Abstract

Covid19 pandemic has caued a lot of disruption in every community activity, especially work. Almost all people carry out activities at home or work from home. However, not all companies implement this, because this pandemic has also made many companies temporarily close their businesses until the Covid19 pandemic ends. This happens in almost all over the world, including in Indonesia. D Indonesia itself, the impact of this pandemic has greatly disrupted the tourism sector on the Island of the Gods. The Island of the Gods, whose main business is the tourism sector, has made many people lose their jobs and are forced to look for alternative businesses that can generate money to meet their daily needs. The penek rice business, which is a business that is always sought after because it is a ceremonial necessity for the Hindu religious community in Bali, is one of them. Mr. Suda's penek rice business has only been running for four months and is carried out at his residence in Sidan Village, Gianyar District, Gianyar Regency. This business can be said to have great benefits, but because of the lack of knowledge, there are still obstacles in calculating the profits obtained. Therefore, to help this business we provide training on financial recording and digital marketing techniques so that later this business can be more developed and in the future it is hoped that it can also absorb a lot of workforce. This of course aims to improve the welfare of the community in the presence of the Covid19 pandemic.

Abstract

Mekar Bhuwana Village, Abiansemal Subdistrict, Badung Regency, where some residents in terms of livelihoods work as building craftsmen to meet family needs. In carrying out their business, the building craftsmen have not applied modern marketing techniques, the way to market their products is done by depositing their products in small shops that sell religious tools according to orders and in preparing their financial statements they have not used technology such as computers to run this business. so it is not yet known how much the production costs, profits and losses were experienced. Marketing techniques have a very important role in running a business because customer satisfaction is the final goal in marketing techniques, it is necessary to understand and understand proper marketing management. Financial reporting in a business is the final process of the accounting process. Based on this problem, we provide assistance and training on online marketing techniques and simple financial report preparation training so that this business can be more advanced and able to compete in all foreign markets. With this community service, it is hoped that the Building Craftsmen will be able to carry out online marketing techniques properly and be able to financial reports using computers.

Abstract

Most of the people in Timpag Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan, rely on agriculture, plantations and livestock. The majority of plantation products in Timpag Village are head producers. The community in Timpag Village processes coconut into various kinds of preparations such as food and crafts. MSME coconut shell crafts Mr. Si Made Merta has been running for 7 years by processing coconut shells into extraordinary handicrafts such as soap holders, ashtrays, buckles, incense holders and other shell crafts with various unique and interesting shapes. The problem faced by MSME Mr. Si Made Merta in running his business is a lack of understanding of marketing and preparation of financial reports so that the business he is running has not been able to develop properly. Marketing techniques have a very important role in running a business because customer satisfaction is the final goal in marketing techniques, it is necessary to understand and understand proper marketing management. Financial reporting in a business is the final process of the accounting process. This report serves as information material and decision-making material for users in running their business. Based on these problems, we provide assistance and training in simple Marketing Techniques and Financial Statement Preparation Training so that in the future the business can be more advanced and compete in the midst of the current rapid economic growth. With this community service, it is hoped that MSMEs Mr. Si Made Merta will be able to carry out marketing techniques properly and also in preparing correct financial reports.

Abstract

Jatiluwih Village has long been known by tourists, both foreign and domestic as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan district. The natural scenery in the form of terraced terraces offered to tourists has been recognized worldwide and has become one of UNESCO's protected cultural heritage. To support the economy, Jatiluwih village is also known as a center for rice barn and broiler breeding. The product of purebred chicken eggs produced in Jatiluwih village is one of the largest in the Penebel district. So far, the production of purebred chicken eggs has been used to meet the people's need for eggs and sold to markets. The training and mentoring provided for community service aim to invite people to increase creativity and innovate with chicken egg products produced by making salted eggs. These training and mentoring activities include training on making salted eggs from chicken eggs, demonstrations and practice of making salted eggs, tips on branding the salted eggs produced, and assistance in marketing the products. The benefits that can be obtained from this training and mentoring are the creation of other types of superior products from Jatiluwih village, namely salted eggs from chicken eggs and being able to increase the income of the Jatiluwih village community. The strategic target of this training and mentoring activity is PKK Jatiluwih village women with 20 participants. The expected output is the creation of salted egg products from chicken eggs which will become one of the superior products of Jatiluwih village, Penebel District, Tabanan.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 not only shook the world of health (health shock) but also provided a shock to the economy (economic shock), namely almost no economic activities carried out by economic actors, be it households and company (firm). With the existence of restrictions on the mobility of the community and economic activities, in an effort to prevent the spread of this virus, which is increasingly widespread, it has an impact on consumption and production and investment activities to decrease (economy contraction). Mrs. Ayu is one of the communities affected by Covid-19. Mrs. Ayu had to be sent home due to the limited activities carried out by the company where Mrs. Ayu previously worked. Mrs Ayu also tries to find alternative businesses that can make money and can be done at home during this pandemic. Mrs Ayu also started a small business (UKM) to make gabin cakes. The problems faced are: 1) Unattractive product packaging and lack of product variation.2) Don't have a marketing system like social media. 3) Do not have a financial books and report or records related to income, expenses, production costs and profit and loss. The solutions offered for this problem are: 1) Training on production and marketing strategies which helps partners in making more attractive packaging so that they can increase marketing and make alternative gabin cakes that are more varied in taste or shape that are more contemporary; 2) Assisting partners in making social media that can assist in the product marketing process and introduce products not only to consumers in Peliatan Ubud but also marketed in the surrounding areas; 3) Assisting in making simple financial books and reports.

