Abstract

Fear of heights can also be called acrophobia, which is to have a very excessive fear of heights. The fear experienced by acrophobia sufferers causes the effects of symptoms, including anxiety, panic, and stress, when in a high area. To treat phobia of heights is not so easy, but it can be overcome by conducting therapy. One of the therapies carried out is exposure which is an effective therapeutic medium in overcoming acrophobia. In this study, an analysis was carried out using the pretest-posttest control group method for VRET (Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy) validation as well as a comparison method between the products developed and products on the market for validation of heart rate sensors. The results showed that VRET (Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy) is effective in lowering individual perceptions of changes in physiological reactions experienced related to altitude situations and the heart rate sensor module can be used for Virtual Reality Acrophobia applications. The use of a heart rate sensor is recommended on the left hand because research shows a small difference in accuracy between the heart rate sensor and the Oxymeter.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a school website for SD Kanisius Keprabon 01 Surakarta which will be operated to promote its school. The reason why the writer decides to design a website is since the implementation of school zoning system, the number of students of SD Kanisius Keprabon 01 Surakarta decreases year by year. The solution to overcome this problem is to design a school website in order to reach a wider range. Website is an effective way to do a promotion because a website provides various information that can be searched for by users and it also provides an online students’ registration which can be done anywhere. This website is designed by using Elementor. According to Imas Indra (2021) Elemnetor is page builder which is specifically used to design a website based on WordPress. The writer uses Elementor because it provides various elements which will be useful to be used by user to operate this website.

Abstract

Network security is very vital for a computer network. Weaknesses in computer networks if not protected will cause losses in the form of loss of data or files, damage to server systems, not optimally serving users or even loss of valuable institutional assets. During this pandemic, all teaching and learning activities and exams are carried out online. With the online exam, SMAN 5 Surakarta provides a special server to be provided to students. On the other hand, the server must be accessible online while this can trigger various attacks on the server and it is possible to attack the server via the server IP and port which can result in leaking of confidential data, questions to be tested and data from participants or even these attacks allow the server down. Knowing how to secure a network using DMZ (demilitarized zone) and Port Knocking is the goal of the research. The most frequently used attacks are Port Scanning and DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service). Port Scanning is the initial stage to detect open ports. Whereas DDoS is a DoS attack that utilizes multiple distributed attack resources. Typically, attackers use a large number of controlled bots (host computers/daemons, also referred to as zombies) distributed across several different locations to launch a large number of DoS attacks against a single target or multiple targets. For this reason, network security techniques are needed that can ward off the threat of these attacks or minimize the threat of attacks that can enter the network system. In this study, the DMZ (demilitarized zone) technique was implemented to access the local server so that it could be accessed from outside safely and using the Port Knocking technique to open filtered access ports.

Abstract

Polanharjo is one of the sub-districts in Klaten district, Central Java province. Employee performance appraisal in Polanharjo sub-district is still done manually, namely by collecting files directly and the results are written manually in available documents. This study uses direct observation method to obtain data regarding employee performance appraisal in Polanharjo District. The system development method used in this research is the prototype method. Implementation of the system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The method of evaluating employee performance in this study uses the behaviorally anchor rating scale method. Testing the information system for evaluating employee performance through black box testing, while testing users by distributing questionnaires and obtaining a value of 82.2% with the conclusion that the system can be accepted by employees.

Abstract

Internet users often complain about unstable internet connections and insufficient bandwidth, in fact the main problem is not because of insufficient bandwidth, but because there is no bandwidth management that regulates which packages are important and need to be prioritized. The research entitled "Analysis and Design of Bandwith Management uses Hierarchial Token Bucket (HTB) Method and Filtering uses Layer7 Protocol in Candi Agung Student Dormitory Hostpot Network", has the formulation of the problem of bandwidth management performance using the Hierarchial Token Bucket (HTB) method in terms of Quality of Service (QoS) with Throughput, Delay, Jitter and Packet Loss parameters. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design bandwidth management using the Hierarchial Token Bucket (HTB) method and limit the bandwidth of video streaming youtube.com using the Layer7 Protocol mikrotik feature in Candi Agung Student Dormitory Hostpot Network. The method used in network design and development in this study is the PPDIOO method which includes Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize. This research produces a bandwidth management system that can provide guaranteed bandwidth to every active user according to the user's priority and package even though the internet connection is busy. It aims to maintain internet access can be used according to the needs of all users.

