Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation on student achievement in Arabic class V at MI Al Azkia Tenjolaya Bogor. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 39 respondents using non probability sampling technique with saturated samples. Retrieval of data used questionnaires, non-participant observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS 20.0 application. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it was obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between intrinsic motivation on learning achievement. It is demonstrated that the increasingly strong influence of the intrinsic, then of the learning achievement that generated by student will further increase.

Abstract

The Qiroati method is a method for studying and understanding the Koran. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the Qiroati method in learning Al-Quran at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang. The research method is a case study. The research was conducted at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang with 30 respondents as the subject of research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity used time and place triangulation. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis with data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are in the form of information about the Qiroati method applied at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang. The results obtained are that the Qiroati method applies a system and how to read fluently, quickly, precisely, correctly and tartly without having to spell it. The teaching model in the Qiroati method uses teaching aids for classical teaching containing material in the Qiroati volume book. The teaching model in the Qiroati method uses teaching aids for classical teaching which contain material on the pages of the Qiroati volume book. The instructor must undertake Qiroati education and training so as to obtain an official diploma with which to teach the Qiroati method. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the application of the Qiroati method in learning Al-Quran at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of development on employee job performance (2) the influence of motivation on employee job performance (3) the influence of development and motivation together towards achievement of employees in PT. Bekasi Surya Pratama. The experiment was conducted at PT. Bekasi Surya Pratama with 49 respondents and the research conducted from July to November 2010. The analysis is carried out linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, t test and F test. The hypotheses were (1) the influence of development (X1) will be increased employees job performance (Y) (2) the influence of motivation (X2) will be increased employees job performance (Y) (3) the influence of development (X1) and motivation (X2) are jointly working towards increased employees job performance (Y) in PT. Bekasi Surya Pratama. Based on the testing of the first hypothesis might be any positive and significant influence between development (X1 variable) with Job Performance (variable Y) of employees in the PT. Bekasi Surya Pratama based tcount of 2.142, was larger than ttable (ttable = 2.01). Thus the Ha accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the testing of the second hypothesis might be any positive and significant influence between motivation (variable X2) with Job Performance (variable Y) of employees in PT. Bekasi Surya Pratama based tcount of 3.706, was larger than ttable (ttable = 2.01). Thus the Ha accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the testing of the third hypothesis might be any positive and significant influence between development (variable X1) and Motivation (X2) with Job Performance (variable Y) of employees in the PT. Bekasi Surya Pratama based on the value of F test Based on calculations, the value of Fcount = 201.311. Fcount greater than Ftable (Ftable = 3.20). Thus the Ha accepted and H0 is rejected. The result of linear regression equations to show the effect of development (X1) and motivation (X2) on work performance (Y) employees in the PT. Bekasi Surya Pratama obtained Y = 2.491 +0.358 X1 +0.645 X2.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) know comprehensively the increase in understanding of Nature of Science (NoS) groups of students who obtain guided inquiry learning models and groups of students who receive conventional learning, (2) analyze the criteria for increasing students' NoS understanding among students with self-efficacy levels. high and low. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a 2x2 factorial design. The data analysis technique used was two-way ANOVA with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the average increase in NOS understanding of students who were given a guided inquiry learning model of 72.6 performed better with the informed category (already knowing and understanding aspects in NOS) while students who received conventional learning were 49.67 included in the category. naïve category (not knowing and understanding aspects in NOS); (2) There is a significant difference in the improvement of students' understanding of NOS between students who get learning with guided inquiry learning models and conventional learning; (3) There is a significant difference in increasing understanding of NOS between students with high self-efficacy tendencies with low self-efficacy, and students with high self-efficacy tendencies are much better at understanding NOS than low self-efficacy; (4) There is an interaction effect between the learning model and the level of self-efficacy together on increasing students' NOS understanding; (5) There is a difference in the improvement of students' understanding of NOS in students who have a tendency towards high self-efficacy who obtain guided inquiry learning models and students who receive conventional learning (6) There are differences in the improvement of students' understanding of NOS in students who have low self-efficacy tendencies who receive guided inquiry learning models and students who receive conventional learning. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions to implement an online learning system. This study aims to explore the cognitive, affective and conative aspects of e-learning implementation; and analyzing the influence of age, gender differences, status and area on the implementation of e-learning at the IAI-N Laa Roiba campus. The research method used is a combination of descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with a dummy variable regression approach. Research respondents were the academic community of IAI-N Laa Roiba. The results are as follows: e-learning is generally carried out using the Google Classrom application, Google Meet and Zoom Meeting. Other models are WA and website portals. The cognitive aspects of the implementation of e-learning during a pandemic are influenced by effective, conative aspects, and to some extent are influenced by factors of age, gender, education and location of domicile. The affective aspect is obeyed by the cognitive and conative aspects, and to some extent it is influenced by the level of education and gender. While the conative aspect is influenced by cognitive and affective aspects, and to some extent is influenced by the level of education. The factors of age, gender, status, and location did not significantly influence the conative aspects of e-learning implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is an organizational key to achieving company goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance of the Al-Muawanah Integrated Islamic Foundation. The research method used is a mixed method descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach with multiple regression. The results showed that organizational commitment, employee performance generally went well. There is a strong correlation between organizational commitment and employee performance with the Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.869. There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of Foundation employees. Abstract

