Abstract

Abstract— Improved performance at PT. XYZ is very much determined by its human resource capabilities. In fact, the ability of existing resources sometimes cannot be utilized optimally. This can be seen from the high and low performance intended by the employees. One of the causes of not optimal employee performance is due to performance appraisals and awards that are not as expected. This dissatisfaction occurs due to the existence of a work appraisal system and a closed, directional and subjective reward system. Method that use in studi in this case is Analytical Hirarchi Process (AHP),were do prioritas to factor – factor  which eight (8) Criteria Performance to work employee that is : knowledge, honesty and Effort, Initiative, Discipline,loyalitas, work responsibility, cooperation and the leader. For can to determine we can to do in todecide prioritas  for that, before doit we must make structur hirarci from criteria – criteria wich acurate because that important to decide prioritas from factor – factor wich to influence criteria – criteria Performance from employee. Fundation from resutl calculation Analytical Hirarchi Precess (AHP) beable to factor – factor wich prioritas by: part each grade is for to :each operational / grade 1- 4 criteria knowledge wich most big, with heavy 0,190, for each Administasi / grade 5 – 7 criteria knowledge that most big with heavy 0,175, for each manajerial / grade 8 – 11 criteria wich most big is aleasder with heavy 0,156. Thus, the company is expected to be able to find out the factors that must be prioritized from each part/grade to be assessed so that with the presence of priority levels, employees can improve their performance in accordance with company expectations.Abstrak— Peningkatan kinerja di PT. XYZ sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Pada kenyataannya kemampuan sumber daya yang ada tersebut kadang tidak dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari tinggi rendahnya kinerja yang ditujukan oleh para karyawan. Salah satu penyebab tidak optimalnya kinerja karyawan adalah karena adanya penilaian kinerja dan penghargaan yang tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan mereka. Ketidakpuasan ini terjadi akibat adanya sistem penilaian kerja dan sistem penghargaan yang tertutup, searah dan bersifat subjektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah Analitycal Hirarchi Process (AHP) dimana melakukan prioritas terhadap faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi delapan (8) kriteria penilaian kinerja karyawan diantaranya yaitu : pengetahuan, Inisiatif, disiplin, kejujuran dan usaha, kerjasama, tanggung jawab, loyalitas dan kepemimpinan. Untuk dapat memastikan bahwa kita dapat melakukan dalam menentukan prioritas tersebut maka sebelumnya dilakukan terlebih dahulu pembentukan struktur hirarki dari kriteria – kriteria yang akan diteliti. oleh karena itu maka dilakukan penentuan prioritas terhadap faktor – faktor  yang mempengaruhi kriteria – kriteria penilaian kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan Analytical Hirarchi Process (AHP) didapatkan faktor – faktor yang diprioritaskan oleh bagian masing – masing grade / golongan yaitu : Bagian operasional/Grade 1–4 kriteria pengetahuan yang  mendominasi paling besar dengan bobot 0,190, Bagian administrasi/Grade 5–7 kriteria  pengetahuan yang mendominasi paling besar dengan bobot 0,175, Bagian manajerial/Grade 8–11 kriteria kepemimpinan yang mendominasi paling besar dengan bobot 0,156. Dengan demikian diharapkan perusahaan dapat mengetahui faktor – faktor yang harus diprioritaskan dari tiap-tiap bagian/grade yang akan dinilai.sehingga dengan adanya tingkat prioritas, karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya yang sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract— This study explored experimentally the use of vertical and horisontal position of cylindrical drying chamber dryer Fluidzed Deep against temperature distribution, humidity, drying rate, decreasing grain water level, and decreasing grain mass. The method used in this research is design and experiment. This machine uses a burning furnace as a heat source,sengon/ albasia wood as fuel, flat plate type heat exchanger, cyclone to convert wet vapor to dry vapor, filter to dry vapor cleaner, cylindrical drying chamber, blower to blow air, and Jig to support all components. This experiment was carried out three times for the drying chamber in a vertical position, and three times for the drying chamber in a horisontal position. In one drying time, it takes about 270 minutes. In the drying chamber measured temperature and humidity at 12 points of measurement. The results showed that the horisontal cylinder drying chamber produced higher temperature distribution than the vertical cylinder drying chamber, but the temperature distribution was less even, the vertical cylinder dryer produced lower humidity than the horisontal cylinder drying chamber, but resulted in higher deviation than the horisontal cylinder dryer. Drying rate, decrease in grain water content, average grain decrease on average faster than horisontal cylinder. The process of reducing the grain moisture content from about 20% bb to a moisture content of dry milled grains of about 14% bb occurred for 270 minutes or about 4, 5 hours. Keyword: Experimental design; Fluized deep dryer; dryer efficiency

