Abstract

The development of information systems so rapidly that it is possible to do data processing that saves time and money while still producing information that is very accurate and useful. This can support the success of a school or organization in achieving its goals. One of the data processing that needs to use a computerized system is the design of a web-based information system for the Buddhist Sunday School in the Dharma Loka Pekanbaru Temple. The design of the web-based information system of the Buddhist Sunday School in Vihara Dharma Loka has not used a lot of computer-based information systems. This school still uses a manual system, data entry still uses Microsoft Excel such as new student registration, inputting student data, teacher data, student assessment, student attendance, minutes, announcements to students and teachers, and report data. Design a web-based information system for the Buddhist Sunday School at Vihara Dharma Loka using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The application design is expected to make it easier to access the data of the Buddhist Sunday School at Vihara Dharma Loka and present the information quickly and more effectively and efficiently

Abstract

Poverty is a phenomenon where an individual cannot fulfill his daily needs. Health is an important aspect for every individual because health is one of the needs that play an active role in daily life. health must always be a concern for every individual. While in Indonesia the rural poverty rate continues to increase, therefore the objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) knowing the cause of the continued increase in poverty 2) knowing the importance of reducing poverty 3) explaining the importance of protecting health for each individual without having to think about costs. this type of research is qualitative, describing, and using secondary data, in analyzing the data. The results of the study show that poverty continues to increase because the population continues to increase resulting in lack of employment, poverty rates can decrease if there is a cooperation between the community and the government, the government guarantees the health of its people with providing health insurance

Abstract

Poverty is one of the phenomenal problems that Indonesia faces every year. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim to predict the number of poverty figures by district/city in the province of North Sumatra. The algorithm used to conduct this research is the backpropagation algorithm. This algorithm is one algorithm that is often used to make data predictions. The data used is the data of the poor population in North Sumatra in 2013-2017, which was sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sumatra. Based on this data will be formed and determined the network architecture model used with the Backpropagation algorithm, including 3-9-1, 3-16-1, 3-18-1, 3-23-1, and 3-40-1. From these 5 models after training and testing, it was found that the best architectural model was 3-23-1. The accuracy rate of this architectural model is 97% with an MSE test value of 0.00359. The results of this study are in the form of predictions of the number of poverty in North Sumatra for the next 5 years. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the regional government of North Sumatra to see the level of development of poverty in North Sumatra for the coming year.

Abstract

The development of the health and disease management technology supporting advanced as well as facilities. The purpose of this research is to know the operation process had involved the cecum to the / appendicitis the act of an anesthetic of medical staff that cause financial losses for patients in the implementation of the Act Of Law number 29 years 2004 about the practice of medicine to gain an understanding of the factors causing the an appendectomy / appendicitis with the action of an anesthetic by of medical staff that cause financial losses for patients in the implementation of the Act Of Law number 29 years 2004 about the practice of medicine . As for the methodology used an author in the juridical research methodology is normative and for scholarly activities which includes the stock taking , explained, to interprate, Systemize , and evaluate all the positive law applicable in a community or state , Based on concepts, definitions , categories , theories , clasifications , and methods formed and developed specifically to do all the activities are , that whole to prepare their activities are hoping to find a settlement to the problem of juridical law that might happen dimasyarakat in this regard to judicial decisions No. 625/PDT.G/2014/PN JKT. BRT. The results of the study and discussion can be obtained the conclusion that the act of an anesthetic by medical workers and paramedics in running expertise their which have inflicted losses for patients can be accounted for because still have to keep / based on the guidelines regulations and policy staged it set out in the act of no. 29 / 2004 about the practice of medicine, the act of no. 36 2009 on health, policy and directions head of  MKDKI and KKI keputusan and regulations as well as the failure medical for every health worker / health workers in performing an action medical could be accounted for on all medical workers and paramedics who do it out of regulations and policies that exists because caused by other factors expansion of understanding unlawful act which includes not only flouted the rules written will but including also worried the rights of others, contrary to a legal obligation A maker of , contrary to morality and contrary to propriety , precision , and that should be taken in between hati-hatian community against the body or objects .Then required / regulations about the outcome of a policy governing ( resultaat verbintenis ) or in the business / ( inspaning verbintenis ) / medical workers health workers in performing medical procedures because / regulations about the outcome of a policy governing ( resultaat verbintenis ) business or power (inspaning verbintenis)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of asset structure, profitability, liquidity, sales growth, firm size and business risk to capital structure in property and real estate firms listed on the BEI. This study uses pecking order theory and trade-off theory. The research design used is the causality to examine the effect of variables. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and yielded 22 samples for 5 periods. This study uses secondary data and data collection techniques using documentation study. Analytical technique used multiple linear regression. The obtained results are the assets structure has a significant negative effect on capital structure and liquidity has a significant negative effect on capital structure. While profitability does not have significant effect to capital structure, growth of sales does not have significant effect to capital structure, firm size does not have significant effect to capital structure and business risk does not have significant effect to capital structure

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Biaya Operasional dan Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Profitabilitas di sektor Perbankan (ROA). Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal. Populasi yang menjadi obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah bank umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2014-2016. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah 27 perusahaan perbankan serta teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel CAR, LDR, NPL dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan variabel BOPO dan NIM secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA.

Abstract

The number of cases of neglect of children suffering from HIV / AIDS caused by lack of knowledge of HIV / AIDS transmission and cure is the background of the publication of this article with the aim of being able to add insight to families, communities, and the environment around the transmission of HIV / AIDS in children so as to reduce the level of neglect of children with HIV / AIDS. The research method used in this article is qualitative research with descriptive research through interviews and literature studies. The amount of neglect of children in the city of Surakarta is influenced by the factor of lack of education about HIV / AIDS so that there is a need for socialization and education about HIV / AIDS, especially in children so that sufferers can also live normally

Abstract

Budi Darma University is one of the Private Universities (PTS) in the city of Medan, which is inseparable from promotional activities every year. Promotional activities carried out by Budi Darma University use a large enough cost so that the promotion carried out is also expected to get maximum results. The success of the promotion can be seen from the large number of students enrolling in the new school year. A successful promotion can be seen from the promotion strategy used, determining the promotion strategy is not an easy job because it must consider several aspects. To help determine the promotion strategy at Budi Darma University can use data mining, where data mining can find a new pattern of stored data sets. One of the techniques used in data mining is clustering technique with the algorithm used is K-Means. By using the K-Means algorithm the results are divided into 3 clusters where in each cluster the results can be seen to determine the promotion strategy

Abstract

In the development of the technology there are good and bad impacts such as the spread of false news or information that is spread in indonesian society. For hoax spread, article 28 paragraph 1 of ITE law is threatened and article 45A paragraph (1) of law 19/2016 is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of 6 (six) years and/or a maximum fine of Rp 1 billion. Abstract

The problem of increasing the percentage of cigarette users aged ? 15 years in 2016 to 2018 in a row in Central Java Province requires a decrease in the percentage in the following year. This is related to the need for maximum health in child development. The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of the increase in the percentage of cigarette use at the age of ? 15 years in each year and to determine the role of government and parents in the prevention of smoking at the age of  15 years. This research is a type of quantitative research in which research interacts directly with respondents. The data validity technique uses data triangulation that utilizes sources, methods, and theories. This study uses qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study, of 5 respondents, 4 respondents stated if their parents did not know if they smoke, and 1 respondent stated that his parents knew if he smoked. The efforts of the government and parents in the prevention of smoking at the age of  15 years need an increase because of the increasing percentage position where the right of children to get healthy can be fulfilled
