Abstract

The problem in this research is how to improve the learning achievement of Citizenship Education (PKn) with the Cooperative Learning model using a walking stick media for third grade students of SD 023 Kasikan.The aims of this study were (1) to increase student activity, (2) to increase teacher activity, (3) to improve student achievement through cooperative learning using a walking stick media.This research is a classroom action research conducted with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The subjects of this study were third grade students of SD Negeri 023 Kasikan with a total of 28 students. Data collection instruments are observation, interviews, tests, documentation. The data was then processed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the application of the Cooperative Learning learning model with the walking stick media has succeeded in improving the Civics learning outcomes for third grade students of SD Negeri 023 Kasikan. In each cycle of student learning activities increased, namely: the first cycle with an average value of 2.71 or 67.7% and the second cycle 3.2 or 80.5%. Student learning outcomes in the pre-test and post-test experienced an increase in the average value of pre-test 56, post-test 64, while the second cycle of pre-test was 65, post-test was 88. The percentage of mastery learning in the first cycle was 54% and the second cycle was 89%.Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that learning Civics Education using Cooperative Learning with walking stick media for third grade students of SD Negeri 023 Kasikan can increase student activity. It is recommended that teachers can apply the Cooperative Learning learning model with stick media running on other appropriate subject matter

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of Civics learning outcomes by using an active learning model of the role reversal question type in class VI SD N 013 Batu Step Kecil Kuok District.This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were the sixth grade students of SD N 013 Batu Step Kecil, totaling 36 students. Methods of data collection in this study using tests, observation and documentation. Research instruments in the form of tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The indicator for the success of the action is marked by 75% of the number of students who take part in the learning process has obtained a score of 70.The results showed an increase in Civics learning outcomes for fifth grade students of SD N 013 Batu Step Kecil after using the active learning model type role reversal question in both cycle I and cycle II. In the first cycle, students who scored 70 increased by 25% with the initial condition of 44% increasing to 69% and in the second cycle it increased by 28% to 97%. The average value of learning outcomes in the first cycle increased by 8.75% with the initial condition of 66.53 increasing to 75.27 and in the second cycle it increased by 10.97% to 86.25.

Abstract

Professional teachers must have 4 competencies, one of which is program preparation, namely preparing lesson plans to prepare materials to be used in the learning process. This is stipulated in Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards and Permendiknas Number 16 of 2007 concerning Standards of Qualification and Academic Competence of Teachers, and Permendiknas Number 10 of 2009 concerning Certification of Teachers in Position, and Permendiknas Number 41 of 2007 concerning Process Standards. In reality, most teachers have difficulty in preparing lesson plans. One of the reasons: 1.There are 4 teachers who make lesson plans and have implemented them in their schools; 2. There are 5 teachers who have participated in the RPP preparation training but have not been able to implement it in their schools; 3. There are 11 teachers who have never attended training in the preparation of lesson plans, they only copy paste to their colleagues. This condition, of course, cannot be allowed to continue, but there must be a solution or real action from the principals. In this regard, teachers must be fostered and facilitated to improve their ability to prepare lesson plans. Efforts to improve the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans can actually be done in various ways, including through training, involving teachers in seminars and workshops, providing various guides and modules, workshops, and various other efforts. However, considering all the advantages and disadvantages, simulation training is more appropriate. The consideration is that with a teacher simulation, the teacher is more proactive and forms self-character in an effort to develop lesson plans. In connection with the foregoing, the research problem can be formulated in the form of