Financial ratio analysis of a company is one of financial performance assessment that are very useful to management in making plan for both short term and long term. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of financial statement analysis carried out by Hotel Ciater Spa & Resort in 2013 and 2014. The research method used is descriptive method. From the results of analysis show that the level of liquidity ratios, solvency, and operational is quite high, while the ratio of profitability has. fluctuated and the ratio of the activity has not been fully effective.

Brand image (Brand Image) is a representation of the overall perception of the brand and is formed from information and past experience of the brand. The image of a brand is related to attitudes in the form of beliefs and preferences towards a brand. A good brand is a key to success for a company in achieving sales targets. The high level of competition, makes consumers have an attitude towards a brand (brand). Tourist destinations that have a positive image will further convince consumers to make a visit. Sariater Hotel & Resort as one of the very popular tourist destinations in Subang Regency always strives to maintain and improve all important aspects that are important so that tourists will come to visit. The goal is carried out by giving the best service, Sariater Hotel & Resort always makes a good brand image for tourists. In this study, the independent variable (X) used is the brand image which consists of the strength of the brand association, the benefits of the brand association and the uniqueness of the brand association, while the independent variable (Y) used is the decision to visit. This type of research is descriptive verification. The population in this study were all characteristics that visited Sariari Hotel & Resort. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability sampling by incidental sampling so that the sample obtained is 100 tourists visiting Sariater Hotel & Resort. Data analysis and hypothesis testing techniques used are multiple regression methods. The results showed that brand image had a significant effect on visiting decisions. The factor that most influences the visit decision is the strength of the brand association. This is supported because the information that enters the consumer's memory is very strong and the information survives as the brand image of the Sariater Hotel & Resort to increase the number of tourist visits.

This is a marketing research in the tourism sector that discusses the market segmentation of domestic tourists (wisnus) in Borobudur Temple. This study analyzed the profile of the wisnus using quantitative research. Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaires, field observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that tourists who visited Borobudur Temple mostly came from outside the province (62%) and within the province (38%). When viewed from the provincial origin, then the five largest provinces are domestic tourists from Central Java Province of 38%, while respondents who come from the West Java Province of 13 %. Then the respondents from D.l. Yogyakarta with 10%, then East Java Province 9 and DKI Jakarta 9%. Data processing and analysis of foreign tourist arrivals in Bandung through Husein Sastra Bandung Airport is very necessary in an effort to take a decision related to tourism planning in Bandung in particular and national tourism generally, be it planning related to the Airport itself and tourism planning In Bandung Raya. The purpose of this study is to determine the mathematical model or good statistical relationship between the predicted variables (the arrival of foreign tourists through the International Airport Husein Sastra Negara Bandung) with the historical value of these variables using the method of forecasting ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average), so that forecasting can Done with the model. ARIMA is often also called the Box-Jenkins time series method. ARIMA is very good for short-term forecasting, while for long-term forecasting the accuracy of forecasting is not good. Usually will tend to flat (flat / constant) for a long period. The results showed that, to know the accuracy of forecasting model in predicting the data, it can be seen the size of precision of forecasting model in table Fit Model, such as: MAPE, MAE, and others. From the results of fit model testing, it can be seen that the value of MAPE of 21.105% and MAE of 2467.875. This shows that the average accuracy rate of the model in predicting the number of foreign tourist arrivals through Husein Sastra Negara Bandung is 78.895%. To know the value of prediction (prediction) in some period to come, can be seen in table Forecast. While to know the fluctuation of data, either that has happened or will be foreseen. From the forecast table can be known the value of the forecast of tourist arrivals. From the table can also be calculated the estimated maximum error value in forecasting, for example for forecasting in June-December 2017, with 95% confidence level, it is estimated that foreign tourist arrivals will not deviate more than 21.105%.

Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition/MICE business) continues to grow over time. Every country continues to strive to develop the MICE destination attributes such as affordability in terms of price/cost, tourist attractions, accessibility, amenity, activity and accountability possessed by the city. The purpose of this study was to research the response of the respondents (members of Asosiasi Perusahaan Pameran Indonesia/ASPERAPI) regarding Bandung destination attributes and image as MICE destinations and to examine the role or influence of destination attributes on forming Bandung city image as a MICE destination in Indonesia. This study uses multiple regression analysis to test the first classical assumption, the next multiple regression analysis which includes T test and F test analysis to examine the spatial relationship each variables of attributes destination to image variable and simultaneous relationship between destination attributes variable with image variable. The results of descriptive data processing, the destination attributes and the image ofthe city of Bandung in good category. The results ofT test and F test showed that the affordability and activity have no significant effect on forming the image Bandung city as MICE destination. All attributes simultaneously effect on forming image of Bandung city as a MICE destination. The influence of destination attributes variable on forming image ofthe city of Bandung was 88.4%, while the remaining11.6% is influenced by other factors not observed. The availability of destination attributes with the best quality and quantity in Bandung will enhance the image of Bandung city as a MICE destination.

