By using two way of that is enquettemethod and of interview. The tool of analyses used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Result ofresearch indicate that marketing mix which consist of product, price, place, promotion, people, physicalevidence and process influenced to customer satisfaction at participant of program of Jamsostek. Indetail, those product variables namely price, place, promotion, and physical evidence have influencedsignificantly to customer satisfaction where as people variable and process did not influencesignificantly to customer satisfaction. The Customer satisfaction have influenced to word of mouth(WOM) at participant of program of Jamsostek. Marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion,people, physical evidence and process) have influence to word of mouth (WOM). Marketing mix didnot influence to word of mouth (WOM) directly but indirect influence to WOM. It mean that thecustomer satisfaction did not have synergy with marketing mix.Keyword: Marketing mix, customer satisfaction, word of mouth.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the performance ofnurses in the RSSA, the influence of motivation on the performance of nurses in the RSSA, as well as todetermine the influence of motivation, influence the performance of nurse training in the RSSA Malang.Variables mentioned above were analyzed on several theories. Methods of research carried out bystatistical tests using SPSS to analyze the effect of training on performance, the influence of motivationon performance, as well as the role of motivation to the influence of training to performance. Theresults showed that training had a significant influence on the performance of nurses in the RSSA.While the motivation had no effect on performance and not be able to be moderating influence on theperformance of nurse training in the RSSA.Keywords: training, motivation, and nurses performance

Sigit PramonoUniversitas Muhammadiyah MalangE-mail: sigitpramono_03@yahoo.comABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to confirm the relationship between variables that allegedly affect the postadoptionbehavior of technology in business organizations based on information technology (IT) Post-adoptionbehavior investigated was to innovate with IT that appears on the stage of infusion. The object ofresearch was paperless office internal (POINT) at PT. Telekomunikasi (Telkom), Indonesia, Tbk. Datawas collected from permanent employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia in four locations whose usingPOINT application shaped by internal web-based portal. Data collected by using questionnaires inthe period December 2010 to January 2011. Respondent were 118 workers. Data analysis was performedusing a model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with component-based applicationassistance SmartPLS 2.0. The results state that user satisfaction, personal innovative and facilitatingconditions were positively related directly to innovate with IT. Post-adoption perceived usefulnessand confirmation of expectations were positively related indirectly to innovate with IT, while selfefficacyand rewards found no effect on innovate with IT. The result of research confirmed previousresearch and conducted discussions on the results of research that was unique. Discussion and conclusionsof study yields several implications and needed further research on the behavior of innovatingwith IT.Keywords: Innovate with IT, the post-adoption behavior, personal innovativeness, self-efficacy, rewards

Fitriningsih AmaloUniversitas Muhammadiyah KupangE-mail: ithyamalo@yahoo.comABSTRACTThis study aimed to measure the extent of technical efficiency of Islamic banking industry, analyzingpotential improvements composition of input and output, determine the source of technical efficiency,and to know the position of economies of scale. The analysis technique used Data EnvelopmentAnalysis (DEA). The determination of input and output used the intermediation approach. The variablesinputs are namely deposits, fixed assets, labour costs, and outputs (financing). Sampling techniqueis purposive sampling. Sample size are 18 banks the period 2007-2010. The results showedthat the technical efficiency of Islamic banking industry experienced volatile growth, the averagetechnical was not efficient (inefficiency). The efficient scored are namely DKI Bank (2007), Bank ofEast Java (2007), Bank of West Kalimantan (2007), Permata Bank (2008-2009), and Bank of westJava (2010). The sources of technical inefficiency in the Indonesian Islamic banking industry wasfrom the input and output variables. The potential improvements should be done by the bank tooptimize the use of inefficient input for maximizing output. Technical efficiency value was dominatedby pure technical efficiency while low scale efficiency and economies of scale position of Islamicbanking industry in Indonesia. During the period of observation shows the constant Condition Returnto Scale (CRS) four banks, Decreasing Return to Scale (DRS).The condition of the banks IncreasingReturn to Scale (IRS) were 13 banks. Abstract