research questions: “Can training in the preparation of lesson plans improve the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Tambang, Kampar Regency? This problem-solving plan is carried out by training in the preparation of RPP simulations for teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Tambang, Kampar Regency to improve teacher performance. As for making these decisions, the basic competencies required in the KTSP. In line with the problems above, the main objective in preparing the RPP is to assist the teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Tambang in compiling the RPP so that it can be a reference in the learning process, so that minimum completeness can be achieved. This action is expected to be useful for teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Tambang. First, it provides great benefits in solving teacher problems in preparing lesson plans. Second, the teacher prepares himself before the learning process takes place. Third, the ability of teachers to increase their ability to carry out the preparation of lesson plans. Fourth, the ability of teachers and the ability of students in schools is ensured that the quality of learning increases. This research requires references that are relevant to the concepts, principles, and procedures for implementing school action research, such as books and journals on research topics in general that are directly related to action research. In addition, it is also necessary to conduct a literature review on RPP, such as the position, main tasks, functions, roles, and programs and performance that can be carried out by teachers. Furthermore, it is also necessary to conduct a study of the possible impacts that can be obtained from empowering teachers in schools. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Tambang Kampar Regency, the number of teachers involved was 20 teachers. The implementation of this research is preceded by preparation in the form of activity scenarios, time and place schedules, necessary resource persons, other supporting facilities, such as learning resources, observation sheets, assessment rubrics, and proposals, as well as school research reports made. This action research introduces the empowerment of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Tambang, Kampar Regency with the following implementation steps. Along with the implementation of teacher empowerment activities, observations are made on the process and progress and other results. For this purpose, the researcher carried it out himself with the help of observation sheets and rubrics, which were prepared in advance. At the end of the activity, an evaluation was carried out in the form of a proposal presentation forum and a brief report on the results of the research, by asking for help from reviewers from resource persons. Based on the results obtained during the process of teacher empowerment activities and the results of the evaluation carried out, it will be followed by reflection, to find positive things and negative things that still need improvement. This research was carried out in two cycles. In the first cycle, the researcher carried out the actions as described in the preparation and plan above. In the second cycle, the lesson plans are revised based on the results and findings in the first or previous cycles. As a final conclusion, this school action research activity is as follows: (1) The role of school supervisors in fostering n is very much needed in motivating the teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Tambang to improve their performance as seen in the results of the research cycle 1 to cycle 2, the teacher's performance has increased very significantly. (2) The ability of the teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Tambang Kampar Regency has increased in the preparation of lesson plans. From cycles 1 and 2 there was an increase since the initial data collection, due to the motivation to take part in training and preparation of lesson plans. (3) The level of knowledge and understanding of teachers about the implementation of preparation of lesson plans in cycle 1 was still weak, but after cycle 2 all teachers amounted to 20 teachers already has a performance in the good category. Based on the results of school action research, the following can be recommended: 1. The role of school supervisors in providing guidance for teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Tambang is very much needed and can be carried out continuously and programmed either through training or similar activities, namely workshops or simulations. 2. It is a must for teachers to prepare lesson plans before carrying out learning activities so that the completeness of SK and KD to achieve KKM can be achieved

