Abstract

Increasing the intensity of competition requires that every organization always pay attention to the dynamics of customer needs, wants and preferences and try to fulfill them in a way that is more effective and efficient compared to its competitors. The results of research on organizations that implement SERVQUAL (Service Quality) dimensions are proven as organizations that have sustainable competitiveness. LPD as a financial service institution should strive to provide quality services to its customers, but empirical data shows that in 2015 and 2016, around 28% of LPDs in Bali are still performing poorly. Performance is influenced by various factors, one of which is service quality. Filling in the gap, the SERVQUAL training is very necessary for the LPD. The purpose of this training is to motivate LPDs to intensively implement the SERVQUAL (Reliability, Tangiable, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty) dimensions so that they become the LPD's organizational culture. Achieving these objectives is done through training with lecture methods, question and answer and demonstration. The implementation of this training went well and smoothly, and was able to motivate the management and LPD employees to implement the SERVQUALdimension.

Abstract

The LPD (Village Credit Institution) as an institution that runs the financial functions of traditional and Pakraman villages, is required to have a good performance base, so that it can increase the level of trust and satisfaction of the Pakraman village community as the main consumers of the LPD. One of the efforts to improve LPD performance is by improving the skills and capabilities of human resources that are owned in serving their customers in accordance with the concept of Tri Hita Karana. This community service activity is carried out on LPDs under the management of the BKS LPD Ubud targeting the employees and managers of the LPD. Community service aims to provide an understanding of how basic techniques (soft skills) perform excellent service to customers to improve customer satisfaction, and how to deal with customer complaints and make the complaint a tool to improve service. The method of community service activities is by providing practical skills training provided directly to employees and managers of LPDs under the BKS Ubud, which includes delivery/concept presentations, group discussions, role play/games and case studies. This activity was conducted for one day and was attended by 45 employees and managers of LPDs in the BKS LPD Ubud. The benefits obtained from the results of this training activity are increasing motivation, ability and basic skills of employees facing consumers in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of policy makers and LPD managers, especially those who are members of the Ubud BKS in maintaining quality service to LPD consumers.

Abstract

Village Credit Institutions are quite capable of accelerating the economy of traditional village manners to advance and make a significant contribution to village development. But in the midst of the frenzy of the era of digitalitation revolution 4.0 characterized by automation demanding a movement for renewal in the LPD in order to be able to compete with similar institutions. The fundamental problems of LPD that are most prominent are the capacity of Human Resources in terms of management, use of information technology, especially in the preparation of financial statements. In the digitalization era, every business actor must prepare himself to enter the 4.0 industrial revolution. For this reason, business actors are expected to maximize the use of information technology, one of which is in the preparation of financial statements. However, currently there are not many microfinance institutions that use information technology to carry out the recording of their financial statements. LPD still records finance conventionally. Of course this if it is not immediately followed up will pose a risk of loss in the future. Solution to problem solving is done by conducting socialization, mentoring the preparation of financial statements. The implementation method is carried out in several stages, beginning to provide an understanding of the importance of the use of information technology, conducting training in information technology-based financial report training, lastly assisted to solve problems related to the preparation of financial statements. The hope after this activity ends is that LPD is able to carry out its business activities independently to prepare financial reports and carry out evaluations of business activities and in the long run the LPD will develop and be able to torch accelerate the economy of the local village.