Abstract

Abstract— Technological developments and changes make organizations continue to increase the use of information technology because jobs will be better, faster and more accurate. CV. Aneka Jaya currently still uses a manual system to serve its customers so that the process of gathering information is sometimes inefficient, such as difficulties in making monthly reports, and data accumulation. Information systems Sales and Distribution Spare parts, oil and tires are an information system that is implemented in the company to process goods in and out of the area of Cianjur Regency. This study aims to create an application that can provide convenience in the sales and distribution process at CV. Aneka Jaya Motor. In making this Information System using the waterfall system development model while the design model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a language of visualization and designing software to be built, while the diagrams used in analysis and design are usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequences diagram. As for the tools used in application development using framework codeigniter the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a tool for visualizing and building databases, MySQL which functions as a SQL (Structured Query Language) that is used in conjunction with the PHP programming language, and Sublime Text as editor tools which is used to edit the source code for the system.Key words—Information system, Sales, Distribution, Web Tools Abstrak— Perkembangan dan perubahan teknologi membuat organisasi terus meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi karena pekerjaan akan dapat diselesaikan dengan lebih baik, lebih cepat, dan lebih akurat. CV. Aneka Jaya saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk melayani pelanggannya sehingga proses pengumpulan informasi terkadang tidak efisien, seperti kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan bulanan, dan terjadinya penumpukan data. Sistem informasi Sales and Distribution Sparepart, Oli, dan Ban merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang diimplementasikan pada perusahaan untuk melakukan proses keluar masuk barang untuk area Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses sales and distribution di CV. Aneka Jaya Motor. Dalam pembuatan Sistem Informasi ini menggunakan model pengembangan sistem waterfall sedangkan model perancangannya menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) sebagai bahasa visualisasi dan merancang perangkat lunak yang akan dibangun, sedangkan diagram yang digunakan dalam analisis dan perancangan yaitu usecase diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan sequence diagram. Abstract

Abstract— PT. ABC is one of the national steel industry companies that has a steel production capacity of three million tons more steel per year and the crane is one of the main equipment used at PT. ABC. Crane has a function as a lifting equipment used to move an object or item from one place to another and the type of crane used at PT. ABC is a type of overhead crane. The use of overhead cranes has various potential hazards both during the routine and non-routine lifting process so that the use of overhead cranes has a very high risk of work accidents. From accident data on overhead crane operations at PT. ABC, there were 27 accident cases from 2016 - 2018 that showed the high level of work accidents that occurred. The SWIFT (Structural What If Analysis) method is a technique for identifying hazards by asking what if (what if) keywords. The purpose of this study was to determine the dangers and risks of overhead crane operations at PT. ABC and provide recommendations for improvements to reduce the level of risk of work accidents. Analysis of the worksheet using the SWIFT (structural what if analysis) method produces 18 potential hazards in overhead crane operations and based on RRN (Risk Rating Number) calculations, there are 9 main priority hazards, 5 medium priority hazards, 2 low priority hazards and 2 priority hazards the lowest. Improvement recommendations are made based on the level of risk with the highest priority to prevent and reduce the risk of work accident in overhead crane operations.Keywords— Overhead crane, Potential hazard, Risk Rating Number, SWIFT. Abstrak— PT. ABC merupakan salah satu perusahaan industri baja nasional yang mempunyai kapasitas produksi baja sebesar tiga juta ton lebih baja per tahunnya dan crane merupakan salah satu peralatan utama yang digunakan di PT. ABC. Crane memiliki fungsi sebagai pesawat angkat angkut yang digunakan untuk memindahkan suatu benda atau barang dari tempat yang satu ke tempat lainnya dan jenis crane yang digunakan di PT. ABC adalah jenis overhead crane. Penggunaan overhead crane mempunyai berbagai potensi bahaya baik itu saat proses pengangkatan yang bersifat rutin maupun non rutin sehingga penggunaan overhead crane memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja yang sangat tinggi. Dari data kecelakaan pada pengoperasian overhead crane di PT. ABC terdapat 27 kasus kecelakaan dari tahun 2016 - 2018 yang menunjukkan masih tingginya tingkat kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi. Metode SWIFT (Structural What If Analysis) adalah suatu teknik untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dengan pendekatan bertanya menggunakan kata kunci what if (bagaimana jika). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahaya dan risiko pada pekerjaan pengoperasian overhead crane di PT. ABC serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk mengurangi tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja. Analisa lembar kerja menggunakan Metode SWIFT (structural what if analysis) menghasilkan 18 potensi bahaya pada pekerjaan pengoperasian overhead crane dan berdasarkan perhitungan RRN (Risk Rating Number), terdapat 9 bahaya prioritas utama, 5 bahaya prioritas menengah, 2 bahaya prioritas rendah dan 2 bahaya prioritas paling rendah. Rekomendasi perbaikan dibuat berdasarkan tingkat risiko dengan prioritas utama untuk mencegah dan mengurangi tingkat risiko kecelakan kerja pada pengoperasian overhead crane.Kata kunci— Overhead crane, Potensi bahaya, Risk Rating Number, SWIFT.

