Abstract

The study aims to test and analyse how much influence the implementation of accounting information systems and the suitability of technological duties towards employee performance.  The samples used in this study were 42 employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandung. Data collection techniques are conducted by spreading the questionnaire to the respondent according to the prescribed sample. Statistical analyses used in the study were through the validity and reliability test of instruments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analyses, correlation analyses and coefficient of determination testing with the help of IBM SPSS version 22.  Hypothesis testing was conducted either partially with the T-Test as well as simultaneously through Test F. The results showed that partial, the magnitude of the implementation of accounting system to the employee's performance of 34.9% while the magnitude of  Effect of technological task on the employee's performance of 25.8%.  Simultaneously the influence of the implementation of accounting information system and the suitability of the technology task on the employee's performance is 35% while the remainder of 65% is the influence of other factors such as motivation, environment, workload, MA Employee's work satisfaction.

Abstract

Community economic empowerment is an effort to make the economy strong, large, modern and highly competitive in the right market mechanism. The constraints of people's economic development are structural constraints; the empowerment of the people's economy must be carried out through structural change. One of them is structural change through technology by online shopping application. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of online marketing variables which consist of Personal Relevance, Online Interactivity, Message, and Brand Familiarity Brand towards buying intention. In this study, researchers took objects on the online shopping application Qlapa.com which specifically sells handmade products. The sampling technique used by researchers is a non-probability sampling technique, because not all samples have criteria which are in accordance with what the researcher determined. Based on the calculations made, the sample used in this study was 100 people. The research method used in this research is quantitative methods. The analysis was conducted using the method of multiple regression analysis to explain the effect of the variables. The problems examined in this study are Personal Relevance (X1), Online Interactivity (X2), Message (X3), Brand Familiarity (X4), and Buying Intention (Y). The results of the study found that simultaneously and partially the variables Personal Relevance, Online Interactivity, Message, and Brand Familiarity have a significant influence on buying intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is not only to compare the Capital Asset Price Model, Arbitration Price Theory, Three Factor Price Model, Three Factor Price Model, and Five Factor Price Model to study the Capital Asset Price Model, Price Arbitration Price Theory, Three Factor Price Model, Four Factors Pricing Model and Five Factors Pricing Model for excess returns and for determining the best asset pricing model in terms of the ability to explain estimates of excess returns. This research includes explanatory research (explanatory research), namely looking at the relationship between research variables and testing hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study examines the effect of variables in the asset pricing model and compares the asset pricing models in explaining excess returns. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out the best model that can be used in assessing the asset pricing model is the five Price Model Factors, this is evidenced by the value of R2 or R Square of 89.4%, the value is greater than the value of R2 or R Square Capital Asset Pricing Model, Arbitration Price Theory, Three Price Factor Models, and Four Price Factor Models, which were 34.7%, 55.2%, 77.2% and 79% respectively.

Abstract

Increasing population in a country, especially in developing countries, has an impact on various aspects, one of them is social impact. The emergence of criminality, acts of violence, sexual harassment is phenomenon which is part of a development, including violence against women who experienced a significant increase. This condition raises high fears so that one way is equipped with self-defense (martial arts). This study aims to comprehensively review women empowerment through the approach of canvas business model. The research method used is qualitative. Data analysis techniques using the steps of reduction, data presentation, conclusion / verification. Testing the validity of data is done through credibility, perseverance, triangulation, feedback / feedback, member check. The result of this research is the existence of Canvas business model on the empowerment of women, this model is made in an effort to develop the existence of WSDK community in the future, in this research also known constraints in the empowerment of women through the approach of canvas business model and describe efforts to anticipate these constraints.

