Abstract

This paper is aimed at examining the Heidegger's ideas in dealing with the current crisis in higher education. Such issues as instrumentalization, professionalization, vocationalization, and technologization in today's modern university have resulted in the increasing hyper-specialization and ruinous fragmentation of its all aspects. On this stand, Heidegger offers an ontological conception of education that is purposefully capable of bringing about a renaissance of the university. Inspired by the Plato’s popular ‘allegory of the cave’, Heidegger both excavates and appropriates the original Western educational ideal of Platonic paideia. In addition, The Heidegger's notion of ontological education could be considered as a philosophical perfectionism, a re-essentialization of the currently empty ideal of educational ‘excellence’ by which Heidegger believes we can reconnect teaching to research and, ultimately, reunify and revitalize the university itself.

Abstract

This article is aimed at finding out and understanding the quality and the meaning of hadith with a simultaneous approach. This research raises the questions on what the hadith research method with a simultaneous approach is? and what the quality of the hadith about "two traits which are not present in a true believer, namely stingy and bad manner" in simultaneous research is? The Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri’s hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari in the da'if al-isnad by Muhammad Nasiruddin Al-Bani with the quality of da'if al-isnad. In the hadith there are 5 narrators, namely: Muslim, Abu Maghirah al-Salami, Malik bin Dinar, Abdullah bin Ghalib al-Khadari, and Abi Sa'id al-Khudri. Data about the hadith and the quality of the narrators is collected through a documentation method. The data is then analyzed using the content analysis method. In its partial analysis, it was found that: 1. Of all five narrators in the hadith there is only one, namely Abu Said al-Khudri with the quality of thiqah. 2. The sanad is included in the chapter mu'an'an leading to the so-called inqita’ul sanad. 3. The hadits matan was apparently not shad, for not being opposed to the naqli arguments, both the Qur'an and the hadits traditions of a higher quality of sanad. 4. Hadits matan is also not related to the illat, for not being opposed to the aqli arguments such as reason, common sense, history, and science. Thus the Abi Sa'id al-Khudri's hadith concluded by al-Bukhari is a qualified da'if fil isnad in partial research. 5. Based on the hadith tabi’ tsiqah, it is very rarely found that its quality is sahih al isnad because there were some not considered thiqah. So from the four hadits, its tabi' is not able to improve the quality of the mutaba’ hadith, namely the Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri's hadits narrated by Al-Bukhari. Thus it means that the tabi' hadits has not to do with the quality of the mutaba hadits, namely: da'if al-isnad. 6. Because it has 4 shahid hadits of good quality. So based on the research of the hadith on other multi sanad (syawahid), the quality of the hadith is regarded sahih li ghayrihi.

Abstract

In accordancevwith the Regulationvof the Minister ofvNational Education Number 62 of 2014 concerning Extracurricular, it states that the development of the potentialvof students asvreferred to invthe goals ofvnational educationvcan bevrealized through extracurricular activities. Extracurricular deals with student interests outside of their formal fields. As in SMADA Lamongan, there are several extracurricular activities including; recitation of the Koran, PMR, pencak silat, flag raising troops, scholarly romance magazines, creative working groups, cooperatives, choirs, theater, drum bands, dance, information technology etc. This clearly has an impact on the students who follow. Extracurricular deals with student interests outside of their formal fields. As in SMADA Lamongan, there are several extracurricular activities including; recitation of the Koran, PMR, pencak silat, flag raising troops, scholarly romance magazines, creative working groups, cooperatives, choirs, theater, drum bands, dance, information technology etc. This clearly has an impact on the students who follow. For this reason, extracurricular activities are also needed in improving the competence of graduates which includesvthree dimensions, namely the attitude dimension, the dimension ofvknowledge and the dimension of skills. Students cannot apply the knowledge they have acquired in class to their daily lives.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is about improving teachers' pedagogical competence through academic supervision with a collaborative approach in SMPN 2 Modo Lamongan. The problem of this study is whether through academic supervision with a collaborative approach it can improve pedagogical competence (ability and motivation) of teachers in SMPN 2 Modo Lamongan? The results of this study are if academic supervision uses a collaborative approach, the pedagogical competence of teachers in SMPN 2 Modo Lamongan will increase. The subjects of this study are six teachers of SMPN 2 Modo Lamongan. The researcher obtains data by using an instrument for evaluating teachers' performance, observations and field notes. In analyzing data the reasercher uses qualitative descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. From the results of data analysis in cycle I and cycle II, a conclusion can be drawn that through academic supervision with a collaborative approach, the pedagogical competence of teachers in SMPN 2 Modo, Lamongan has increased.Keywords: Teachers' pedagogical Competence, academic supervision, collaborative approach