Abstract

Keberadaan subak di Bali sebagai sistem pengaturan air secara tradisional sudah berusia ribuan tahun. Pada era sekarang yang cenderung berkutat dengan berbagai teknologi terkini mungkin jarang sekali yang mengetahui dan paham mengenai subak atau irigasi tradisional Bali tersebut. Subak merupakan sistem pengelolaan pendistribusian aliran irigasi pertanian khas masyarakat Bali dan terbukti mampu meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian masyarakat Bali. Melalui sistem subak ini para petani mendapatkan jatah air sesuai ketentuan yang diputuskan dalam musyawarah warga. Pengabdian menelusuri keberadaaan jaringan irigasi subak di Kota Denpasar, dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberadaan jaringan irigasi subak serta keberlanjutan pengelolaan jaringan irigasi subak di kota Denpasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi atau gambaran secara sistematik agar dapat mencapai sasaran yang telah ditetapkan, melalui suatu alur pemikiran yang logis dan sistematis. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan antara lain melalui telaah referensi maupun pengumpulan data-data sekunder yang diperoleh dari instansi-instansi pemerintahan mengenai informasi subak di kota Denpasar. Sedangkan data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan pengamatan atau observasi di lapangan, survey pengukuran dan juga melalui proses wawancara kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat langsung mengenai jaringan irigasi subak di wilayah kota Denpasar. Adapun anggota khalayak yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain klian subak/ pekaseh, serta krama subak atau anggota subak sebagai sumber informasi yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan survey secara langsung di lapangan. Hasil pengumpulan data/ inventarisasi tersebut serta telaah mengenai keberlanjutan pengaturan air irigasi berdasarkan data existing yang sudah terkumpul kemudian diserahkan kepada masyarakat, pengurus subak serta pihak atau instansi terkait pemerintah kota Denpasar. Keberadaan sistem jaringan irigasi subak di kota Denpasar saat ini dengan kondisi baik relatif lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan kondisi rusak ringan berat, rusak sedang dan rusak ringan. Sehingga untuk keberlanjutan pengelolaan jaringan irigasi subak di kota Denpasar, diperlukan kerjasama dari pihak-pihak yang terkait untuk melakukan kegiatan pencegahan, pemeliharaan serta pengelolaan jaringan irigasi subak dengan baik.

Abstract

Canang sari is a very important tool that complements every offering or offering. In the case of the canna sari is called the main means in the offering or worship. Basically all Hindus use canang sari for all ceremony supplies. Business Empowerment canang sari is the main work done by the poor especially by the mothers who are in the village to punch Kangin Karangasem. The skill of making this canang sari does not require special education and does not require so much capital, and large plus the banners trail is passed by many people going to Pura besakih. To help improve the living standard and income of PKK mothers aged 25 to 40 years old and the background of high school education, whose economies are less capable in Menanga Kangin Village, it is necessary to empower the canang sari business, conducted both in groups and in Individuals. So mothers who are in the village gossip have so much enthusiasm to learn to make canang sari even though they have no knowledge about canang sari according to Hinduism Framework ie Tattwa, susila and Event. The methods used in this study were Servy, interviews, outreach and training. Uaha Canang Sari participants were around 20 to 40 years old and their educational backgrounds were elementary school graduates. They sell in the morning until late afternoon, the location is on the side of the road to the temple to besakih. The canang sari business empowerment in Menanga Village is very much considered human resources for the Village Village Government to carry out activities such as Dharma discourse, training on training Bebantenan specifically canang sari which is in accordance with the concept of Hindu religion teachings, the sustainability of the business of Canang Sari gets assistance from the traditional village government, such as financial loans in the form of money from LPD, and marketing methods so that it can continue not only to the village of lanin

Abstract

Laporan keuangan adalah bentuk pertanggungjawaban keuangan oleh manajemen kepada pemberi modal dalam sebuah usaha. Laporan keuangan yang baik adalah laporan keuangan yang menyajikan informasi yang relevan dan reliabel. Untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang berkualitas diperlukan pemahaman yang cukup tentang prinsip akuntansi dan adanya sistem komputerisasi yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manajemen. Usaha simpan pinjam Tamba Artha Nadi merupakan salah satu usaha simpan pinjam yang dimiliki oleh Banjar Tembawu Kaja. Dalam proses penyusunan laporan keuangannya masih menggunakan catatan manual walau menggunakan computer sehingga ada risiko kesalahan. Pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu manajemen Usaha Simpan Pinjam Tamba Artha Nadi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian telah dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan diantaranya observasi awal, penelaahan laporan yang ada, dan pendampingan perbaikan penyajian laporan keuangan dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Aplikasi tersebut dirasa dapat memudahkan manajemen dalam penyusunan laporan mengingat kegiatan usaha yang masih relatif kecil. Manajemen juga dibantu untuk melakukan analisa rasio keuangan sehingga dapat dilihat perkembangan usaha dari tahun ke tahun.

