As-Sabiqun Journal is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and articles on Islamic Studies and Educational Sciences. This journal was published by Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD) STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB which was published twice in a year (biannualy), March and October with a minimum of 5 articles. The journal aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscript dealing with Islamic Studies and Educational Sciences topics are particularly welcome to be submitted. The journal encompasses research articles, original research report, and scientific reviews in education in any fields including: 1. Early Childhood Education Theory; 2. Early Childhood Education Learning Practice; 3. Early Childhood Development includes Religious and Moral, Cognitive, Language, Social-Emotional, Physical-Motoric, and Art Values; 4. PAUD Policy; 5. Parenting; 6. Teacher Education and Training; 7. Learning Strategy. Editorial Team invites academics, lecturers and researchers to contribute according to the scope above. Articles can be submitted online, by registering as a author (Online Submissions). Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Peer Review Processes. This journal is an open access journal which means that all freely available content is used. Abstract

Fokus pada penelitian ini disaat banyak lemabaga pendidikan mengalami penurunan peserta didik yang signifikan, justru Pondok Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani mengalami kenaikan santri. Dalam membekali masa depan santri, Ponpes Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani memberikan pelajaran agama, umum dan keterampilan. Penelitian tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan penelitian lapangan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Kehadiran peneliti di lapangan sebagai instrumen. penelitian di lakukan di Pondok Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data tuli yang bersumber dari dua macam yaitu: informan dan arsip (dokumen). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara (interview). Pengamatan (0besrvasi) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas, sehingga datanya sudah jenuh. Menyatakan hasil penelitian bahwa karakteristik Pondok Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani menurut tipenya termasuk dalam pondok pesantren modernt yakni pondok pesantren kalafi, menurut tipe Pondok Pesantren tipe D. Implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani dilakukan sebagai berikut: perencanaan dilakukan berdasarkan analisis trend, selanjutnya dirumuskan dalam bentuk perencanaan, pengorganisasian selanjutnya dilakukan pembagian tugas pengurus dan tenaga pendidik. Pelaksanaan meliputi: metode rekrutmen belum terbuka sehingga tidak ada seleksi. Orientasi belum dilaksanakan pada semua tenaga baru. Pelatihan untuk materi umum masih tergantung panggilan dari Kanwil Kemenag Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pengendalian meliputi:penilaian baru menggunakan cara pendekatan individual. Kompensasi yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan job analisis.

Abstract

This research is aimed to discover REBT consoling service to overcome the difficulty of finding out self identity for the tenth grade students of MA Hidayatussibyan NW Sengkerang in the school year 2018/2019. The type of this research is experimental research methodology which designs one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this research is all tenth grade students of MA Hidayatussibyan NW Sengkerang, central Lombok, in the school year 2018/2019. The sample of this research is decided with proportional sample technique. The frame of the research used is one group pretest-posttest design. The data collecting technique used self identity scale. The data is analyzed by using T-test. The result of hypothesis testing indicates that T-calculation > T-table is (1.927 > 1,860) meant accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is the effect of REBT consoling to overcome the difficulty of finding out self identity for the tenth grade students of MA Hidayatussibyan NW Sengkerang in the school year 2018/2019.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini diajukan 3 (tiga) hipotesis, yaitu terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar Fiqih, terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan prestasi belajar Fiqih, dan terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual siswa secara bersama-sama (simultan) dengan prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa. Sebanyak 60 siswa (30%), dipilih dari 200 siswa dengan sampel random menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Untuk membantu proses pengumpulan data telah digunakan alat pengumpul data berupa tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data terkumpul dianaisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi, baik regresi sederhana maupun ganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Persamaan Y’ = a + bX adalah Y’ = 56.80 + 0.20 X1. Sementara nilai F = 4.13, karena itu hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak, dengan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, pada α = 0.05. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa. Artinya setiap terjadi variasi yang kearah positif (naik) dari kecerdasan emosional, akan menyebabkan kenaikan (positif) pada variabel prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa, biarpun kekuatan determinasinya hanya sebesar 6.6%. (2) Persamaan Y’ = a + bX2 adalah Y’ = 88.80 + -0.27X2. Sementara nilai F = 4.01, karena itu hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak, dengan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, pada α = 0.05. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan spiritual dan prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa. Artinya, setiap terjadi variasi yang kearah positif (naik) dari kecerdasan intelektual, akan menyebabkan kenaikan (positif) pada variabel prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa, biarpun kekuatan determinasinya hanya sebesar 6.5%. (3) Analisis regesi ganda dengan persamaan Y’ = a + b1X1 + b2X2, adalah Y’ = 73.06 + 0.23 X1 + (-0.27) X2. Sementara nilai F = 4.490, karena itu hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak, dengan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, pada α = 0.05. Artinya untuk setiap kenaikan 1 unit satuan motivasi belajar siswa (X1) dan kecerdasan emosional siswa (X1) akan diikuti kenaikan prestasi belajar PAI siswa (Y) sebesar 0.23 pada variabel motivasi belajar siswa dan -0.27 pada variabel kecerdasan spiritual (X2) pada bilangan konstan 73.06. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan kescerdasan intelektual secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi PAI siswa, biarpun kekuatan determinasinya hanya sebesar 13.6%. Dengan kata lain, kedua variabel (kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual siswa) saling berinteraksi dan mempengaruhi pada variabel prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa. Oleh karena itu, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, sangat diperlukan perhatian yang serius, sebagai upaya peningkatan prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa MA NW Keruak Lombok Timur.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the curriculum and how the actual curriculum planning is offered by superior schools. Creating a quality curriculum for superior schools is very important, because the curriculum is a door to guarding the direction of educational goals to be brought, a leader of school institutions and other institutions must have the consideration and understanding of competent management to get a quality and superior curriculum. the initial stage in the management function that must be mastered by the leadership of the school institution management is the planning function which becomes the initial foundation for making the curriculum in line with the vision and mission of the institution. Therefore curriculum planning in superior schools is very important in order to get the real label that schools that use planning in their curriculum are truly superior schools. The results of the analysis of the authors describe that some of the planning used by superior schools is to emphasize the formation of quality.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam tulisan ini adalah 1). Untuk mengetahui Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untu membentuk karekter anak di Ponpes Nashriyah NW Sekunyit; 2). Metode yang diterapkan dalam menjalankan upaya-upaya membentuk karekter anak; dan 3). Kendala-Kendala yang dihadapi Ponpes Nashriyah NW sekuyit dalam upaya membentuk karekter anak. Sedangkan metode yang diterapkan atau dipergunakan dalam upaya membentuk karakter anak di Ponpes Nashriyah NW sekunyit adalah Pemberian Nasihat dan indoktrinisasi pembelajaran agama artinya bahwa kami memberitahukan kepada anak tentang batas-batas baik dan buruk sesuai dengan norma-norma yang berlaku dilingkungan, selain metode itu juga di Pondok menerapkan metode hukuman apabila anak melakukan kesalahan.Disamping hukuman juga memberikan penghargaan kepada anak yang mempunyai kelebihan adalam arti baik. Sehingga dengan begitu anak menjadi termotivasi. Keberhasilan Ponpes Nashriyah NW Sekunyit dalam upaya membentuk karakter anak juga terdapat kendala-kendala yang menghambat pembentukan karakater anak. Kendala-kendala tersebut dapat disebutkan menjadi 2 Kelompok kendala yakni 1) Kendala yang berasal dari Intern anak; seperti misalnya dari karakter anak, kondisi fisik dan psikis anak. 2). Kendala itupun dapat berasal dari luar diri siswa seperti lingkungan; seperti misalnya lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan pergaulan maupun dari proses pendidikan sebelumnya baik pendidikan formal maupun informal yang terdapat dalam lingkungan masayarakat dan keluarga anak.