Abstract

This research is motivated by the ineffectiveness of learning methods to improve students' movement skills. This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes for the front roll basic motion with the second grade playing method at SDN 028 Rimbo Panjang, Tambang District, Kampar Regency.This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) which is carried out in a collaborative and participatory manner. This research design uses Kurt Lewin's model in 1 cycle consisting of planning, implementation & observation, and reflection. The research subjects included second grade students at SDN 028 Rimbo Panjang with 35 students consisting of 19 male students and 16 female students. The object of the research is to increase the effectiveness of learning the front roll with the play method. Data collection techniques through performance tests. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively.The results showed that the effectiveness of learning the basic forward roll with the playing method for class II SDN 028 Rimbo Panjang, Tambang District, Kampar Regency which had been obtained by students, overall there were 28 students or 80% completed learning and 7 students or 20% had not finished learning. This research has achieved research success indicators, namely 80% of students have minimum learning mastery in the complete learning category with a Minimum Mastery Criteria of 80, so there is no need for further action in the next cycle.

Abstract

This classroom action research was carried out at SD Negeri 035 Tarai Bangun, Kampar Regency, which is located in Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. Based on the results of classroom action research that has been carried out in PAI learning in class V using the question and answer method, it can be concluded that the use of the question and answer method in PAI learning in class V can improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced from the average value of the formative test results, in PAI subjects in class V obtained a pre-cycle score of 5.18, cycle I 6.45 and cycle II 7.99 there was a significant increase from each cycle. Thus the use of the question and answer method in PAI learning in elementary school can stimulate students to understand and find solutions to problems they encounter during the learning process, find new ideas and ideas in modifying situations that are witnessed directly, foster critical traits expressed in the form of a willingness to ask questions and express opinions and train students' skills in communicating the results of an activity. activities both orally and in writing. In other words, the use of the question and answer method in learning further improves students' understanding abilities, streamlines the achievement of goals, both general and specific goals and improves student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The main problem of this thesis is Clinical Supervision in Efforts to Improve Teacher Ability in the Implementation of Islamic Religious Education Learning at SD Negeri 001 Fold Kain, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. The objectives of this study are, 1) Explaining the process/mechanism of developing Clinical Supervision in an Effort to Improve Teacher Ability in the Implementation of Islamic Religious Education Learning at SD Negeri 001 Fold Kain, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency; 2) Explaining the ability of teachers in the implementation of PAI learning at SD Negeri 001 Fold Kain, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency; 3) to find out the efforts made in improving the ability of teachers in the implementation of PAI learning at SD Negeri 001 Fold Kain, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency.This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological and scientific approach. The data sources of this research are the Principal, PAI subject teachers,. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation and documentation instruments. The technique of analyzing/processing qualitative data uses three stages, namely 1) data collection; 2) Data reduction; and 3) data presentation; and 4) Drawing conclusions.The results of the research are: 1) Clinical supervision is used to solve problems both in the administration of teaching and learning for PAI teachers to improve PAI teacher performance, through the stages of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation; 2) After undergoing clinical supervision, the teacher has insight into learning methods and learning media. Teachers can take advantage of existing media around; and 3) Barriers to the implementation of supervision as an effort to improve the performance of PAI Teachers at State Elementary School 001 Fold Kain, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency, show that several obstacles experienced by school principals in carrying out clinical supervision include: (1) too many teachers who must be supervised clinically, (2 ) lack of clinical supervision time, (3) there are still many weaknesses of teachers in PBM and academic administration, (4) teachers sometimes feel unprepared and disturbed because they are not accustomed to clinical supervision, (5) assessment is only formative, (6) in the learning process some teachers have not used media tools, (7) teachers have limited ability in developing teaching materials and (8) some of the RPP are copy paste. To overcome these obstacles, a planned solution is needed, namely: (1) making a schedule that is in accordance with the conditions of the principal and teacher due to the unbalanced number of teachers and principals who provide clinical supervision (2) solutions provided by the principal adapting to the problems faced by teachers, almost all teachers are weak in the preparation of teaching and learning administration, (3) the solutions provided are classified and prioritized for completion, because not all problems can be solved in the same way and have the same weight, (4) involvement of teachers to help overcome obstacles in the implementation of clinical supervision, (5) solutions are provided by considering psychological, sociological, religious, comfort and other aspects; (6) the need for training/training, short courses, and advanced schools, (7) the role of the principal by providing regular, gradual and continuous coaching, and (8) conducting comparative studies of visitations to more advanced schools.

Abstract

This study suggests the implementation of supervision by the supervisor of Islamic education at SDN 002 Kuntu and what factors influence the supervisor of Islamic education in carrying out supervision at SDN 002 Kuntu.This study aims to determine the implementation of supervision by Islamic Religious Education Supervisors at SDN 002 Kuntu and the factors that influence Islamic Religious Education Supervisors in carrying out such supervision.The subjects in this study were supervisors of Islamic Religious Education in Kampar Kiri District in 2009 with one supervisor. While the object of this research is about the Implementation of Supervision by Islamic Religious Education Supervisors at SDN 002 Kuntu, amounting to 2 units, namely SDN 002 Kuntu, and SDN 006 Kuntu,Data collection in this study used observation, interviews, and documentary techniques, then editing, classification, and conclusion were used for data processing. Then the data is presented and analyzed descriptively qualitatively and concluded by using the inductive method.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of supervision by the Islamic Religious Education Supervisor at SDN 002 Kuntu has been quite carried out in accordance with the tasks assigned. This is supported by internal and external factors, namely education and experience, age and health, competence and skills, and external factors, namely environment and territory, supervision, funds and facilities

