The analysis is concern with the causes and effect of love failure of the main character in the novel, Zainuddin and Hayati because of the local custom which prevails in Batipuh village, Zainuddin is not allowed to get married with Hayati. He becomes very sad and disappointed. <![CDATA[Hummanodificiency syndrome is not a problem that is taken for granted the fact that it has threatened all levels of male and female society until December 200 reported 58 million people of the world are infected with HIV in that period 22 million people die or 7,000 people die of AIDS every day in Africa the number of sufferers HIV still increased in 2012 in Indonesia found 21,511 HIV cases and AIDS as many as 5,686 people this study aimed to find out the description of HIV cases in the Medan City Health Office.This type of research is descriptive, the population in this study were all HIV sufferers in the Medan City Health Office in 2016 as many as 19 people were taken in total sampling, the instrument used in the form of Distribution Tables and the data used was secondary data data analysis followed by discussing research results with existing theories and literature studies.From the results of this study it can be seen that the highest age picture of HIV cases is age 25-49 years as many as 19 cases (100%), the highest occupation in commercial sex workers as many as 5 cases (26.3%), the highest risk factor as many as PLWHA with HIV partners 19 cases (100%).Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that of the 19 cases of HIV based on age, most were found at the age of 25-49 years and based on occupation, the highest was PSK and based on the risk factors of most PLWHA with HIV partners. It is expected that health workers should make HIV and conduct surveillance to detect signs and symptoms of HIV in pregnant women]]>

<![CDATA[This paper describes a neural network Hierarchical Extended Kohonen Map design for an obstacle avoidance of autonomous vehicle. Hierarchical Extended Kohonen Map is developed from the principle of Extended Kohonen Map. A grid of competitive layer (sub-net) is added to every cluster of super-net competitive layer of Extended Kohonen Map. This neural network consists of 16 clusters of super-net competitive layer (4x4 neuron) and 10 clusters of sub-net competititve layer. <![CDATA[This reaserch aimed to improve students’ listening skill by using English song. The other hand this reaserch aimed to know the students attitudes of using English songs in listening skill. The reason of choosing this topic is based on the problem that faced by the students when learning Listening. The method was a classroom action research that consisted of pre-test, two cycles, and post-test. Each cycle consisted of four steps: planning, action, evaluation, and reflection. The subject was the second year students of SMA Muhammadiyah 09 Kualuh Hulu Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara that consisted of 20 students. The instrument was a test and analyzed by mean score formula. The result showed that in pre-test, the students got mean score 43,75 (low). In cycle 1, they got 48,6 (low). In cycle 2, they got 60,5 (moderate). In post-test, they got 75,8 (good). So, it can be concluded that the use of songs improved the second year students’ listening skill at SMA Muhammadiyah 09 Kulauh Hulu Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara.]]>

<![CDATA[Information on the performance of the company is one of the important information and one type of information that into consideration investors in taking investment decisions. Company performance is generally assessed by comparison of the ratio of the fundamental elements within the company. This study aims to determine the effect of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, sales growth and dividends on stock prices on Wholesale And Retail Trade companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously. This research uses hypothesis test with descriptive quantitative by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially debt to equity ratio and dividend affect the stock price while return on equity and sales growth does not affect the stock price in Wholesale And Retail Trade company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneously, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, sales growth and dividend affect stock prices at Wholesale And Retail Trade companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Testing of coefficient of determination obtained value 0,436 means independent variable that is return on equity, debt to equity ratio, sales growth and dividend affect amount 43,6% to stock prices while 56,4% influenced by other variable like price earning ratio, earnings per share, net profit margin and so on.]]>

