Abstract

CV Aidrat Amsi was a business engaged in the production of Amdk that produce Products in the form of Galon, Bottle, and Glass. In CV product. Aidrat Amsi often comes with excess demand that does not match the amount of production. So the company is not able to meet the demand of its customers.The aim of this study was to analyze the best alternative to increase product capacity at CV Aidrat Amasi Sunan Drajat Lamongan. The results of the study showed that CV Aidrat Amsi consisted of the best three alternatives, those are gallon machine purchasing, glass, and bottle. This study also suggested that the selection of gallon machine purchasing was the best alternative due to the having the highest EMV (Expected Monetary Value).

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of students boarding house around University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The analytical tool are Net Present Value, Payback Period, Average Rate of Return, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Index.The results of the analysis of boarding house owned by Mr. Rofiq show that the Net Present Value is 226.968.193,1 rupiahwhich is more than null (eligible). Value Payback Period is six years one month and seven days which is less than 20 years (feasible). Internal Rate of Return is 17,2063 % which is higher than COC, it is declared eligible.The value of Average Rate of Return is 43 %  which is more than 15 % (feasible). The value of Profitability Index is 1,44 which is more than one (feasible).The results of the analysis of boarding house owned by Mrs. Atnah show that Net Present Value is 22.370.869,3 rupiah which is more than null, it is declared eligible. Value Payback Period is twelve years two months and twentythree days is less than 20 years (feasible). Internal Rate of Return is 17,8111 % which is higher than COC, it is declared eligible. The value of Average Rate of Return is  38 % which is more than 17 % (feasible). The value of Profitability Index is 1.058 which is more than one (feasible). In other words, the investments wasconducted by both the owner of boarding house was proceed.The results of the analysis of boarding house owned by Mr. Sofi show that Net Present Value is minus 170.035.625,2 rupiah which is not more than null (unfit). Value Payback Period is 32 years 2 months 12 days is more than 20 years (not feasible). The results of the value of the Internal Rate of Return is 3,7435 % is less than COC which is declared unfit. The value of Average Rate of Return is  2% which is not  expected (less than 15%) declared unfit. Abstract

This article analyzes how transformational leadership roles reflect the character of the millennial generation in the fourth industrial revolution. As the development of technology advances rapidly, people take advantages of it not only for education and research development but also for need fulfillment. In industry 4.0, technological competition seems to have great impact on company performance. The data obtained from the Ministry of Communication and Information show that the growth of online retail business in Indonesia was relatively high (36%) from year 2010 to 2013. The rate was twice higher than that of The Phillipine?s and Malaysia?s, even 3.5 times higher than Singapore?s. The number of Internet users in 2014 was 83.6 millions, which showed approximately 33% growth rate in Internet penetration. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) reports that 50% of workers in Indonesia are less than 30 years old. In other words, the millennials are mostly active workers who have constant access to information and technology. This is a library research gathering and analyzing information from related references and theories, which have become the basic foundation and sources in analyzing problems in this research. The results revealed that transformational leadership can be improved and optimized by implementing the four primary factors, namely idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational stimulation, and individualized consideration.

Abstract

MurtianingsihProgram Pascasarjana Magister Manajemen UMME-mail:Webmaster@unix.umm.ac.idABSTRACTThe research was to know the effect of profitability, firm size, liquidity, structure asset, businessrisk, and cost of capital to capital structure at property simultaneously listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange and to know the variable which have partial effect to the capital structure.The research was taken place at Indonesia Stock Exchange Economics Faculty ofMuhammadiyah University Malang. Respondent are 21 property companies listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange. Purposive sampling was used to determine companies during five-years.Secondary data was taken between the year of 2006 up to 2010. Multiple regression analysisused to know the effect of profitability, firm size, liquidity, structure asset, business risk, andcost of capital to capital structure with 5 % of significance. The result of simultaneously regression(F test) exemplify that the variable profitability, firm size, structure asset, growthopportunity, liquidity, the cost of capital, business risk had significant effects to the capitalstructure of 21 property companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the test of partialregression (t test), for the variable of profitability, growth opportunity, liquidity, cost ofcapital had effects to capital structure of property companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange,except the firm size, business risk, structure asset have no significant effects to thecapital structure of the property companies.Keyword: Debt to equity ratio, company size, profitability, growth, business risk and asset structure,cost of capital, liquidity

