MB is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published twice a year (April and October). This journal published articles in Indonesian but in 2019 MB will publish all articles fully in English. This journal only accepts articles from original research results. MB welcomes all articles related to management and business fields. Subjects suitable for publication include finance management, marketing management, human resource management, operation management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, knowledge management, business ethics, and international business. Abstract

This study aims todetermine the influence of asymmetric information, investment opportunity, profitability and dividendon the company?s leverage. Type of data used are secondary data which are reported in the company?sfinancial ratios during the study period in 2006-2009. Results showed that mean of the variableasymmetric information, investment opportunity, profitability and dividend influence simultaneouslyto the leverage of company. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service on 100.5 FM Radio Dakwah Islamiah, to know what service attributes less value performance and find out what attributes can be developed as a new added value, and to identify targets and priority repairs to be carried out by RDI 100.5 FM. The analysis tool used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) by means House of Quality (HOQ) to convert the customer's voice directly to the technical requirements of the services produced. This study uses six operational variables, namely quality management, design of products and services, layout, location, process design and capacity, human resources in the job design attributes translate what the customer needs. The results of analysis shown that the quality of existing services in RDI 100.5 FM that is pretty good, but need repair and upgrading to meet the expectations of listeners is on the attributes of the hospitality crew, modulation radio announcer voice clarity. It is also shown to attribute that has a value that is less performance such as signal coverage, the number of pauses, specialization of employees, and knowable steps can companies do to improve the quality of service that has been sorted based on targets and priorities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of subsidiaries of Japanese multinationals operating in Indonesia from the perspective of the Japanese parent company and to find out which one of the company?s financial performance had morehealthy during the year 2010 until 2012. The analytical tool used in this study to translate is to use the current rate method, and the analytical tools used to measure the financial performance of subsidiaries of multinational Japanese was by using financial ratio analysis, and to reject the measure using the method of time series and cross section.The result show that there was conducted on the financial report of a subsidiaries of the Japanese multinational operating in Indonesia by limiting the study period from 2010 until 2012. Based on the financial results of the Japanese multinational subsidiaries operating in Indonesia, which had been translated and analyzed it could be seen that the financial performed of multinational subsidiaries of the sub sectors of ceramic, glass and porcelain which operates in Indonesia in 2010 until 2012 indicate unhealthy conditions. Keywords: Multinational corporation, translation of the financial statements, current rate method, exchange rate, ratio of financial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates, bond rate, and the maturity time of bond yields on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. This type of research is in the form of associative and using a quantitative approach. The research population is property and real estate companies and sampling technique using purposive sampling. Based on the current criteria obtained, 13 companies and 38 bonds that became the research sample. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The partial test result shows that the variable interest rate and maturity time is positive and significant, while the variable rating bond is negative and significant. The simultaneous test result indicates that the variable of interest rate, bond rating, and maturity time influence simultaneously to the bond yield.

Based on answerquestionnaire result collected 105 responden, data were analysis technique of Structural EquationModel (SEM). The result show that service quality has a positive influence and significant towardstudent satisfaction, service quality has a positive influence but not significant toward word of mouthvalence, student satisfaction has a positive influence and significant toward word of mouth valence.Data result show that service quality has an indirect positive influence toward word of mouth valencethrough student satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) Effect of supervision of principals on work motivation of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 2) The effect of compensation on work motivation of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 3) Effect of supervision of principals on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 4) Effect of compensation to the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 5) The effect of work motivation on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 6) Role of Motivation as a mediating influence supervision of principals on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 7) The role of motivation to work as a mediating influence of compensation on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. Analysis of the data used in the study using Path Analysis (path analysis) which is the application of multiple regression using the path diagram as a guide t test the hypothesis testing as a basis for decision making in determining the direct and indirect effects of research dependent and independent variables.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of corporate financial performance of banking corporate proxied on CAR, NPL, NIM, ROA, ROE, LDR, BOPO against stock prices on corporate banking in Indonesia stock exchange simultaneously and partial. The population in this study is banking company in Indonesia Stock Exchange amounted to 36 banks. Samples was determined by the method of purposive sampling in order to obtain 23 sample companies . The results of this research show that partially contributing significantly to the stock price is the NPL, ROA, and LDR. As for the CAR, ROE, NIM, BOPO had no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously shows there is influence between all independent variables on stock prices. The magnitude of the effect was 31,7% while the rest of 68,3% influenced other factors outside of research. The implications of this research shows that financial performance on certain conditions, have no effect on the decisions of investors in the capital markets.Keywords: Financial Performance, Stock Prices, Banking

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the classification of guest houses based on TQM implementation in Klojen Sub-district, Malang. The analytical method used was cluster analysis with 18 guest houses as the research objects and 22 statements about TQM in the questionnaire. The results showed that there were two groups of guest houses formed based on the TQM implementation. The first group was the guest house group which had theoritical TQM implementation and a vision. This group was also oriented to quality with good Human Resources who were given a freedom to be involved in it, and they constantly made continuous improvements focusing on the consumers? wants and needs. Meanwhile, group 2 was the guest house group with TQM implementation which was built with strong teamwork and long-term commitment to implement it. For both groups, it is important to maintain the strong TQM variables and to improve the TQM variables that have not been implemented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of financial ratios, as measured by the ratio of profitability, solvability ratio and the ratio of the market value of the stock returns of real estate companies and property and to determine which variables are the most significant effect on stock returns. The analysis tool used is multiple linear equations with multiple regresion method for the analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This model was chosen because the study was designed to determine the independent variables that have an influence on the dependent variable. The result of F test (simultaneous) shows that the financial ratios of return on equity and price to book value have a significant effect on stock returns and partial results showed that the variable return on equity have a significant effect on the analysis tehadap return saham. Berdasarkan diterdapat variables have a significant influence on stock returns. The variable that has no significant effect on stock returns are removed from the multiple linear regression equation. So the result shows that the return on equity and price to book value have a significant effect on stock returns.

All respondents are Malang residents who have been ever buying and consummingtraditional cake at market in Malang city. The result of research shows that there are 8 buying factorsconsidered in traditional cake consumption, namely personality (First Factor), price, promotion,javanese culture, knowledge, place, experience and life style. Based on the result, it can beconcluded tha the most buying factors considered is personality, namely education, age, job, gender,motivation, grand mother/fathers' custom and family custom.Keyword : buying factors
