Abstract

Professional tennis athletes should be able to master all the basic techniques of playing tennis and having physical fitness. Therefore, it is necessary to get an exercise that can give meaning to the skills and physical fitness. One of the proper exercises is with aerobic exercise combined with the technique.Aerobic exercise program combined with techniques is: (1) a number of players consisting of six to seven people with backward sequential formation techniques performing forehand and backhand groundstrokes served by the trainers, (2) coaches pass eight balls toward the forehand, backhand, forehand, backhand in sequence, (3) after the player completes an eight stroke strike then runs around the tennis court and while collecting the ball that has been hit, ( 4) the next player gets back to its previous position and ready for the next shot, (5) perform with three times frequency of exercise a week, (6) perform with the exercise intensity between 75% - 85% of maximum heart rate, (7) perform for 25 minutes per meeting, (8) the time interval is 24-48 hours, and (9) the periodization on stages of early preparation.Aerobic exercise combination with a technique given by a measurement, regularly and programmed can help improving physical fitness and skills of forehand and backhand groundstrokes for tennis athletes. Backhand skills may be changed naturally better than forehand techniques, so that it is given the same portion of exercise that will increase differently. Keyword: aerobic exercise, groundstroke techniques, tennis

Abstract

This research discuss about the instructor's effort to conquer the gymnast's anxiety before POPNAS event 2009. The purpose of this research is to know how high the instructor's effort to conquer the gymnast's anxiety wether influence by intrinsic factor or extrinsic factor before race in POPNAS 2009.This research belongs to descriptive research using survey method. The sample of research population is taken from artistic's gymnast male or female and 44 instructor's sportif rhythmic from whole instructors in POPNAS 2009. The questionnaire is used as the research instrument to collect the data. In analizing the data, researcher using percentage quantitative descriptive technique.The research indicate that the instructor's effort to conquer the gymnast's anxiety on intrinsic factor before POPNAS race 2009 on high category 50,00 %, while the high category of extrinsic factor reach 52.3 %, and the effort of instructor to conquer the gymnast's anxiety before POPNAS on high category 50,00 %. Kata Kunci: Pelatih, Kecemasan, Atlet

Abstract

Pendidikan di sekolah sangat berperan dalam meletakkan dasar-dasar kemampuan, keterampilan, dan moral untuk mencapai peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Sekolah merupakan tempat yang potensial untuk mempersiapkan atlet dari usia dini. Pendidikan jasmani dapat menjadi alat pendidikan yang dapat menghasilkan atlet berpotensi dalam menunjuang prestasi olahraga nasional. Kepelatihan olahraga, sebagai tenaga professional, di samping menjadi tenaga pendidik dan pelaku kurikuler mampu menyelengggarakan program ekstrakulikuler sebagai peltaih dan Pembina olahraga di sekolah.Artikel ini membahas tentang kepelatihan olahraga di sekolah, aplikasi kepelatihan olahraga, kurikukulum pendidikan jasmani, pendidikan prestasi olahraga di sekolah, pengembangan calon atlet dari usia dini.Kata kunci: kepelatihan olahraga, pembinaan prestasi, sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kontribusi antara power tungkai terhadap hasil tendangan mae geri pada atlet putri bintang jaya mandiri tanjung bintang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan sampel sebanyak 30 atlet putri. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Hasil penelitian dan analisis menunjukkan rata-rata hasil pengukuran power tungkai atlet putri adalah 2,19, kecepatan reaksi 59,73, kemampuan tendangan mae geri 0,267. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa power tungkai memberikan kontribusi terhadap tendangan mae geri sebesar 14,60% pada atlet karate putri bintang jaya mandiri Tanjung Bintang. Kecepatan Reaksi memberikan komtribusi terhadap tendangan mae geri sebesar 18,7% pada atlet karate putri bintang jaya mandiri Tanjung Bintang.ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out the contribution between power limbs to the results of the mae geri kick on the independent jaya star athlete Tanjung Bintang. The type of research used is descriptive correlational with a sample of 30 female athletes. data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The results of the study and analysis showed that the average results of the measurement of female athlete's limb strength were 2.19, reaction speed of 59.73, the ability to shoot the mae geri 0.267. The results of the study concluded that the limb power contributed to the mae geri kick of 14.60% in female karate athletes in the independent Jaya star Tanjung Bintang. Reaction Speed gives contribution to mae geri kicks in the amount of 18.7% in female karate athletes independent jaya star Tanjung Bintang.Keywords: karate, contribution of leg power, speed of reaction, mae geri kicks