Abstract

Abstract—The company has a problem in warehouse layout arrangement so it will cause some kind of waste in the warehouse such as long searching time when searching spare parts in warehouse, transportation time when bringing material to warehouse or from warehouse to outside warehouse and transportation time at time of arrangement of material to storage shelf. Besides the problem that is noticed is the handling of discontinue material and the completeness of safety for warehouse operators. The purpose of this study can know the whole activity and the kinds of waste that occurred, so that can be done to the improvement of activity in the storage. The method used in measurement using fishbone diagram, and use Tools 5S + Safety. Based on the calculation that utility use of warehouse space owned raw material PT. Nichirin Indonesia is close to 70%. Layout raw material for now 77% of raw material is already used for material storage. After the layout improvements, the utility of raw material usage is reduced to 37.11%. various wastes that occur among others, Waiting time on goods delivery activities from suppliers, Transportation time on activities to bring goods from outside to the receiving area, Waiting time because the material must wait arranged by the admin / operator who works, Transportation time at the time of setting goods to shelf and Searching time on activities to find material for production needs. Abstract

PT. Anugrah Ditamas Lestari is an agent of 3 kg LPG Gas, to distribute to bases. PT. Anugrah Ditamas Lestari has a problem in distributing 3 kg of gas to the base, so it must have good planning so that the items to be distributed can reach the base in a timely manner. Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a distribution problem in the form of transportation equipment (vehicle) from the agent to the base then back to PT. Anugrah Ditamas Lestari (agent). The research conducted aims to determine the minimum mileage for each route. The preparation of this Gas distribution route was completed using the Heuristic Algorithm. The initial stage is the formation of a sub route which is the process of grouping the base into the route. The next stage of the sub route development phase that has been formed is based on the existing travel time, the last stage minimizes the distance where the agent must first deliver the product until the last base and return to the agent. Sub route formation is still done manually while to compare the final results is done using WinQSB Software. Based on this distance determination study, the distance traveled was closer, and did not come to the base twice.

