Abstract

The occurrence of Pandemic Covid-19 resulted in Islamic banking must do a way to relieve the burden of Affected Customers. Efforts made by Islamic banks in order to assist customers in order to resolve their obligations, one of which is restructuring financing. This study has the aim of analyzing restructuring barriers and strategies in the completion of financing during the Covid Virus Pandemic - 19 at Bank Muamalat Madiun Branch Office. The research method uses using a qualitative method approach to analyze descriptively. The results of this study are three, namely (1) problematic financing factor in Bank Muamalat occurs because of external factors, namely the plague of Pandemic Covid-19 that hit Indonesia and the world. (2) The obstacles in the completion of Bank Muamalat's bank financing of the Madiun branch office occur due to the verification problem of administrative files that must be fulfilled by the Customer. (3) Strategies in Completion of Bank Muamalat Bank Financing Madiun Branch Office Using financing Restructuring Through: Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Restructuring In accordance with the provisions of Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

The financial system in general is an order in the economy of a country that has a role, especially in providing service facilities in the financial sector by financial institutions. This article aims to provide an overview and explanation of the acceleration of the development of the financial services sector ecosystem in Indonesia. The methodology of this article uses a study of related discussion literature. The results of this article prove that Indonesia has an achievement strategy to accelerate the development of the financial services sector ecosystem through the issuance of work programs, master plans, and published regulations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the rupiah exchange rate and the Islamic stock index. The research approach taken is a quantitative approach. The data source comes from secondary data. The data collection technique is done by documenting or retrieving data online from the official state website. Based on the research conducted, the conclusion is that the rupiah exchange rate has a positive relationship to the Indonesian Islamic stock index, because the rupiah exchange rate has an effect on Islamic stock prices, this can be seen from the t test which says T count is 6.5097, T table is equal to 2,0017. 6,509 2,0017 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the exchange rate variable has a significant effect on the ISSI. Therefore this study raises the rupiah exchange rate and the Indonesian Islamic stock index with the intention to determine the effect and significance of the rupiah exchange rate on the Index Sharia Shares of Indonesia during the 2018-2020 period. The relationship between the exchange rate of 56.8% and the share price of Indonesian Islamic stocks is the remaining 43.2% which is not influenced by other variables, so that the variables examined between the rupiah exchange rate and Indonesian Islamic stocks have an effect because the percentage exceeds 50%. It can be concluded that the rupiah exchange rate affects the Indonesian Islamic stock index

Abstract

Based on data on the number of gold savings customers per year. Has fluctuated from 2016-2019, in 2017 it descreased by 28,02 percent. In 2018 it descreased by 50,14 percent. However in 2019 it experienced an increase of 74,53 percent. The formulation of the problem is how the marketing strategy of PT. Pegadaian’s sharia branch gold savings product alternating funds whether PT. Pegadaian’s sharia branch back and forth is in accordance with the 7p marketing theory. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of PT. Pegadaian’s sharia alaman branch of gold savings products. And to find out the marketing strategy for gold savings products is in accordance with the 7p marketing mix. The teory used in this research is the teory of interest, strategy, marketing, marketing strategy, marketing mix and gold saving teory. This research is descriptive qualitative with data colecction techniques using interviws, observation and documentation. While the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. From the results of this study it can be cocluded that the marketing strategy is with 7p. Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence. The marketing strategy of PT. Pegadaian Sharia branches in the back and froth is in accordance with the 7p marketing mix. It can be seen that in 2019 it has increased, which in dealing with the decrease in the number of pawnshop customers makes a policy that is for all costumers, be the pawn customers, arrum haji costumers or other customers obliged to open a gold savings .

Abstract

Bank Muamalat Indonesia, This study aims to find out more about how the use of Hajj and Umrah savings at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Medan Sudirman Branch by PT. Sabrina Al-Fikri in attracting customers in Medan City. The long term of this research is to determine the professionalism of tours and travel, especially in the implementation of Umrah, identify how travel owners work in serving customers. The specific target to be achieved in this study is to examine the results of using Hajj and Umrah savings in serving customers. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative research type. Coupled with a valid data source about the profile of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Place of research in the office of PT. Sabrina Al-Fikri Patriot Street, Patriot Garden Complex, Medan Sunggal District, Medan. Data collection techniques, namely by interview, observation and documentation study. Data analysis is by means of reduction, display data and verification. The final stage is done by data triangulation which is strengthened by membercheck.

