Abstract

ABSTRACT Spiritual and Social Guidance of Islamic Education Teachers is one of the important factors in shaping the character of students. Which is in line with the National Education System Law of 2003. The current practice of Islamic Education tends to emphasize cognitive aspects, while the psychomotor aspects are rarely touched, including the planting of faith (apective aspects). This situation has triggered the imbalance of PAI learning outcomes, which in turn has created humans who are cognitively smart but spiritually and socially dry. Therefore the presence of Spiritual and Social Guidance activities is an alternative step to reduce or even cover the lack of developing apective and psychomotor aspects outside of school hours in the national curriculum. The purpose of this study was to find out how the spiritual and social guidance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers towards the Formation of Student Characters in Yappa Junior High School Depok. But specifically this research aims to find out: Programs, Supporting and Inhibiting Factors as well as the success of the spiritual and social guidance program of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Against the formation of student characters in Yappa Junior High School Depok. The research method used is descriptive analytic, which is to give an overview of what is happening. Data collected in the form of qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation, and study documentation. This research starts from a preliminary study of theories relating to the spiritual and social guidance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers, then looks for the location of schools that have spiritual and social guidance activities for their students. Data collection techniques, the author begins with observation, categorization, synthesis and compile working hypotheses, which of course are always accompanied by literature study. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the spiritual and social guidance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Against the Formation of Student Character in Depok's Yappa Middle School is done well and effectively through religious activities, learning in class and examples which are routinely carried out in Depok's Yappa Middle School. Through this activity embodied the cultivation of spiritual and social values ​​in students of Depok Yappa Middle School, which is one of the efforts to achieve the objectives of Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of spiritual and social activities is in the context of establishing noble character among students, which includes material on faith, worship, morals, the Koran and history. Abstract

Image is something that is abstract because it relates to beliefs, ideas and impressions obtained from a particular object either directly felt, through the five senses or obtain information from a source. As explained by Roesady, an image is a set of beliefs, ideas, and a person's impression of a particular object. The image of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school is inseparable from the perception of students, alumni and the community who perceive according to their observations that this boarding school has a positive image. This response (acceptance) directly from students, alumni, and the community in the pesantren environment is in accordance with the results of interviews and observations in the field by researchers who explain that their perception of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school is an experience of objects namely the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school which only studies the interpretation of science, or relationships obtained by summarizing information and interpreting messages from students, alumni or the community about the existence of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school in Pagentongan, Bogor. Based on preliminary observations by researchers, what was felt by the community about the teaching and study of Tafsir in the Riyadhuttafsir Islamic Boarding School also confirmed what had been conveyed by the alumni of the boarding school. That the Riyadhuttafsir Islamic Boarding School succeeded in proving its work as a traditional Islamic boarding school which specifically studied interpretation in the Bogor Pagentongan region. Furthermore, the uniqueness of the hut from the existence of the hut is what makes the writer interested to explore and explore further about the perceptions, interests and image of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school among students and alumni, as well as figures and communities around the boarding school will be the specialty of teaching methodology in Islamic boarding schools. Riyadhuttafsir is timelessly eroded by the changing times. In accordance with the above research title, problem formulation and research objectives, this study uses a qualitative research design. In this study the approach used is a qualitative approach that is displayed as it is. According to Bogdan and Taylor, as quoted by Lexi Moleong, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and the observed behavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine and discuss the perspective of inheritance law on the status of out-of-wedlock children in obtaining the inheritance rights of Islamic law compilation. The method used is a qualitative method using secondary data and primary data for completeness of data, data analysis used using normative analysis. Based on the results of research, among others, first, the position of out-of-wedlock children according to Islamic Law is based on nasab as the legality of family relations based on blood relations, as a result of legal marriage. The problem is that there is no relationship between the child's relationship with his biological father; there are no rights and obligations between the child and his biological father, inheritance and so on; if by chance the child is a woman, then the biological father cannot be the guardian, so that the guardian can be a child out of wedlock; secondly, the status of inheritance rights for out-of-wedlock children according to Islamic law only have a mutual inheritance relationship with the family from the mother's side, however there is a need for legal breakthroughs related to this, namely in the Islamic inheritance system, there are grant institutions in the form of giving biological father's day and can also the wills of the Mandatory from his biological father. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much motivation to learn affects the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in elementary schools 064021 Medan City. The method used is a quantitative correlational method with data collection techniques by means of library research and field research through interviews, observations and documentation. With the results of the calculation of the correlation number of variable X (learning motivation) to the variable Y (learning outcomes) of 0.965. This means that the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in grade V SDN 064021 Medan Helvetia Medan city is very high.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and discuss the Baduy Indigenous Marriage Legal System of Kanakes Village, Leuwidamar Subdistrict. This research and writing were prepared and compiled using empirical research methods using qualitative analysis, namely by conducting direct interviews with Jaro (Head of the Village) and the Baduy indigenous community. Marriage is a natural law that must occur and be carried out by every human being without exception. The legal system of marriage to the Baduy indigenous people, that is Monogamy marriage, which means that a Baduy man cannot have more than one wife and polygamy marriage is a taboo subject. In addition, the factors that influence the Baduy indigenous community's compliance with customary law include religious and religious factors, social and cultural factors, customary law and religious factors. Abstract

