Abstract

Keluarga merupakan suatu lembaga sosial yang paling besar perannya bagi kesejahteraan sosial dan kelestarian anggota-anggotanya terutama anak-anaknya. Pelaku penting dalam dinamika rumah tangga adalah perempuan dalam artian perempuan menguasai pengelolaan keuangan, redistribusi pendapatan, alokasi konsumsi. Kedudukan perempuan dalam keluarga/ rumah tangga secara umum memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang berbeda dari pria yang merupakan kepala keluarga. Perempuan diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi kepada keluarganya dan berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Sehingga ekonomi keluarga menjadi seimbang. Desa pinggan yang terkenal dengan destinasi pariwisata yang terkenal dengan sebutan negeri diatas awan. Desa Pinggan Kintamani menjadi lokasi liburan yang tidak kalah menariknya di Pulau Bali.

Abstract

Besides functioning as a place to study, schools are also at risk as a place for disease transmission if not managed properly. Primary school age children are vulnerable to infectious or non-communicable diseases such as accidents when playing. Therefore, the inculcation of values ​​of healthy and clean living behavior from an early age is very important to avoid various disease risks, one of which is through the School Health Efforts (UKS) approach. The partner in this service is the Trustee of UKS in SDN 5 Sumerta. So far the partners have never received any explanation regarding the implementation of the UKS. The method that will be used is focus group discussion (FGD), interactive dialogue, training methods and mentoring. FGD aims to find problems faced by partners. Training and mentoring are carried out on an ongoing basis accompanied by monitoring and evaluation which is carried out regularly every month to partners in accordance with the form that has been prepared and carried out by the service team. This program has been implemented well judged by the implementation of activities on time, good involvement and cooperation on the part of SDN 5 Sumerta.

Abstract

Clothing is one of the characteristics of individuals in performing well in carrying out activities according to their role and status in living life, such as many who experience changes in the ethics of traditional dress to Temple (Pura). Since ancient times, custom clothing to the temple has always changed according to the times. should in traditional dress, especially to the temple must be in accordance with the applicable standard, but in its development now some Hindus, especially teenagers are still found using traditional clothes that deviate from the standard. Extension activities are conducted in Jungut Village, starting with an introduction, then giving open questions to participants about the material provided. After the material was finished, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions. Next is a tutorial and finally participants can do a simulation independently in using traditional clothes. Extension activities ended with giving questions to determine the participants' understanding. The results of the extension program can be summarized as follows: Extension of traditional dress to temple is a solution in increasing public understanding of good and right dress ethics in conducting worship activities to the temple, counseling with tutorial methods is seen as quite effective in increasing public understanding in using traditional clothing good and right.

Abstract

The community service activities were carried out at the Indonesian Hindu University on Jalan Sangga Langit Tembawu, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City, especially at the Sekeha Gong Management Maha Widya Merdangga. This Sekeha Gong administrator will be a model for all Sekeha Gong members regarding understanding of the contents of the Lontar Prakempa and the meaning of Hindu prayer. The problem that is currently happening to the Sekeha Gong Management is the lack of understanding of the Sekeha Gong Management regarding the contents of the Lontar Prakempa and the meaning of Hindu prayer. The impact that can be caused by the inability of the Sekeha Gong Management to explain the contents of the Lontar Prakempa and the meaning of this Hindu prayer is the emergence of dissatisfaction from the members of Sekeha Gong Maha Widya Merdangga in general and they did not make this Sekeha Gong Management a model to emulate. This community service activity was carried out in an effort to help this Sekeha Gong Management to understand the contents of the ejection of the Prakempa and the meaning of this Hindu prayer. This can be achieved by conducting training on the contents of the palm leaf and the meaning of this Hindu prayer. This activity is expected to produce output so that the Sekeha Gong Maha Widya Merdangga Board is 100% able to explain the contents of the ejection of the Prakempa and the meaning of this Hindu prayer so that the satisfaction of Sekeha Gong members increases.

Abstract

Education through the drawing method is considered very important because the benchmarks of students’ success are not only assessed from general lessons, but students’ interest in a particular field is also important, for example drawing. Themed drawing training at SDN 3 Banjarangkan, using dry media in the form of colored pencils and crayons that are sketched on drawing paper, with the theme of daily life, the surrounding environment and others. The purpose of themed drawing training is to liberate imagination and character development. The process that students go through in this themed drawing is: learning theories about basic drawing, for example making lines, shapes, coloring, dark light and others. Then sketching, contouring, coloring and making textures. The results obtained in the form of pictures with natural shapes in the surrounding environment and their contents. The purpose of this themed drawing training is to train students' abilities quickly, creativity, release of imagination and character development.

Abstract

Stunting is still a major nutritional problem in Indonesia and Bali. One district that has a fairly high stunting rate is Bresela Village, Payangan District. Triwangsa is one of the district located in Bresela village, based on a quick survey conducted on pregnant women and mothers who have babies under two years old in Triwangsa district, Bresela Village, Payangan, low knowledge and bad attitudes and behavior towards stunting prevention especially in terms of time, type and form of complementary feeding as a nutritional intake for the first 1000 days of life. The service implementation method is in the form of interactive dialogue and a demonstration of making balanced solid food. This activity succeeded in increasing partners' knowledge by 75% regarding stunting and balanced complementary foods of breast milk. After the assistance is carried out, it can be seen that the behavior changes of partners in providing balanced complementary foods to toddlers.

