Abstract

One of the goals of Higher Education Tridharma besides Education and Research is Community Service (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat). This is regulated in Articles 20 and 24 of the Law. No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System which states that there is autonomy by Universities, Scientific Research and Community Service. In the implementation we want to develop Appropriate Technology Services (Pelayanan Teknologi Tepat Guna) so that the utilization of PTTG can be accepted by the community by providing guidance, training, mentoring that ultimately the results created are effective and can compete in industry 4.0. Therefore, the management of existing human resources of Posyantek employees is needed to improve competence so that the utilization of Appropriate Technology (TTG) can be understood properly and knowledge of competition in industry 4.0 can be answered effectively and efficiently. We hope that this community service will benefit us all, especially to the young generation of the nation's hopes.Keywords: Human Resources, Posyantek and Appropriate Technology

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills about management and accounting for Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This activity was attended by the management of BUMDes in eight villages, Makian Island, South Halmahera with a total of 40 participants. The methods used are lectures, group practices, and evaluations. The result of this activity is that BUMDes management can make BUMDes business plans using canvas models and can carry out simple accounting records, including cash records, budget realization reports, and income statements.Keywords: management, accounting, Village-Owned Enterprises.

Abstract

Continuing professional development is one of the teacher's efforts to improve teacher competency. The ability of teachers to support competence can be implemented through the implementation of self-development, the implementation of scientific work publications, the implementation of innovative works. Based on the situation analysis, it was obtained that SMP Nurul Hidayah teachers had not been maximized in producing a scientific work in increasing professionalism as a teacher. On the basis of the analysis of a problem, a problem-solving framework is created by carrying out community service with the title of publication of scientific works as a form of continuing professional development. The purpose of this service is that teachers are expected to understand and know various types of scientific work publications that can be utilized and maximized by the teacher. The method of community service is done by way of workshops. The results of community service conducted with the target of Nurul Hidayah Middle School teachers, Bojongsari Depok, that the teachers have understood the types of scientific publications, were seen during the question and answer session between the speaker and the service participants. The follow-up of this service is the implementation of further services that have an impact on increasing the ability to produce scientific work.Keywords: publication, scientific work, continuing professional development

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of Community Service entitled "Sharia Accounting for Financing Home Ownership with a Murabahah Contracts" is a form of fulfilling the obligations of the Higher Education Tri Dharma namely Community Service performed at the Citizen Hall of Pamulang Elok Housing RW 014, Depok on November 2, 2019 until by 3 November 2019. Based on the foregoing, community service activities by providing knowledge about home ownership financing at an Islamic bank using a murabahah contract, training and calculation of the installment ratio of PPR in recording Islamic accounting for the home financing transaction. The method used in this community service is in the form of counseling and training on understanding of murabaha accounting, differences in the calculation of Conventional Banks in using interest / Islamic Banks using Sharia ratios and providing knowledge of the dualism of the banking system in Indonesia, namely, Conventional Banks and Sharia Banks. The results of community service obtained are an understanding and desire of the PKM object to propose or move the financing of the ownership of they house at a Sharia Bank.Keywords: Sharia Banks, Sharia Accounting, Aqad Murabahah, Interest, Riba

Abstract

On 14,15,16 April 2019, we have successfully carried out community service activities at PKBM NURUL QOLBI located on Jl. Pandu II Ujung No.154, Kelurahan Sepanjang Jaya, Rawa Lumbu District, Bekasi City. The Purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Also expected from the results of this activity is that universities can contribute to the development and application of science to the community, especially to NURUL QOLBI PKBM students. The method used in this activity in the form of lectures and questions and answers about human resources, especially for students in order to improve the quality of student human resources through entrepreneurial motivation and knowledge, careers in the world of work, knowledge of education in higher education. The result of community service is the increasing knowledge of PKBM NURUL QOLBI students about entrepreneurship, career and education in higher education. The knowledge gained by students in community service activities is expected to be able to provide motivation and provision of knowledge for students in the future. Abstract