Abstract

BUMDes Cibadak village, Banjarsari sub-district Ciamis district is one of the BUMdes that runs businesses in the sheep farming sector. This business began in 2018. The types of sheep managed in this business include breeding sheep, fattening sheep and contest sheep. Sheep are made clean and attractive cages. Like a series of villages that are bounded by a partition for each sheep, one barrier is called the Lamb Hotel. The managers are around six residents. His job is to feed, keep the cage clean, bathe and keep sheep safe from being stolen. The sheep that are kept there are sheep belonging to BUMDes, and there are sheep deposited by investors. Sheep nurse receives her profit-sharing wage after being treated 4 months later and the sale proceeds from the distribution, namely for sheep owned by BUMDes, each party receives 50%. While the sheep from investors for the results of 40% for investors, 40% for caregivers and 20% paid to BUMDes as BUMDes cash input. The problem faced in caring for sheep is sheep feed in the form of grass during the dry season to get it experiencing difficulties because they have to find grass in distant regions which is considered inconvenient for sheep caregivers, besides the cost is also relatively expensive because they have to pay for gasoline and motorcycle maintenance. While giving food 3 times a day ie. 09.00 hours, hours. 14.00 and hour. 17:00. In addition, because those who care for sheep are not breeders or farmers, so there are those who are not careful in caring for their sheep, so they must be completed by other sheep nurses. The research objectives are 1) Knowing the role of the Cibadak BUMDes in the management of sheep businesses 2) Analyzing the development of sheep management businesses. The research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach, resource persons from the Head of the Cibadak village and the head of the sheep manager. Research site in Cibadak village, Banjarsari, Ciamis Regency. Research results, that in the management of these sheep require careful planning, because it involves living things, BUMDes as the party responsible for sheep management needs to work together with other villages, especially related to the problems of those caring for sheep, security against theft of sheep and the problem of supplying feed, In addition, the plan for the Cibadak BUMDes to develop contest sheep needs to be considered again because the maintenance costs are high and more complicated and prone to theft of these animals due to the relatively high prices. In this regard, supervision (Controlling) needs to be done intensively and involves the village security (Linmas)

Abstract

Child laborer tend to have high hazards and risks especially when they grind and glue a sole to the upper part of the shoe. Shoemaking remains to be a hazardous work for children and adults as long as chemical-based solvents are used. To overcome these problems, the government of the Republic of Indonesia launched a program by giving some aids to the parents of the child laborer to run their small business so that their children can stop working at the shoemaking industry. This research aims at analyzing the economic empowerment of parents who employed their children in the online business industry at Cibaduyut footwear industry and use a qualitative approach with a triangulation of data collected. The research informants were the child laborer, parents who employed their children, footwear craftsmen, and the Head of Industry and Trade Agency. The results of this research showed that economic empowerment in child laborer’s parents was still in low level and they could not market their shoes properly as a product of their small business. In this context, they need both training and workshop in social entrepreneurship and online business method in order to promote their product.

Abstract

To manage hotel and restaurant taxes, it is absolutely necessary to have sufficient supervision and to supervise the implementation of hotel and restaurant taxes carried out by the Regional Revenue Service. The purpose of this study, namely to determine the implementation of supervision of hotel and restaurant tax collection, things that hinder and efforts that must be done to overcome obstacles to the implementation of supervision of hotel and restaurant tax collection in increasing the original revenue of Sumedang Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative method. With eight informants of research, namely the Head of the Regional Revenue Service, Head of Planning and Operations Control, Head of Control and Supervision Section, Executive Staff of Operational Control Planning, hotel and restaurant management. The results of the study show that controlling of hotel tax collection and restaurant tax to increase Sumedang Regency's original revenue has been effective but not yet maximally this can be seen from still encountered several obstacles, including the competency of tax collector officers, budget constraints and low awareness of taxpayers. However, it is expected that in the future there will be improvements in line with efforts to be carried out by the Regional Revenue Service of Sumedang Regency.

This research was conducted at Car Dealer PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Puri Indah branch with case study Suzuki Ertiga which at the time of research is selling well. In this study, researchers wanted to test whether there is a significant relationship between Product Quality with Purchase Decision. Is there also a significant relationship between Promotion on Purchase Decision. As well as a significant relationship between Product Quality and Promotion together with Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this research was to know the effect of the Auditor Experience and the Auditor Ethics toward Audit Quality. The study was conducted using a survey method towards forty-five auditor who worked on thirteen public accountant firm in the city of Bandung. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression models. Hypothesis testing was done to determine whether there is any influence on the Auditor Experience and the Auditor Ethics towards the Audit Quality either simultaneously or partially. The test result indicates that simultaneously, the Auditor Experience and the Auditor Ethics are significantly affecting the Audit Quality. The test result also indicates that partially, either the Auditor Experience or the Auditor Ethics are significantly affecting the Audit Quality..Keywords: Auditor Experience, Auditor Ethics, Audit Quality.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to describe the influence of leaderships and strategic planning toward local revenue at  West Bandung Regency. Research method is Quantative research and collect data by quessioner, interview , observation and documentation.The variables were leaderships and strategic planning. as the independent variables, the dependent variable was local revenue. Data have been analyzed through(Multiple Regresion).The result of this research showed that leaderships and strategic planning.  influence the local revenue The influence of leaderships and strategic planning toward local revenue is positive it means that the more higher leaderships and the strategic planning the more higher local revenue and it has mean in real rank p < 0.01.By this research, the hypothesis, which has been proposed, leaderships and strategic planning will influence local revenue. The result has showed that the mean of  local revenue is 0. 4570 or the grade variation of local revenue is 45,70 percent depending on leaderships and strategic planning