Abstract

Craft products from used newspaper waste are classified as rare, because the process is very complicated and the results are high quality so that many consumers are interested, especially for religious ceremonies in Bali. In addition to producing handicraft products from used newspaper and plastic materials, Mitra Satya Bali Kreatif, also participates in providing education or education and training to the community. The problems faced by partners include the limited knowledge in calculating the Cost of Production in an accurate and precise manner and do not have a digital marketing system. The result of this community partnership program is that partners understand how to calculate the cost of goods manufactured accurately and accurately and precisely so that the selling price of handicraft products can compete competitively in the market, there is a desire from partners to increase the marketing of handicrafts that already use information technology and media communication social, as well as partner motions in realizing a more optimal KUEP, so that in the future it can be more effective and independent and sustainable

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran serta masyarakat melalui kegiatan bank sampah “Pengelolaan Sampah Mandiri Pedesaan” di Desa Adat Cemenggaon Celuk Sukawati, khususnya pada sampah organik rumah tangga yang merupakan satu bentuk kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui bank sampah “Pengelolaan Sampah Mandiri Pedesaan”di di Desa Adat Cemenggaon Celuk Sukawati, memiliki kegiatan yang meliputi sosialisasi save-teng dan evaluasi yang dilakukan sebulandua kali. Dampak dari pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui melalui pengelolaan sampah mandiri pedesaandi desa adat cemenggaon celuk sukawati,pada aspek lingkungan cukup memberikan dampak yang baik yaitu terlihat dari semakin bersihnya lingkungan dan tanah yang semakin subur sebagai dampak dari kompos yang dihasilkan dari save-teng.Kemudian efisiensidari aspek biaya, dimana pengadaan save-teng dapat dilakukan secara bertahap dan save-teng dapat dimanfaatkan hingga lebih dari 20 tahun. Begitu juga dari efisiensi waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam pengelolaan sampah organic rumah tangga tersebut, yang dilakukan di rumah masing-masing warga.

Abstract

Majegau plants are widely used for various needs, including for medicinal ingredients, cultural and traditional rituals, so that their existence in nature becomes scarce. To prevent its extinction, it is necessary to preserve, especially the forests on the island of Bali. The preservation of majegau plants as ceremonial plants and medicinal plants in the Pura Batukau area, was carried out using the method of labeling majegau plants and counseling for parejura pura. Majegau plants as ceremonial plants, especially in Bali, are widely used as sacred building materials (temples), as ceremonial firewood (pasepan) and are used in manusa yadnya ceremonies because they are believed to have their stems symbolizing Bhatara Sadasiwa. Majegau plants as medicinal plants are used as ingredients in traditional medicine, namely sap, roots to leaves mixed with vinegar, charcoal salt for herbal medicine is used to treat nausea without vomiting. Besides, it is also traditionally used to treat skin irritation, prevent hypertension, treat urinary tract infections, and reduce fever. Scientifically used for antibacterial and anti-cancer drugs because it is known to contain antibacterial and anti-cancer compounds, namely terpenoids. In conclusion, majegau plants in the Batukau temple area are preserved with labeling and counseling because they have benefits as ceremonial and medicinal plants.

Abstract

Desa Tampaksiring dan Desa Manukaya adalah desa destinasi wisata Bali. Desa Tampaksiring memiliki objek wisata Pura Gunung Kawi dan Desa Manukaya memiliki objek wisata Pura Tirtha Empul. Kedua objek wisata ini memiliki tinggalan arkeologis yang unik dan panorama yang indah, yang ramai dikunjungi oleh wisatawan mancanegara, domestik dan lokal. Sayangnya, keindahan objek wisata ini tidak didukung oleh kondisi trotoar Jalan Raya Tampasiring sebagai jalan akses utama menuju kedua objek wisata tersebut. Trotoar sebagai bangunan pelengkap yang terintegrasi dengan jalan dapat mendukung nilai estetika suatu kawasan wisata, apabila penampilan trotoar bersih, indah danrapi. Kondisi riiltrotoar di lapangan tidaklah demikian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kondisi trotoar di jalan Raya Tampaksiring dalam mendukung desa destinasi Tampaksiring dan Manukaya. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengamatan (observasi) langsung di lapangan dengan berjalan kaki, yaitu di ruas Jalan Raya Tampaksiringyang dibagi dalam dua segmen jalan. Segmen I dari Pasar Desa Tampaksiring sampai Simpang Patung Dewa Indra, sepanjang ± 1,2 km, lebar perkerasanjalan 8.00 meter. dan Segmen II dari Simpang Patung Dewa Indra sampai dengan simpang jalan akses Pura Tirta Empul, sepanjang ± 0,9 km dengan lebar perkerasan jalan 6,5 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa penyimpangan fungsi dan geometrik trotoar di lapangan. Pada Segmen I kondisitrotoar antara lain: (1) rata dengan permukaan perkerasan jalan; (2) trotoar berlubang; (3) trotoar sebagai ruang parkir; (4) trotoar dengan penampilam kereb yang kotor; dan (5) trotoar tanpa paving stone untuk orang berkebutuhan khusus. Pada Segmen II terdapat trotoar sepanjang ± 100 meter, setelah itu tidak ada kelanjutannya. Jalan tidak dilengkapi trotoar. Dengan berbagai penyimpangan tersebut, trotoar tidak hanya membahayakan pejalan kaki, tetapi juga tidak mendukung nilai estetika atau keindahan Desa Tampasiring dan Desa Manukaya sebagai kawasan wisata Kabupaten Gianyar.