Abstract

This study describes the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) which are currently affected by the COVID-19 outbreak that is spreading in Indonesia. This study also reveals how UMKM should be able to continue to survive and develop, so that the economic sector in Indonesia can continue to survive. Because, UMKM are a foundation in maintaining economic resilience in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, where later the author describes the method that must be used in business development. As for the results obtained, that the development of UMKM must of course be based on sharia principles, which in sharia principles enter into agreements or use mudharabah contracts or profit sharing systems, and utilize technology that is currently developing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Murabahah Financing, Musyarakah Financing on Profitability at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The data used is secondary data taken from the Monthly Financial Reports of Bank Syariah Mandiri for the period 2016-2020 / August. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all monthly financial reports of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri 2016-2020 / August. The sample of this research is data on Murabahah Financing, Musharaka Financing and Return On Asset (ROA) contained in the financial statements of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and uses a purposive sampling method. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, taking into account the Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of the analysis of this study concluded that 1) Murabahah financing had no effect on ROA, as evidenced by the result of tcount -0.569 ttable 1.67412 with sig 0.572 0.05. 2) Musharaka financing has an effect on ROA, as evidenced by the results of tcount 5,179 ttable 1,67412 with sig. 0.000 0.05. 3) Murabahah Financing and Musharaka Financing together have an influence on ROA as evidenced by the existence of Fcount 17.076 Ftable 3.17 and the sig value 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. The PANYABUNGAN Branch Office is a part of a Sharia Commercial Bank. One of the products offered by the bank is financing. Distribution of financing to PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. The Panyabungan Branch Office must comply with the principles of prudence and coverage of risks due to default. This research is motivated because the customer cannot pay off the financing provided by the bank so that the bank executes and auction off the customer's collateral. After the collateral is executed, the bank will hand it over to KPKNL for auction according to the limit price set by the bank. So the formulation of the problem in this research is how the auction of collateral at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Panyabungan Branch Office. With the aim of knowing the auction process of collateral at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Panyabungan Branch Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researcher can conclude that if the customer does not pay off his debt at a predetermined time, the collateral will be auctioned off. Previouslythe bank gave warning letters three times and provided relief tocustomers to sell the collateral themselves. And if within threemonths the customer was still unable to sell the collateral, the bankwould submit an auction to the KPKNL in the city of Panyabungan, because the auction is the last step that must be taken by the bankin order to return the funds that have been issued by the bank tocustomers who commit default.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Efficiency, Obligation, Security, Convenience and Discount affect people's preferences for non-cash payments in Medan City. This type of research is quantitative analysis, this research is the result of data collection which is analyzed in order to get a clear picture of the object under study in the city of Medan which includes workers ranging from employees, business actors as well as students as well as people who are considered related in this study. The choice of this location is related to researchers who are domiciled in the area around Medan. Of the five variables that have the greatest influence is the security variable with Beta Coefficient of 0.442, therefore all relevant stakeholders should be more active in introducing the value value of non-cash payments in order to increase public confidence in making non-cash payment transactions so that the economy of the sector finance in the city of Medan is increasing.

Abstract

The use of halal products is a special concern in Islamic teachings, so that interest in using halal products is important for every Muslim. This study aims to find out how the interest in using halal products in STAI-Jama'iyah Mahmudiya Tanjung Pura Langkat students. This type of research is a quantitative research using the analysis approach of Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance (PLS). WarpPLS 7.0 software was used to help analyze the model and measure the effect of each exogenous variable on the endogenous variable. Where data is collected using questionnaires either directly or online. The results showed that the variable of halal certificate had a significant effect on the variable of interest in using halal products, while the variables of religiosity and halal awareness had a but not significant effect on the variable of interest in using halal products. The joint effect of all exogenous variables on endogenous variables is 0.71%.
