Abstract

Additional Food Recipients (PMT) is a program that is held in every village, especially in the Kubah Sentang Village, which is budgeted annually by the Village Officials through the APBN Fund. The importance of PMT for this Kubah Sentang village is because the poverty rate is quite high reaching 65% and the nutritional intake obtained is very limited especially for toddlers aged 6-59 months. This has led to the need to build a system that can facilitate government agencies, especially in the Kubah Sentang Village Office to select additional food recipients using a Decision Support System with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Decision support systems are very necessary in government agencies, especially in the Kubah Sentang Village Office to select recipients of supplementary food (PMT) for the community. The determination of the criteria for additional food recipients is determined from the age of the baby, nutritional status, income of parents, and class of electric power. This study also produced a system that was able to display recommendations for prospective supplementary food recipients with the results of criteria and preference weights that were determined by the system's needs.

Abstract

The doctor is one of the most important things that works to improve sick people. This research proposes to discuss and build a decision system for the selection of the best doctors that can help the selection of the best obgyn doctors using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method by outlining the code of ethics for medicine, education, service systems, and years of service. The Tsukamoto method is a method that uses membership functions. With this method the optimal solution is sought from certain alternatives and suggestions. In this study, the study conducted research in the Sari Mutiara Lubuk Hospital so that it chose the best doctor on target.

Software testing is done using Wireshark results in Loss Package testing get 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 Minutes yield value of 0.43%, 0.21%, 0.20%, 0.10%, 0.8% , 0.10% Loss Package Referring TIPHON below 3% is quite good and the testing Througputh for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes, producing a value 275Bit / s, 280 Bit / s, 282 bits / s, 282 bits / s, 279 bits / s, 278 bits / s referring to standardize TIPHON that the average yield testing Througputh 279 Bit / s is said to be very good. with this result VRRP method is able to provide solutions when the Main Router encountered a problem and still maintain good quality of the network.

Abstract

The use of server computers in an institution is managed according to required needs and functions. But as time goes on the server needs to increase. The NCC Laboratory as a research laboratory requires a server management mechanism for utilities that have a private server space to support each of its research. Server researchers, currently running on the computer's respective physical server so that the emergence of limitations of the availability of physical server computers to new researchers, while the utility computer server researchers who have already run in the taste still the operating system. Therefore the purpose of this research is to build a VPS (Virtual Private Server) system in one computer for the personal space of researchers to manage the research content in the form of Web-based applications. The methods used in this study were experiments with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The operating system used is Linux Proxmox as virtual Manager, Ubuntu and CentOS as VPS. The result of this research VPS can be applied to support the needs of researchers using Linux operating system Ubuntu server and CentOS-based virtual manager Proxmox.

Abstract

Nowadays, gold investment practitioners generally use instinct and guess in investing in gold. This is certainly a problem because it has a high error margin. To solve these problems, the forecasting process can be carried out.To be able to forecast gold prices with low error rates, various studies have been conducted. The Box-Jenkins method performs better than other methods in predicting the price of gold, because the Box-Jenkins method applies forecasting by relying on the historical statistics of gold prices beforehand. The Box-Jenkins method is an iterative of choosing the best model for the stationary series of a group of linear time series models called the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) model. However, the ARIMA method is a complex method and is not easy to use and requires a long execution time to obtain forecasting results with a high degree of accuracy. To improve the accuracy of prediction results from ARIMA, the ARIMA method can be combined with the multiple regression method into a hybrid method. The Multiple Linear Regression Method is a mathematical technique that minimizes the difference between the actual value and the predicted value.The results of this study are an application of forecasting the price of gold using the ARIMA method and Multiple Linear Regression. The application also provides a facility to test the results of the methods used. Based on the results of testing the accuracy of the prediction results from the hybrid method with 30 data = 48%, 60 data = 40%, and 118 data = 40.81%.

Abstract

The eye is one of the organs of the body that is very important for humans, so it must be kept in good health, but as humans age and the unhealthy lifestyle of many people in Indonesia experience problems with their eyes. Based on the existing problems this study discusses the application of expert systems to diagnose eye diseases. The data used for the study consisted of 22 symptoms and 5 eye diseases. Expert system that was built using the Naïve Bayes method. There are two stages of work from this application. First, the system asks the patient to choose the symptoms they are experiencing. Secondly, the system will automatically display the diagnosis results of the eye disease suffered by the patient through the calculation of Naïve Bayes. This system has advantages compared to the existing system in the reference journal, namely in the design of the symptom page display, making it easier for users to answer according to the symptoms felt. The results of subsequent system diagnoses are compared with the results of diagnoses from actual experts. The system trial used data of 15 eye disease patients. From the experimental results, the percentage of diagnostic suitability of 86%.

Abstract

Arabic is a language that is rich in rules and rules in composing sentences and understanding speech. As we know, a collection of Arabic languages ​​is found in the Holy Qur'an of the Islamic Ummah. In the Al-Quran there are many jar letters that have special meanings in each letter. In Arabic language rules, In the Letters jar is a letter whose job is to give a hard line in the sentence in front of it. The purpose of this study is to build a basic Arabic learning media in detecting JAR letters using the pierce similarity method. In building the system, an image processing theory approach is carried out. The stages of the detection system process begin with the file.bmp extension process of the original image, then resizing, namely the process of placing the image to the specified coordinate points, Grayscale, convolution or edge detection and distance calculation with Pierce similarity where this algorithm will store the value of bits in the pattern of letters that are trained and then will match the values ​​in the image to be tested. Input image is the result of drawing the verses of the Quran.