<![CDATA[Motivation is very important to improve learning outcomes, employment or activity would work better if accompanied by a willingness and support from others in order to focus and attention to achieve the goal. Ruling subjects Midwifery Care and Breastfeeding is one of the subjects of expertise obstetrics, this course provides the ability to implement comprehensive midwifery practice with care in an effective, safe and holistic attention to the cultural aspects of the post-partum and breastfeeding mothers. This study aimed to find out how strong the relationship between motivation to learn the results of student learning at the University Prima Indonesia Year 2016 Terrain.Quantitative research using analytical research design. The study population was a student at level II with a sampling technique that total sampling many as 41 people. Based on an analysis using Chi Square obtained no significant relationship with outcome intrinsic motivation to learn subjects Midwifery Care Postpartum and Breastfeeding 0,016 with p value <0.05 value of α, and obtained no significant relationship with extrinsic motivation learning outcomes subjects Midwifery Care parturition and Suckling with p value 0.413> 0.05 value of α. The results of this study that the motivation that is in itself a strong urge to get a good learning outcomes, and if only there is support from the outside only then it will not succeed without a will in yourself. <![CDATA[The problem of HIV/AIDS develops rapidly and becomes a threat globally. In order to restrain the spread of HIV/AIDS, the government provides health service facility with VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Testing) Clinic. Patients who did not revisit VCT Clinic of RSUP Haji Adam Malik, Medan, increased to 46.2% in 2011 and 62.4% in 2012.The objective of the research was to find out the influence of the factors of consumers and health service providers on the use of revisit to the special service center (Pusyansus) of VCT clinic at RSUP Haji Adam Malik, Medan. The research was an explanatory survey; it was conducted from July to September, 2013. The population was all 849 patients who had visited VCT clinic, and 90 of them were used as the samples. The data were gathered by conducting interviews with questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple logistic regression analysis at α = 0.05.The result of the research showed that, statistically, the factors of consumers (perception on illness, perception on VCT service, and belief in the result of clinical diagnosis) and health service providers (attitude of medical personnel, availability of medicines, and medical facility) had positive and significant influence on the use of revisit to VCT clinic of RSUP Haji Adam Malik, Medan. The perception on illness was the variable which had the most dominant influence on the revisit.It is recommended that the management of RSUP Haji Adam Malik, Medan: a) provide coordination with other agencies concerned such as the Health Service, KPA Province, KPAD, LSM, religious figures, and public figures to increase promotion about VCT through mass media, electronic, brochures/leaflets, and banners in order to prevent from the transmission of HIV/AIDS, b) develop doctors and counselors in communication technique with patients so that the effectiveness between doctors and patients in VCT clinic can be achieved, and counseling service to guarantee patients' confidentiality and comfort, and c) motivate health care providers to participate in training regularly in order to improve their skill and insight so that patients do not wait too long to do VCT.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of village fund management based on Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 in the Lama Baru Village, Sei Lepan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, in 2016 is in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014.This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach by describing a particular phenomenon or condition as a research method. The data collection technique used was in-depth interviews (semi-structured in-depth interviews, passive participatory observation and documentation). And data analysis techniques are carried out by stages of data collection, data reduction, data validity testing, after data reduction, then the data is tested for validity with credibility. Data testing was carried out using triangulation techniques, data presentation in the form of village financial management analysis, suitability analysis of documents related to village financial management in the Baru New Village with village financial management according to Permendagri No 113 of 2014 and Conclusions.The conclusion shows that the Financial Management of Lama Baru Village, Sei Lepan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency shows that the overall activities of financial management are in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No.113 of 2014. Starting from the planning stage, which starts with the implementation of musrembangdes as a forum to determine the activities that will be carried out and prioritized which will produce a budget plan to implement the work budget that will be allocated to work activities in the Lama Baru Village, Sei Lepan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, in the training phase in which all transactions that occur in village financial management have been recorded systematically and chronologically. However, the New Lama Village Government in conducting transactions related to village finances still does not use bank transfer services to third parties because the Lama Baru Village Government uses the self-management system in its financial management, namely using the labor services in the Lama Baru Village. In the accountability stage, it is still not carried out in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014, namely the exclusion of the Government Report of the Government and Regional Governments that entered the village in the accountability report on the realization of the APBDesa 2016 Fiscal Year as well as the lack of public awareness of the implementation of the APBDesa implemented by the village apparatus.It is expected that the Lama Baru Village Government of Sei Lepan District can improve or improve the financial management of the Lama Baru Village in Sei Lepan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency in the future in terms of conducting transactions both receipts and expenditures of village finance using bank transfer services to third parties and the New Lama Village District Government. Sei Lepan Langkat Regency should make a report on the program of the Government and Regional Government that enters the village and includes it in the accountability report on the realization of the APBDesa implementation of Fiscal Year 2016.]]>