Abstract

This research is based on the lack of variations in songs used by teachers in learning for early childhood. The purpose of this study is to develop motion and song activities that can be used as a choice of activities that can be done to improve children's intelligence and to find out whether motion activities and songs developed by researchers are effective to improve children's intelligence. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, in order to obtain data in this study the authors use classroom action research methods through observation methods, capacity assessment formats and documentation. From the data analysis it is known that the intelligence of children after being given an experiment through motion activity and better than the intelligence of children before being given experiments through motion and song activity. In general, motion and song can develop children's kinesthetic intelligence, through body movements such as by bending with rotating the body, it can be concluded that movement and song activity is effective to improve children's intelligence.

Abstract

The child is a symbiosis of the love of the husband and wife during the process of marriage. The purpose of getting married is to get offspring. The offspring of the marriage that arises from the surge of blessed love is the pious and pious child. Basically education plays in Islam from the time in the womb. After being born, both parents should joke and play a lot of positive but nuanced Islamic religions. In the world of education it is known as the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPI / TPA / TKA / TPQ). An institution or place to study the Qur'an and the teachings of Islam. During the Apostle saw TPI / TPA / TKA / TPQ were on the porch or terrace of the mosque. Learning patterns at TPI / TPA / TKA / TPQ with a period of one year, using the Al-Qur'an reading method, for example Iqra ', qira’ati and Yanbu'a.

Abstract

The subject of this research is the students of class X.a of SMK Negeri 1 Sakra with a total of 33 students. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR) using quantitative and qualitative approaches. Research activities use 2 cycles. Based on the results of research analysis obtained data on student motivation in the first cycle reached 69% in the high category and in the second cycle reached 80% in the very high category. Then the evaluation results obtained in the first cycle were 9 students who were incomplete out of 33 total number of students, while the percentage of classical learning completeness achieved 70% of the results of the second cycle evaluation were 4 students who were declared incomplete out of the total 33 students , as for the percentage of mastery learning classical achieved 88%, so the research results obtained are increasing from each cycle. So the evaluation results show that the application of the Ball Throwing Technique can be well received.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the contribution of situational leadership to school principals in an effort to improve the work climate of teachers. The subject population included 50 teachers from SMP Negeri 2 Sikur. This study uses a census study, with ex-post facto design. Data were analyzed by multiple regression and correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant contribution between the principal's situational leadership in improving the teacher's work climate with a contribution of 62.5%. Therefore the principal's situational leadership on the work climate functions as a predictor of teacher performance in SMP Negeri 2 Sikur, East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Based on KPAI data, the trend of violence against children in education in 2018 has increased. Of the total 445 tapes, 51.2 percent or 228 cases were cases of physical, sexual and verbal abuse. In addition, child abuse also occurs at home. Acts of violence against children are carried out on the grounds of disciplining children. Violence experienced by children can have a prolonged psychological effect on him. The discipline of planting does not have to be done with violence. This then encourages the writer to make RODA (Rotating Education Game) as a learning medium to instill discipline in early childhood. This research uses a qualitative R&D approach, which is research that is used for certain products and tests its effectiveness. RODA is a colorful learning media and has a funny character so that it can stimulate children's memories from being disciplined in childhood. According to Albert Bandura this learning is called modeling. Thus it can be concluded, With the existence of RODA as a media for the formation of a disciplined attitude in early childhood, it can facilitate teachers or parents in the formation of a disciplined attitude so that they can help older children have discipline in carrying out their daily activities.
