Abstract

K-Means is very dependent on determining the center cluster initial which has an impact on the quality of clusters resulting, in addition to determining the center of cluster the number of k that will be used it can also affect the quality of the cluster from the method K-Means. Poverty is mostly experienced by rural communities, this can be seen from the lack of existing facilities to serve the interests of the community in various fields. To avoid the imbalance that occurs, a development plan is needed in accordance with the characteristics of the welfare of the people in the region. Therefore, we need an effort to group villages so that policy making is right on target. One of the algorithms clustering that is commonly used is the K-Means algorithm because it is quite simple, easy to implement, and has the ability to group large data groups very quickly. However, the K-Means algorithm has a weakness in determining the center cluster initial given. Initialization of centers cluster randomly may result in formation clusters changing (inconsistent). For this reason, the K-Means method needs to be combined with the hierarchical method in determining the center cluster initial. This combination method is called Hierarchical K-Means which is a combination of methods hierarchical and partitioning, where the process is hierarchical used to find the initial center initialization cluster and the process partitioning to get the cluster optimal. The hierarchical method used in this study is the method single linkage. Based on the method Elbow , the recommended amount of k for this study is k = 4.The combination of the single linkage and k-means algorithms with k = 4 in this study results in avalue silhouette coefficient of 0.685 which is a feasible or appropriate cluster category, while the evaluation measurement by Davies The Boulldin Index yielded a value of 0.577.

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is the use of technology as a medium of learning. The learning media used by XYZ SMA teachers to teach about protozoa in class X MIPA still use graphic images in books. Problems that occur students find it difficult to understand the form, name and function of protozoa animals. To see protozoan animals in real terms, a microscop tool is needed, but there are not many microscopes owned by XYZ SMA. The purpose of this research is to make learning media with Augmented Reality technology about Protists on mobile devices. This application will only display four 3D objects, namely Paramecium, Flagellata, Sporozoa, and Amoeba. The method used by MDLC consists of six stages, namely concept, desing, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results of this study are in the form of an Augmented Reality application as a learning medium for the discussion of protozoa. After testing using the alpha test, all buttons / menus run according to their function. Then in testing using the beta test, respondents stated that the application is very good for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

The performance of the KPU in the 2019 elections was a lively conversation between the general public and the political elite. Many people or parties commented on the process of calculating the results of the 2019 elections through social media. KPU's Facebook fan page is also busy being attacked by positive or negative comments. Sentiment analysis of public opinion can be investigated to find out how much percentage of a positive and negative sentiment of this policy through comments that have been sent to social-social media. Data analyzed were 200 data taken from Facebook KPU, divided into 150 training data and 50 test data. This study uses the K-Means algorithm with a value of k = 2 to determine the final sentiments of positive and negative, the Levenshtein Distance algorithm for word normalization and the Confix Stripping Stemmer algorithm in the stemming process. The results obtained from the public sentiment on the performance of the KPU are more negative than positive. The results of the accuracy obtained from the use of the K-Means algorithm are 84% with a lower accuracy value compared to the combination of the algorithm above, namely 86%. Suggestions for further research should use even more data and use the k-fold cross-validation accuracy calculation technique as a further trial

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought change for the people of Indonesia. With ICT, people can more easily access various information and support work. But the problem that arises is the uneven penetration of ICT throughout Indonesia, including in the Randudongkal sub-district. This results in a digital divide and also weak ICT literacy. This study aims to describe the level of ICT Literacy, specifically internet literacy in the village apparatus in the Randudongkal sub-district. Measurement of internet apparatus of village apparatus in Randudongkal sub-district by using three indicators, namely basic knowledge, skills and utilization. The method for measuring literacy levels uses the Personal Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM). The results of internet literacy measurement research with three measurement indicators namely the internet have been used by village officials, but have not mastered and understood internet usage and currently, the level of internet apparatus in village apparatus is at level 2 by using Personal Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM).