MurtianingsihProgram Pascasarjana Magister Manajemen UMME-mail:Webmaster@unix.umm.ac.idABSTRACTThe research was to know the effect of profitability, firm size, liquidity, structure asset, businessrisk, and cost of capital to capital structure at property simultaneously listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange and to know the variable which have partial effect to the capital structure.The research was taken place at Indonesia Stock Exchange Economics Faculty ofMuhammadiyah University Malang. Respondent are 21 property companies listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange. Purposive sampling was used to determine companies during five-years.Secondary data was taken between the year of 2006 up to 2010. Multiple regression analysisused to know the effect of profitability, firm size, liquidity, structure asset, business risk, andcost of capital to capital structure with 5 % of significance. The result of simultaneously regression(F test) exemplify that the variable profitability, firm size, structure asset, growthopportunity, liquidity, the cost of capital, business risk had significant effects to the capitalstructure of 21 property companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the test of partialregression (t test), for the variable of profitability, growth opportunity, liquidity, cost ofcapital had effects to capital structure of property companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange,except the firm size, business risk, structure asset have no significant effects to thecapital structure of the property companies.Keyword: Debt to equity ratio, company size, profitability, growth, business risk and asset structure,cost of capital, liquidity

This descriptive type of research used the sample of 100respondents. A non-probability sampling technique used judgmental sampling. The scale was based onthe Likert measurement and this analysis include: the validity and reliability. The analysis of the dataobtained used a variable frequency distribution analysis consisting of Demographic (gender, incomelevel), psychographic (activities, interests, opinions) and behaviour (benefits, attitudes). The results ofthe analysis of the distribution of the respondents classify based on the frequency of demographic,psychographic, and behaviour which they claim that face-book provides entertainment as an alternativeto in their spare time. Information obtained, such as the latest news both locally and internationally,information on lectures, job listings, buying and selling. Candra Romanda, S.E., M.SiSTIE Rahmaniyah SekayuE-mail: c_romanda_mubalink@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of conservative financial statements, thecompany’s life cycle, earnings growth, dividend payout ratio, default risk and size of the company’searnings response coefficients in the Consumer Goods Industry in Indonesia. The populationsare 32 consumption industrial enterprises which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007 –2010. Respondent are 20 companies which were chosen by using purposive sampling. To knowwhether simultaneously the independent variables affect to earnings response coefficient usedthe F test and individually the t test. The results shown by the first model that conservatism didnot affect the financial statements of earnings response coefficients. In addition, there were nosignificant differences in market response to the tendency of financial reporting either a conservativeor optimistic. The company’s life cycle has positive and significant impact on earningsresponse coefficients and earnings response coefficients are the differences between the categoriesof corporate life cycle. Earnings growth has positive and significant impact on earningsresponse coefficients. Dividend payout ratio has no effect on earnings response coefficients,Default risk has no effect on earnings response coefficients, and company size has no effect onearnings response coefficients.Keywords: Earnings response coefficient, Financial Conservatism, Corporate Life Cycle, IncomeGrowth, Dividend Payout Ratio, Size of the Company, Default Risk.

Stress is a naturalstate for human beings formed as a response to and a part of the everyday life of the first man to facethe era advances all areas faced with the hustle and bustle to be done. There are 4 types of stressorsthat affect job stress, namely: 1. Stresors Outside Organizations 2. Stresors 3 Organization. StressorsIndividual Level 4. Group level stressors. While the performance of a faculty member judged by TriDarma University is to conduct education, research, and Community Services and Allied Duties plusTridharma High. The main objective of this study to obtain empirical evidence about the influence ofDual Role Conflict and Job Stress on Performance Female Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics,University of Edinburgh, using sampling techniques such as random sampling. The treatment were used questionnaire, each statement onquestionnaire used to know respondent respon very disagree until very agree. Based on answerquestionnaire result collected 105 responden, data were analysis technique of Structural EquationModel (SEM). The result show that service quality has a positive influence and significant towardstudent satisfaction, service quality has a positive influence but not significant toward word of mouthvalence, student satisfaction has a positive influence and significant toward word of mouth valence.Data result show that service quality has an indirect positive influence toward word of mouth valencethrough student satisfaction. Student satisfaction has a direct positive influence and significant towardword of mouth valence on private university.Key words: service quality, satisfaction, word of mouth valence
