehidupan sosial Muslim masa sekarang ini. Fiqh prioritas ini dapat dicapai dengan menerapkan standar ataupun tolak ukur syariat dengan cara mengetahui dan menemukan maksud dan tujuan sebenar daripada hukum syariat. Pada dasarnya, fiqh prioritas ini berakar kuat pada Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Karenanya, artikel ini berupaya untuk mengeksplorasi lebih jauh warisan Sunnah Nabi yang kuat sekali menekankan urgensi dan pentingnya penerapan fiqh prioritas dalam kehidupan Muslim, khususnya, dan kehidupan manusia pada umumnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Al-Qur'an adalah bacaan sempurna, ia bukan dipelajari bukan terbatas pada susunan redaksi serta pemilihan kosa katanya, tetapi juga kandungan yang tersurat, bahkan tersirat kepada kesan-kesan yang ditimbulkanya ketika seseorang menginterpretasikan makna yang terkandung di dalamnya. Menurut M. Quraish Shihab, Al-Qur'an sebagai bacaan sempurna itu meliputi sejumlah 77.439 kata dengan 323.015 huruf yang seimbang dengan padanannya, baik dengan lawan kata dan dampak yang ditimbulkannya. Melihat anatomi tersebut tentu saja Al-Qur'an sebagai kitab suci dalam agama Islam membicarakan sekaligus meng-imformasikan banyak hal yang akan memberi perubahan kepada keutuhan manusia. Atas dasar ini, pengkajian mendalam dan terstruktur terhadap Al-Qur'an diperlukan untuk mengungkapkan misteri yang terkandung di dalamnya. Lebih lebih ketika hendak mengulas topic-topik sosial yang berkaitan dengan konsepsi kehidupan dan etika keagamaan yang diperlihatkan dalam perilaku manusia.]]>

<![CDATA[Religion respects every servant of God using common sense to think about something according to the framework of Aqeedah which is based on the values of the Qur'an. The personality of a Muslim is considered noble and quality if it is able to formulate the Aqeedah in its Intellectual Property in a comprehensive and universal manner. There are no religious teachings restricting people to always think of seeking the truth that God loves. Thinking about using sharp and quality intellectuals to improve or perfect their worship activities so that Allah receives all their acts of worship is an obligation in religion. The awareness of thinking to get the values of intellectual truth in his life is a necessity that cannot be separated from the substance of religion and the urge of Islamic faith. Understanding the Aqeedah correctly and formulating it in the intellectual tradition as a whole, will be able to provide positive solutions in efforts to solve various forms of social problems in human life and the environment.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper examines the migration in the context of history. Hijrah is an event that can not be avoided by any creature in the birth of a change. In success, migration is the only way to go. History proves that the implementation of the move is a demand in the carrying direction changes. The changes were done with struggle and sacrifice. In Islam, the Prophet Muhammad is not the first person who did move, but the move has been done by people before. Hijrah is not only done physically but also non-physical.]]>

<![CDATA[The story of David a.s. in the history of the religious world is a very important one, because all the religions of the world recognize that David a.s is descended from Ya'qub a.s descendant of his son Yahuza. Allah Almighty has made him a prophet and a king. The Bible scholars have mentioned it in the Bible and in the Bible. God has revealed the book of Psalms as a guide in carrying out his preaching. Allah believes in the Qur'an: "" وآﺗﻴﻨﺎ داود زﺑﻮرا (we have descended to David the book of Psalms). ) for 356 years During that time the Children of Israel became a weak and weak people, even though they lived in wickedness and wickedness and abandoned the law of Allah Sw. As a goat had no shepherd, God sent down a prophet called Shamwil. with great enthusiasm they were able to defeat their enemies A young boy named David immediately took up his challenge. Once David's name became known among the Children of Israel, they finally adopted him as king. When David was 40 years old God raised him up as a prophet and referred to Psalm as his holy book. <![CDATA[Civil society can not be separated from the history of Islamic civilization and also western civilization. From historical reviews it must be admitted that western societies are far more serious than Islamic societies, in increasing public domination of the state. When the western society has succeeded in abolishing the dominance of religion, monarchy and capital, the new Islamic society has escaped colonial domination. So it can not be denied that finally the nations of Islam should adopt many western thinking. The problem of civil society application in Islamic nations will surely be faced with the problem of government intervention which is badly needed on the unstable structure of society. Therefore, sometimes between civil society and government intervention often generate ambiguity for state officials. Therefore, alternative models of government intervention that will not dominate the society will be required, but on the contrary it will enable civil society to be characterized by the characteristics of, free public sphere, democracy, tolerance, pluralism and social justice.]]>

<![CDATA[Tafsir al-Qur'an has had a series of its own history by involving several important figures in it. The commentators have played an active role in contributing their thoughts and ideas in exploring and revealing the treasures of knowledge contained in the Qur'an. That is why interpretation continues to grow rapidly from time to time, and from generation to generation, using a variety of methods and approaches. Al-Biqa'y is one of the commentators, and his commentary is "Nuzum Al-Durar Fi Tanasub Al-Ayati Wa Al-Shuar". In this interpretation he uses the Munasabah theory. The words used by al-Biqa'i to link between one word with the word or between one verse with verse or between one letter with a letter called munasabah is (ولــمَّا ØŒ ومÙنْ هذا ØŒ ومÙنْ ثَـمَّ ØŒ وثÙـــمَّ)]]>

<![CDATA[Islam is a religion that is very concerned with noble morality. So the main focus of sending the Messenger of Allah to the face of the earth is to perfect human morality. In the view of Islam, a Muslim who has a noble morality will gain happiness in himself and benefit the surrounding community. Among the benefits of noble morality is to strengthen and perfect the religion, facilitate the calculation of charity in the afterlife, eliminating the difficulties of life and survival in the world and the hereafter. One effort to form akhlaqul karimah on learners needed akhlaq education with moral psychology approach. Akhlaq education with psychological approach is an alternative process of guidance and teaching akhlaq to learners with emphasis on moral reasoning, it will manifest students who are able to distinguish the noble akhlaq and akhlaq disgraceful. With moral reasoning is expected learners have the motivation and able to consider the actions taken to be implemented in accordance with the moral values prevailing in society and also has noble morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. Students are able to act intelligently with good deeds and piety.]]>

<![CDATA[Menyangkut kebutuhan manusia terhadap hidayah, al-Qur’an memberikan perhatian yang serius, salah satu bentuk perhatian dan tuntunannya terhadap konsep hidayah adalah perintah untuk membacanya dalam setiap rakaat shalat, hidayah secara makna adalah bimbingan dari Allah swt. Dalam menjalani hidup, hidayah adanya memang diberi dan ada pula keharusan untuk mencari serta dipelihara di dalam diri setiap muslim. Hal ini penting, karena satu kemustahilan seseorang selamat sampai ke tujuan apabila tanpa hidayah. Karenanya seseorang harus tahu cara-cara untuk mendapatkan hidayah. Dan seseorang juga harus mengetahui bagaimana cara melestarikan hidayah dalam dirinya.]]>
