Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of competence and compensation on job satisfaction of contract employees at the Buleleng Transportation Agency. The research design used is quantitative causal. The subjects in this study were contract employees of the Buleleng Regency Transportation Service and the objects in this study were competence, compensation and job satisfaction. The population in this study were all contract employees of the Buleleng Regency Transportation Service. Data were collected by means of questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) competence and compensation have a significant effect on job satisfaction of contract employees at the Buleleng Regency Transportation Service, (2) competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of contract employees at the Buleleng Regency Transportation Service and (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of contract employees of Buleleng Regency Transportation Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence on the work productivity of wood carving craftsmen in Tegallalang District, the influence of motivation on work productivity of wood carving craftsmen in Tegallalang District, the influence of competence on the motivation of wood carving craftsmen in Tegallalang District, testing whether there is a mediation of motivation in the influence of competence on productivity. wood carving craftsmen work in Tegallalang District. The population in this study were wood carving craftsmen in Tegallalang District, with a total of 78 respondents. This research design uses quantitative causal. The analysis used is path analysis. The results showed that (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation, (4) There is a partial mediation of motivation in the influence of competence on work productivity of wood carving craftsmen in Tegallalang District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion and e-servqual on customer satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially working online at shopee (a study of management students). The sample in this study were management students who met the criteria. The number of respondents is 100 respondents. The research design used is quantitative causal. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires online, and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 24.0 for Windows application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) promotion and e-servqual have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) e-servqual has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the headmaster leadership and motivation on teacher discipline, (2) the headmaster leadership on teacher discipline, (3) the motivation on teacher discipline. The design of the research used was a causal quantitative. The population used 47 respondent. Data was collected with questionnaires and analyzed by linier regression analysis. The result showed that: (1) there is a simultaneous connection of the headmaster leadership and motivation on teacher discipline, (2) there is a partial connection of ) the headmaster leadership on teacher discipline,(3) there is a partial connection of the motivation on teacher discipline.the most dominant variabel affect on teacher discipline is the motivation variabel.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) work stress and motivation on job satisfaction, (2) work stress on the motivation (3) work stress on job satisfaction, (4) the motivation for job satisfaction. The subject of this study is MTSN in Jembrana territory, and the object in this study is occupational stress, motivation, and job satisfaction. The design of the research used was the causal quantitative work. the number of samples used is 52 respondents. The instruments used in data collection are questionnaire and the data analysis techniques used are track analysis. The results of this study are: (1) work stress and motivation significantly affect job satisfaction by 74.9%. (2) work stress is negative and significant to motivation by 48.8%. (3) work stress has a negative and significant impact on job satisfaction of 39.1. (4) motivation has a positive and significant impact on satisfaction of 22.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of: (1) corporate image and service quality on member satisfaction, (2) corporate image on member satisfaction, (3) service quality on satisfaction of members of the Dharma Sari Bumi Pagutan Savings and Loan Cooperative. The research design used in this research is causal quantitative research. The subjects in this study were members of the Save Dharma Sari Bumi Pagutan Cooperative and the objects in this study were corporate image, service quality, and member satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data were collected by interview, document recording and questionnaire method, and analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) corporate image and service quality had a significant effect on member satisfaction, (2) corporate image had a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction, (3) service quality had a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction at the Koperasi Saves Dharma Sari Bumi Pagutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of relationship marketing and customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty Simpati in Singaraja City. The research design used in this research was causal quantitative research. This research was a sample research with the determination of the sample used was accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 120 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Relationship marketing and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on sympathy customer loyalty in Singaraja City 2) Relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on sympathetic customer loyalty in Singaraja City. 3) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Simpati in Singaraja City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and location both simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty at Agata Salon. The research design used was causal quantitative research. Determination of the sample in the study using a non-probability sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 130 respondents. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Service quality and location have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Agata Salon. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Agata Salon. (3) Location has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Salon Agata.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were in order to examine the effect off (1) competence and  work discipline of the employee performance, (2) competence of the work discipline , (3) competence of the employee performance, and (4) work discipline of the employee performance at PDAM Kabupaten Klungkung.Design of the research that use to this study is research designing causal quantitative. The subject of this study were all of the employees in PDAM Kabupaten Klungkung, and the objects were: competence, work discipline, and employee performance. Sampel of this research are 103 employees. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and interviews, and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed a positive effect of (1) competence and work discipline of the employee performance, (2) competence of the work discipline, (3) competence of the employee performance, (4) work discipline of the employee performance at PDAM Kabupaten Klungkung.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain tested findings about the effect of repayment and work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on work motivation, the effect of repayment on overall employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The research layout used in this research is causal quantitative. The topic of this discussion is all employees at CV Winih Adi and the objects reviewed are cost kompensasi, work motivation and employee performance. This research was conducted on 45 personnel of CV Winih Adi. The series of information is completed with comments, questionnaires, and interviews which are then analyzed using course analysis. The consequences show it. Repayment and work motivation have a major effect on the overall performance of workers at CV Winih Adi, repayment has a tremendous effect on motivation to paint at CV Winih Adi, compensation has a good effect on employee performance at CV Winih Adi, motivation for painting work has a tremendous effect. the usual. impact on employees. performance at CV Winih Adi.