Abstract

The study of Islamic law and various global challenges requires a solutive method of ijtihad to solve contemporary issues today. In addition, social dynamics relating to the development of information technology and the spread of culture are in need of ijitihad in Islamic law. Yusuf Al-Qardawi has done a lot of contemporary ijithad as stated in this paper and how it could be addressed by Muslims in any part of the world, including Indonesia. The double movement theory of Fazlul Rahman has also taken part in giving an offer as a renewal of Islamic law over contextual legal issues without denying the basis of the primary sources of Islamic law, namely the Qur'an and Sunnah. The ijtihad method takes place through the historical criticism of norms at primary sources based on space and time and socio-cultural background. All this aims to capture the universality of the holy message contained in the primary sources. The value of universality is in the form of humanity, freedom (al-hurriyah), justice (al-adalah), and equality (al-musawah). This is relevant in the context of contemporary space and time especially in keeping up with the information industry era. This paper asserts the flexibility of the law based on sharia to provide solutions to the any emerging problems. Therefore, the teaching of legal methodology not only teaches the so-called ushul al-fiqh but also teaches the concepts that are relevant to the current social political situation and conditions.

Abstract

Efforts to bring together the synergity of positive legal products and the value of morality of the nation as the wisdom of local cultures to-Indonesiaan needs the seriousness of various parties. Specifically, the provisions of the law governing adultery that truly reflect the aspirations and values that live in the community and are moral mirroring, are indispensable to the attention of many other aspects that Need to also note. While awaiting its realization, the author considers it to be no longer the time when all parties excuse that the freedom and privacy of a person in the sex field is ' closed ' to the law, so that the criminal law stops at the front door of the room. Therefore, maintaining the notion of adultery according to the PENAL code (which is now in force), is the same by validating the sofsion of the values of goodness that live in society. Do we have to be flashed and want to keep that detrimental ' privacy '? Do we still have to ' endure ' by skipping.The formulation of TP fornication in the RUU KUHP has a wider scope than arranged in the KUHP. This is reflected in article 417 and article 419 RUU KUHP, which arranges about the deed of intercourse with a person who is not a husband or his or his/her "collect Kebo" act. Controversy appear as the Delik fornication arranged in both of the article is a complaints delics (still equal to the Delik fornication in article 284 KUHP). The fornication act is not changed to a common delics that can be reported by anyone who knows the deeds. From the subject side, the right to complain has been expanded in a RUU KUHP, which can be complained by a husband, wife, parent, or child.

Abstract

Religius teachings that are considered to have long oppressed womenthe teachings that have been domination by men have been used as a justification for community perception that are very detrimental to women.however,this criticism of gender inequality in discusseions with human rights does not only return to the misperception of the people.feminists also maintain a great deal about the concept of humen rights it self.fundamental criticism by questioning the return of international law to its maker. The qur’an has the principle that men and women are the same as servants, because men and women are created from the same subtance (kholifatullah fiilardh),and the same obligations ( liya’budun) however,in the matter of reconciliation,the ulama’ agree that reconciliation is an absolute right of the husband. In the gender perspective if you see some possible understanding that women can submit referals as their right to their husband by conducting a new analysis of  the issue of referral rights’ which so far has been suggested to be dominated by men ( husband) by redeeming the rights of husband who was given to him. And with the khulu’ also the wife also has the right to the right of reconciliation to the husband who has dropped divorce on him.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to formulate the concept of hearing in the Qur'an and how it is applied in education. From thematic studies it is found the concepts of hearing in the Quran as follows: (1) Hearing is the first and main sense in human development so that it becomes an important knowledge path. (2) From the study of auditory objects it is found appropriate guidance for certain different conditions. Qawlan Ma'rufa for public associations, qawlan sadi>da for childcare and learning, qawlan bali>gha for study, qawlan kari>ma for associations with parents and respectable people, ahsanu qaula for da'wah, qawlan tsaqila for da'wah callers, qawlan maysura for weak people the needy, qawlan layyinan for diplomacy. (3) There is an internal prohibition that will have a negative effect on listeners. Hearing fake news, tajassus, other people's ugliness and so on. (4) There is a prohibition on making statements resulting in sin and danger. Falsehood, qawlan adhi>ma which generally contains falsehood, or puns that contain ridicules, manna, adza, mocking others, self-deprecation, giving bad nicknames, vain words that cannot be understood ( 5) From the aspect of how to regulate intonation, the Quran also regulates a code of ethics and in a good way. The application of the concept of hearing in education can be done in the following five steps: (1) Preparing place and psychological conditions (2) Reading ta>wudz and basmalah (3) Providing the best example according to conditions (4) Students repeat correctly, (5) Delivering with true method in accordance with the so-called qawlan baligha.Keywords: Hearing, the Quran, education