Abstract

Bali offers so many beautiful places that can be used as references to capture important moments in one's life, one of which is the moment to make a sacred promise. However, there is no liaison media that makes it easier to bring together consumers, photography service companies and venues because the marketing is still done conventionally which is not equipped with transaction features which is quite difficult, not only from potential customers but also service owners. Therefore, this research was made using the sequential linier approach method to facilitate ordering services, determining the location according to customer desires, increasing regional income by collaborating with venue providers on the island of Bali and also helping companies to facilitate marketing with a wider scope by ease of ordering and transactions through the website which is certainly more efficient and effective compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

The emergence of various information on good coffee seeds to be planted has prompted the Agriculture and Plantation Service to group the seeds to be recommended in coffee planting centers in the working area of Sarimunthe Village, Kec. Munte Karo District. Data mining is used to extract valuable information from a dataset and then present it in a format that is easily understood by humans with the aim of making a decision. In this study, data processing for Arabica Coffee seedlings consisted of 30 items, in the Karo Regency Agriculture sector, in preparing the seeds to be distributed to the public, the assessment was divided into 3 phases, namely coffee seeds that did not produce (Phase 0-1 Year), immature (Phase 1-2 years) and produce (Phase 2 years and above). The final result of the grouping of Arabica coffee seedlings is that there are 10 recommended items suitable for planting

Abstract

In making a vacation trip, sometimes tourists will visit a place that is a tourist spot, but it does not rule out the tourists will look for a place of worship to carry out their worship activities or just to visit. The place of worship is one of the locations that are often sought by local and foreign tourists when they are on vacation. A place of worship is a place devoted to praying and offering prayers to God Almighty. The importance of this research is because tourists sometimes find it difficult to find the right place of worship and find information in it, a common difficulty encountered by tourists is the lack of information provided in the place of worship. Purpose Geographical information system mapping places of worship on Bali-based mobile is a mapping application of places of worship where users can find out the location of places of worship that are nearby or that the user is looking for, users can also find out events in the place of worship every day so local and foreign tourists who come to visit the island of Bali is not difficult to find a place of worship to carry out their worship activities. Abstract

Based on the results of observations made, it was found that the lack of research locations have not been able to produce financial statements presentation about petty cash expenses accurately, quickly, and accurately. That is because there is no accounting information system that covers the process of receiving and disbursing petty cash. At present in the presentation of petty cash financial statements still use Microsoft Office Excel where the summing errors can occur due to accidental deletion of the formula, resulting in the addition of errors that are more difficult for beginners to learn. The change fund system method is a system in which the amount of the petty cash fund changes according to the expenditure and receipt or addition of petty cash. In designing this information system using methods with the stages of Requirements analysis, Data modeling, Normalization. This study also uses the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, XAMPP, my sql, sublime text 3, Microsoft Office Vision and data obtained from the results of data collection at the research location. This petty cash accounting information system is made so that the process of presenting financial statements about petty cash expenditures that are urgently needed by the company can be done easily, quickly, accurately, effectively, and efficiently in order to avoid waste and fraud. This accounting information system is designed to manage expenses and receipts or additions to petty cash that are sufficient to monitor and control petty cash expenditures.

Abstract

There are lots of Nusa Dua tourism accommodation and it is interesting to be visited by domestic and foreign tourists. The author considers the need for a special portal to provide information about geography Nusa Dua tourism accommodation, in addition to this, it can also increase the interest of foreign tourists to travel with complete information without worrying. An android-based Nusa Dua tourism accommodation information system was created to provide broad information about the availability of the accommodation places in Nusa Dua. This geography information system was built using the waterfall method starting with the needs analysis, system design, coding, and testing stages. The information system built can run and function well in accordance with the needs of tourists, where the system can support tourism activities. The system is able to provide information in the form of writing, pictures and payments to increase the interest of foreign tourists visiting, especially in Nusa Dua.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a program from the Indonesian government in the form of providing conditional social assistance to families or poor people who are registered in the integrated data for the poor handling program. As for recipients of assistance can be assessed from several criteria including building area, type of floor, type of wall, defecation facility, source of drinking water, source of lighting, type of fuel for cooking, frequency of buying meat and chicken in a week, frequency of eating in a day , The number of sets of new clothes purchased in a year, access to health centers, access to employment, the latest education of household heads and ownership of several assets.
