Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of components of education and training programs such as materials, teaching staff, methods, time, location and facilities on the career development of employees in Certain Non-Vertical Work Units (SNVT) for Road and Bridge Construction of NTB Province, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is descriptive research and uses a sample survey method in collecting data. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire, in which each variable being studied is made up of measurement indicators arranged in the relevant questionnaire. The analytical tool used in accordance with the objectives of the researcher is multiple linear regression analysis, which is then continued with the F test and t test at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it is known that the components of the education and training program such as materials, teaching staff, methods, time, location and facilities have a significant influence on the career development of employees in Certain Non-Vertical Work Units (SNVT) for Road and Bridge Construction in the Province of NTB. simultaneously or partially. The significance criteria are known based on the F test and t test that have been carried out, where F count and t count have a higher value than F table and t table.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction on the effect of work from home on performance during the COVID-19 pandemic for private employees in Mataram City. The research approach used in this research is to use quantitative research methods. This study intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the influence between one variable and another so that the direct and indirect relationship between the variables of WFH, job satisfaction and performance is known. The population in this study is an unknown number of private employees in Mataram City who have done WFH during the covid-19 pandemic. The data collection method used is the survey method. The questionnaire consists of 39 statements distributed to 78 samples, namely private employees who meet predetermined criteria, namely private employees in the city of Mataram, employees who have done WFH during the Covid-19 pandemic and are 19-60 years old. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results showed that: 1). The WFH variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. 2). The WFH variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3). Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, and 4). Job satisfaction variable does not mediate the effect of WFH on.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of attractiveness, credibility, brand attitudes on consumer buying intentions. This study is a quantitative study using primary data in the form of questionnaires. The sample in this study was women aged 20 to >51 years and domiciled in Tangerang Regency. The sample was selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data is analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study show that good attractiveness does not improve brand attitude, but good attractiveness will increase consumers' buying intentions. Good credibility will improve the brand's attitude, but good credibility does not increase a consumer's buying intentions. Then, a good brand attitude can increase a consumer's buying intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at Kila Senggigi Hotel. The data collection method used is the census method using primary data collected directly from the respondents using a questionnaire. The type of research used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample number in the study was 50 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that: (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of internal control systems and human resource competencies on the quality of financial reports for micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in West Lombok Regency. The type of research used is associative because it examines the causal variables of independent and related variables. The research variables consist of the internal control system and the competence of human resources as independent variables and the quality of financial reports as the dependent variable. The research was conducted in West Lombok Regency using a survey sample method with a total of 135 respondents of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) with a purposive sampling approach. Analysis of the research using test instruments in the form of validity testing with the Pearson product moment method and reliability testing with Croncbach's alpha. The feasibility test of the model uses classical assumption tests such as normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test for partial test and F test for simultaneous test. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the internal control system and human resource competence on the quality of financial reports. In the simultaneous hypothesis test, the two independent variables affect the quality of financial statements. The limitation of this research is that the understanding of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) related to the internal control system and competence of human resources in preparing financial reports is still low because most of the micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM), both non-formal and formal, still associate the operational activities of micro, small and medium enterprises with owner's personal activities.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of the Shopee Paylater Feature on the Consumptive Behavior of Students in Mataram University. The aim is to find out the pattern of using the Shopee Paylater feature, to find out the consumption level of students, both full-time students and those who have side jobs, as well as to determine the effect of using the Shopee Paylater feature on the consumptive behavior of students in the city of Mataram. The theoretical foundations that are considered relevant to this research include; e-commerce, marketplace consumer to consumer (C2C), fintech (financial technology), ShopeePayLater, consumer behavior, and consumptive behavior. This research is a quantitative research using correlational research methods. The population in this study are young mothers who live in the city of Mataram with random sampling where the limitations are those aged 18 to 23 years and are accustomed to using the Shopee application, using the Taro Yamane formula with a precision of 10% and a confidence level of 90 % then obtained a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is a quota sampling technique, while the data collection technique is carried out using questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used single table analysis, cross table analysis, and correlation test using the Spearman Rho formula through the SPSS 26 application. The results of the hypothesis test showed Ha was rejected and H0 was accepted, meaning that there was no relationship between the effect of using the ShopeePayLater feature on student consumptive behavior and the level of influence. by 2.3%. Based on research data, the majority of respondents have recently used the ShopeePayLater feature and have low usage intensity. In addition, the monthly money owned by the majority of respondents is in the range of 1000000-1500.000. Then the majority of income generated by parents < 5,000,000 and 3,000,000-6,000,000. After all, the majority of respondents in this study used the ShopeePayLater feature to get shipping discounts and special promos