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to answer the questions of what is the potential of prayer as a medium for mindfulness training and how is its implementation to face the age of complexity. The results of the study concludes that prayer has aspects that are complete enough to fulfill the components of mindfulness with an Islamic mindset, in which the object of focus is God. Based on the Quran and al Hadith it was found that solemn or mindful prayer has a great influence on the quality of life of a Muslim. This is in line with the results of research on mindfulness which shows that the increased mindfulness will improve mental quality and body health and well-being. To get quality prayer, one needs to do five things. (1) Starting with the so-called taawudz (2) Strengthening the intention of prayer to achieve the ridha of Allah. (3) Performing every prayer move with tuma'ninah. (4) grasping every prayer reading and presenting muraqabah. (5) Making prayers as needed. Transforming the mindful prayer into all aspects of life requires three keys, namely deep breathing, positive feelings, and involving mindful prayer to the areas of life by forming the mindset of a "bridge" between prayer and work.

Abstract

Pendidikan toleransi menjadi keharusan pada saat ini, khususnya di dunia pendidikan, karena melalui pendidikan inilah nilai-nilai kerukunan menjadi kokoh.sistem pendidikan agama sangat penting dan perlu ditingkatkan, sehingga yang dihasilkan sistem itu bukan orang-orang yang hanya berpengetahuan agama tetapi juga berakhlak mulia. Dengan mengadakan pendidikan agama yang membawa kepada pandangan luas dan sikap terbuka serta mementingkan dan meningkatkan di dalamnya pembinaan kerukunan antar agama diharapkan dapat terwujud dan berkembang dalam masyarakat, maka dari itu Pendidikan toleransi dibutuhkan guna menciptakan kehidupan yang indah dengan banyak perbedaan didalamnya, di SMA Semen Gresik merupakan sekolah swasta yang tidak berlatar agama namun bisa menerima siswanya dari manpun dan dari berbagai latar belakang yang berbeda pula sehingga tidak ada perbedaan diantara mereka. Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah: 1) Bagaimana proses pengembangan budaya toleransi dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMA Semen Gresik 2) Bagaimana output dari proses pengembangan budaya toleransi di SMA Semen Gresik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Proses pengembengan toleransi dalam pembelajaran PAI yakni dengan menggunakan sebuah pendekatan saintifik yang mana didalam pendekatan tersebut terdapat beberapa metode diantaranya pembiasaan, diskusi kelompok2) output dari proses pengembangan tolernasi dalam pembelajaran PAI diantaranya Menghargai perbedaan, menghargai kebaikan orang lain, keterbukaan, senang dan bahagia dalam berinteraksi dengan orang lain, membantu orang tanpa melihat latar belakang mereka yang berbeda, tidak diskriminatif dengan sesama, yang mana telah ada pada  diri peserta didik.Tolerance education is a necessity at this time, especially in the world of education in seeding the values of harmony. The religious education system is very important and needs to be improved, so that the resulting system is not people who only have religious knowledge but also have a noble morality.  By implementing religious education that brings a broad view and open attitude, emphasizes and increases in it, the development of interfaith harmony is expected to be realized and developed in society. Therefore tolerance education is needed to create a beautiful life littered fully with many differences in it. Senior High School (SMA) Semen Gresik is a private school that has no religious background but could accept students from anywhere and various different backgrounds so that there is no difference between them. The problems studied are: 1) How is the process of developing a culture of tolerance in SMA Semen Gresik 2) What is the output of the process of developing a culture of tolerance in SMA Semen Gresik. The results show that: 1) The process of developing tolerance in SMA Semen Gresik is by using a scientific approach with such methods as habituation and group discussion, 2) The output of the process of developing tolerance in SMA Semen Gresik includes respect for differences, respect for the kindness of others, openness, frendly and happy in interacting with other people, helping people regardless of their different backgrounds, not discriminating others.