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the compensation, non-physical working environment, motivation, and employees? job satisfaction in Sanan Tempeh Chips Industrial Center, to figure out the simultaneous and partial effects of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation towards the employees? job satisfaction, and to know which one of the independent variables having the greatest influence on the dependent one. There were 100 employees of the production unit used as respondents. The data collection techniques used were Interview, Observation, and Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Likert Scale, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The findings showed that the variable of compensation was categorized as ?good? while variables of non-physical working environment, motivation, and job satisfaction were categorized as ?fair?. Moreover, the variables of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation significantly affected the variable of job satisfaction. The compensation significantly and positively affected the job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation partially affected the job satisfaction. Among all the independent variables, the non-physical working environment had the greatest influence towards the employees? job satisfaction.

Its challenges is a competitiveness. So, It isneeded the service quality to the student for facing its competitiveness. This research is conducted toknow the influential of Lecturers' competencies and job motivation to the students' services.Analyses method uses regression analyses. Data collection uses questionaires which is given to64 lecturers as the respondents. They are chossen from 132 lecturers that is relevant as randomsampling.The result of research shows that (1) lecturers' competencies has significant influence to theservice quality for students, (2) teaching motivations is also significant influencial to the servicequality for students, (3) lecturers' competencies has relationship to the motivation for teaching and(4) lecturer's competencie and motivations simultaneously significant influence to the servive qualityfor the students.Keywords: competency, motivations, service quality, lecturers

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of store atmosphere against the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto and to examine indicators of variable store atmosphere (Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout and Interior Display) the dominant influence on the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto Town Malang. This study uses primary data collected from questionnaires, the purchaser (buyer) at Taman Indie Resto. The sampling technique in this research use accidental sampling, as many as 130 people and using  binomial logistic regression analysis. Based on data analysis binomial regression which includes partial test, test simultaneously and the suitability of the model in this study are: test based on partial indicators that affect significantly partially on the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto, with indicators exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display significantly influence the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto. Concurrent test shows that jointly indicators exterior, general interior, store layout and interior displays significantly influence the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto. Indicators of the most dominant influence on the re-purchases intention is the general interior. Test the feasibility of the model shows that the -2 log likelihood with the independent variables indicate that the addition of independent variables in the regression model is better than the absence of independent variables so that the model used is feasible.

Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the correlation between stressor and work stress, stressor and work achiavement, work stress and work achievement, and stressor and work achievement through work stress on the employees in the marketing division of Sinar Jaya cooperative, Malang. This descriptive-quantitative study employed mathemathical methods in describing the phenomena, while scale analysis method was used to describe the levels of the employees? stressor, work stress, and work achiavement. Inaddition, the path analysis was used in testing the coutribution that was indicated by the path coefficient between the employees? stressor, work stress, and work achievement variables. The average result of the scale analysis revealed that the stressor, work stress, and work achievement variables were considered high. Furthermore, the result of the path analysis also showed a significant correlation between stressor and work achievement through work stress. Keyword : Marketing Employees, Stressor, Work Stress, Work Achivement

Abstract

Songkok Ikat Kepala was one of UKM which produce songkok in Gresik. This UKM Songkok Ikat Kepala was produced by strategy ?make to order? and there was no guideline for period production. Problems that occurred were known asdelayed production process at the process of sewing. The aim of this study was (1) to analyze the planning of labor scheduling and (2) to determine the standard of estimation of item production process. The data were analyzed by using period study and gantt diagram techniques. The results of the study showed that there were 2 standards of estimation, those are fast and low standards. Fast standard needed the work estimation in 444 seconds. However, low standard needed the work estimation in 536 seconds. Therefore, this study was expected to be guidance to arrange the schedule by using gantt diagram.

Abstract

KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN SEBAGAIANTESEDEN LOYALITAS PELANGGANRohmat Dwi JatmikoFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah MalangE-mail: jetto@umm.ac.idABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at theIslamic hospital Aisiyah Diponegoro Ponorogo (RSIADP). Data analyzed 116 unit of analysis ofquestionnaires distributed to 160 respondents from patient?s next of kin from a sample taken by quotasampling. The definition of customer in this study is the patient?s immediate family (father, mother, sonor daughter) who are waiting for patients hospitalized at least 2 consecutive days in the hospital.Structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS Version 5.0 procedure used to test the hypothesizedmodel showed that the quality of inpatient services significantly affect customer satisfaction andloyalty. The study found that more effective customer loyalty is built through quality of service thanthrough customer satisfaction.Keywords: quality of service, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
