Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow, sales and liquidity on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalization. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that operating cash flow, sales and liquidity simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. In the coefficient of determination R2 Adjusted value obtained by 59% means that the variable variations in operating cash flow, sales and liquidity can explain its effect on profitability while the remaining 41% is a variation of other variables not explained in this study such as capital, income, etc. Operating cash flow partially has a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. This shows that operating cash flow has a positive effect in theory as well as a significant significant effect in increasing profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. Partial sales have a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. This shows that sales have a positive effect in theory and significantly influence significantly in increasing profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. Liquidity partially has a negative and not significant effect on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. This shows that Liquidity has a negative and not significant effect in increasing the Profitability of PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 Period

Abstract

Now culinary has become part of the lifestyle because the various foods and drinks that are considered interesting to taste. On this occasion the researcher limited the discussion by examining the factors that influenced millennial in choosing current drinks, namely coffee and bubble tea. The object of research is people who live in Medan, aged 17-25 years, and actively consume bubble tea or coffee. Some of the variables we use in researching are age, sex, occupation, choice of drinks and the reasons, price of drinks, the influence of people to the respondent's knowledge by consuming these drinks. The method used by researchers is a quantitative method that collecting the data by using a series of research instruments tests / questionnaires form of 39 people. The result, from 39 respondents, 26 of them chose bubble tea and 13 of them chose coffee as the preferred drink. In addition, the reason respondents liked one drink was because they liked the sweet taste as well as the quality of the drink. In consuming this drink, 64.1% of respondents bought drinks when they’re with their friends, followed by 15.4% of respondents who bought drinks when alone and with family. Finally, from a variety factors in choosing the drink 89% of respondents know the impact of consuming the drink they chose. This means the respondent's awareness in determining a choice for themselves is good enough.

Abstract

The economic progress of a country is greatly influenced by economic activity in the country. All activities are the driving force of economic activity which is very important role. One example of Indonesia's development is in the banking sector. As we know, almost all sectors related to various financial activities always require bank services. The study aims to analyze the financial performance of Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a Liquidity Ratio analysis method with a Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Paired Simple. Abstract

The company's main product is the motorcycle, but they also offer free service, to attract buying interest. this certainly attracts consumers to buy, because consumers get a motorcycle plus get free service. of course this does not only apply to big cities, but also applies to our small cities, our waterfront cities, Kota Bima. The high expectations and the standard level of community satisfaction here, forcing motorcycle companies also need to have experts or mechanics that are reliable specifically in the service service chart. that's what faced Tugu mas Bima Dealer. In these conditions, one way to maintain competition is to improve techniques as well as possible, and also make the maximum possible performance so that customers feel happy enough and the company will survive.The purpose of this study is to find out the level of service service on Consumer Satisfaction at Yamaha Tugu Mas Bima dealers. Primary research is research used in this study. The analysis technique used is the Probability Sampling analysis technique. The sampling method used was simple random sampling with a total sample of 96 respondents. Abstract

This research was conducted because there is competition between brands, to prevent competition, each producer must create a quality product arena that is found at this time lacking one of the advantages of a product being promoted, consumers will move to other brands. This research aims to find out how much influence product quality and promotion of the decision to purchase Honda motor vehicles tested through SPSS 16.0. The type of research used is Associative, this study was conducted on DEALER ASTRA MOTOR BIMA. The population in this study were all Honda brand motorcycle users with 96 samples people using random sampling techniques. In the initial testing conducted that the indicator of each variable used states valid for measuring each variable, the next stage shows that the value of the variable for product quality is 0.879 while the promotional variable is 0.929, which means that promotion has a more dominant influence on the decision to buy Honda motor vehicles

Abstract

Non-physical work environment is one aspect that must be considered in an agency because this will affect job satisfaction. A poor non-physical work environment is feared that it can reduce employee job satisfaction so that the work done will feel unpleasant to complete. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Bima Regency Cooperative and UMKM Office. This research is associative type. The population used was as many as 31 respondents using saturated sampling techniques so that the sample in this study was the entire population of 31 respondents. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire with data analysis techniques validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, hypothesis testing (T test) and determination test. Based on the results of this study concluded that the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima Regency Cooperative and UMKM Office. This is evidenced by the t test value of 14,829 and sig 0,000. The determinant test shows that job satisfaction is influenced by the non-physical work environment by 98%, while the remaining 8% is influenced by other factors not included in this study

Abstract

Servicescape gives a positive or negative impression as a reference in managing it more effectively. With the servicescape, cafe and restaurant business people can provide good quality services for consumers to feel comfortable while in cafes and restaurants and influence on buying interest. Steak in Bima City. The type of research used is associative. The population used is all consumers of Resto & Steak Huts whose numbers are not known with certainty (unknown population), so the sample size used is 96 samples. All samples were given a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies with data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation t test and determination test. From the results of data processing and analysis states that servicescape does not affect consumer buying interest in the Resto & Steak Hut in the City of Bima with a t value of -0.556 and a significance value of 0.580, and the results of the determination test show that Servicescape influence on Buy Interest in the Hut Bima City Restaurant & Steak is 0.007 or 0.7% only. while the remaining 99.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Based on knowing how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) West Nusa Tenggara Regional Master Unit (UIW) West Nusa Tenggara UP3 Bima, researchers used a descriptive method, which is a method of examining the status of a human group or an object, a system of thought or class of events in the present. From the research results of the questionnaire that was distributed to 47 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Regional Main Unit (UIW) West Nusa Tenggara UP3 Bima, Discipline variable has a significant effect on Job Performance. This is indicated by the results of the calculation of hypothesis testing, it can be seen that tcount = 3.893 is greater than ttable = 2.01410 this means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then there is a disciplinary influence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Regional Parent Unit (UIW). From the value of correlation or relationship (R) that is equal to 0.502. From the output obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.252, which implies that the influence of the independent variable (Discipline) on the dependent variable (Job Performance) is 25.20% and the remaining 74.80% is influenced by other factors not yet examined such as work environment, motivation, compensation, training and others

Abstract

This promotion is conducted to find out and analyze the partial Vivo Smartphone Sales Promotion of Consumer Purchase Interests in the City of Bima. in this research, the type of research used is associative. Probability Sampling technique is a sampling technique used. The number of samples used is 96 respondents using the probability sampling method. Based on the results of a partial analysis of this study shows that the Sales Promotion of Smartphone Girls Vivo (X) has a significant influence on Purchase Interest (Y) with a value (p value) 0.003 <0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of lifestyle (life style) and price on purchasing decisions in the city of Bima's Yuank canteen. This type of research is associative. This research was conducted in the Yuank Canteen in Bima City. The population in this study are all consumers who buy food and drink in the Yuank cafeteria. The sampling technique used by researchers is acidental sampling and obtained a sample of 96 people. Data collection using questionnaires. The variable results show that lifestyle and price variables influence the purchasing decisions of Bima's Yuank Canteen. By looking at simple linear regression analysis of lifestyle variables (life style) on purchasing decisions and t tests. It can be seen that the coefficient of the price variable has an influence on the purchasing decision of Bima's Yuank Canteen next to 0.435, and the lifestyle variable is 0.367 where the coefficient of determination shows the value of 23.6% while the ratio of 76.4% is explained by other variables. And the results of this study indicate that lifestyle (life style) and price both have an influence on purchasing decisions at Bima's Yuank canteen