The curriculum has a position and a very important position in the education process, the curriculum is a requirement and an inseparable part of the education itself. Through the curriculum can provide the competencies needed by the world of work to students, so it is necessary for students to graduate they will be easily absorbed in the world of work in accordance with the competencies that they got during college. The purpose of this research is to see the relevance of the curriculum in the management of study programs for restaurants in South Sulawesi. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study found that the existing curriculum is relevant to restaurants this can be measured by the absorption of alumni who work in the hotel and restaurant sector as much as 98.94%. in addition, the waiting time for alumni to get an average job is 3-6 months. Relevant competence, it is expected that the Department of Hospitality Management Study Program of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic produces good products that are ready for work. Materials that are highly relevant to the needs of work must be maintained or improved because competition in the workforce is very fierce.

Geology Museum is a popular destination for educational tourism. But there are various obstacles so that in the implementation, educational tourism in Geological Museum has not been optimal so that need for the development of sustainable educational tourism model that can benefit both the visitors of the museum and the museum. Methods in this study using qualitative methods. Qualitative methods are used to obtain data based on factual conditions that occur, field observations, interviews and literature studies. The results in this study resulted in a new model for sustainable education in the Museum of Geology which refers to museum education policies, education and sustainable tourism indicators.

This study aims to identify the characteristics of tourism in Panrangluhung Beach, Bira Village, Bontobahari District, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Data collection techniques by survey, documentation and observation. This study employs spatial analysis and snowball sampling to analyze and collect data on the distribution of accommodation, attractions and tourist attractions at the study site. As for data visualization, geographic information system analysis is then performed with the existing data overlay method. The results show that the Panrangluhung beach area as a typology of marine tourism attraction with a coastline of 1,650 meters and cultural tourism at the center of phinisi shipbuilding. Recommendations from this study are to revitalize the 45-meter long coastal area in the southern part of the study site, including: the installation of a sign system and directing beach cleanliness.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about "Occupancy Rate Analysis of Effect Study Perspective Hotel amenities Hotel amenities Decision Against guest to stay at Nyiur Indah Beach Hotel Pangandaran". The results are expected to provide benefits of this research is to determine the extent of the facilities owned by Nyiur Indah Beach hotel guests can attract traffic and increase hotel revenue. The method used is descriptive analysis and 'verification. Data collection is an interview with using a questionnaire accompanied by literature study. The sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling techniques that do not provide equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be sampled. Field data collection conducted in 2015. Data were analyzed using Path. Analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that there are significant positive and significant effect of the variable to variable-making facility stay. Indicators rooms were clean and comfortable is important in influencing a person to stay. Basically the reason someone stay dihotel is to rest, the rooms are clean and comfortable will make a guest feel at home and comfortable in the rest.

The main problem in this research is the performance of employees of Investment Board and Integrated Licensing (BPMPT) West Java Province felt very less. The problem is caused by the absence of optimal transformational leadership. The approach used in this research is descriptive method of analysis that describes social phenomena by examining the influence of Transformational Leadership (X) on Employee Performance (Y). This research uses a quantitative analysis technique through path analysis which is intended to know the influence of variables of Transformational Leadership toward Employee Performance, either simultaneously or partially. The results showed that Transformational Leadership affects Employee Performance on the Investment Board and Integrated Licensing (BPMPT) of West Java Province. The simultaneous effect of transformational leadership variables on employee performance was 82%. The value is strong enough. While other influences that are not examined or epsilon affect employee performance of 17.2%. Partially, Transformational Leadership is tested in influencing employee performance that is covering an aspect of ideal influence equal to 6,5%, inspirational aspect motivation 21%, aspect of intellectual simulation equal to 27,4%, aspect of individual consideration 27,9% and other variable 17, 2%. The conclusion that transformational leadership is a very important factor in influencing the performance of the employees of the Investment and Investment Permit (BPMPT) of West Java Province. Optimize the performance of key personnel is done through transformational leadership variables. The results of this study can be concluded that the transformational leadership either simultaneously or partially affect the performance of employees of the Investment and Integrated Licensing Agency (BPMPT) West Java Province.
