Abstract

The phenomenon of online marketing is growing along with the growth of internet penetration in Indonesia. A more visible impact is the use of internet services with social media networks which add a new dimension to disseminating messages, exchanging information about products and also experiences with a brand. Seeing this opportunity, NSR uses the concept of marketing through social media marketing, the problem is that many do not know about the existence of the NSR brand. Therefore, the SOSTAC model of marketing communication strategy is used through social media, as a supporter of planning to build awareness first. Marketing strategy planning in building awareness is designed to be implemented over a period of six months. Several elements that become criteria for achieving awareness goals using social media are the number of likes, followers, hashtags and viewers followed by an increase in purchases

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust partially and simultaneously on consumer satisfaction using online ojek transportation user sGrab in Bima City. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The population in this study is all consumers who use Grab in the city of Bima with a sample of 96 respondents with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used was validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and t test and F test processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that service quality and trust partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction using online ojek transportation users Grab  in Bima City

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Effect of Work Conflict and Work Stress on the Performance of Pt. Office Employees. PLN (persero) The Parent Unit of Sulselbar Region.  The data collection technique used in this study is the data collection method used in this study is to use questionnaires. The sample used in this was as many as 70 respondents.   The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis that is processed using the help of SPSS 26 Software. The results shower that the work conflick variable had a significant effeck on employee performance where the significance value was 0.048 0.05. Likewise, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance where the significance value is 0.007 0.05. And simultaneously work conflict and work stress have a significant effeck on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 0.05 with a coefficient of determination of 32.6%. This explains the percentage of the influence of work conflick and work stress on employee performance by 32.6% while the remaining 64.7% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, career development, and extrinsic motivation on employee job satisfaction at Dinas Perhubungan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the study. The population in this study were all employees at Dinas Perhubungan DIY, with a sample size of 50 respondents. The results of the study stated that the work environment, career development, and extrinsic motivation had a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan perbandingan mekanisme pengelolaan dana Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) untuk petani pada Bank BUMN, seperti BRI Cabang  Sinjai,  Bank  Sulselbar Cabang Sinjai dan BNI Cabang Sinjai, terkait syarat pencairan, waktu pengembalian, Lama peminjaman dan Plafon Kredit yang bisa diakses oleh petani Metode Penelitian yaitu menggunakan Metode Kualitatif Deskriptif analitik dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan informan terdiri dari Pimpinan atau pengelola KUR pada BRI cabang Sinjai, Bank Sulselbar cabang sinjai dan BNI Cabang Sinjai Hasil Penelitian terkait Study Komparasi pelayanan Program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR)  untuk Petani pada Bank BUMN di Kabupaten Sinjai, dapat disimpulkan bahwa syarat pemberian/pencairan KUR bagi petani secara umum pada semua Bank BUMN disamakan perlakuannya dengan masyarakat  umum,  yang berbeda dari Tiap Bank adalah syarat umum yang ditetapkan oleh masing-masing Bank dimana Bank Sulselbar meminta NPWP dan BNI meminta Rekomendasi Dinas Pertanian apabila petani ingin meminjam dana KUR, sedangkan terkait Waktu pengembalian dana KUR bagi petani pada tiap bank BUMN sama  aturannya  tergantung dari jenis pinjaman yang dilakukan oleh petani, untuk pinjaman usaha harian maka pengembaliannya tiap bulan, sedangkan usaha cocok tanam pengembaliannya per musim / 6 bulan dan untuk usaha ternak diperbolehkan pengembalian 1 tahun sampai 2 tahun. Adapun Lama Peminjaman.bervariasi tergantung kesepakatan/perjanjian awal, masa 1 tahun sampai 4 tahun peminjaman, kecuali Bank Sulselbar memberikan kemudahan bagi petani yang ingin meminjam selama 2 tahun maka pengembaliannya bisa sekali dan langsung lunas. Sedangkan Plafon Kredit yang disiapkan bagi peminjam KUR pada masing-masing bank BUMN sama sebesar 1 sampai 500 juta, dengan perbedaan syarat yang diberlakukan pada masing-masing bank BUMN. Untuk BRI dan Bank Sulselbar plafon kredit diatas 50 juta sampai 500 juta dipersyaratkan Agunan dan bukti usaha sedangkan BNI, usaha Debitur harus dikerjasamakan dengan pihak Bank sebagai bentuk pembinaan dan pengawasan bagi peminjam.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of service quality, emotional marketing and brand image on consumer satisfaction. This study used non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques as sampling techniques. Data collection in this study was through google form and obtained as many as 138 respondents.  The technical analysis used is multiple liner regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial system of Pattallassang village for empowering rural communities during the pandemic (covid-19). The financial system in empowering rural communities can be seen from an activity that prepares and determines a goal to be achieved. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation methods. In this study, the data source used was primary data collection. The results of this study indicate that the village financial system on empowering rural communities during the pandemic (covid-19) has a positive effect on rural communities because it is very helpful for rural communities from an economic perspective

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of customer reviews, security and convenience on online purchasing decisions through the marketplace. This research is a quantitative research. The target population is the people of Yogyakarta shopping online on the Shopee marketplace. The research sample is 100 respondents. The data collection method used the questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that customer reviews had a positive effect on online purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.029 0.05. Security has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.002 0.05. Ease has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. Customer reviews, security and convenience simultaneously influence online purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace with a significance value of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand trust and brand equity on Telkomsel card brand loyalty (a case study on Telkomsel card users in customers in the Barombong area. The data collection technique used in this study is survey technique by distributing questionnaires and studies). documentation. The population and sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 28 software. The results of the study show that based on the t-test that has been carried out on the brand trust variable (X1) on brand loyalty (Y), the value of tcount ttable or 2,585 1.660, with a significant value is 0.011 0.05. Based on the results of the t-test of the brand equity variable (X2) on brand loyalty (Y), the value of tcount ttable or 2.173 1.660, with a significant value is 0.032 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that the variables of brand trust and brand equity have a positive and significant effect on Telkomsel card brand loyalty to customers in the Barombong area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Conscientiousness, Communication Satisfaction and Job Characteristic variables on employee performance. This research was conducted at KUD Sadar Sejahtera Musi Rawas. The sample of this research used total sampling so that the respondents in this study were 67 respondents. The test instrument used in this research is the Test of Validity and Reliability, Test of Classical Assumptions. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that Conscientiousness, Communication Satisfaction and Job Characteristics affect employee performance
