Abstract

This study aims to develop an understanding of training and HR development as a measurement tool in implementing performance in BPS Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the training did not significantly influence the performance of BPS Ogan Ilir Regency employees. While HR development has a significant effect on performance in BPS Ogan Ilir Regency employees. And the two training and development variables also jointly affect the performance of BPS Ogan Ilir Regency employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the recitation of honorary teachers in Palembang 47 Primary Schools. In the process of collecting data the researcher also explained the purpose of the study to the informant who would mention the identity of the informant from the results of this study and would not have an impact on the informant who had provided information. In this study, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of activities carried out in the implementation of the salary of honorary teachers in Palembang 47 Primary Schools. The data collected was then analyzed using the methods of data collection analysis, data reduction and data presentation besides this research also used qualitative analysis methods. The analysis in this study uses a qualitative analysis method that explains an overview of data in word form with the aim of understanding a social situation, events, roles and groups. The data collection techniques used are interviews with a number of sections related to the salary of honorary teachers, including Principals, Treasurers, School Operators, and Honorary Teachers. In the implementation of honorarium for teacher salaries of principals and school treasurers play an important role in the management of payroll honorary teachers and there are no standard payroll regulations for employees and honorary teachers. The amount of the National School Operational Assistance (BOSNA) and Regional School Operational Assistance (BOSDA) funds for schools is determined by the number of students. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the performance of family planning counselors Palembang city. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive approach that explains the phenomenon in depth about the performance of family planning counselors Palembang city. To use primary data, researchers used several data collection techniques, namely through observation and interviews. Observation In this case the researcher directly observes the performance of family planning counselors and the behavior of people who are still Fertile Age Couples. Interviews were conducted with informants namely Head of Subdivision Relations between institutions and field lines, Family Planning counselors Palembang city and people who are still fertile age couples. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that the performance of family planning counselors is quite good but there are some that have not been maximized. This can be seen from the number of performances that are not comparable with the number of target villages, which are 48 instructors who guide 107 villages. Submission of information or counseling from family planning counselors has not been effective because of the limited number of extension workers besides that the community is also more confident and trusting in health workers than family planning counselors. Some people know information about family planning from midwives at Posyandu or Puskesmas. The task of extension agents for the position of extension agents or group IV is still not in accordance with the conditions in the field because their occupation is already provincial level, but in reality they are still working in the village area. Levels of education from various disciplines and there are still a number of high school graduates who influence the message or counseling that will be delivered. And the quota provided in education and technical training for extension workers is still limited.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure and evaluate how athlete's was supported by a grant from the City Government through (KONI) the Indonesian National Sports Committee to the Sports Branch (PTMSI) Indonesian Table Tennis Association Prabumulih performance of the Management of the Secretariat of Sports Organizations supported by City Government and the Council Regional People's Representative (DPRD). This study uses a descriptive, quantitative and qualitative analysis technique that is measured and analyzed from several variables and indicators. By encourage achievement, creating world class achievements. Where every sports lover and all sports and government officials are responsible for the achievement of the 2032 Olympics. However, applying it needs financial support from the government so that it is a systematic attempt to redesign the Sports Organization Secretariat in the athlete achievement training system in a way that can adjust yourself with the demands of achievement and to achieve new goals.