Abstract

Abstract-The development of a plastic waste recycling model in the reverse logistics network system is based on the current plastic waste management business activities in Indonesia (in this case the Bekasi and surrounding areas), which is strengthened by some literature on the same business activities in several other countries, such as India. The reverse logistics system in Indonesia is currently one of the best alternatives that can be considered in reducing the limitations of raw material resources. In addition, reverse logistics is proven to provide economic value for business people, then environmental issues become one of the strongest motivations in conducting reverse logistics business. This study aims to develop a model of plastic waste recycling in Indonesia, specifically plastic waste of the compound type LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) in the reverse logistics network system and to determine the distribution and transportation network system related to business management activities the plastic garbage. The development of this model can be developed based on empirical data in observing the behavior and characteristics of model variables. The results of the model can produce the total cost of a reverse logistics system in managing plastic waste in Bekasi and its surroundings at Rp. 196,220,250Abstrak-Pengembangan model daur ulang sampah plastik dalam sistem jaringan reverse logistics didasarkan pada aktivitas bisnis pengelolaan sampah plastik di Indonesia (dalam hal ini wilayah Bekasi dan sekitarnya) saat ini, yang diperkuat dengan beberapa literatur mengenai aktivitas bisnis yang sama di beberapa negara lain, seperti India. Sistem reverse logistics di Indonesia, saat ini menjadi salah satu alternatif terbaik yang dapat dipertimbangkan dalam mengurangi keterbatasan sumber daya bahan baku. Selain itu, reverse logistics terbukti dapat memberikan nilai ekonomis bagi para pelaku bisnis, lalu isu lingkungan menjadi salah satu motivasi terkuat dalam melakukan bisnis reverse logistics. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model daur ulang sampah plastik di Indonesia, khususnya sampah plastik berjenis senyawa LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) dan HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) dalam sistem jaringan reverse logistics serta untuk menentukan system jaringan distribusi dan transportasi yang terkait dengan aktivitas bisnis pengelolaan sampah plastik tersebut. Pengembangan model ini dapat dikembangkan berdasarkan data empiris dalam mengamati perilaku dan karakteristik variabel-variabel model. Hasil model dapat dihasilkan total biaya sistem reverse logistics dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik di Bekasi dan sekitarnya sebesar Rp. 196,220,250,-.

Abstract

Cianjur regency is an area that has the potential to develop the regional economy through creative industries-based entrepreneurship. Cianjur is supported by many vocational schools (SMK) with relevant expertise fields to develop regional potential through entrepreneurship. Based on this, it is very important to develop entrepreneurship interest in SMK students in Cianjur by identifying factors that influence student entrepreneur interest. Factors of entrepreneur interest identified in this research are self efficacy and income expectation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of self efficacy and income expectation on student entrepreneurship interest of SMK (Al-Madina, Cianjur). This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to students of SMK Al-Madina Cianjur and using PLS-SEM model in testing. The results showed that the relationship of self efficacy variable to entrepreneurship interest was significant with T-statistics of 2,996 (> 1,96), and the relationship of income expectation variable to entrepreneur interest was significant with T-statistic 4,121 (> 1,96). R-Square value of this research model is 0.228 which shows that there are still other variables that will explain student entrepreneur interest in Cianjur.Keywords: Self efficacy; income expectations; entrepreneurial interest; PLS-SEM

Abstract

Banyumas adalah salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Tengah yang memproduksi lebih dari 20.000 ton produksi gula aren per tahun dan menempati posisi pertama agroindustri jenis pengolahan di Banyumas. Jumlah petani gula aren (penderes) pada tahun 2017 adalah 20.293 petani. Namun, jumlah petani ini terus berkurang karena pekerjaan sebagai penderes memiliki resiko kerja dan keselamatan dari petani belum terjamin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis postur kerja petani gula aren saat memanjat pohon kelapa. Rekaman video proses pengambilan nira dari 48 data sekunder dikumpulkan. Setiap posisi representatif berdasarkan gait sequence memanjat dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi postur memanjat dan tinjauan literatur untuk referensi. Evaluasi postur menggunakan REBA dan dihitung skor resikonya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa enam posisi memanjat pohon memiliki risiko sangat tinggi dari pendekatan postur kerja dengan nilai skor 8 sampai 11, dan perlu adanya implementasi perubahan. Nilai skor REBA terbesar yakni 11 terjadi pada postur foot flat (10%) dan midswing (80%). Penelitian selanjutnya diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi sistem muskuloskeletal yang berkontribusi dalam kegiatan memanjat pohon dan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi risiko kerja, meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan petani gula aren.

Abstract

Abstract— The research conducted focuses on the services provided by Galaxy Mall Surabaya regarding the food court. Food court is a place for customers to buy food in addition to the existing food stores, so the food court has an important role in the economy of a mall. The study was conducted to find out what things are considered important and must be in a food court, especially in Galaxy Mall Surabaya. This is gained through functional and dysfunctional questions. The study was conducted by distributing an online questionnaire. Questionnaires are distributed to 100 respondents from various backgrounds and know the food court of Galaxy Mall or have used the facility. The results obtained show that the factors asked have been applied by the Galaxy Mall well. The results of data recaps performed show that functional and dysfunctional questions on Kano Model produce indifferent result. These results are obtained in all functional and dysfunctional questions. Therefore, Galaxy Mall is able to apply the services that are important only in the management of his food court.Keywords: Importance Measurement; Service Quality; Kano Model; Indifferent