This research was conducted to answer the problem, first, how is the level of parental attention to learning outcomes. second, how are the student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects, research uses descriptive quantitative, namely the method used to research on certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative / statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The results of the analysis on parental attention to learning outcomes, it can be concluded that parental attention has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, amounting to 0.507. And learning outcomes are perceived as Good (B) with an average value of 4.02. The most dominant indicator of learning outcomes is (Report) with an average value of 4.14, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between parents' attention to learning outcomes. Based on these findings, it is suggested that schools pay more attention to parents by always paying attention to their parents. socializing to urge parents to be able to continue and increase their attention to children's learning activities, both in terms of providing guidance, advice, encouragement, supervision, and equipment for children's learning facilities, as well as fostering a harmonious relationship with their children, so that children will be motivated and able to improve learning outcomes

Abstract

The development of a child cannot be separated from his moral development and morals are formed through early coaching. Therefore, guidance and care for foster children is an obligation that must be carried out. according to experts guidance and parenting is divided into four groups. the first is authoritarian education, both permissive education patterns, the third is democratic education patterns, the fourth is situational education patterns. all four patterns, used to guide children to have good morals. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) how is the pattern of children's education in the orphanage Aisyiah Rancaekek, 2) how the relationship between educational patterns and morality of foster children in orphanages Aisyah Rancaekek. The research method used in this research is a case study. The results of the study show the pattern of education or guidance used in the orphanage Aisyiah Rancaekek. parenting patterns in orphanages, depending on the caregivers. the first caregiver used an authoritarian pattern and the second caregiver uses a democratic pattern, it can be concluded that the pattern of care used is a situational pattern.

Abstract

This study aims to explore inclusive financial policies in the perspective of Islamic economics. The method used is a qualitative method with a literacy study and mass media analysis approach. Hasilnuya, Indonesia (BI) as the monetary authority believes the NSFI program as the main way to improve financial literacy in order to increase the ability of individuals to manage their finances. The banking sector as the majority of financial services activities in Indonesia is a front liner for the program. The strategies used in achieving financial inclusion goals include five pillars, namely financial education, increasing financial eligibility, supporting regulations, increasing intermediation facilitation, and policy reforms covering customer protection, banking agents, and phone banking. Going forward, the financial industry needs to map the potential of the community and business sector as targets of the financial inclusion program. For this reason, a comprehensive partisanship and strategy from the financial industry is needed to expand access to services for the community, especially in preparing products that can meet the savings and investment needs of the community. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a multidimensional impact. This study aims to explore the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the people's economy. In particular, the academic community of IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor. The research method used was descriptive-qualitative analysis method with a sample of the Laa Roiba Bogor National IAI academic community. The pandemic that lasted more than 15 months had a real impact on the economy of the people of Bogor Regency. Before the pandemic, there were people who felt their income decreased. However, the majority (60%) still claim that their income is relatively stable. After the pandemic, the majority of people (75%) experienced a decline in income. The pandemic has caused most people to experience a decrease in their monthly income of between 5-20%. The pandemic has made people try to find additional income through culinary businesses, part-time work, odd jobs, and providing consulting services. The pandemic has also shifted people's shopping patterns from traditional markets to online markets. Ready-to-eat food and basic necessities are the target of online shopping for the Bogor community.