Abstract

Senam merupakan cabang olahraga sangat popular dalam skala nasional hingga skala internasional, hal ini dapat dilihat dari popularitas senam yang dilakukan oleh anak usia dini, dewasa, hingga lanjut usia. Pada era globalisasi ini, senam telah masuk dalam berbagai olahraga dalam masyarakat, baik olahraga kesehatan, olahraga pendidikan, dan olahraga prestasi. Pada tahapan olahraga prestasi ini, senam terbagi menjadi beberapa kategori yang salah satunya adalah kategori senam ritmik.   Dalam olahraga prestasi ada beberapa tahapan yang harus dilakukan untuk prestasi optimal seperti, pembinaan multilateral, pembinaan spesialisasi dini, dan pembinaan prestasi optimal. Salah satu pondasi dasar dalam pembinaan prestasi optimal adalah pembinaan multilateral. Dalam pembinaan multilateral ini menggunakan konsep latihan baru, yaitu adalah Coaching Games for Upgrading. Coaching Games for Upgrading merupakan kebaharuan model latihan di era globalisasi, pada tahap ini lebih menekanan model-model latihan yang sudah mulai mengarah terhadap cabang olahraga spesifik, dimana model latihan tersebut akan meningkatkan kemampuan komponen biomotor cabang olahraga, khususnya cabang olahraga senam ritmik. Rhythmic Gymnastics in the Globalization Era Paradigm AbstractGymnastics is a sport that is very popular on a national scale to an international scale, this can be seen from the popularity of gymnastics performed by young children, adults, to elderly people. Gymnastics is divided into several categories, one of which is the rhythmic gymnastics category. In this globalization era, gymnastics has entered various fields of sports, both sports health, sports education, and sports achievements. In sports, several stages of achievement must be done for optimal achievements such as multilateral coaching, early competence coaching, and optimal fostering achievement. One of the basic foundations in fostering optimal achievement is multilateral coaching. In this multilateral coaching, it uses a new training concept, which is a training game for improvement. Training game to improve is a model of the novelty of training in the era of globalization, in training exercises models that have begun to fight specific sports, where this training model will improve the ability of biomotor components of sports, a special branch of rhythmic gymnastics.

Abstract

AbstractNational sport has a considerable influence in strengthening the existence of a nation.Insight into the character and competitiveness is the most important basis for strengtheningenergy in synergy. Sports development is an integral part of the national developmentprocess, particularly in improving the quality of human resources that lead to: (1) an increasein physical health community, (2) mental qualities of spiritual community, (3) the formation ofcharacter and personality of the nation, (4) discipline and sportsmanship, and (5) performanceimprovement that can evoke a sense of national pride.Optimal performance in sports can be achieved when applied quality training andcoaching pramida embraced the concept as a process of achieving goals. Utilization ofscience and technology to obtain information about the physiological characteristics ofathletes, serve as a guide in making the exercise program. More broadly true in improvingachievement and not just one side. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji seberapa besar peran civitas akademika dan alumniUNY pada pembinaan olahraga prestasi di DIY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto,dimana penelitian ini akan mengungkap sesuatu yang telah terjadi pada waktu-waktu yang laluhingga saat kini. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi dan focus groupdiscussion sehingga akan menghasilkan sebuah rumusan kajian yang bisa digunakan untuk dasarpemetaan dan pengembangan olahraga prestasi DIY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanyaketerlibatan secara personal maupun kelembagaan baik sebagai pembina, pengurus koni, penguruscabor, pelatih, atlet atau sebagai suporting sistem lainnya. Besarnya peran civitas akademika UNYadalah 20,60% (77 dari 373 orang) terlibat pada PON 2012 dengan SK Gubernur, 41 orang sebagaitim pemantau independent dengan SK Dekan. Kontribusi cabang olahraga penyumbang medalisebesar 35% (6 dari 17cabor) dari atlet UNY dan 65% (11 dari 17 cabor) non UNY. Sedangkankisaran perolehan medali emas 40% medali emas (4 dari 10 emas) , 35% perak (4 dari 12 perak)dan 25% medali perunggu (4 dari 16 perunggu) dari total perolehan medali kontingen DIYdisumbangkan oleh civitas akademika UNY.Kata kunci: Peran, UNY, Olahraga, DIY, PON

