This paper describes the method used or the way school counselor in providing assistance to students to determine the choice of the appropriate working with children who have mental handicaped so being able to prepare for entry into the environment work. The child's mental handicaped was the son who experience barriers on intellectual property. Education that may lead students to develop skills so that students can do the Polytechnic things independently after graduation from school. SLB Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta has the training program been ISO-standard skills, so being able to be used as another example of SLB. Education skills given to mental retardation, in addition to functioning selective, educative, therapist and creative can also serve as a provision of his life. Career guidance has a very important role for the sustainability of future students not only mental retardation as a container that is in charge of connecting students to be able to plan the future but can also be referring to the success of the child's mental handicaped entered the world of work. There are several methods in order to make a career of students mental handicaped can be guided by the method in groups, field trips, career day, exercise work (internship), demonstrations, experiments, and curricular activities. While individually i.e. career counseling and home visit.

PENGABDIAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI KONSELING KELUARGA SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA (KDRT) DI KABUPATEN CIREBON Jaja Suteja; Muzaki Muzaki

Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan (field research) dengan jenis deskriptif agar lebih dapat menggali informasi secara lebih luas dan detail dalam penjelasannya, dimana data yang dikumpulkan berupa pendapat, tanggapan, informasi, konsep-konsep dan keterangan yang berbentuk uraian dalam mengungkapkan masalah, gejala, maupun fenomena di masyarakat secara cermat, faktual, dan sewajarnya. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yakni dengan menggunakan observasi partisipan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yang dipilih secara sengaja berdasarkan kriteria dan pertimbangan (purposive sampling) yakni warga masyarakat di Desa Kepuh Kecamatan Palimanan, Desa Kedungdawa Kecamatan Kedawung dan Desa Bojong Gebang Kecamatan Babakan Kabupaten Cirebon. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan yakni bahwa kasus-kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kabupaten Cirebon semakin hari, semakin meningkat. Bahkan dalam kebanyakan kasus, pelaku yang menjadi penyebab kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dilakukan oleh pasangannya. Hanya saja, tidak sedikit pasangan yang sebenarnya menjadi korban KDRT akan tetapi masih enggan untuk melaporkannya kepada pihak yang berwajib dengan alasan masih mencintai pasangannya. Untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan dalam keluarga tersebut, salah satunya dilakukan melalui konseling keluarga.Konseling keluarga bertujuanuntuk membantu anggota keluarga belajar menghargai secara emosional bahwa dinamika keluarga adalah kait-mengait diantara anggota keluarga yang lainnya. Konseling keluarga Juga bertujuan untuk membantu anggota keluarga agar menyadari tentang fakta, jika satu anggota keluarga bermasalah, maka akan mempengaruhi kepada persepsi, ekspektasi dan interaksi anggota-anggota lain.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa pelaksanaan konseling keluarga yang dilakukan oleh seorang konselor terhadap klien memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pencegahan sekaligus tindakan kuratif dalam penyelesaian KDRT di masyarakat. Children are individuals who have a very rapid development process and are very fundamental to the next life. The age of children who are in the development period has a great opportunity directed towards becoming a person who tends to be positive or negative. Thus, the child needs to be guided to motivate the tendency to virtue which is essentially an attempt to actualize the spiritual potential of the child. In accordance with the title of this study, the application of finger puppets as a medium of guidance to improve children's spiritual intelligence in LQA (Learning Quran For All) Yogyakarta Friends. This research is a study that provides guidance to children aged 5-7 years who are in Tahsin 1 class with a total of 7 people in LQA Sahabat-Qu Yogyakarta. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach and uses participant observation methods and documentation in collection. The purpose of this study is to obtain effective and characterized guidance methods that can improve the quality of children's self, especially in guidance in improving children's spiritual intelligence.

Abstract: In this study, researchers will examine psychological therapy methods in handling the aggressive attitude of a 4th grade elementary school student at SD Al-Falah Assalam Tropodo Sidoarjo through the RATIONAL EMOTIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPHY (REBT) approach. REBT is a therapeutic method that was initiated by an American psychologist, Albert Ellis in the 1950s. This REBT therapy method focuses on improving attitudes or behaviors, where the individual's behavior is caused by 2 main factors; Internal factors related to genes and external factors related to the environment the individual lived. For this research method, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach, in which the research subjects were elementary school students grade 4 who were identified as having an aggressive attitude. This research is intended to find information, about the students' aggressive attitudes and then look for information related to what factors influence the aggressive behavior. Furthermore, applying the REBT method in dealing with the aggressive attitude, as well as to determine the effectiveness of the REBT method in handling the child's aggressive attitude. Researchers hope this research can be used as a reference in dealing with the aggressive behavior of other students.Keywords: Aggressive Behavior, REBT, A-B-C Theory

This survey is for knowing the effect of smartphone to social interaction, the children ager 3-5 years considered from parents career background. Smartphone is a device that enable to do a communication ( like phone or sms ) and also there is PDA function ( Personal Digital Assisten ) and her capability like a computer. Meanwhile, social interaction is a correlation between two or more persons, where an individual behavior or on the countrary. This survey is done using qualitative descriptive with case study method. This survey is done to 3 subjects who study in 2 KB in Sleman District. With the intensity of using smartphone is high categorised. The result of the survey shows that there is negative effect from the using of smartphone to children social interactionin school environment. From the three subjects have similarity, that is the difficulty in socialization of the same age friends, the effect of using smartphone without time controlling and checking from parents who have business in job environment.