In this globalization era, the mindset of many people has changed, which originally competed to become employees, now many aspire to become entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs). But after they jumped in and tried it, there were many obstacles / obstacles that they experienced as entrepreneurs. As an example of difficulties in the field of consumer segmentation, availability of raw materials, capital and other problems. Therefore, in dealing with these problems training is needed in making proposals with the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The purpose of making the model is to anticipate if it finds difficulties in the business so that it can be overcome immediately. The BMC describes what businesses are being built / carried out thoroughly from various aspects. As a next step, many things that start-up entrepreneurs have never thought of will be summarized in the complete business model. The problems faced by vocational students include knowledge and counseling about entrepreneurship and interest in becoming entrepreneurs. The method used in the implementation of activities is observation, direct interviews, counseling and carrying out demonstrations in front of students. The purpose of community service activities is to provide benefits for Siswak SMK on entrepreneurship and provide understanding and training for vocational students about Business. Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of Community Service entitled "The Socialization of Intellectual Property to Grow Businesses in the Context of Facing Global Competition in the Revolution 4.0" is as an effort to fulfill the obligations of the Higher Education Tri Dharma namely Community Service to be carried out at Bandung Lembang Floating Market on 19 October 2019 up to October 21, 2019. Based on the above, community service activities by providing information and or additional knowledge regarding Intellectual Property Rights. The method used in Community Service is in the form of counseling on the understanding of IPR and the importance of IPR for the business world. The types of IPR are also explained in detail. Abstract

Learning from the Ministry of Finance Corporate University utilizes the Ministry of Finance Learning Center as a Knowledge Management. This paper wants to know and analyze how Knowledge Management is implemented in the Ministry of Finance Learning Center. The method used is qualitative with inductive logic analysis. The results of the study indicate that it is implemented using the internet. The formation of knowledge sharing habits has been implemented, but there are still many learning videos with few viewers, it should be made based on the eyes of the training in the Pusdiklat or subjects in PKN STAN. The making of learning videos is still dominated by Widyaiswara, officials or employees of the Directorate General of Taxes as very little Group Owner Skills, so rules need to be made that require officials or employees of the Directorate General of Tax to make learning videos based on best practice and tacit knowledge. Knowledge Management regulation umbrella is the Regulation of the Head of the Financial Education and Training Agency and Minister of Finance Regulation. The Knowledge Management strategy in the Ministry of Finance Learning Center is aligned with the Ministry of Finance's change management strategy because it is one of the central themes of the strategic initiative of the Ministry of Finance's bureaucratic reform program and institutional transformation.Keywords: Corporate University, Knowledge Management, Skill Group Owner.Abstrak

Abstract

The development of technology and information that was increasingly fast and sophisticated brought positive and negative impacts to the millennial generation who were already fluent in using technology. This certainly would affect the millennial generation’s motivation to learn and time management which the majority of those generation are students. In order to make the students manage the time well, strategies were needed to find out the way for students who able to manage time well and to increase student motivation in carrying out their activities as students while utilizing time productively. Therefore, we hold Community Service (PKM) with the theme "Building Student’s Motivation Who Able to Manage Time Well". The target participants of this activity are students of SMK Bintang Nusantara, South Tangerang. The method of this Community Service is in the form of interactive seminars and sharing knowledges. The results of this activity are students able to arrange a schedule of daily activities and determine priorities. It is expected that the school, especially from the Guidance Counseling (BK) teacher, can continue to motivate, to guide, and to monitor students progress in managing their time effectively and efficiently.Keywords: interactive seminar, millenial generation, motivation, time management, sharing knowledges

Abstract

This Community Service aims to introduce taxes to the MSMEs in the Da'wah Al-Adni Assembly. Issues raised regarding taxation for MSMEs. Methods The implementation method of this service is carried out in several activities, namely (a). The Preparation Phase includes: (1). Initial survey (2) Consolidation and determination of target locations, (3). Preparation of training materials / materials. The results of this activity are very useful for Majlis Da'wah Al-Adni in the formation of MSMEs and add insight and knowledge about MSME taxes.Keywords: Training, Tax, UMKM
