Abstract

Violations are noncompliance or intentional forms of bad behavior and students' lack of discipline in carrying out the rules that have been applied in schools. Lots of students who act on their own accord and commit violations. From the smallest violations to even the biggest violations. To overcome or overcome students who commit violations of these rules there must be techniques or solutions so that students become more disciplined individuals and obey school rules, so as to create conditions that are orderly and in accordance with applicable norms in the school environment. Rules must be obeyed by all members of the school, especially students because the aim is to provide someone with guidelines that have been approved in certain situations. At SMP Negeri 17 Surabaya, there are written rules for students regarding student discipline. These regulations have been classified according to type, iaiku mild, moderate and severe regulations. Although the rules are written, they are still violated by students. With these conditions, we want to find modern technology to overcome this problem.

Abstract

Fishermen poverty is a problem that must be overcome, as well as difficulties in improving the welfare of fishermen in coastal areas due to internal weaknesses and the influence of external factors. Fishermen do not feel the limited education or opportunities to access and master technology. This factor is due to not having sufficient capital, such as the condition of the fishermen's economic difficulties. On the other hand, external factors are increasingly intense competition, market mechanisms and the bargaining position of fishermen to sell fish they have caught. FISH SMART is an daring trading application based on android, and acts as a capital market broker for fish products. The way it works is by interacting directly through a communication system between fishermen and consumers. This application system is easy to operate so that fishermen will be able to offer fish prices according to quality. Through this interaction and cooperation, sustainability will be established as a booster for the fishermen's economy and educate fishermen on the mastery of technology. In the end, it will improve Indonesia's maritime economy in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Providing qualified domestic workers and looking for employers who have good behavior are things that are needed by the community. In addition, the assurance of the contract promised at the beginning of the agreement and its realization from the perspective of the employer and domestic worker is something that must be considered. With Maximom present as the answer needed by the public, Maximom utilizes a website-based application in the form of a company profile and dashboard to convey value and maintain performance to customers. In order to determine the characteristics and needs of users, the author uses the User Persona tool to focus on target users who will operate the display system. It is intended that the resulting UI display matches the expectations of each potential user. The approach that the author applies to UI design is the Google Design Sprint which is superior in terms of time saving, focus on problems and solving goals (in the form of prototypes), and idea development. The stages in Google Design Sprint are Mapping, Sketching, Deciding, Prototyping, and Testing.

Abstract

Talentku is a market validation survey based on the user need to connect the students who have talent and want to hone their talents with companies/organizations that need talent for external and internal activities. The company needs a User Interface (UI) and User Experiences (UX) design as a base building platform. Strategies needed to design the UI/UX to run efective and efficient by prioritizing Just in Time Production. So the problem is how to design the UI/UX of my talent platform effectively and efficiently. The solution used to solve the above problem is designing User Interfaces and User Experiences using Lean UX Startup method. This method is pros "faster, smarter UX, research and learning". Results derived from this research is a prototype final that is a combination of prototype A and B that are validated in terms of criticism and suggestion through the questionnaire. The result of prototype A was selected for 13 featured, and prototype B was selected for 2 featured. Color scheme matching hexa #FE706E, as a branding form in the application Talentku and the font is Segoe UI.

Abstract

French as the second official language in the United Nations plays an essential rule in communication as a foreign language among professional and intercommunication. Institut Français Indonesia in Surabaya has an essential role in providing quality and reliable French language courses. Its presence during these five decades was so meaningful to Surabaya until early 2012, and the French government decided to make changes in the management and implementation of operational policies. Background of the research on the effect of customer experience on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty Institut Français Indonesia in Surabaya was based on the declining number of students during 2012-2014. In this study, 66 students from the advanced class in May and June as respondents. The results of this study were analyzed using path analysis. Customer experience significant effect on customer satisfaction directly by 0.967 with a positive direction, as well as the customer experience significant effect on customer loyalty directly at 0.479 with the positive direction. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at 0.485 with positive direction. P

Abstract

Technology for processing waste into RDF (Refuse Derived Fuels) Waste to Zero WTZ is a potential exploration technology for new materials, the machine was created to sort, process, and chop landfill waste piles to become an alternative fuel. However, its existence is only capable of producing 3 tons / day, it takes an increase in engine performance and an increase in production rates using the Six Sigma DMAIC method. Includes the define stage of determining the standard for the production process of waste into fuel and determining problems in waste processing, measures measuring engine performance through checking standard operation, vibration, sound, alignment of components by displaying a pareto diagram, namely waste sorting (52%), ballistic separator performance (15%), the performance of the shredder machine (45%) RDF dryer (32%) and calculating the value of OEE (Overall Effectiveness Equipment), the average machine effectiveness is 15.16%. Analyze determines the main causes of damage to waste processing machines with a fishbone diagram, namely sorting and shredder conditions, Improve determine improvements and increase the rate of production of RDF. Control monitors the manufacturing process of waste material entering the processing machine until the RDF product finishes with a diameter of 25 mm.

Abstract

An automatic application of discipline is needed in schools to achieve the school's vision and mission. The research method used in developing this application is the Waterfall method. The reason for using this method is because the Waterfall method has a sequential model, so that developers can start doing research until testing is more neat and structured. And this method can easily make improvements if the stage that is being worked on has an error gap. The design of the e-Tartib application itself is designed on an android mobile basis. The programming language used is the Dart language which is included in the Flutter SDK with the MySQL Database. The e-Tartib application is designed to minimize violations committed by students and can record student violations that are integrated and stored neatly. The expected results in this study are that later this e-Tartib application will enable students to understand and follow school rules or regulations so that teaching and learning activities will run optimally. This research was conducted at SMK Bina Citra Asia Jakarta.