EFEKTIVITAS PENDEKATAN RATIONAL EMOTIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY UNTUK MENGURANGI KECANDUAN GAME ONLINE PADA ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR Fitriatun Solikhah

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach to reduce behavior towards children who are addicted to online games. The subjects in this study were 12 students who were members of the experimental group. The 12 students consisted of 2 children in class IV, 2 children in class V and 2 children in class VI, which were divided into 2 groups, namely a group in the medium category playing online games consisting of 6 students and a group in the category of online game addiction consisting of 6 student. Characteristics of the subjects include: (1) Individuals who are 10 years to 13 years old are students in grades IV, V and VI SD N Jumeneng, (2) students who have grades 4 and 5 from the subject matter questionnaire, (3) are willing to become respondents or subjects this research. The experimental group was treated using the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach for 3 meetings and each meeting of 120 minutes was divided into 3 sessions. The design used is one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection in this study was carried out using a scale of online game addiction compiled by researchers. The data analysis method used is nonparametric statistics using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks technique to test the different scores of the two paired samples, the pre-test and post-test data in the experimental group. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks results show that the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach is effective for reducing online game addiction. Both have the same Z and P values, namely z = -2.201 and p = 0.028.

Blind people as individuals who have limited vision have a risk or tendency to experience psychological problems as a result of their limitations. Thinking and treating as a weak person will actually worsen his condition. In fact there are many of them who reject it or not accept it, against the weakening of people who are physically normal, because they feel discriminated against in their lives. Likewise in education, they have the same desire as other normal individuals, want to get a decent education, and not be distinguished. The reality in inclusive schools has not yet led to ideal expectations. Therefore, there needs to be an intensive effort so that inclusive education for them can be as expected. One of them is through this kind of research. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to identify and describe the model of Islamic counseling that is appropriate for blind students. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach in the MAN Maguwo inclusion school in Yogyakarta, involving two subjects of the BK teacher, and three subjects were blind students. The data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation.The result is that the Islamic guidance and counseling model used for blind students is to use the Nafsiah Islamic counseling model (internalization of religion in every attitude and behavior), Fardiyah (planting religious behavior) and Fi'ah (done in individual, group and classical), and contemporary, where there are five types, namely; constellation of services, development guidance, scientific guidance on activities aimed at, social reconstruction guidance, personal development guidance.

Humans should not be separated from a problem, realized or not starting from among children, adolescents, adults and even the elderly can certainly have problems in life. Group counseling comes as an answer to the problems faced by every group, but seeing the situation and conditions of people who are less aware of the importance of counseling is a taboo thing, people think that konsleing is only used for people who have psychiatric problems. Indonesian society is also filled with a majority Muslim population. So we try to study Islamic-based group counseling as a solution for the wider community, especially Indonesia. This research method uses the library method, which is a method that studies various reference books and the results of similar previous studies that are useful for obtaining a theoretical basis for the problems to be studied.

This article is intended to describe the management of the implementation of counseling and guidance in vocational secondary schools. All data are revealed by using the techniques of observation and interview against informants that have data sources that are widely associated with the management of the implementation of counseling and guidance In vocational secondary schools, namely the school counselor and some teachers that helps the implementation of counseling and guidance at SMK Negeri I Ponorogo. The results of the descriptive analysis against the management of the implementation of counseling and guidance at SMK Negeri I Ponorogo can be classified in three parts; First, program planning counseling and guidance. Counseling and guidance programs that have been developed at SMK Negeri I Ponorogo has standard and done professionally, because it has been through the planning mechanism, feasibility study, consulting programs and socialization of execution the program. Second, the implementation of a program management counseling and guidance. Implementation of management counseling and guidance at SMK Negeri I Badegan has been done correctly, because it already includes the target learners and stakeholders with system administration and reporting are complete, ranging from program daily, weekly, on a monthly, semiannual and annual, though the supporting facilities and infrastructure facilities is still very minimal. Third, organizational and human resources personnel of counseling and guidance. The conditions of organization and personnel still to be developed, since technically the amount one person concurrently coordinator of counseling and guidance staff assisted with one person taken from teachers of subjects, so haven't been able to provide services maximum, because the comparative number were one teacher with 1200 students.

Islamic guidance and counseling is very important in the current era of globalization. One interesting phenomenon in the development of modern science today is the emergence of scientific discourse related to the position and scientific map of Islamic guidance and counseling. The offense of Islamic guidance and counseling with several other disciplines actually places Islamic guidance and counseling in a fairly conflictual position. Although the Da'wah and Communication Faculties are not educational fields, the orientation of the scientific application of Islamic Guidance and Counseling can be applied to all backgrounds of life, both education and society. Therefore the development of a scientific model of Islamic guidance and counseling needs to be done. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. From the results of data collection, it is known that the scientific development of Islamic guidance and counseling is related to the model of education counseling and counseling, psychological guidance and counseling and counseling with the values of da'wah.