Abstract

Teknik dasar sangat dibutuhkan di setiap prestasi olahraga untuk mendapatkan hasil teknik kinerja yang efektif, efisien dan aman.  Permainan bola voli adalah permainan yang membutuhkan penguasaan teknik dasar secara maksimal.Pasing bawah adalah salah satu teknik dasar dalam permainan bola voli. Pasing digunakan untuk mengambil, menyajikan bola ke teman lain. Fungsi utama dari bola pasing adalah untuk menerima layanan dari server. Keberhasilan bola pertama layanan pendapatan hasil yang sangat penting, karena akan mempengaruhi proses selanjutnya yaitu penyerangan. Permainan bola voli ini sudah banyak digunakan layanan untuk melewati (melompat melayani), hasil melayani pukulan bola ke depan dengan cepat berputar (berputar atas). Penerimaan layanan bola datang dengan bola bulat (top spin) akan berbeda dengan pendapatan layanan bola bola datang tanpa rotasi (floating).Kedua hal ini harus dipahami oleh pelatih dan atlet, untuk atlet antisipasi ketika menerima layanan yang tepat untuk melakukannya akan menghasilkan pendapatan layanan (melayani menerima) maksimal. Kata kunci: pelayanan reception (menerima melayani)

Abstract

This study aims to increase the concentration of athletes at the start in swimming . The method in this study using action research  methods with training hypnotherapy . The subjects were 7 people swimming club coach coaches athletes as members of the PAB Pool DIY hypnotherapy to apply the method , and  the object of study is the BAO 25 athletes Pool DIY in 2010-2011 were subjected to hypnotherapy training model .Means of collecting data using instruments Grid Concentration Exercise to determine the level of concentration and test and measurement instruments to determine the ability of the swim start . The data  analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the percentage .Based on the results of the reflection and discussion of action  research  above , it can be concluded  that  the method of  hypnotherapy can  increase the concentration of the athlete at the time of the start . In the first cycle , it is seen that the concentration of athletes is still low. In the second cycle of the general process of hypnotherapy can increase even though the increase  in the concentration of each individual is highly dependent on the tranquility of the sunounding environment readiness and suggestions athletes expected. Keywords : hypnotherapy , concentration , start in swimming

Abstract

When a person decides to choose the profession as a coach, he/she has to think that be a coach is not only how to influence the foster children so that they can brought to the settled purposes but it is more than that, a coach has to influence the surrounding environment in order to optimize the children activities better in the practice or competition. In the sport world, the process of influencing others include the aspect of make a decision, motivation technique, giving feedback, interpersonal relationship decision, and guiding the group confidently. A leader is not only known about the targets achieved but also the steps that needed to gain those. One of the coach's duty as a professional person is he/she must able to play role as a public relations. For that reasons, coaches have to have interpersonal skills so that they can work more effective with the coach staff, administrator, energ'!t medical, match official, athlete's parent and mass media. Keywords: management, interpersonal relationship, coaching process