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the audience's response to the Mandalika 2022 MotoGP title regarding the service and shuttle system for the official Mandalika Circuit bus. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The selection of research subjects was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely the Mandalika MotoGP audience from Lombok and the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) who came to watch the Mandalika Circuit Lombok live. Methods of data collected by using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested using the triangulation method. The results showed that: (1) All respondents admitted that they were disappointed with the organizers or committees who did not pick them up at the pick-up location in front of the Mandalika Circuit entrance as they should. (2) All respondents admitted that they had told their negative experiences to their relatives, co-workers, and family. (3) All respondents admitted that they will not watch the MotoGP event in 2023 at the Mandalika Circuit, but there is a possibility that they will watch it again in the following years if they see that there is a better development of the organizing system at the Mandalika Circuit. (4) A total of four respondents admitted to renting a passing pick-up car to reach the parking location, as many as six respondents admitted to using impromptu ojek services from local residents who had motorbikes, and as many as five respondents admitted to walking quite a distance before getting a ride from an impromptu ojek. that have sprung up in the Mandalika Circuit area. (5) A total of four respondents who are natives of Lombok gave their opinions regarding alternatives that the committee could take at the 2023 Mandalika MotoGP.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had many negative impacts on the economic situation of the community. This study aims to explain the implementation of the restructuring of non-performing financing affected by Covid-19 at PT Bank NTB Syariah, explain the strategy undertaken by PT Bank NTB Syariah in the implementation of restructuring of non-performing financing affected by Covid-19, and to explain the obstacles faced and their solutions in implementing the restructuring problem financing. This type of research is a qualitative research, the research data obtained through in-depth interviews with several customers and employees of PT Bank NTB Syariah. The results of this study indicate that the restructuring by PT Bank NTB Syariah was given to customers who experienced problematic financing due to the impact of Covid-19. The strategy for implementing the restructuring carried out by PT Bank NTB Syariah is to provide two types of restructuring, namely rescheduling and reconditioning. Obstacles in the implementation of restructuring by PT Bank NTB Syariah during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the bank's difficulty in conducting surveys to customers due to government policies in prohibiting outdoor activities and social interaction and the presence of customers who do not have the skills to make financial reports required by the bank as material for consideration before providing a restructuring policy.

Abstract

The history of the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram (UMMAT) does not match the UMMAT brand image in the eyes of the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the brand image of UMMAT and its advantages and disadvantages as private universities in NTB. This research is qualitative and uses coding for data analysis techniques. The main data were obtained from purposively selected informants and snowball sampling to assess ten elements of brand image. The analyzed data has gone through the triangulation stage. In this study, it was found that the students' assessment of UMMAT was divided into two groups of students. First, students who take part in the Student Activity Unit (UKM). Second, students who do not participate in campus UKM. Brand awareness and brand association still need to be improved to achieve brand familiarity in the eyes of the wider community. However, the positive thing is that brand trust and brand loyalty from the community are already attached. UMMAT needs to increase the intensity of advertising activities with effective communication. Then UMMAT should encourage all groups of students to contribute in disseminating information from campus in any form to the public. Because it has limitations, it is hoped that future researchers can develop this research with different methods and techniques so as to enrich references in science.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of (1) Organizational culture on Employee Performance (2) Job satisfaction on Employee Performance (3) OCB on Employee performance (4) Organizational culture, job satisfaction and OCB together affect the performance of Employees of the Livestock and Animal Health Service of South Coast District. The population in this study across all employees was 65 people. Data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study show that (1) Organizational culture has a significant positive influence on Employee performance (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (3) OCB has a positive and significant influence on Employee performance (4) Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and OCB together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in DPKH Pantai Selatan Regency. It is expected that agency management must pay attention to organizational culture, employee job satisfaction, and create good job satisfaction in the agency, because job satisfaction is a big influence in improving performance. Because to achieve better productivity and achievement of agency goals, good job satisfaction, organizational culture and good OCB are needed.