Abstract

Pakraman Pau Village is one of the villages located in Banjarangkan District, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. As one of the developing villages in Klungkung which is rich in herbal plants. Many herbal plants are planted on farms and in the homes of residents, especially turmeric. Utilization of turmeric has not been processed optimally, especially in the area of ​​increasing health and added value in helping to improve the family economy. Previously, Pakraman Pau villagers used turmeric only as a kitchen spice and were used as a loloh for health drinks. Therefore, the need for processing with other forms and methods to be more practical and easy to consume can even increase the family's economic income. One of them is the use of turmeric into instant powder drinks with high economic value. The method used was socialization and counseling on the use of Turmeric, a Turmeric Processing Demo into Instant Powder Drinks and evaluation of activities. The results showed that Pakraman Pau villagers could increase their knowledge, understanding, and skills about using turmeric as an instant powder drink to maintain family health and could be a business opportunity for PKK mothers to help improve the family's economy

Abstract

Desa Selat Duda berada di Kecamatan Selat Karangasem yang sebagian penduduknya dilihat dari segi mata pencaharian sebagian besar bekerja sebagai petani. Hasil perkebunan di Desa Duda mayoritas penghasil salak akan tetapi ada juga yang menghasilkan kacang tanah. Beberapa warga terutama para ibu wajib bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Selain sebagai petani ada kelompok ibu rumah tangga bekerja membuat kacang kapri dengan memanfaatkan hasil kebun yang ada didaerahnya untuk menambah pundi-pundi penghasilan. Pembuatan Kacang Kapri ini masih dilakukan dengan cara tradisional. Mitra Home Industri Kacang Kapri ini dalam menjalankan bisnisnya belum menerapkan teknik pemasaran yang benar, cara memasarkan produknya dilakukan dengan menitipkan produknya di warung-warung dan sesuai dengan pesanan dan hal yang sama juga terjadi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang belum ada penerapanya dalam menjalankan usaha ini sehingga belum bisa diketahui besarnya keuntungan dan kerugian yang dialami.Teknik pemasaran memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha karena kepuasan pelanggan merupakan tujuan akhir dalam teknik pemasaran, maka perlu untuk memahami dan mengerti mengenai manajemen pemasaran yang tepat. Laporan keuangan dalam sebuah usaha merupakan proses akhir dari proses akuntansi. Laporan ini berfungsi sebagai bahan informasi dan bahan pengambilan keputusan bagi para pemakai dalam menjalankan usahanya. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka kami memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan Teknik Pemasaran dan Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan yang sederhana sehingga kedepanya usahanya bisa lebih maju dan bersaing ditengah-tengan pesatnya pertumbuhan Ekonomi saat ini. Dengan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mitra Home Industri Kacang Kapri sudah mampu melaksanakan teknik pemasaran dengan baik dan juga dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang benar.

Abstract

The Karangasem Strait sub-district, precisely in Duda Timur Village, is a sub-district seen from the perspective of its livelihood, with the majority of the population working as farmers. The majority of the plantation products are salak and head. Aside from being a farmer, some households use their plantation products as business land to be able to supplement their income, one of which is to use coconuts produced from plantations as Tanusan Oil. Tanusan oil is one of the traditionally made oils. This tanusan oil is still in great demand by the people in Bali because by cooking using tanusan oil the cuisine becomes more delicious and tasty. The business of the tanusan oil maker group still has not applied marketing management in its business processes so that the marketing method is only done by entrusting the products produced in stalls and according to order and so the bookkeeping has not been implemented in running its business so that it cannot know exactly how advantages and disadvantages clearly obtained. To help overcome these problems, we provide assistance in the field of marketing and simple bookkeeping so that in the future continuity of business can compete in the future. The results achieved in this community service are that this group of tanusan oil makers has been able to recommend its products to a wider market share and has been able to also do bookkeeping in a simple way.
