Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji literatur tentang model kooperatif tipe teams games tournaments (tgt) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika. Pembelajaran matematika pada umumnya terpusat pada guru yang aktif. Hal ini membuat pelajaran matematika tidak menarik dan menimbulkan kejenuhan pada murid. Permasalahan ini berakibat pada hasil belajar matematika tidak seperti yang diharapkan. Dengan membuat murid aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran matematika memberikan suasana yang berbeda terhadap murid. Murid menjadi aktif dan bisa saling menghargai dalam bekerjasama dalam satu kelompok. Murid jadi lebih berani bertanya dan mengutarakan pendapatnya. Hal ini membuat hasil belajar matematika murid menjadi meningkat

Abstract

Etymologically (meaning according to the word) the term philosophy comes from the Greek philosophia. This word is a compound word philos which means lover or friend of knowledge, and sophia which means wisdom or wisdom. Whereas mathematics has long been considered the most familiar source of certain knowledge to mankind. The word mathematics comes from the Latin word mathematics which was originally taken from the Greek word mathematike which means studying. Philosophy of educational disciplines is metadisiplinary, in the sense that it relates to concepts, ideas, and methods of educational science. Education requires a philosophy because educational problems are not only related to the implementation of education which is limited by experience, but wider, deeper, and more complex problems, which are not limited by experience or educational facts, and cannot be reached by educational science. . Educational philosophy must be able to provide guidance to educators (teachers). This will color their behavior in managing the teaching and learning process (PBM). In addition, understanding the philosophy of education will keep them from groping, trying without planning in solving educational problems.

Abstract

This research is an ex-post facto research which is correlative in nature. The problems investigated in this study are the relationship between interest and creativity variables, conceptual understanding, motivation to mathematics learning outcomes. Data collected were processed using statistical analysis "SPSS and Minitab". The analysis showed that the interest in learning mathematics obtained an average score of 76.84 from a maximum value of 100 with a standard deviation of 7.8 and a variance of 61.67. Furthermore, testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, it is concluded that (1) interest in learning mathematics has an influence on the learning outcomes of class students (2) creativity in learning mathematics does not have an effect on the learning outcomes of class students (3) motivation to learn mathematics has an effect on the results. Students 'learning mathematics (4) Understanding the concept of learning mathematics has an influence on students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adalah memastikan pendidikan yang inklusif dan berkualitas setara, serta mendukung kesempatan belajar seumur hidup bagi semua. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, hal yang dapat dilakukan dengan menjalankan program wajib belajar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Pemerataan program wajib belajar ini dapat ditinjau melalui analisis clustering pada beberapa indikator pendidikan di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari publikasi Statistik Pendidikan tahun ajaran 2019/2020 oleh Badan Pusat Statistik dengan 8 variabel indikator pendidikan SMA/MA sederajat menurut provinsi di Indonesia, yaitu Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK), Angka Partisipasi Murni (APM), Angka Partisipasi Sekolah (APS), persentase guru layak, Rata-Rata Lama Sekolah (RLS), Angka Melanjutkan (AM), tingkat menyelesaikan sekolah (SMA), dan angka putus sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah K-Medoids Clustering. K-Medoids merupakan salah satu metode clustering yang menggunakan teknik pengelompokan partisi dalam mengelompokkan kumpulan n objek menjadi ke dalam k cluster. Dari hasil analisis, diperoleh tiga cluster. Cluster pertama terdapat 6 provinsi dengan indikator pendidikan tinggi, cluster kedua terdapat 13 provinsi dengan indikator pendidikan sedang, dan cluster ketiga terdapat 15 provinsi dengan indikator pendidikan rendah.

Abstract

Abstract. The application and aspects of mathematical reasoning have an important role in the mastery of science and technology. This research is a classroom action research. Research objectives: 1) increase learning activities. 2) improve learning achievement. 3) improve the mastery of learning. Learning objectives will be achieved through Geometer's Skectpad assisted Problem Based Learning on circle material. This combination supports the development of the affective, cognitive and psychomotor domains of students. Classroom action research is carried out in Class VIII.A. The research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle of learning carried out in two meetings. The initial condition of learning activities is less than 80%, the average learning achievement is less than 70, and students who achieve learning completeness are less than 75%. The results obtained after the research: 1) Learning activities. In the Cycle I, the learning activities at the first meeting were 61.09% and the second meeting was 63.81%. In Cycle II, the learning activity at the first meeting was 67.03% and the second meeting was 71.69%. 2) Learning achievement. The average learning achievement in the Cycle I of the first meeting was 70.75. In Cycle II it becomes 72.34. 3) Completeness of learning Cycle I is 66% and Cycle II is 78%. The results showed that the application of Geometer's Sketchpad assisted Problem Based Learning could improve student learning outcomes for Class VIII.A Semester 2 of the 2019/2020.
