SPACE merupakan singkatan dari Sustainable, Planning and Culture. Menjadi nama Jurnal dari Prodi Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota Universitas Hindu Indonesia. Keberadaan Jurnal Space bertujuan sebagai media komunikasi ilmiah dalam ranah keilmuan, khususnya bidang perencanaan wilayah dan kota. Jurnal ini diharapkan menjadi wadah dialog untuk membangun konsep keberlanjutan dalam konsep perencanaan dan kebudayaan sehingga menjadi katalisator bagi munculnya pemikiran secara terpadu dan komprehensif dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan konflik berkaitan dengan penataan ruang yang ada. Jurnal SPACE terbit 2 kali dalam setahun, pada awal dan pertengahan tahun.

Abstract

Urbanism happened in the city causes smart urbanism as a result of the development of smart technology applied in the urban areas. Urban hardware, urban software, and urban actors are those three main components that form urbanism. Similarly, platform has spatial, economic, and political service effects. The study was conducted in Yogyakarta. It is quantitative study. Random sampling was applied to select the respondents for the study. The questionnaire was created in googleform and distributed through WhatsApp. There were 64 respondents in this study. The result of the study shows that community members had been involved in planning and implementing program and activities for Covid-19 handling. Community members provide useful information related to Covid-19 handling such as providing information about positive cases and travellers who arrived in their neighbourhood. Community members were also involved in giving opinions and ideas for preventing and handling Covid-19 especially in their neighbourhood.

Abstract

Perencanaan Agrowisata berbasis Edufarm di desa Gunungrejo sudah tepat karena adanya potensi dan peluang pengembangannya. Namun, untuk memaksimalkan dampak dan menjadi obyek wisata yang dapat bersaing dengan konsep-konsep wisata di pedesaan yang lain pertimbangan ekonomi, sosial, budaya dan kondisi fisik lingkungan tapak harus dipertimbangkan dengan matang. Peluang pesona alam yang indah, adanya sumber air yang cukup dekat untuk irigasi, serta kekayaan sejarah di daerah tersebut dengan peninggalan Kerajaan Singosari membuat peluang perencanaan dapat menjadi berkarakter dan memiliki pembeda dengan obyek lain. Penataan yang teliti, kontekstual, berbasis lokal dan memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar akan meningkatkan potensi ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, terlebih-lebih di saat-saat pandemi yang menyebabkan masyarakat sekitar kehilangan pendapatan signifikan. Selain itu, dengan kolaborasi bersama pihak swasta dan masyarakat sekitar, diharapkan perencanaan Edufarm di Desa Gunungrejo dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Indonesia consists of a vast area of ​​land and sea, therefore the utilization of the arrangement needs to be made for the welfare of the community. At this time there are still many people who are indifferent and do not understand the essence of spatial planning. Spatial planning is contained in Law No. 26 of 2007. Regional development is the process of directing the potential of the area to be used comprehensively to realize the welfare of the community. The empowerment process is usually a combination of several mutually supportive factors. Regional development is a form of effort to build and develop regions using a spatial approach by considering socio-cultural, economic, natural, and institutional aspects in the planning framework. Regional development and spatial planning that have been planned by the government depend on the role and participation of the community. In the realization of regional development, the role of the community is very much needed in determining the success of regional development plans. Abstract

Tourism is an important source of income for a country. Malang Regency has the potential as a tourist destination on a regional and even international scale, one area that has great potential is Lawang District. The high potential for the attractiveness of tourist objects in the Lawang sub-district should be optimized and preserved. Due to the many types of tourism, it is necessary to classify/cluster the types of tourism, clustering is one step that aims to divide tourist destinations (DTW) into multiple areas of development. The development of tourism potential in Lawang District can also be done by connecting the tourist areas to become a tourist route for Lawang District, which is important in increasing the tourism development of Lawang District. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Sampling was carried out using the quota sampling method. The data analysis methods are qualitative descriptive, cluster analysis, and accessibility. Qualitative descriptive methods describe the potential, problems, and distribution of tourist objects, which will serve as a direction for developing and clustering concepts, as well as accessibility methods for grouping tourist objects and determining tourist routes. From the analysis, there are spatial and non-spatial development concepts that are the direction of tourism development in Lawang District, also the formation of 7 travel routes, 4 routes based on clusters, and 3 alternative routes with trips by combining between clusters.

Abstract

Transit-oriented areas (TOD) are related to space and place through the division of activity centers in transit-oriented areas such as ports, terminals, airports, stations by combining transportation, land use, economic, social and environmental facilities and infrastructure, transit-oriented areas, namely at Mengwi Terminal, Badung Regency. The purpose of this study is to assess the Standard TOD by ITDP in the Mengwi transit-oriented area as well as its linkage to the SDGs through qualitative methods with policy studies and descriptions as well as quantitative analysis with MCE. The results of the assessment show that the Mengwi area of Badung Regency has met the TOD standard with the Bronze category. The linkage of the Mengwi Area in the transit-oriented area development plan to the SDGs, namely in Indicator 11.2, namely and the implementation of the national urban spatial regulation strategy.
