Abstract

The phenomenon that is happening now is that many teenagers do not know the impact of HIV and AIDS both in terms of knowledge and from the attitudes of teenagers themselves. So that the research emphasizes more on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about HIV and AIDS. This study aims to identify the knowledge and attitudes of high school adolescents in urban areas about HIV and AIDS in Mas Ma’arif Bulukumba, Bulukumba District. Measurement in this study is the Analitik Descriptive study which is a form of research that is conducted with a survey approach. The sample was 36 respondents. Sampling is done using total sampling. Based on the results of the research that has been done, out of 36 respondents about the level of students' knowledge of HIV and AIDS, the highest number of respondents was high knowledge, namely 24 students (66.7%), then low knowledge by 12 students (33.3%). And those who have attitudes about HIV and AIDS with the highest number of respondents are good attitudes, namely 30 students (83.3%) then bad attitudes as many as 6 students (16.7%). Based on the results of research on students' knowledge and attitudes about HIV and AIDS MAS Ma'arif Bulukumba has good knowledge and attitudes because of the large amount of information obtained by students so that students get an understanding of HIV and AIDS.

Abstract

Based on the preliminary survey researchers the number of obesity increased from March and April to May and June 2018. From the results of research conducted by researchers, more eating patterns are less good than good diet and more who do less physical activity than moderate and heavy physical activity. This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and physical activity with the incidence of obesity in housewives in the Taccorong Village, Gantarang District. This study uses an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were 1011 people. The sample in this study were 47 respondents. Data analysis using the Chi-square test on diet and using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test on physical activity. The results of the analysis of diet with obesity using the chi-square test obtained the value (p = 0.000) indicating that there was a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of obesity in housewives in Taccorong Village. Whereas physical activity analysis with obesity using Kolmogorov Smirnov test obtained values ​​(p = 0.022) showed that there was a relationship of physical activity with the incidence of obesity in housewives in the Taccorong Village. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between diet and physical activity with the incidence of obesity in housewives in the Taccorong Village, Gantarang Subdistrict, Bulukumba District. It is recommended for housewives to behave in a healthy life by maintaining a good diet and regulating physical activity well in order to avoid various degenerative diseases due to complications from obesity. For Bontonyeleng health centers to be able to form cadres to detect total obesity. For the next researcher who uses food recall 24 hours if using repeated time.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 had 42 million children who were overweight. This figure rose to 31 million from 2000. Obesity adolescents tend to have an impact on learning achievement and their health. The purpose of this study was students in senior high school 3 Bulukumba. 265 respondents sampling technique used consecutive sampling technique this type of research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The test used for the relationship of obesity whit student achievement is the fisher’s exact test while the test used for the relationship of parental work with student achievement is the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results of the study are respondents with type 1 obesity with good achievement scores of 27 respondents (87.1%) and achievement scores of less than 4 respondents (12.9%). While respondents with type 2 obesity with good performance scores were 9 respondents (56.2%) and achievement scores were less than 7 respondents. And the work of parents as PNS with a good achievement value of 15 respondents (93.8%) and less achievement scores of 1 respondent (1.6%). While respondents with the work of parents as entrepreneurs with good achievement scores of 10 respondents (55.6%) and achievement scores of less than 8 respondents (44.4%). Then the work of parents as farmers with good performance scores as many as 11 respondents. While the achievement score is less than 2 respondents (3.8%). The conclusion of this study is there's is a relationship of obesity with the achievement of students in senior high school 3 Bulukumba between parental work and the achievement of students in high school 3 Bulukumba. As for the suggestion in this study can add library references and student insights on Sitekes Panrita Husada Bulukumba.

Abstract

Illegal drugs are solid or liquid substances, gases that cause physical and psychological changes in the body, almost all drugs affect the central nervous system, drugs act on the brain and can affect anesthesia, view the emergence of side effects and the high persistence to use illegal drugs without being prescribed by a doctor and can cause drug addiction or addiction. Some factors cause drug users, namely environmental factors, family factors and social factors, and 179 drug users in Bulukumba class IIA prisons.The purpose of this study: is to know the factors of the use of illegal drugs in class IIA Bulukumba. The research design used was a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach through in-depth interview techniques. Data was collected in the form of records and results of interviews. Respondents in this study amounted to 6 people using illegal drugs who were selected by purposive sampling. In this study, several theme analysis results were obtained, namely (1) first try (2) the influence of family factors (3) the influence of social factors. Conclusion: Drug users occur as a result of the first try factor, high curiosity, and friend invitations, drug users occur due to family factors, and drug users occur as a result of free sex.

Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure> 140/90 mmHg. with increasing age, almost all people experience hypertension. Cases of hypertension that occur at the health center at the end of the street are 78 people who suffer and among them 52 elderly people who suffer from hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety with the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at Puskesmas Ujung Loe in 2018. Research methods: This study used an analytic observational design with a "cross-sectional" approach. From the results of preliminary studies conducted by researchers on July 2, 2018, with 34 respondents. The measuring instrument used is an observation sheet. Data analysis was used using Fisher's test, a purposive sampling technique. The results of research conducted using the fisher test obtained p-value = 0.034 (p ≤ (α = o, 05), then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that "There is a relationship between‘ ‘Relationship between Anxiety Levels and Hypertension in the Elderly at Ujung Loe Public Health Center in 2018. It is recommended for families to be able to provide care for the elderly especially to help reduce the risk factors for hypertension in the elderly.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a patient's level of feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares with what he expected so that patient satisfaction is needed quality service. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the level of patient satisfaction. This study uses an analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were 47 respondents. The study was analyzed using chi-square test results of the study showed that the independent variable that is the perception of the quality of health services consisting of five dimensions has a relationship with patient satisfaction is reliability with p = 0.000, responsiveness with p = 0.000, guarantee with p = 0.002, empathy with p = 0,000 and physical evidence with p = 0,000. The conclusion of this study is the relationship between the quality of service reliability with patient satisfaction, there is a responsive relationship with patient satisfaction, there is a guaranteed relationship with patient satisfaction, there is an empathy relationship with patient satisfaction and there is a relationship of physical evidence with patient satisfaction. The advice is expected to health workers to continue to improve the quality of health services in order to achieve patient satisfaction.

Abstract

According to the world health organization 2015, says that hypertension is one of the main causes of premature death throughout and hypertension kills nearly 8 billion people every year in the world. Obesity is one of the risk factors for hypertension, because of the accumulation of fat in the body, the higher a person's body mass index, the higher the risk of developing hypertension. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between obesity and the incidence of hypertension in the village of Taccorong caused Bulukumba district in 2018. The population in this study was the obese community in Taccorong village, Bulukumba regency, a population of 68 respondents, a sampling technique used by a purposive sampling technique. This type of research is analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. The test used for the relationship of obesity with the incidence of hypertension in Taccorong village Bulukumba district in 2018. Is the Pearson Chi-Square test, with the results of the study that obese respondents who experienced grade 1 hypertension were 18 respondents (85.7%) and obesity 1 respondents who had hypertension grade 2 were 3 respondents (14.3%). While the obese 2 respondents who experienced grade 1 hypertension were 6 respondents (31.6%) and obesity 2 respondents who experienced grade 2 hypertension as many as 13 respondents (68.4%). Based on the test results obtained values (p=0.000) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is a correlation between obesity and the incidence of hypertension in Taccorong village, Bulukumba district in 2018. It is recommended for the Puskesmas Bonto Nyeleng Institution to pay attention to its working area to detect total obesity.

Abstract

Nursing as a science that continues to develop, both due to external pressure and because of internal pressure nursing. One of the problems faced by Indonesian nurses in the health service system is the low standard of reward which can have an impact on nurse performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of rewarding with work motivation of nurses in the Inpatient Room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency, with total sampling taking 48 respondents.This research is a quantitative study using an analytic observational design using a cross-sectional study approach. The results of bivariate fisher analysis showed that the value of the p-value was 0.028 p (<0.05). The value of 0.028 is below the alpha value (0.05), thus there is a relationship between giving rewards with work motivation of nurses.Then it was concluded that there was a relationship between rewarding and work motivation for honorary nurses in the inpatient room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency. Based on the results of the study it is expected to the Hospital to provide more appropriate rewards or awards to improve better nursing services.

Abstract

In Indonesia Prostate Hyperplasia Benigna Based on the autopsy rate of microscopic changes at the age of 30-40 years. When microscopic changes develop, anatomic pathologic changes occur in men aged 50 years, the incidence rate is around 50%. 80 years old around 80% and 90 years old 100%. Prevalence increases because of an increase in life expectancy. The results of a survey conducted on Benigna Prostate Hyperplasia patients at H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba District, patients with Benigna Prostate Hyperplasia have an average age of> 50 years as many as 30 people. This study aims to determine the description of age and sexual activity with the incidence of hyperplasia prostate benign disease in H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja District Hospital. This study uses a descriptive approach with a population of 30 and is sampled. Sampling using the Total Sampling method. The results of research on the incidence of prostate hyperplasia benign disease mostly occur with age and partial sexual activity who experience benign prostatic hyperplasia more normal sexual activity 1-2 times/weeks and only a few are abnormal sex frequency. The conclusion of the study is the age category of the initial elderly as many as 7 people (23.3%), the final elderly as many as 8 people (26.7%). While the age of seniors as many as 15 people (50%) the category of normal sex frequency <3 times/week as many as 16 respondents (53.3%) and as many as 14 respondents (46.7%) who do sexual frequency> 3 times a week. The suggestion from this research is that it should pay attention to various aspects that can influence the occurrence of hyperplasia prostate benign in patients so that its incidence can be prevented and can provide good service, as well as the right action for sufferers of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Abstract

According to data from the Bulukumba district health office in 2014, there were 44% malnutrition in preschool children and 2015 there was 53% malnutrition in preschool children due to irregular children's eating patterns. The data obtained showed that the incidence of preschool children experiencing malnutrition is increasing from year to year. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between eating patterns and eating behavior in preschool children aged 4-5 years at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District, Research Design using Cross-Sectional. The study population was parents who had children aged 4-5 years in Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten which counted 58 people. A sample of 37 people were taken using consecutive sampling techniques using questionnaire and interview instruments. In AL-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency, 58 students were formed consisting of 2 groups A and B, and after interviews of 20 parents, there were found that there were those who easily ate 8 people and had difficulty eating 12 people. Chi-square test results obtained P = 0.004. This means that there is a significant relationship between eating patterns with eating behavior in preschool children aged 4-5 years at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District. It is recommended that parents can provide regular eating patterns to children so that the child's eating behavior becomes good.