Abstract

Nusa Penida is a tourist destination that has begun to be recognized by tourists and is a favorite destination for foreign tourists who have also been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.The existence of tourists in Nusa Penida is a place for entrepreneurs and small communities to depend on their lives. In the situation of the new era of life in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, various efforts are being made by the government and the community to survive in this very difficult situation.Community service through the real work lecture program from the University of Hindu Indonesia is expected to help the community in economic recovery and the revival of the tourism service industry sector. The development of micro, small and medium enterprises, as well as the management of tourism destinations in the new era of the pandemic, is expected to generate tourism. Collaboration of activities by KKN students in empowering UMKM through fostering small businesses owned by residents affected by the pandemic, in this case the traditional jaje bali culinary business, both in raw material selection, production processes, packaging, marketing, promotion and training in simple financial book. Tourist destination management assistance is carried out through the presentation of material on the management of tourist destinations during the Covid-19 pandemic so that they can immediately rise up and increase the income of people who depend on the tourism service industry sector. Health protocols to enjoy tourist destinations in the new era must be strictly implemented, namely social distancing, washing hands and measuring body temperature when entering tourist attractions and accommodation and still wearing a mask. This is done to increase public and tourists' trust in tourist destinations in Nusa Penida.

Abstract

Currently, the Covid-19 virus has become a pandemic that has hit several countries in the world including Indonesia. The Covid-19 virus poses a very dangerous threat to the survival of the community. This case began with information submitted by the World Health Organization (WHO) on December 31, 2019, which stated that there were cases of pneumonia cluster cases with unclear etiology in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. This case continues to grow until there are reports of deaths and importations outside China. This causes the world community to be increasingly restless. Until now, in Indonesia, the spread of the Covid-19 virus has spread to various regions, with 340,622 people affected, 263,296 recovered and 12,077 people dead. Meanwhile in Bali Province itself, there were 10,304 people who have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus, 8,975 people who have recovered and 332 people who have died. Therefore, Community Service activities in the form of Real Work Lectures at the Indonesian Hindu University in this period were more directed at helping the community in the area of ​​origin of each student for prevention, breaking the chain of spreading Covid-19, increasing community resilience to be alert, alert. And resilient in facing the disaster of the Covid-19 virus outbreak. There are several work programs designed in this activity, such as (1) economics which includes; help check the real condition of merchandise at BumDes, collect data on MSMEs in Kelusa Village, and promote MSMEs in Kelusa Village. (2) educations includes; educating on how to wash hands properly and correctly to prevent transmission of the Covid 19 virus through online mode, Spread of stickers about the prevention of the Covid-19 virus. (3) The health sector includes; Distribution of masks and handzanitisers, invitations to join Laughter Yoga activities, and do mutual cooperation to clean the environment of the village of Kelusa. From these programs everything has gone well and has been responded positively by the people of Kelusa village.

Abstract

Competition between MSMEs is getting tighter amidst the large number of workers or employees who have been dismissed until they are laid off, which causes competition to come from various parts, both domestic, regional and global. To be able to compete in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic conditions, the right marketing strategy is needed to be able to maintain product sales from Asri Jewelery. So far, the marketing method of Asri Jewelery is still very simple, namely word of mouth for foreign tourists who have purchased products in its showrooms. To solve this problem, the community service team conducted observations, socialization, training and assistance in online marketing. Online marketing for Asri Jewelery products is carried out using Instagram, Facebook and selling through themarketplace. In carrying out this service activity, the participation of partners is very large in providing space and time to participate in all service activities carried out by the service team. From online marketing activities through Instagram, Facebook and this marketplace, the domestic market share of Asri Jewelery products is getting wider, so that Asri Jewelery can still maintain its business sustainability amid the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Promotional activities are one of the elements in the marketing mix that play an important role in the survival of the company, both for large companies and even SMEs. Promotion is done to introduce a product or business to consumers. The development of information technology provides opportunities for SMEs to be able to promote their products and businesses through social media such as Instagram and Facebook. This activity to promote SME products was held in Banjar Bajing, Tegak Village starting from September 18th, 2020 to September 30th, 2020 involving 31 SMEs and was carried out door-to-door to avoid crowds according to health protocols to prevent the transmission of Covid 19. The results of promotional activities show a positive trend as evidenced by an increase in sales volume and social media is an effective and efficient promotional tool to increase sales of SMEs

Abstract

Day care centers are currently experiencing significant developments with the many needs of the community and demands of parents to work. So that many parents leave their children in child care centers (TPA). Puri Rare Day Care is one of the TPAs in the city of Denpasar. Several toddlers and children were sent there. Toddlers and children are vulnerable to infection in TPA, so the aim of this Service is to provide knowledge about infectious diseases and their prevention and training to use self-protection tools and screening for child development. Mita's participation reached 100% and there was an increase in partners' knowledge about child infectious diseases and how to prevent them as well as child growth and development from 53.33 to 86.67% and monitoring and evaluation every 2 weeks to see the ability of partners in screening growth and development and prevention of infection. After carrying out PKM activities, it can be concluded that there is an increase in partners' knowledge about infectious diseases and their prevention and how to screen children's growth and development.