Abstract

PTS ini membahas supervisi akademik pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI SD di Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Kajiannya dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya jumlah semua guru sekolah dasar yang mengajar pada kecamatan Kampar Kiri yaitu 123 orang, dan jumlah guru PAI saat ini adalah 52 guru yang meliputi guru mata pelajaran fiqih, akidah ahlak, sejarah kebudayaan Islam (SKI), dan Al-Qur‟an hadits, sedangkan jumlah pengawas yang ada di Kecamatan Kampar Kiri saat ini adalah 1 pengawas. Jumlah madrasah ibtidaiyah baik negeri maupun swasta ada 13 sekolah. Studi ini dimaksud untuk menjawab permasalahan: (1) Bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi supervisi akademik pengawas dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru?, (2). Bagaimana faktor-faktor penghambat pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru?, (3) Bagaimana Supervisi Akademik Pengawas?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi supervisi akademik; a) Perencanaaan supervisi akademik Pengawas sekolah dari aspek perencanaan program tahunan yang disusun oleh Pokjawas di Kabupaten/Kota melalui diskusi terprogram; program semester, yang dilakukan oleh setiap pengawas sekolah dimasing-masing sekolah binaan; rencana kepengawasan akademik yang dilakukan oleh pengawas sekolah. Namun masih terdapat beberapa hal yang belum tercapai diantaranya: jadwal pelaksanaan supervisi akademik bersifat kondisional dan terkadang juga bersifat mendadak yaitu menyesuaikan kegiatan Pengawas sekolah dan pihak sekolah binaan, sehingga persiapan GPAI kurang maksimal; b) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik Pengawas sekolah dilaksanakan 3 kali kunjungan pada sekolah binaan. Supervisi akademik dari pengawas dilaksanakan dengan instrumen supervisi kelas yang dilakukan dengan observasi secara langsung di kelas. Hampir secara keseluruhan program di RKA sudah terealisasi semua di lapangan. Namun dalam melaksanakan pembinaan kompetensi pedagogik, ada beberapa indikator yang belum terealisasikan, dikarenakan menurut pengawas sekolah GPAI dirasa sudah menguasai; c) Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut program supervisi akademik dilaksanakan setelah observasi proses pembelajaran di kelas ataupun melalui kegiatan KKG PAI. Dari sini sudah teridentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi guru rumpun mapel PAI, dan juga dengan mengadakan workshop, pelatihan ataupun diklat bekerjasama dengan Kementerian Agama Kab. Kampar . 2) Hambatan yang dialami pengawas dalam supervisi akademik adalah kurangnya tenaga pengawas PAI, banyaknya guru yang harus dibina dan kurangnya intensitas supervisi akademik terhadap guru. Sedangkan solusi dari kendala tersebut adalah rekrutmen pengawas baru, peningkatan intensitas supervisi kunjungan kelas dan peningkatan program pembinaan supervisi pengawas secara berkala dan berkesinambungan. Saran dari kendala tersebut adalah rekrutmen pengawas baru, peningkatan intensitas supervisi kunjungan kelas dan peningkatan program pembinaan supervisi pengawas secara berkala dan berkesinambungan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi informasi, masukan bagi pengawas, kepala sekolah dan guru rumpun mapel PAI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik agar mutu pendidikan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Pemerintah berharap dengan adanya mata pelajaran matematika dapat membiasakan diri siswa untuk berpikir kritis. Namun, fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa rendah. Hal yang menyebabkan situasi ini terjadi adalah sebagian besar guru belum menggunakan model pembelajaran yang inovaif dan mediaa pembelajaran yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay dengan berbantuan aplikasi android ditinjau dari kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran, aktivitas belajar siswa, respon siswa dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Model pembelajaran course review horay berbantuan media aplikasi berbasis android dikatakan efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran dengan skor 3,71 berada pada kategori sangat aktif, (2) Model pembelajaran course review horay berbantuan media aplikasi berbasis android dikatakan efektif ditinjau dari aktivitas belajar siswa dengan skor 17,66 berada pada kategori sangat baik, (3) Model pembelajaran course review horay berbantuan media aplikasi berbasis android dikatakan efektif ditinjau dari respon siswa setiap aspek bernilai ≥ 80, (4) Model pembelajaran course review horay berbantuan media aplikasi berbasis android dikatakan efektif ditinjau dari meningkatnya kemampuan berpikri kritis siswa dengan skor rata-rata 82,31.

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya peran mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, mata pelajaran tersebut diwajibkan dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar sampai dengan pendidikan tinggi. Oleh sebab itu, pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan harus mampu dikemas dengan baik oleh guru agar mampu mencapai tujuan yang mulia dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa yang berkarakter berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-undang Dasar 1945. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain: 1) mengetahui minat baca siswa kelas VIII Di Mts Saiful Ulum Tanjungbumi, 2) mengetahui budaya literasi Di Mts Saiful Ulum Tanjungbumi, dan 3) mengetahui pengaruh budaya literasi dan minat baca secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar PPKn kelas VIII Di Mts Saiful Ulum Tanjungbumi. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitiann ekperimen. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 52 siswa kelas VIII MTs Saiful Ulum Tanjungbumi. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi, angket, dan soal tes yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik dengan rumus t-test satu sampel dan korelasi ganda. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan teknik statistik diperoleh kesimpulan penelitian, antara lain: 1) Minat baca siswa kelas VIII Di Mts Saiful Ulum Tanjungbumi minimal cukup tinggi, 2) Budaya literasi terhadap hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas VIII Di Mts Saiful Ulum Tanjungbumi minimal cukup baik, dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya literasi dan minat baca secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar PPKn kelas VIII Di Mts Saiful Ulum Tanjungbumi