The purpose of the authors conducting this research is to determine whether there is an influence of the independent variable (X1-X4) on the dependent variable (Y2) and whether or not the influence of the intervening variable (Y1) on the dependent variable (Y2). The type of data in this study, is quantitative data obtained through the results of a survey of students. The study uses primary data that is data obtained directly from the respondents who filled out and developed the questionnaire. Test the validity and reliability using SPSS 24.0. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis in this study uses the multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the software used is AMOS 18. The selection of SEM analysis techniques is based on the consideration that SEM has the ability to test structural models simultaneously and efficiently when compared with multivariate techniques another. Hypothesis testing results that have a significant effect as follows: 1. Security has no significant effect on teacher performance. 2. Parents' opinions have a significant effect on teacher performance. 3. School facilities do not significantly influence teacher performance. 4. Motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. 5. Security does not significantly influence student decisions 6. Opinion has a significant effect on student decisions. 7. School facilities significantly influence student decisions. 8. Motivation has a significant effect on student decisions. 9. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Teacher Performance and School Facilities on Student Success in Studying Knowledge Through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City Methods and Types of data in this study, are quantitative data obtained through the results of a survey of students. This study uses primary data that is data obtained directly from respondents who filled out and developed the questionnaire through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City. With a student population of approximately 1,508 students. The sample of this study was 125 students and alumni. Test the validity and reliability using SPSS 24.0. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis in this study uses the multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the software used is AMOS 18. The results of the research and testing of hypotheses that have a significant effect are as follows: 1. Teacher competence has no significant effect on the learning process. 2. Motivation does not significantly influence the learning process. 3. Teacher performance has a significant effect on the learning process. 4. Facilities have a significant effect on the learning process. 5. Competence does not significantly influence student success. 6. Motivation does not significantly influence student success. 7. Teacher performance does not significantly influence student success. 8. Facilities have a significant positive effect on student success. 9. The learning process has a significant effect on student success. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of counting manipulative media on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in Penang Kenanga Hati Bunda, with variable (x) the effect of using counting manipulative media and variable (y) The ability to recognize number concepts in children aged 4 -5 years, the method in this study is to use descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews, documentation, observation and questionnaires with respondents, students, parents and teachers with 10 questions, the results of this study are in Paud Kenanga Hati Bunda already implemented with both reached 80%, this is marked by the child's ability to recognize numbers, which includes giving examples of the ability to practice counting, motivation, reward, correction and guidance. Abstract

ABSTRACT .This study aims to examine the relationship between student learning motivation and student learning Achievement in economic subjects class X (Ten ) at MA Al-Qurtubiyyah Nagrak Academic Year 2016/2017. To obtain “X” variable data "Learning Motivation" using questionnaires or quiesioners and to obtain variable data “Y” "Learning outcomes" using the test. The research method used in this study is quantitative associative. The number of samples used in this study were 33 students in class X (Ten ). Analysis of the data used is; the first prerequisite test is validity and reliability test and normality test. Both hypothesis tests use the correlational test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between learning motivation and student learning Achievement in Class X (Ten) Economics Subjects at the MA 2016 Al-Qurtubiyyah Nagrak Academic Year. Evident from the correlation coefficient of r = 0.821 the level of relations is very high, while the price of r² = 0.674. This shows that 67.4% of the variations that occur in student learning Achievement are related to student learning motivation. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Student Learning Achievement