Abstract

Studying chemistry is very important because every process that takes place in our body, be it carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and vitamins, is a chemical process that can produce carbon dioxide gas, water and energy. With knowledge of chemistry we can also maintain personal health and avoid disease. In the current Covid-19 pandemic situation, Indonesian students are required to take part in the learning process online or at home. The students only got an explanation from the teacher using google meet/zoom. Sometimes students are constrained by signals and data packets during the learning process, so they have difficulty receiving explanations from the teacher. One of the subjects that are considered to experience problems is chemistry. From the results of observations at school, the solution to this problem is to create an android application for chemistry subjects which contains material and practice questions. So students can open it again if they still don't understand. Applications created using codular programs because it's easier, faster, and doesn't require a laptop with RAM 8. The final results obtained from making this "CHEMICAL MAP" learning media application, students or users can learn without being limited by time and place. This application can be accessed by admin and user. For admin access rights are the question bank, materials, value data per chapter, practice questions and quizzes. Meanwhile, users can access learning materials, question banks, practice questions and quizzes. The weakness of this "CHEMICAL MAP" learning media application, namely the absence of learning videos and live chat with Chemistry subject teachers.

Abstract

The National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) developed the Study Program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS) 4.0 which is output and outcome oriented. Quality measurement is more focused on process, output and outcome aspects, while previous instruments measured more input aspects. The 9 accreditation criteria include Vision, Mission, Objectives and Strategy, Governance, Governance and Cooperation, Students, Human Resources, Finance, Facilities and Infrastructure, Education, Research, Community Service, and Tridharma Outcomes and Achievements. APP Jakarta Polytechnic is one of the tertiary institutions within the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia which is under the Industrial Resource Development Agency (BPSDMI) which aims to realize Good University Governance. In accordance with the Vision of the APP Jakarta Polytechnic, namely "To become an excellent and globally competitive provider of industrial vocational education". The form of monitoring development is by preparing for the need for Web-based accreditation dashboard data which can provide convenience in processing data and providing insight into study program accreditation in real time in an effective and efficient manner.

Abstract

Aston Printer Klaten store in 2021 requires an employee payroll system to perform salary calculations. In the current system, data management in terms of salary calculations is still manual and not computerized properly, so the payroll process is often wrong and too late to be given to employees by calculating salaries based on hours of arrival, targets that have been achieved, overtime and permits. The purpose of this system is to make it easier to do payroll, to facilitate the process of calculating payroll for employees. The method used is the waterfall method starting from the work of a system that is carried out sequentially or linearly with needs analysis, system design, program coding, program testing, program implementation. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The final result obtained by the creation of an information system for calculating the salary of the Aston Printer Klaten Shop by applying this Laravel framework, the admin of the Aston Printer Klaten store can report financial reports to the owner. With the results of the system that can be accessed by admin and owner, namely employee data and salary management data.

Abstract

The influence of the pipeline in the 2D animation industry greatly affects the animation production process to be effective and efficient so that it can produce good animation but with minimal effort. MSV Studio itself has several divisions in the production process, one of which is the animation production division. In producing a 2-dimensional animated film in which there are many conversation scenes, mouth movements are needed that match the voice or character dialogue. With the auto lipsync technique, animating mouth movements that match the dialogue can be done quickly and accurately so as to cut animation production time efficiently. This study provides an overview of how the mouth movement animation of a 2-dimensional character is created and can move automatically according to the sound entered into the software, compared to mouth movement animations that are created or drawn manually one by one. In the end, this study can be a reference in making mouth movement animations in 2D animated films, and can be developed again in the future.

Abstract

The SILAKAN application stands for the Banyuwangi Regency Personnel Service System developed by BKPP Banyuwangi Regency. Obstacles when using this SILAKAN service such as, services are still limited to using mobile applications, the speed when loading services is still slow, slow responses when there are problems so that users have to come to the office, and downloading documents is quite slow. This research was conducted to evaluate the quality of SILAKAN Banyuwangi services using the e-GovQual and IPA methods. Evaluation of service quality based on users, namely all ASNs in Banyuwangi Regency. The results of the study showed that the total performance score on all e-GovQual variables above Likert score 3 was 3.36 and the total interest assessment score was 3.42, resulting in a gap between performance and interests of -0.06. A negative value gap indicates that service performance still does not meet user interests. Based on the analysis of conformity between performance and interests has a conformity value of 98.23%. There are 4 attributes that fall into quadrant 1 which means getting the top priority for improvement, namely, this e-Government site successfully performs services based on the first request (RB3), this e- Government site is available and can be accessed whenever you need it (RB2), the data provided by users on this e-Government site is archived safely (TR3), employees give prompt replies to user questions (CS2).
